Never had a problem here. The supervisor Kristie was very nice, friendly and professional. Had an absolutely positive experience. I'm not sure why they're getting bad flak in the reviews but give this place a try. Be nice and they will be more than happy to work with you. 5/5 from me. Wish I could rate higher!

The Judehouse helped me grow in many ways. I learned how to cope with triggers and stressful situations. I was also taught how to manage anger and deal with my emotions. I definitely left there a new man ready to return to society.

I have been with this program for over eight years. There are so many opportunities offered in the program now it is amazing! Patients learn tools through the comprehensive education of our core groups of drug education, relapse prevention, coping skills, dual diagnosis, life skills, mindfulness, etc. Patients also have the opportunities of learning how to use a computer, build their resumes, get tutoring for the GED, take the GED test, go to Driver's Education, take college courses and the list is building everyday. The staff is a great team of hardworking individuals that put their hearts and souls into what they do.

I go to therapy due to me having Macular Degeneration and health issues that has me totally stressed out. I sought help. My health has declined and I was so overwhelmed with everything. People please protect your mental and your peace. I am fighting a battle in which many people do not understand, unless it is happening to them or a loved one. A battle in which I do not wish upon anyone. Its me today but can be you tomorrow. This world has no compassion or empathy for those whom are suffering. My disease is a hidden disability and because I do not look like I feel I am judged and criticized. I feel so sick, alone, afraid, and helpless. Despite all the medical evidence that proves my claim they still think its not true. I am really suffering behind most often a painted smile. However, now im tired. Crying and screaming within. Why is all this happening to me? I never have time to catch my breath. Being blind or legally blind is not easy. One day I could see and then suddenly you can barely see anything. The world changed just like that. Shame on those who do not have a heart and who is trying to break mines with their opinions. Who do you turn to when there is nowhere or noone to turn to? Thanks 😊 to the therapist that are trying to piece me back together. I appreciate you...

My experience there was nothing short of life-changing. The staff and clinicians gave me the tools I needed to come back home and face my problems head-on. I learned how to communicate better in my relationships and handle challenges in a healthy way. The environment was supportive, understanding, and full of people who genuinely care about your well-being. As a firefighter, it’s hard to ask for help — but coming to the Center of Excellence was the best decision I’ve ever made. I left with hope, strength, and a new perspective on life. I will rate Chrysalis House based on when I was there and when it was being ran by different staff and Mrs Carisaa was there. Other than that I can not speak for the program after Mrs. Carissa left. When I was there it was tough but it is what i needed. I have never been to a program that actually cared and literally internally got to me dug up some buried issues and I worked on them. Mrs. MELVINA was my counselor, she was amazing. Most of the staff had went through addiction. Mrs Denise was amazzziiinnggg i never felt uncomfortable, leaving my son with them during the day. The whole staff at that time was amazing. Yes, it was very strict, but they did it in a loving way because they did not want us to die. I know countless women That graduated the Chrysalis House and are still clean. I have ten fifteen, close lifelong friends that I had met at Chrysalis and that are still clean to this day. I have never went to a treatment that had this much success. Like I said, I cannot speak for the new staff, but it sounds like it is still a great program. While I was there and before I left, they were building on the new addition which was beautiful. It was finished before I left but was not open yet. A woman and children's program is needed and I hope that this one is ran as good as it was when I was there.I'm sure it is. I felt so safe with my children. I'll forever be grateful for Mrs. Carissa and all the staff.

I was someone who stayed here for so time almost a year. I know you can't please everyone but they did try to. Most of the residential staff was wonderful very attentive to the clients needs. The two that I felt that went beyond their job was Simone and Melissa I felt very safe and comfortable w them and they are some of the most compassionate, caring staff I have come across I truly believe they are at their job not only for a paycheck but to help. Thank you to all the residential staff. The clinical team here is beyond amazing I am actually lost for words how much the team does. They are all very passionate about their job and they make u feel welcomed and safe . I honestly believe if you are willing to chose recovery Chrysalis House will and can help 💯

From the moment I got on the phone with them, I felt like someone actually heard me . They didn’t push me or judge me—just straight up helped me figure out what I needed. The place had a super chill energy, kind of like a breath of fresh air after all the chaos I’d been through .What hit different was the way they blended structure with real understanding. It wasn’t just "do this, follow that"—they actually asked what worked for me. Big win. I got my head clear, my heart a little lighter, and finally feel like I’m not stuck anymore 🎧.

Bianca engaged clients to open up and say what’s on their minds, even if they sometimes don’t open up, she seemed to be able to make everyone feel comfortable enough to open up and express how they’re feeling. Very positive feedback. I have heard Bianca give so many clients resources for whatever they need. Thank you much for being apart of my recovery Bianca!! I just recently visited the IAFF Center of Excellence. It has truly changed my life, providing me with many new perspectives, tools in trade for a lifetime, hours of clinical therapy and a lifetime family of brothers and sisters who struggle day in and day out that understand. I raised my hand for help and what I got in return was the most uplifting care from a team that is excelling in clinical research, therapy and knowledge. Some pictures of this establishment is fake. As a veteran that suffers from ptsd this place could not have been any worse. That I signed myself out before 30 days to leave. There was nothing that I promised. 1- No facility gym. They have to drive you lile 24 minutes away from where you stay. And the only way your going to the gym 5 times a week by asking and making a deal out of it and even that it seems like your asking for a bridge to be build. 2- the lunch they serve at the clinic esp tuesdays and wensday are greesey pepperoni and 3 pieces of greesy fried chicken so if you on a clean diet or a follower of no pork religion don’t come here. 3- if you are a self referred like myself and came on you own insurance and need Fmla or documents filled out for work this place is the worse they took almost 3 weeks for my provider to fill out her portion and at the end come to find out they don’t back track for the weekend so don’t get picked up on the weekend or drive to this place on the weekend thinking my job well be safe because they won’t back track Saturday or Sunday. After lunch is coloring and or learning how to make a bracelet the cheapest ways to quote on quote relax the patient mind. Which to me just didn’t do it because I’m not going to sit there and color for 2,3 hours a day every day. And lastly poor staff problem solving skills and they get sassy. There’s so much more I can think of but all I can say again based on my experience as a veteran that served this country I don’t recommend coming here.
