I have a couple ideas as to why though. Try Brockton highpoint and figure it out. When I went to gosnold, both detox and css I was pretty amazed at how nice it was. Maybe other people that gave bad reviews had trouble with the staff or other patients. That's one of the big things in any place. Also, I'm guessing there's a lot of spoiled brats around that area that go there. I met a few spoiled brats when I was there and it's like, are you kidding me? I only went once to detox and then another time straight to css because I was sober for a couple weeks but felt the temptation getting stronger of drinking again. I had a great experience there. My nurses were great. The new facility is great. There is one of the head RS’s named SARAH was the most helpful for me, she was OMG so super helpful. Listen this is a detox. If you have been to a few like I have my experience was good. Most of the bad reviews you see are probably from the bad eggs who were sneaking drugs. Everyone here was incredible, but I especially want to thank Jen, Scotty, and Nicole for everything they did. The food may have been hit or miss, but I never questioned the quality of the program or the groups. Every group was meaningful, and I always felt supported. I stayed for nearly the full 30-day program, then continued with their online IOP and OP programs for quite a while afterward. The continuity of care made a huge difference in my recovery. They also offer so many additional services, including Reiki, yoga, Revive, acupuncture, meditation, and more, which really helped support my overall healing. I can't say enough good things about my counselor, Jen. She consistently went above and beyond for me. She helped me work through the way I think, navigate friends relapsing, cope with difficult family situations, and build healthier ways of handling life's challenges. Her support, guidance, and genuine care had a lasting impact on my recovery. Today I have over six months clean, and I truly don't believe I'd be where I am without the support and foundation RTCC gave me. Martha, the program director with her hand-picked staff identify with the residents because they know what we're going through. Most, if not more are graduates of the house themselves. They help you face addiction head on, accept it, cope with it so you can heal. There's something magical about the place and Gosnold would be wise to remember that. It's not uncommon for former graduates to request a visit to remember how Miller House helped them recover and stabilize their lives to become contributing members of society. To say they were helpful would be the understatement of the century. Professional yet friendly...dare I say "warm"? The atmosphere is inviting, not at all what I expected of a municipal agency and the people, all of them, were just plain friggin nice. And I would be remiss if I neglected to mention Ms. Helen Malina. Helen is now my Case Manager (sorry Helen) and I know I'm in good hands. This agency is a gold mine of help for a plethora of different issues and I would urge anyone who feels like they have no place to turn to give them a shout: they are (all) wonderful. Nick Harrington 9 months ago Just wanted to take a min or 2 outta my Sunday afternoon to let ppl know wat a life saving program hptc Plymouth is,in Aug 21,I had just entered prgm for 7 th time in last 2.5 months,every time I left AMA,they wud allow me back wen I called looking for a bed,never judging me and allowing me my process,I was sick as a dawg and totally defeated, there was a beautiful pregnant nurse there that touched my heart,even tho I was physically unable to go stand up in med line,cuz I physically cud not get out of my bed,time after time she wud come to my room to dose me,it was my 4 th day there and w/d’s were peaking,I hadn’t ate in 4 days and that nurse and the staff ,thru their compassion gave me a slight glimmer of hope, after a positive covid test I was quarantined to a room for 10 days and at that point I knew if I left again I wuda been screwed so I stayed til the miracle happened,not only did I make it thru w/ds ,I got thru the covid virus and made it the 10 days,not long after clinician got me placed into halfway house in east bos and I haven’t looked back since that day,for sum reason I will always remember that pregant nurse caring enuff with her compassion and understanding and at that point I set forth a path of recovery and once again becoming a productive member of society,and most importantly a father to my loving son ty hptc and all of there workers who assist in making miracle everyday Jim Kel 1 year ago	3

I have a couple ideas as to why though. Try Brockton highpoint and figure it out. When I went to gosnold, both detox and css I was pretty amazed at how nice it was. Maybe other people that gave bad reviews had trouble with the staff or other patients. That's one of the big things in any place. Also, I'm guessing there's a lot of spoiled brats around that area that go there. I met a few spoiled brats when I was there and it's like, are you kidding me? I only went once to detox and then another time straight to css because I was sober for a couple weeks but felt the temptation getting stronger of drinking again. I had a great experience there. My nurses were great. The new facility is great. There is one of the head RS’s named SARAH was the most helpful for me, she was OMG so super helpful. Listen this is a detox. If you have been to a few like I have my experience was good. Most of the bad reviews you see are probably from the bad eggs who were sneaking drugs.
