After having the courage to walk through the doors I had the most positive experience with the Rescu unit. The staff, counselors and all the supporting roles from kitchen to housekeeping made my stay amazing. I walked away with clarity and the tools to conquer the next step in life. Thanks to all for being compassionate and showing up to do good things for a person that was on the down and out.

I have been to RCA Westminster on a couple of occasions. The staff has always treated me well and the care team was great. The rooms are very comfortable with showers and queens beds for most of the rooms with just one roommate. I was very please with the accommodations and the plan that was set forth by the care team while I was there and my exit plan upon discharge. I would recommend RCA Westminster to anybody that is interested in starting their journey of recovery.

Love my psychiatrist I've been working with with psych drs since I was 6 for my anxiety and since I left my Dr from 6 to 14, I've been searching for a psychiatrist who understands me and I adore her I blab to her and she understands me this is the best especially with the refill line oh it's a life saver

I would strongly recommend Rockland’s PHP and IOP if you are looking to strive in your recovery. All of the staff and clinicians are extremely well educated and very welcoming. 10/10!

Rockland recovery is like no other, I’ve been to many recovery programs and have never been affected this drastically. I recommend this program to anyone seeking treatment.

From detox to the three weeks at css, not once was I not cared for no matter what my needs were. . From every bht' ( shot out to Ari ,Navaeh, Jessica Andrea, jay , Megan, kaleigh and Caroline) to my case worker Nicole , the clinical team, especially lindsey and jenine, to the actual directors Kelly and Mike... Each and every step I took was guided and held sacred for the sake of what was best for my journey to freedom from the disease of addiction. The nursing staff is exceptional too, and the RN Leah is always on the floor personally checking in with each client at least twice a week ,so I never felt unheard or alone through any part of my detox to css. The groups are informative,consistent and really address the causes and effects that could create freedom or relapse. There is a commitment every night too!! The facility itself is luxury. And once I got to css I started to hit the gym!! sanity over vanity!! Movement is a big outlet for me! The food here is incredible, and they offer a salad bar for lunch , as well as food alternatives every day. I'm headed to further treatment, and am leaving Serenity feeling supported beyond words. This place brought me back to life. It started with my admission, I didn't feel judged, just supported, and I'm leaving feeling like Serenity will always have my heart and grateful it begin my journey to freedom!!!

Before coming to AdCare, I tried treatment at other places, but nothing ever worked. It wasn't until I went through detox at AdCare Hospital and got unbelievable care and then moved into their virtual outpatient care and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that everything changed for me. It took me a few tries, but they never gave up on me—even when I had completely given up on myself. ​I attended IOP with clinician Gladys, and she runs an absolutely unbelievable program. She taught me so much, gave me the tools i need to handle this disease, and never stopped believing in me. On top of that, I also have 1-on-1 counseling sessions with Gladys where I can really personalize my own recovery journey. It takes a very special kind of person to do this work, and Gladys is just an amazing human being. Graduating from her IOP was a huge moment for me. ​Now, I’m in two virtual groups that keep me grounded: Mondays at 10:30 a.m. with Marline, and Fridays at 10:30 a.m. with Elizabeth, the clinical manager. What amazing groups these are! Marline and Elizabeth are such incredible, compassionate people. They create a safe space for us without any judgment. They show what true compassion looks like every single day. ​These groups remind me that I’m not alone. We all have the same disease, but we each have different stories that matter, and they always make sure we feel seen and heard. These outpatient groups are so important—they literally teach us how to live, laugh, and to forgive ourselves. The staff is extremely helpful, very kind, understanding, willing to assist in any way they can. The Dr that is here does everything in his power so your detox process is gentle and what you need.

Swift River is literally a hidden gem it is the most amazing beautiful program i am BEYOND grateful I have found i truly belive if the entire world had the opportunity to come here we would all 99% be clean they treat you like adults and give you freedom and allow you to go outside anytime, go hiking, bring your pets every staff is so sweet its like having 10 moms at once I havent met not one staff member here that isnt sweet as pie they literally bend over backwards for everybody here with no judgment they truly care, thank you so much swift river you saved my life!

