I am so grateful for this place and the wonderful staff! I have been going here for 7 years and have remain SOBER for every single day since I first stepped foot in the building. The Baton Rouge comprehensive Treatment Center has saved my life! The nurses, counselors, and other staff, are always so kind. They genuinely make you feel important here. Of course everything has its negatives, but the good completely outweighs the bad. I recommend this treatment center to anyone who is battling addiction to opioids. You don't have to do it alone! The amazing people at this center will help you every step of the way, and make sure you are as comfortable as possible during the withdrawal stage. Change is possible! GOD IS GOOD! Thank you staff!!

Since Mr. John became director this place has changed 100% for the better. The staff cares about the clients in my opinion. Do your self a favor and let them help you.

All involved with the bone marrow bi-opsy were considerate and helpful to make it a comfortable experience. Main problem was parking for the procedure was not helpful for us since my wife uses a walker. She drives well but the walking was the problem.

As with anything in life you ONLY get what YOU put into something, including mental health. I WAS skeptical about embarking on this with Beacon only because my inpatient stay many years ago with them was forced. Everyone that I have encountered in my 3 day a week day program has changed my perspective. From Mrs. Lisa, Alyssa all the way through Ms. Jessie and Patricia. I'm enjoying my days a lot more.

They are the best ,I've had nothing but the highest standard of care there. They've taken the time to really hear my concerns and accommodate my health needs. Staff have been awesome!!!

On April 10th, I went to St. Charles Hospital to get an angiogram by Dr. Iftakhar( He's a great doctor). When I arrived, Lynette registered me into the hospital then Jodie, Shawn, Ashley and Courtney F. guided me through the procedure. This entire staff was friendly, courteous, and compassionate. I'd recommend this hospital to anyone!

Absolutely awesome ! Kudos to Day Surgery team and Dr Hearny. Had an endometrial biopsy done and it was a breeze. Everyone was very kind and professional and just down home great people. Highly recommended!

I was in here for about 2 weeks. It was alright. Staff were rude and careless, but not all. So many activities to do, a large gym where you can play your own music which is therapeutic for me, art stuff, and outdoor activities. kid in a wheelchair got the proper help, ect ect.. Overall not the best hospital, but a good one.

Mom works here. Four stars because she’s iconic. If I heard she was on her phone sometimes, I wouldn’t gaf.

A few things about Covington Behavioral Health! I was a recent patient here a few days ago. This was my second time around. They ended up putting me in Unit B, which was absolutely awful. The technicians were yelling at patients, ripping off the magnetic bathroom doors, and were extremely emotionless. I ended up having a panic attack, and told one of the charge nurses, she then told me I had to wait 30 mins till medicine time at 8pm. I ended up sitting there shaking and crying the entire time! Not even one of those people comforted me or asked me if I was okay. It felt more like a chore for them than their job. I ended up calling my mother who complained and I asked to be moved to Unit A (Calm Unit). I have nothing but amazing reviews for Unit A. The nurses are amazing. The techs are amazing. Doctors are amazing. The patients are even better over there because it is a place for people with certain problems who want a more quiet space and can heal peacefully! The only BAD thing about this place is the food. Some of it is okay, but they should really have healthier options for people who are healing. Portion sizes should be bigger too, because some of us are taking medicines that make us hungrier or even getting our appetites back! Consider it. Thank you to everyone who helped me here. I can not appreciate everyone enough.

MD’s visit was a great opportunity to get familiar with new physician and I was delighted with his knowledge and understanding of how he was going to treat me. Staff were organized and knowledgeable. Excellent communication and I was very pleased.

Beautiful campus and caring staff!

This was the first rehab I had ever went to. This was in 2015 or 16 well they were located I think in Lafayette and when I got signed in to stay they were moving like the 3rd day that I was there to sunset location . It was cool to see . The old one looked like a house it was cool . I had came in and almost passed out and the nurses and staff made sure I was ok and saw a doctor and that mentally I was okay . I may not have been at my best but the staff and everyone here was so beyond kind and cared about everyone's sobriety and it was individualized and personal . It was pricey back then I'm not sure about now . I had ended leaving but I never forgot and alot of people will say it's about how people treat you that people remember. It helped me in the sobriety process . They were still kind and wanted me to stay so much but I needed something else . Well because I had went for the time length I stayed I got an AA book and I kept it all these years and today it still helps and has helped heal me. If it wasn't for that place I wouldn't know the AA way.

Been here multiple times. All the local ERs always claim vermilion is full so they can send you far away. As a client we always have a voice. Staff is so amazing and the food is legit. The menu is top notch
