I always get good care at the Biloxi VA. Seems every specialty clinic I’ve ever had to see they have treated me professionally and timely. Only gripe is with the primary care clinic (purple team). At my last two annual wellness checkups, wait was excessive!! Other than that - always pleased with Biloxi VA.

This is the BEST of the BEST. From the staff, the cooks, counselors, techs, and even the other patients there! I had an amazing experience and the program taught me a lot about myself and life. One of the techs that really stood out and helped me is Alyssa. She's an angel and a gift. If it weren't for her I probably wouldn't had come out of my shell I was in! All the talks and laughs she gave me are always in my heart. One thing I love is almost everyone that works there is in recovery! Alyssa you are my inspiration and I'm so proud of you! Keep your same attitude and work skills forever, especially to the next patient that needs you. Just don't forget me.😊💖 Five stars and hats off to everyone at Mississippi drug and alcohol . You know how to make people feel loved and that they matter. Love you guys forever.

I've been going to the New Seasons Clinic for a couple of years now. Either I am personally coming to the clinic or making sure my wife makes it on time every morning, and I promise, not an easy task. Anyways, New Season is a Blessing. Maybe I could have quit fent without this place. The methadone is like a crutch for me. Some people need crutches to gain the ability to walk again. Addiction is my broken leg. I recommend this place for anyone trying to get on the road to recovery and just can't seem to get it. If you've been trying to get sober and can't do it alone, this might be your magic carpet ride. Put some importance in your recovery. Make it time bound, Set your goals, Change your direction, Get your life back, remember that you do matter and give life another chance at new season treatment center. Know your worth. Call and set up a intake interview and see if this is the right choice for you.

Raph is not the best worker here. I like her. She is rude. I forgive her. Christina is the 2nd best therapist I've ever had. Christina is the glue of my life right now. I thank God 4 sending me 2 Oceans. Lucy is Amazing. Rush is a pompous know it all condescending guy. He is very conservative with medicine. I forgive him as well. High school does not end here. There are cliques among the employees. When the bus comes, out of 2 months, I've seen only 2 white people talk to the black crowd in front of the exit. I am not wrong here. I do not deserve mistreatment. I love everyone. I want the best for anyone. I try not to hate. I love Oceans, Christina, Lucy, & Gabby. They are all super sweet, genuine & nice. Henry the bus driver is AWESOME! Best bus driver I've ever ridden with in my life. The food is great. Karaoke & bingo are fun. They take a lot of medical insurances. I LOVE this place. Sounds crazy I know, but when you've been through 30 years of mental health experience I gotta say this is the 2nd BEST place I've ever been 2 for help. Charter is the best. It's no longer there which makes this place the best. God Bless. Do the best you can by God yall. Amen.

This place changed my life! Theres a hospital side and a therapy side to oceans. I was at the therapy side. I spent 8 weeks in group therapy and the knowledge I gained about myself and sharing perspectives in group therapy drastically improved my marriage, how I treat my kids, sleep and overall mood. Facility can use some upgrades, but the staff is amazing! Nursing staff is friendly and fun. They were the main contributors of me having a good experience.

Incredible Spiritual Boot Camp - In the Best Way! Wow! If you're serious about getting right with God and yourself, Home of Grace is the place. They say it's like "3 years of church in 90 days," and they aren't kidding! The intensity of the spiritual teachings, the quality of the classes, and the dedication of the teachers and preachers are unparalleled. I learned so much about faith, forgiveness, and God's grace. The beautiful grounds provided a tranquil space for prayer and contemplation, which was so important for my journey. For what they offer – a complete spiritual and personal overhaul – the cost is unbelievably reasonable. My heart is full, and my relationship with the Lord has never been stronger

I’ve stayed here twice. It really is a good place to be when your in distress. Nowhere is perfect but they helped me. If I ever need to be hospitalized again I’d go here. I’d recommend it to my family and friends if they needed help. The last time I was there I was in icu psychosis from being on a ventilator for a week. At first I was hallucinating so bad I thought I was a hostage. They were really patient with me when I didn’t even know where I was and kept trying to leave. With the right medications and some time I got back to normal. The food is good. The staff has to deal with all kinds of people and they do a good job. I give it 4 stars because like I said nowhere’s perfect. No psyc hospital anyway.