My stay at swift has been an amazing experience. At first I had no interest in coming, but I am glad I came. Not only has it helped me deal with my substance abuse, but also my mental health. Should you have the opportunity to come here don't think it about it. Come get help. Julissa

I went to this place about 10 times periodically over three years. I spoke there last night and I was astounded to find out that there were only seven people at the rehab facility. I was in complete shock. I got a little bit of a rundown of the situation on overview and it sounded to me as if the investors perhaps in fighting cost got out of control. Something happened in the rehab facility for them to stop taking clients and people in need for rehab services in detox. I was there about nine months ago and there was clearly about. And to go from that number to seven, the fear of running a ground is real You can’t forget the customer and I know what a complicated world now with Insurance and all that kind of stuff but it was a great place and it is a great place but like the alcoholic world you reach the bottom there’s nothing to go up. That’s kind of how I felt after I spoke and spoke to a couple people that Swift River is now at the bottom you gotta reinvent yourself. Wow, you have not that many people there is ample time to regroup fix the place up put some money into it higher the good people that we let go that were very passionate and compassionate people and helping people get to sobriety, but that seems to be an issue at play at the moment It’s all good From May 28 to June 23 really wrecked a great institution, but everything happens for a reason

Successfully completed IOP treatment with Ethan Green as my therapist. He was an amazing source of empowerment and strength in my recovery journey, his down to earth and human approach shatters any hesitation anyone may have to get treatment. I truly recommend this treatment center.

I’m two and a half years clean thanks to this place. To keep it short, I left detox and went to another facility that was extremely strict about AA and pushed it in a way that didn’t work for me. When I expressed that, it became an issue, so I chose to leave.. leaving was difficulty the other facility made me walk miles and miles before allowing myself a cell phone and left my stranded in the middle of nowhere. I got the courage after leaving to find another facility and CHOOSE NOT TO GO BACK TO THE LIFESTYLE I ONCE HAD. Finding Mayflower made all the difference. I appreciated that they allowed a more balanced, normal routine outside of meetings—you could relax, watch TV, do crafts, play basketball, and still focus on recovery. They also offered a different approach to sobriety that felt more supportive and personalized. What really stood out was the medical staff—they were always there when I needed them and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. This was my first time getting sober, and I’ve stayed sober ever since because of this place.. great food as well. I’m so thankful for this place because without them I don’t know where I would be today. If one place isn’t a fit for you in recovery please find the next place and do not give up!

would get 5 stars if one bht didn’t make me feel uncomfortable and didn’t act so hostile towards me. when this bht was working i felt uncomfortable to talk to her, or even do anything in front of her because she made it show she didn’t like me. but besides that it was great.

Resilience was a really big stepping stone for me. It was exactly what I needed when I got there. Great community of people that will do literally anything to help you. They’re always available. The lunch provided is also really good too!

Resilience was really helpful for a friend of mine. They offered EMDR therapy for a lot of the stuff they had been through and they found it very helpful. The therapists were very warm and kind. Groups were very informational too. Would definitely recommend!

Bedrock provides a safe environment, with highly skilled staff to aid you in all aspects of your recovery journey. The nurses, tech, counselors and alumni team (esp. Mathe) are amazing. Each provide you with a comfortable supportive environment to begin your recovery journey, while learning the necessary tools for long term recovery success upon leaving. Further review 10/17/2026 Today marks one year of recovery. Although the work itself had to come from within, I would not be celebrating this milestone without the support, tools, and community that helped guide me along the way. To this day, I still reach out to counselors, especially Mathe, and stay connected with my peers. Those relationships, along with everything I've learned through this program, have given me the strength, perspective, and tools to continue moving forward. I'm deeply grateful to everyone who has been part of my journey. This milestone belongs not only to me, but also to those who supported, encouraged, and believed in me when I needed it most. This was one of the lowest points in my life and even though I knew drastic changes were needed, I didn’t know where/how to start. My friend put me in touch with Mathe at Bedrock and it only took one short conversation before I knew I wanted my recovery to start at Bedrock in Canton MA. Bedrock was my 1st and hopefully last facility I’ll be in and I was blessed to have gone there. I would recommend this place to any and all that are battling addiction. The nurses and staff are all very understanding, patient, knowledgeable and kind. They want the best for you and that’s how they make you feel every day. Taking part in all they have to offer while there definitely makes the time cruise by and really taught me a lot about my addiction. before I knew it I did what not so long ago I thought I never could do. The staff were as instrumental to my success in sobriety as anything I did on my own, if not more. They are knowledgeable, relatable, and very caring. All of them treat you as an individual and will always make time for you. My experience with Topsail was a life-changing one.

