This is a shout out for Cynthia who takes calls and does the clerical part. She's efficient, empathetic, and has gone above and beyond helping me with a family member. It is so appreciated you have no idea! It starts from the front desk on the way back. Working in an office myself the front desk can be overlooked but they are very very much part of the team. And I can't thank her enough and as far as the providers especially Cassandra the therapist!! the rest of the staff has been great! Thank you all 🙏

This place is full of love, compassion and dedication to helping patients become their best selves. The Jude House has creative outlets for the patients like open mics where they can sing, play drums, guitar and share their songs and poetry. There is always a lot of laughter and support. They are investing even more into The Jude House now offering trauma informed yoga, music and art.

I go to therapy due to me having Macular Degeneration and health issues that has me totally stressed out. I sought help. My health has declined and I was so overwhelmed with everything. People please protect your mental and your peace. I am fighting a battle in which many people do not understand, unless it is happening to them or a loved one. A battle in which I do not wish upon anyone. Its me today but can be you tomorrow. This world has no compassion or empathy for those whom are suffering. My disease is a hidden disability and because I do not look like I feel I am judged and criticized. I feel so sick, alone, afraid, and helpless. Despite all the medical evidence that proves my claim they still think its not true. I am really suffering behind most often a painted smile. However, now im tired. Crying and screaming within. Why is all this happening to me? I never have time to catch my breath. Being blind or legally blind is not easy. One day I could see and then suddenly you can barely see anything. The world changed just like that. Shame on those who do not have a heart and who is trying to break mines with their opinions. Who do you turn to when there is nowhere or noone to turn to? I came here in 2018 when I was at rock bottom and finally ready for a change and today I can say that it was life changing for me. I've been clean ever since and have rebuilt a happy life down in Florida near the beach. I don't remember names but my counselor was amazing, and there was another really pretty lady in heels who was a Capricorn that was amazing as well. Anyways thank you guys for facilitating one of the most pivotal moments in my life. Will be forever grateful.

Walden has employees who are very dedicated & compassionate where adults in their care are concerned. Thru covid nightmares making a huge hindrance in allowing group meetings for some time, dedicated staff realized the importance of interaction with others who have walked the same nightmare. National shortage of trained help I am sure impacts their jobs, but I sincerely feel Walden's employees work there for the right reason..often saving a person's life. Their satisfaction at times when in the future seeing one of the 'flock' leading a normal, happy life when they run into them in public tells me they are there to make a viable difference. Thanks to all of Walden's angels in disguise for this!

Have see a 75% change in the last 4 months she has been going!!! Her thearapist in absolutely a godsent to us!!! I would not be where I am today without the help of Recovery Unplugged. I had two 30 day visits with them back in 2019 before moving on to a 90 program in Arizona. Everyone was friendly and you felt like you actually mattered. The musical component of it all was life changing and is still a huge support in my life today. It's outside of the box recovery and if you are looking for a place to start, this is it. I'm coming on six years of sustained recovery and now hold a masters in divinity while thriving in Tucson. AZ. None of this would have been possible without Recovery Unplugged and I could not be more grateful for all they provided in early recovery.

The program and support is great, but once you finish no resources are provided. No follow-up with patients. They are all about profit. The providers can't even provide outside resources. This should be a warning sign they are out to make money.

In addition the youg bilingual nurse at mental health refusses to refilled my medications... contrary to the medical code of ethics..... this is not the WWC i worked in the 90s.
I am now a 73 years old man leaving without medications just for egos and greed. What a pitty place and incopetence-- someone should oversees what is happening at WWH mental services.

I had a great experience at this facility and couldn’t have asked for any better. The entire facility is beautiful, warm and inviting. The staff from every department were super friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging. I checked in after having a bad experience at another local facility and can tell you it was night and day in comparison. I met a lot of great people and as strange as it may sound, I was a bit sad to leave. I highly recommend Alpas as it’s the best place to be for recovery.

This place was an overall amazing experience for me, the staff members are great especially: Matt, Fatima, Meta, Cali, Emilie, Amelia, Dani, Amanda, Tony, Bernard, Alissa and many more. they were kind and listened to me when I had concerns and taught me how to speak up for myself and how to have a healthy relationship with food and my body. I do think the Sunday outings and special walmart orders for allergen prone PT’s could be improved but since I’ve been here things have started to be improved and updated, it’s a learning process for everyone!
