It's understandable that the ratings on here are not as high as they should be, as the SYSTEM is not as good as it should be. As far as CBHCs, CCBC is the cream of the crop. Outpatient services here are far more organized and skilled than other centers in the region that provide mental health services to folks on medicaid and medicare. If you are looking for mental health care, or acute care services, and you can't afford private pay psychology, CCBC is a great place to turn to. After reading through some comments, I'll add: People usually leave reviews for businesses if they've had bad experiences or if they really want to express gratitude. If you have experienced extreme turnover of therapists, or limited engagement with your providers, you should see what things look like in similar agencies around the state like BAMSI, SSTAR, Child and Family services, etc. This is reflective of the lack of reimbursement from payers (Medicaid/Medicare/Most private insurances), productivity standards passed on to providers due to that low reimbursement, extreme demand on the system (more people seeking mental health care than ever), and the impact of greed that has poisoned the entire health care system in our country. If we want better conditions at agencies like CCBC, we need to advocate for policy change. Anyways, CCBC is as well run and organized as any CBHC in the state, and they are doing their best to make lemonade from dried lemons. I'll get off my soap box. Peace.

Excellent organization. BTW, did you know prosopagnosia can cause anxiety? Prosopagnosia is the inability to recognize faces. There are free on-line tests for prosopagnosia

7 hills foundation Taunton office is a satellite office. This office location is not open all time. They usual r open on the days during week the work are 1 to 3 pm.

Some staff are polite and friendly like Kim, Barnie, Kerry, Shawn, nurse Bill, OT Kyle,peer support specialist Courtney, Jen M, Dr Mayer.. Kerry & Kim are very sweet outstanding amazing nurses who provide great service; go above and beyond..Shawn is a great support and plays card games with me to distract my intrusive thoughts i suffer with. Im grateful to have Shawns support! Bill is a genuine sincere respectful kind nurse whom is very helpful. He respects and cares about me.He is a gentleman I appreciate Bill's support..I like Mike A. He makes me smile and laugh He is hilarious...He has a good sense of humor...OT Kyle runs groups that are helpful & effective...Groups that reduce intrusive thoughts I get..I respect and appreciate her support. In addition I appreciate Courtney and her support. She is great at helping with emotions and many other things. Jen M is a staff mental health worker who I appreciate as well. She plays card games with me to help stay in present and reduce intrusive thoughts I get..I respect and appreciate Jen M. ....whats also good is that the food is great! Nutritious healthy meals. SUFFER WITH INTRUSIVE THOUGHTS AND IM GETTING NO TREATMENT/MEDS THAT HELP. STAFF TRY TO HELP ME MAKE INTRUSIVE THOUGHTS SOMEWHAT TOLERABLE.... Dr Mayer is very smart; intelligent and respectful. He provides his knowledgeable input and advice for me to reduce the intrusive thoughts; encourages me to attend groups and keep me motivated..Dr Mayer has helped me out a lot along with every staff whom has supported me. In addition Dr Mayer has advised me to stay out of my room often; be more proactiv / productive so that hopefully my intrusive thoughts would be less..intrusive thoughts get slighty more manageable out of my room following Dr Mayers advice/ suggestions...THANK YOU DR MAYER THANK YOU CORRIGAN

Mike A, Zach, Ted, Ian, Lisa, and Kim are great they make it tolerable while some people are bugging out sometimes I wonder if they're actually working here or patient with keys but overall great to talk to

they really do try their best to help you. I would ignore the negative reviews. They’re just unhappy with themselves. The employees inpatient are incredible.

Been here twice first time I really needed it. My first breakdown too many things were going on and I failed with the wrong people when I used to be strong. Second one a kick butt believes and dreams. I only did they cure me alcohol but also dealing with people and how to handle the situation like I used to and lost track.

God bless em the work they do . Learned to be accountable Its a gift to get life back but needs to be earned Thank you for helping me !!!

Hopefully you get Brooke She Hass to be the nicest and most helpful worker they have over there it would be a real shame if they have a lost her and the best counselor there is Janet by far Janet Constantino that’s what you want to get