I did an evening IOP for close to 4 months at Topsail. I feel very, very fortunate to have found myself there as I had done a different program before that “didn’t stick”. There was a wonderful diversity to the staff that lead the nightly sessions - different in terms of personalities, thoughts, approaches, insights etc. The group of patients/clients was equally as varied. Yes - doing a night program after working all day wasn’t the easiest (mentally and physically) but I genuinely looked forward to ending my day with something that was meant to help me. I also met one on one with a therapist (Jen Unger - fantastic!!!) and a Nurse Practitioner (Craig - bright, articulate, and intelligent) and I can’t say how much those interactions helped as well. I was discharged from the program and feel like it was a solid foundation on which to proceed on my recovery. I had not a single negative interaction with the Staff of Topsail during my time there; they have all obviously chosen the right careers for the right reasons. I was angry leaving my initial one star review because I felt lied to and deceived. I was told I’d be lucky to make it back to this place… meaning that I’d be dead and not be able to make it back. I was told I would be dead cause of how “horrible and defiant” I was. I did not like AA was not for me so I was going to die. Many people that worked here told me. My case worker gossiped about me to a whole group of my peers saying “one of you is going down a dark road” really? These are the people to trust? These are the people “getting me better.” Also they said the bill would not need to be paid and I kept getting harassed by AP office I believe in Florida? So I was furious. So my initial review was one star and I left out words because I wrote a nasty review and had to erase them. I wanted to come back and edit my one star review to a five star. Cause here I am, over 5 years later, still going strong as ever in my recovery, and I have a place that is mine, I have a good steady job, and I’m free of the chains of addiction. Whether I like it or not, my experience here is what lead me to where I am today. There was some amazing staff that was overworked and under paid so if by some grace of god they are still there, god bless. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt and say they were trying reverse psychology on me, the staff talking crap about me to other peers, the staff saying I’d be dead. But they were not that smart, they genuinely were telling me I was hopeless. I won’t name you but I know that you know who you are. Now I sit here over 5 years later thinking that maybe if you did not spend so much time talking down and being hateful and judgmental to me, maybe all my brothers in program with me that are dead now, would still be alive if you paid them that energy. But it is what it is right? I don’t equate my success to NEATC, hell no. I put my success on my shoulders. I easily could have taken yall saying I’d be dead soon and actually gone and died. But I didn’t. I spit in all your faces and I proved all of you wrong. I did it for me. I did it for my brothers who died due to the lack of care they received wether insurance was poor or you just focused more on me being defiant than their complacent obedience to your AA. What works for some does not work for all. It’s your hate that drove the fight in me to succeed. I see my brothers in the program with me that never will get to share their smiles with the world, I can share the smile they taught me. I can share their message and I will not let them down. That’s why I have 5 stars. This place did exactly what it needed to. Just like life, drove me insane, judged me, hate on me, gave me a place to live full of rats and mice, financial issues to battle, had to face death, had to hear pain like no other, and was not the smoothest ride. But through the pain and darkness of life there is always light, you can be that light. You can change. Amidst all the bad, there was a handful of AMAZING staff and people that gave me a real life experience I will never ever ever forget. Just like life this place is not perfect, we need to take the challenges and push on. I loved this place. And always will. This place did heal me. Not how I wanted but how I needed. Just like real life. I noticed my growth as I wanted to change my one star review. Even after all the trouble, I pushed through and fought and still see the light. I am still a light that will not be dimmed. And this place is a HUGE part of the reason I am who I am today. An amazing light in a dark dark world. This place put a challenge in front of me, life is not easy, you need to put in the work, and when life punches, you need to punch back harder. Thank you NEATC and the amazing staff I can’t imagine would still be working here but if you are I love you. Forever I love you, and miss you, and wish you the best. Coming up on 5 years and I couldn't have done it without this place forever grateful

Was in their care for seven weeks. Advanced through various stages at three different facilities. Sober for nearly a year now from both alcohol and benzodiazepines.