I was transferred from hell called MS State hospital to here in October of 2009. My stay lasted until June of 2010. I walked I and thought this place was going to be like the rest. I was wrong. This place saved my life. The third shift were loud and obnoxious and a few of the first and second shift staff were, in my opnion, not meant to be there. The therapist, phychiatrist, "the board", and everything else was different. Most of the people there would go out of there way to help you. The one on one time, walking around outside talking to a trusted staff member, the nurses were amazing and patient, especially Nurse Scott. They helped me obtain my GED. If this place is still the same as is was when I was there, I would HIGHLY recommend this place. I wish they had an adult facility because I need the care this place gave me as a teenager. Plus the food was decent too. They made the place feel somewhat like a home than just a facility, which made treatment easier.

I just got home from this place and it was truly a good experience. I highly recommend it to anyone who's serious about getting off drugs. UPDATE: So I posted this when I initially left. I didn’t complete treatment. But it says a lot when a facility still has you turn your life around. I started methadone and have almost gotten everything in my life back. And it was all due to the care these people showed me. They may not even remember me bc my experience there was so brief. But their impact lasted forever. The way they fought for me. Worked on me, even in ways that made me uncomfortable. And the way they believed in me. That small period of time I spent there showed me I could do more than I thought. And it weighed on me. I remember this lady grabbing me and telling me ,”the devil is a liar, and he wants you when you are weak!” And that stuck with me. During my addiction I had felt so chronically alone. Maybe I didn’t complete the program as I should, but that doesn’t mean yall shouldn’t!!! Keep going. Stick with it. These people will change your whole life. Even I got off of hard drugs because of their impact. So please, do better than even me, and give them a chance. Hell, do the full 90 days as they have all the tools. I wish I would’ve. But I’m still grateful because even their comfort, and love they showed me in my darkest time stuck with me until this very day. ———— POST PRIOR TO THE UPDATE BELOW: I sadly didn’t complete my treatment, not even by a little. I cowered down on day three. But these people really care. They try their best to keep you there. They care for you. And by you I mean YOU as an individual. I wish I would’ve been stronger than my vices. But to anyone looking to give treatment a plan. Please do not overlook this blessing. Some of the most patient, compassionate human beings I’ve ever met. They meet you with a love I honestly haven’t seen since I’d initially battled my addiction. Please give them a chance, and be stronger than I was. They are such lovely human beings not a single one showing any hint of judgement. Sweet people all around Answers for those afraid of rehab, esp opioid addicts: yes you are detoxed with comfort meds!!! no they won’t let you suffer They do not treat you like a “junkie.” They love you and see you as someone suffering a disease. Never in my entire life have I seen people so passionate about their job.

I work construction out of town a lot,so I've been to a few dozen clinics from Philadelphia PA to Jacksonville FL. By far this facility is 10 times more professional, quick responses for whatever reasons. Cleanest facility, friendliest, caring staff I've dealt with. If you've ever had to guest dose before,it can be a nightmare!! Maybe you didn't have any problems, but I have with other clinics. Not this one! They'll make sure you get the best help possible. I would never go anywhere else.WARNING! If you're not serious about sobriety then you may prefer the other dumps. Still give them a call! They saved my life!! I would love to see more of your bhg facilities in the Mississippi area and maybe have a federal guideline on amount of your dosage for guest dosing because I have been places where there was no problem but I've been to several states like Tennessee and I was taking more than their maximum level and I had to wait 2 weeks for a state approval. Of course I was working and it being 6 hours from my hometown I had to go home one day a week until they got it straight. I wouldn't have waited for 2 days in the waitroom thinking everything was going to be fine if someone would have told me or like I said every state be on the same thing or ar least respect the other states that aren't at the same dosage levels. We still have problems and are paying patients for treatment and I was furious after working 2 nights without and set there from 6 until 12 and then be told come back in the morning maybe we will be heard back from them. Communication is really what needs to be done between the states and the different companies policies.

