Geriatric staff on 4B were outstanding taking care of my wife!!!

I came to Good Sam's Same Day Surgery unit on Wednesday June 15th for a PICC line placement and first dose of antibiotics due to a severe case of Lyme Arthritis. Everyone, including the nurses in the cath lab were outstanding. A special shout out to Joan in SDS, who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Thanks

Our visit was in an ambulance so we were taking in right away. However, the staff was great. They were kind very attentive. The place was clean. The atmosphere was much better than previous visits when it was under Stuart medical.

I have to say Anthony is the glue that holds that place together, he is great ! He is the most helpful man i ever met . He goes goes the extra mile for every one and runs the that place like a clock Ed .D

I have to say, I'm pretty happy with this place. Of course, I don't have anything else to compare it to, but it seems pretty good to me. The wait times are usually not too bad either.

Quiet vibe, no judgment, just people who know what they’re doing and treat you like a real person. 😌 I didn’t need fancy—just a clean space, solid help, and folks who got my back. And that’s exactly what I got. 💯 Steady progress, real talks, and the kind of support that actually sticks. 👣

I’ve been here for 15 plus years and my counselor Paul goes above and beyond for his patients. Most of the staff has been here for years and they’re great. If you follow the rules and keep your head down, mind your buisness you’ll have no issues with this place… some people have complaints but those are usually the people who do whatever they want and tend to forget how lucky we are to have this place. The photos aren’t from this clinic. I don’t know what clinic those are from. It’s a clean place though and constantly updated.

I agree with the other commentor. There is no private dosing and This is not the interior of the Brockton CTC!!!not even close!!! This place looks 4-5 times larger and much more modern. The only picture that is accurate is the picture of the outside of the building!!!

Coordinating care with this team of compassionate professionals always warms your heart. Callers are always greeted by a warm and welcoming team at their front desk. The nurse's speedy response time is always appreciated and the clinical team always willing to go that extra mile to help the individuals they serve. This is the place if you’re really struggling and need some outside help. The rules are pretty simple. However my big Downside is this is a for profit company. For the 80 or so they get from each patient it should be invested into quality case workers. I’m not saying they are all bad but I’ve been here for about 5 or so years, and I’ve just been given my 7th case worker granted only 5 we’re supposed to be permanent. The case worker I just finally got Is the only one you’ve hired that has personal experience.

My friend had his first visit with Naomi Raymond..a telehealth visit. It went very well and we were very happy with the visit and the provider. She was very thorough and explained things in detail. Highly recommend! Looking forward to next visit. 2nd visit was excellent also!

Mike A, Zach, Ted, Ian, Lisa, and Kim are great they make it tolerable while some people are bugging out sometimes I wonder if they're actually working here or patient with keys but overall great to talk to

they really do try their best to help you. I would ignore the negative reviews. They’re just unhappy with themselves. The employees inpatient are incredible.

Been here twice first time I really needed it. My first breakdown too many things were going on and I failed with the wrong people when I used to be strong. Second one a kick butt believes and dreams. I only did they cure me alcohol but also dealing with people and how to handle the situation like I used to and lost track.

7 hills foundation Taunton office is a satellite office. This office location is not open all time. They usual r open on the days during week the work are 1 to 3 pm.

I recently had my first appointment here in order to receive counseling and mental health services. I had a very positive experience. The office is made up of a very kind and helpful staff that went out of their way to help meet my needs. I left feeling hopeful that I will receive quality services from a professional and empathetic staff.

Ive been going to Norton since 2018. Amazing people who care and genuinely want to help you. From the people working the front desk to the people in the back. I couldn’t recommend them any higher. A wonderful place.

They care about you, it's tough love, but they show you how much they care about your health and your improvement. It is rare to find such good people who are so easy to deal with! I will never forget you!

This place is awesome. My husband and I used to go to the clinic in Florida and the difference is literally night and day. From the way they do their intake, which in Florida would take up to 8 hours sometimes longer, to the way they treat their patients, by which I mean that they actually care and treat us with respect. Would definitely 100% recommend to anyone who wants to get sober.

Staff is ok nursing def needs some help although Kelly does a great job but they burn her out with no help at all I am on my third Counciler but it seems like they got it together with the new director other than that I’ve had one issues since being there and it was handled right away

Been sectioned here 4 times. Love the staff and nurses -- especially considering I never want to be here when I'm there -- see below. Anyhow, played a major role in me getting better and I've learned much about myself while there. I don't want to go back (unless voluntary if needed), yet I'm grateful for the time I've spent there and also met some awesome people. Blessings going forward...may all be well with your soul. My experience in MATC was amazing. The staff was exceptional with the care that they offered me. My thinking about my alcohol addiction has become more concrete and have become more aware of my addiction, triggers and red flags that accure prior to relapse. MATC helped me tremendously and has put me back in a great place in my life. Thank you

I just relocated to Providence from Massachusetts which had a similar program I was able to avail myself of, as a Senior Citizen on a Fixed Income every penny counts these days. I applied for the Home Energy Assistance Program and just received an approval for the Grant. The Application Process was Quick and Easy and the response was prompt. This Grant will make a significant difference for me.

9/15/2025 - 9/17/2025 I had an emergency labored and delivered for my second baby at Women & Infant Hospital. My experience went above and beyond my expectation. I was so much in pain during delivery due to my preeclampsia. From check in to check out, the team doctor, nurse, and every single staff from every department treated me really well. We got such an amazing talking care and services from every single department. They all are professional, polite and respectful. I truly sincerely appreciated all of your hard work. If I could give more star I would. Thank you so much Woman &Infant Hospital!

We had our second child at Women and infants and I can't say enough positive things about the staff here. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and have so much compassion and empathy. Every single nurse/doctor that we had was so kind to us and made us feel like family. If your hesitant about delivering here I can honestly tell you this is the best hospital in the area.
