Coming Into the program I was very resilient and reluctant to get it done. It wasent long until Kyle roped me into one of the best programs I've ever taken. He made the information easy to understand, learn, and implement. Great team, and a great experience.

Kyle was the best MID instructor I've ever had, and he didn't even scold me when I used google constantly to look up answers to questions and pretended like I was actually just smarter than him (I was not).

Great place alot of resources for people that want help this is the place to be

Didn’t feel like a cold, scary, clinical place. Staff actually remembered my name and didn’t treat me like another number or judge me. They help by doing things other than just giving you meds which I liked. They got me some good resources to help with work, money and housing, stuff like that. They did have some long wait times on some days but they really helped me turn things around.

Starting off at a new place sometimes is difficult. But not at Brightview from the moment , I walked through the door. I felt welcomed, I had staff that advocated for me, to make sure . I received the treatment, I needed outside of Brightview. So that showed me. that . I wasn't alone . that people were listening . But the most amazing thing, I've witnessed, Is that the staff knew everyone by name. almost like on a personal basis. I could go on an on . I'm going to be moving on to another program. This new program. has some pretty big shoes to fill !!!

I am so disappointed that Brightveiw Somerville will Be closing. I have loved the team I have worked with and Grace has saved my life by being there for me. I have a had time finding therapists and connected with Deborah. I have become stable with my depression anxiety and addiction, thankful for Brightveiw. So disappointed it like starting all over. Never write reviews but had to write and say Thank you!!!!!

The people that work at this clinic are very nice people. The service is extremely fast and they treat you like a normal person instead of just an addict. I highly recommend this place to anybody who is on their recovery journey.

Danvers CAB saved my life. Sure it might not be the most comfortable sleeping arrangements, and food might suck. But it was exactly what I needed to experience to get and stay clean. The only employee I remember was a case worker named Bob that was extremely caring ak the time out of his day to keep my family updated on my progress. I am forever grateful for Danvers CAB!

I went there about 5 years ago so not sure if much has changed but when I went for like the 6th or 7th time I appreciated the place cuz I was sick n tired of being sick n tired! Tired of chasing heroin and tired of being sick. I can't say anything about the methadone clinic cuz I didn't go for that. There is no quick or painless way to get clean so it's going to be a miserable time but so worth it. I loved the staff, liked the food. There was a woman cook/chef idk but she was dynamite! Especially with what they have to work with. Speaking of, the staff has us to work with. Miserable,suicidal,mental cases! Not the most pleasant people at times. I believe the neg. ratings are from the younger people possibly spoiled? Who knows. IF YOU SERIOUSLY WANT TO GET CLEAN THIS PLACE IS A GREAT START! GET THE FURTHER TREATMENT! IT WORKS IF YOU WANT IT TO! Be honest with yourself about your character defects and work to fix them. THEY WILL HELP YOU GET TO THE BOTTOM OF WHY WE USE! ABSTINENCE IS NOT ENUFF! YOU DIDN'T BECOME AN ADDICT OVERNIGHT, NOR WILL YOU BECOME HEALTHY AGAIN OVERNIGHT! YOU ARE WORTH IT! THEY CAN AND WILL HELP YOU! TRY IT THEIR WAY CUZ YOUR WAY SUCKS! good luck!

This is a review I should have written a LONG time ago. This review is for Jaclyn and Kristen. Jaclyn works directly under southbay, I believe. I hear about some of my peers’ experiences with early intervention, and while it’s always good, it still really illuminates how above and beyond Jaclyn went for us. She was always available, she always listened, she was the water that surrounded our stone. She listened when we needed her to and she advocated loudly when we needed her to. We’ve been out of the program for a YEAR and not a day goes by where we do not think or talk about Jaclyn. My son still asks for her. He has since been diagnosed with level two autism and we couldn’t haven’t gotten that diagnosis or help without her guidance and support. I was at the end of my rope and without tools, I feel that my child, despite my devotion and love and patience and empathy, probably would have been traumatized with out her because I simply did not have the tools to help or cope. Or the hand on my shoulder to tell me it’s okay, I’m doing a good job. She was always on time which was great for my sons very big need for punctuality, even as a baby. She was so personable and loving and was truly apart of our family. She intuitively picked up on small nuances and evolved accordingly. I wish I could have done more for her as we parted. Jaclyn was one of the best people I’ve ever met, and the world is better for having her in it. Kristen was also amazing. She was my sons behavioral therapist and she offered a lot of truly helpful insights. ABA can be quite controversial these days, but I never felt I had to change my son with Kristen, or make him fit into another mold. Though I’m not exactly sure Kristen did ABA specifically, I felt we all knew that’s what she was there for. She helped me to analyze what made my son tick and why. She didn’t try to change him, she helped me to anticipate his wants and needs and translated his special language to me. Jaclyn and Kristen worked phenomenally side by side as a fantastic team to offer us the support that every parent in my situation dreams of. I have often fantasized about attending a town hall or public forum to advocate for early intervention to be extended to children over 5 years of age. If you’ve made it this long, thanks for reading. This review was the least I could do for these people who have done so much for us.

Just had to say the program director actually spoke to me for almost an hour. I was a complete mess from crying over worry for my daughter who is not even at Pegasus House. Currently she is incarcerated and we are looking for a program. I googled residential and due to the holiday, I really didn t think I would reach anyone. Staff who answered transferred me to the Director who was actually there. Before I could say hello back, she told me to take a breath. She didn t know who I was. My daughter will be calling in the morning to complete a phone interview. Never will I forget the patience and kindness that was shown to a frantic mom

Everyone who works here is so friendly and thoughtful. The staff went above and beyond with my care. The midwife team is especially amazing. I was so taken care of throughout my pregnancy, and so grateful I ended up at Brookside.

The entire team here provided a non judgmental, compassionate and supportive atmosphere for my loved one. They provided us hope in a situation most classified as "hopeless". I am grateful the Bridge Clinic exsists.

Would recommend this place 10/10, the staff and doctors actually care and want to help! I went there for withdrawal symptoms and they treated me right there and then on the spot and helped me get further treatment. Anywhere else I’d go would make me jump through hoops to get treatment

I have been talking to a counselor here for several months. She has been very understanding and patient with me. I am very grateful!

I have been utilizing Bridgewell's counseling services for over 7 years , I am very satisfied with them. Due to a high demand job, trying to find a day a week for therapy was very hard, but my Clinician there worked with me to find the right day/time that works for both of us. The clinicians here are very informed, educated and empathic with their approaches for therapy. The Psych Docs/PNPs are also very understanding and welcome the client into trying new approaches to benefit their treatment. All in all I would defiantly recommend this place to others :)

I love going to Bridgewell because the staff are really friendly and flexible. I have had a bad experience the first time with a therapist but overall the rest of the staff are friendly. I see my therapist once a week. I also see a couples therapist once a month. I really liked the support they give and advice they give you. They try their best to do the right thing for you.

Wonderful place staff really goes out of there way to help you and to recovery from a wide various mental issues that society tends to label as awful. As of 5-1-19 the place is closing for good on June 28 2019, so alot of people will be having to find a new place to try to recover from. Good luck on finding this aleast in Boston, since they have all closed down.