He had recently gotten a new therapist about a few months ago and she is the absolute best. My brother loves going to her and truly enjoys the work they do in their session. My brother always shares with me the resources and advice he gets from each session and the crafts they do haha. Also, the doctor (Dr. Bray) is a real Godsend. My mom and brother loves her so much. About 2 years ago the clinic I was attending was shutting down. So I decided to transfer to BHG Grand Bay facility. I was very concerned about if I would remain at my current level within the program because I've never transferred before. This facility was amazing and making it swift and easy, and told me I would not have to start over and could continue with where I left off at the previous clinic. I was worried about coming here due to the mixed reviews I have read and heard about this place, but am glad I came here instead of the other options. I live an hour away, and staff is very understanding and hears me out when needed. They try and make sure everyone is treated equally and in and out as quick as possible. Hiccups do happen, but all in all it's a great place, and new positive changes are happening. Carly the new Director is awesome, and very involved to ensure everyone is heard and knows she/they care. The nurses and pharmacist are great and Ingrid the front desk receptionist is on point. I can't speak for everyone, but as for me, my experience has been great, the staff treats me with respect and listens to any concerns, very laid back, but not to be mistaken that they are about their business and following the rules. As long as you do your part, they will do theirs to help. I would Definitely recommend this place if you are looking to start your recovery journey. Big thanks and shout out to all the Staff at BHG Grand Bay, thanks for your dedication and all that you do to help make my life better!

Transferred here from other BHG. I didn’t even know this clinic existed initially, or that there WAS another BHG. They are wonderful here. So compassionate and thorough. I am so excited to see how my treatment goes through this clinic, they even are coordinating my treatment w my other doctors and keeping them updated on my treatment plan.

I posted a review a couple years ago when e wonderful hI went to alter point for help with serious long time opiate addiction that had my life upside down again and I was on the edge of despair. Hopeless and ready to end my life . Well alter point took me under their care. They were swamped with people way understaffed and way over worked . But they continued and still do helping people like me pick up the pieces and face out shame and all kinds of issues. Well I am 3 years totally clean and still go to alter point every month and still get the love and support these caring people give. Thank you alter point , you all are saving lives and making a difference. Anyone full of criticism should look at lives saved not lives lost. Thanks for my life.

Hi April can you please pass this along we the people of Altapointe watch other workers come and go they leave for various reasons some of the main reasons that we hear from them is its not enough pay and they just can't get with a 37.5 work week. For all of us who continue to stay because we love the company we love what we do. Even when people in the community try to talk bad about the company as well as you see a lot of the bashing on public forums. You have a lot of dedicated employees that take up for the company all we're asking is for a 40-hour work week instead of the outdated 37.5 times are hard for alot of people and for those who may not experience hard times and dont understand how a difference this can make for some God Bless You. We all love Tuerk he is a very Nice man and we all appreciate him.

Ok, so after almost two years with Dr. Sinclair I feel like I can give an honest review of my experience so far. SO, as far as Sinclair goes, there is no one better in my opinion. He is caring, respectful and educated. He is the type of person you walk away from and the rest of your day is a little brighter. However, the office staff? Oh lawd hammercy. It's a hot mess express. No one knows what's going on. Seems like no calls to the nurse line is documented, ever. I needed to be in his refill clinic and the nurse made me an appointment but for two months out and reassured me that I would be able to get refills even though my appointment was two months away. Found out that she made me an appointment with someone else (whom I've never seen) instead of Sinclair AFTER I requested refills through my pharmacy and got a call from the nurse saying that I couldn't because it was time to make an appointment. I told her I was scheduled and she told me it was with someone else so magically, she got me in the very next day with Sinclair for the refill clinic. Phew, that's just my recent experience with the staff. Lol Anyway, I highly recommend Sinclair and I'll follow him anywhere he goes. My quality of life has just overall been better since he has been my doctor. I have switched medications soooooo many times to find the right med combo and he has been there in the trenches with me through it all. 11/10 stars!

Saving lives, more than they realize. They have a strong support system. So if you are just tired of being tired, be there bright and early and become the person the God truly intended you to be. God Bless and may he shower you with blessings
