Saved my life. Not your typical recovery house. Martha, the program director with her hand-picked staff identify with the residents because they know what we're going through. Most, if not more are graduates of the house themselves. They help you face addiction head on, accept it, cope with it so you can heal. There's something magical about the place and Gosnold would be wise to remember that. It's not uncommon for former graduates to request a visit to remember how Miller House helped them recover and stabilize their lives to become contributing members of society. Not sure why people are complaining so much. I have a couple ideas as to why though. Try Brockton highpoint and figure it out. When I went to gosnold, both detox and css I was pretty amazed at how nice it was. Maybe other people that gave bad reviews had trouble with the staff or other patients. That's one of the big things in any place. Also, I'm guessing there's a lot of spoiled brats around that area that go there. I met a few spoiled brats when I was there and it's like, are you kidding me? I only went once to detox and then another time straight to css because I was sober for a couple weeks but felt the temptation getting stronger of drinking again. I had a great experience there. Both detox and css.

My view is different from most of the rest of the ratings. I went in with a plan. The staff tries as hard as they can with everything involved. My nurses were great. The new facility is great. There is one of the head RS’s named SARAH was the most helpful for me, she was OMG so super helpful. Listen this is a detox. If you have been to a few like I have my experience was good. Most of the bad reviews you see are probably from the bad eggs who were sneaking drugs.

Food and all the staff are great and very helpful. The people detoxing were from all walks of life were very helpful as well, there for each other when we needed it... If you need a safe place to detox, I would highly recommend it

This review is long overdue, I went through the program from February 2026 to April 2026 and commuted for the rest of my time there.
When I arrived at Recovery Team I was unsure of my future as I did not want to keep my life. I was not very convinced of my own self-worth being enough to deserve that. I chose to just see how it went, and figure that out later. I am very glad I ended up using my supports the best way I knew how. It set me up for success to find people in the real world that were gonna guide me through recovery.
Gifts of recovery are often thought of as material, and those things do come back. By far the biggest thing that I have been blessed to gain for the first time ever is self-love, and a group of irreplaceable friends and supports.

I was there for short term rehab after breaking both ankles. Day and evening nursing staff were great. With the exception of a couple of CNAs the night shift need customer service training. Rehab department was outstanding. Housekeeping was great. Food was ok. Big shoutout to Amanda the unit manager. She does a great job. Thanks to Maura, Laurie, Soddy, T,Meagan and Kristen for the care they provided to me. Thanks to Mark, Lynn, Josh, Emma, Brittany and Jessica from rehab for getting me back on my feet again! I work in long term care and I would recommend to friends or family.

Have always loved the royal company. But this building is by far my favorite with the loving staff and super helpful open door policy. I walked in lost but the administrator and nursing director office are right next to the door so I had help right as I walked in. Definitely recommend this place to people looking for nursing homes.

Falmouth Human Services was recommended to me by Elder Services of Cape Cod and the Islands (another standout agency - go Courtney Alves) to help me with a housing conundrum. To say they were helpful would be the understatement of the century. Professional yet friendly...dare I say "warm"? The atmosphere is inviting, not at all what I expected of a municipal agency and the people, all of them, were just plain friggin nice. And I would be remiss if I neglected to mention Ms. Helen Malina. Helen is now my Case Manager (sorry Helen) and I know I'm in good hands. This agency is a gold mine of help for a plethora of different issues and I would urge anyone who feels like they have no place to turn to give them a shout: they are (all) wonderful.

Not sure why people are complaining so much. I have a couple ideas as to why though. Try Brockton highpoint and figure it out. When I went to gosnold, both detox and css I was pretty amazed at how nice it was. Maybe other people that gave bad reviews had trouble with the staff or other patients. That's one of the big things in any place. Also, I'm guessing there's a lot of spoiled brats around that area that go there. I met a few spoiled brats when I was there and it's like, are you kidding me? I only went once to detox and then another time straight to css because I was sober for a couple weeks but felt the temptation getting stronger of drinking again. I had a great experience there. Both detox and css.

My view is different from most of the rest of the ratings. I went in with a plan. The staff tries as hard as they can with everything involved. My nurses were great. The new facility is great. There is one of the head RS’s named SARAH was the most helpful for me, she was OMG so super helpful. Listen this is a detox. If you have been to a few like I have my experience was good. Most of the bad reviews you see are probably from the bad eggs who were sneaking drugs.

Food and all the staff are great and very helpful. The people detoxing were from all walks of life were very helpful as well, there for each other when we needed it... If you need a safe place to detox, I would highly recommend it

Been here twice first time I really needed it. My first breakdown too many things were going on and I failed with the wrong people when I used to be strong. Second one a kick butt believes and dreams. I only did they cure me alcohol but also dealing with people and how to handle the situation like I used to and lost track.

I loved my job was there for almost 10 years as a clinician. I worked with some amazing people snd developed awesome friendships. I always had the best caseload of clientele and I miss working with them and seeing their growth. Times have changed over the years most places do wish I was still there it's a great feeling when you know you've made a difference and was able to contribute ideas and see changes be implemented.
