They gave us the best care ever, the was my first time at this hospital & i definitely would recommend others to go deliver here as well. They listen to you, & everytime you need something their there. They are absolutely the best team ever. They are constantly checking on you to see if you need anything at anytime, & not only you your spouse or visitors well. I love them real bad! 10/10 definitely recommend. This is the most wonderful outpatient program that I've ever been to. The director, counselors, therapists, staff and Doctors are genuinely concerned about their patients. This place is more than just a facility. It's a kind , caring atmosphere where you are able to receive treatment for your psychiatric needs. The workers have become like an extended family to me. I would highly recommend compass IOP to anyone seeking help. I graduated from Compass yesterday and have made so many wonderful memories 💓. Thank you Compass for being such a vital part of my life. 😀

First off I have been with SCLHSA for almost 2 decades now. Don't expect to see a doctor or counselor on the first visit or after the first phone. I see a doctor, Dr Brice who is amazing and reads patient files and a counselor once a month. They can be overbooked and understaffed but do try to accommodate everyone. Yes I do have telehealth visits at the clinic as doctors are spread thin. I have never had any problems except for parking, which is no longer an issue, and people coming in thinking they can get seen right then and there with no consideration of others and yell at the workers who also have to worry about their own mental health.

I have been a professional interventionist since 2010. I was introduced to this program in 2012. I have been referring there since then. My clients have always had a positive experience and the clinical and support staff are the most responsive and knowledgeable. They want what’s best for the client and the family and have long term options. They do very well young adult males and most recently I referred a 69 year old man first time treatment. It was a family member and he’s doing very well and committed to 90 days of treatment. I can’t thank the clinical staff and administrators enough for the program they have created. There isn't enough space to say how I feel about Lake Wellness. I woke up on 9/10/23 and decided to reach out to them via online. I filled out a form and was called within minutes offering help. I honestly could not do it by myself. The staff there is exceptional. The counselors there were exceptional. And the doctor very caring. Everytime I went in I felt like I was walking into home and knew I was safe. Thank you so much Lake Wellness, yall saved my life!!!!!

The staff were amazing. Detox they took very good care Of me. No one knew my bad behavior, caused by seizures. 5 different types. Walking talking worst. I'm mean violent, after seizures. They dealt with me, kindly, I wasn't nice at all. I still have doctors they set me up with. 5/6 years ago, I was there. Before you judge staff, look at yourself. Detox, is hard. O'Brien House taught me how to get back to life, the work programs are excellent, it is an awesome place to make a change in your life, thanks to them I have 10 months living sober today and I feel very grateful to them for all the support provided.

I believe woodlake is a amazing place. It gave so much back to those who were lost,and I think it's stupid for anyone to say anything else about this program. Woodlake center is the best place for anyone to get treatment and recovery.the staff has people who really care about the people they help and understand how to help them put there life back together.they have Education on Tuesday night that helps everyone stay grounded in the program.And Kevin James for which anyone who is serious about changing there life,listening and understanding this man is the key to recovery.If not for him I would not be alive today.thanks Woodlake for be there when I needed them...
