Stevens is a great place for youth who need help. The staff work extremely well with the youth, focusing on their individual needs, which I think is highly beneficial. I, as a former youth, enjoyed the events they held—such as Summer Jam, the holiday play, cookouts, and much more. The clinical services they offer are excellent. The structure and routines are consistent and beneficial, and they will do everything they can to make sure that when you leave, you will be a successful individual.

I love this clinic.
There's a man named Joey that works there and he is just the light of the building. He is so nice and has an amazing heart and he's genuine not doing it bc it's his job. Joey please never leave because the light in that building will dim very dark. You're the light of the place Joey. Also Karen his boss she's just a sweetie. the females that worked behind the Counter were always grumpy and I couldn't be more appreciative for him and the people who actually care. Thank FRCTC 🫶🏻

I was in a dark place stuck in addiction I could not let go of, I was accepted to this program while being in Fatima hospital in Rhode Island. Once I got to zinnia I was so sad because I had no one y my side no family but I also thought I didn’t belong there. I soon realized that I was in the right place at the right time. I was helped tremendously I was given a therapist a doctor my medications for helping me sleep when I couldn’t as I going through withdrawal of cocaine and marijuana. I met good people there at zinnia I made a lot of friends that became my family. zinnia is a great facility they have great staff great doctors great therapists and great food. They have fresh food made daily for us and it was delicious they also had snacks and a fridge and a kitchen for us to eat during the day the beds were great and there is also a gym and you can also smoke cigarettes and vape too. This place helped me realize that I was an addict and that I needed help before I lost my life completely I highly recommend this place for you brother or sister mom or dad cousin or friend this place makes miracles happen.

The facility overall was excellent. While there are a lot of unnecessary rules — many of which even staff don’t consistently enforce, often for good reason — the experience was still overwhelmingly positive. The exceptions were the two or three “storm-trooper” staff members who seemed more focused on rigid enforcement than on helping patients.
The kitchen staff, however, were absolute standouts. The food was consistently on point, and the team ran things like true professionals. Reagan, Kevin, Marvin, Shannon, Jay, and either Ralph or Phil were cool as ice. These guys should be running the place. They were strict, but always fair. If any of them were giving you a hard time, you probably earned it.
I want to give special recognition to Reagan and Kevin — genuinely two of the most authentic, sincere people I’ve ever met. I read a review saying the staff in recovery didn’t know how to handle addicts, and I STRONGLY disagree. In my experience, the staff members who were in recovery went above and beyond for patients multiple times, even in situations where they risked being reprimanded for helping.
My only real complaint is consistency. Either dial back some of the rules, or have the “storm-trooper” staff follow the lead of the standout team members above — because those guys truly embody what this place should be about.
I also want to shout out Jay one more time. He helped me out in a major way and he really didn’t have. All you guys. Keep doing what you do!
I walked into Adcare a dying woman. Planning to stay four days just to detox because I knew everything. Thank you, Adcare for convincing me to stay 30 days.
The staff was amazing from the TA’s to the nurses and especially thanks to Scott who take care of all my outside concerns so I could concentrate on my recovery. If anyone is suffering, this is the place to go to get the help that they need

Been on liquid handcuffs for 3+ years finally starting to decrease my dose, this place saved my life they’re awesome and don’t treat you like an addict. My only complaint is they should make it easier for take homes. I don’t understand why they don’t give everyone 1 weeks worth and if the patient messes up then take them off. I feel like if I git take homes right away I could have winged myself off. Because yes Dr’s know a lot and a lot more than me but I know for a fact I know my body better than any doctor. Other than that. Ty habit opco you have been a life changer I love you guys

Great pt centered care. From the moment you walk in the door!!
My first experience at this hospital. I went in for the company mandated flu shot. I don’t do well with needles. I looked at the wrong time and these two lovely nurses caught me before passing out. They spent over a half hour with me. Constantly reassessing vitals, got some sugar in me. Elevated my legs to help with blood flow. They kept me laughing with a good sense of humor. It was great action and reactions.

I thought er was great and cardiac floor was great the only thing I didn’t like was the menu . It basically only gives you one option every day, which is ridiculous. It used to have a whole menu you could pick from and the options of all day substitutes are not the greatest.thry need to offer more options and the kitchen staff was kinda rude and made me feel like I was bothering them the food takes forever to get to u

I have to say, I'm pretty happy with this place. Of course, I don't have anything else to compare it to, but it seems pretty good to me. The wait times are usually not too bad either.
I've been attending the Discovery House since 2017, but initially, I didn't take the program seriously and wasted a lot of time. This time around, I'm fully committed to using the tools they provide, and it's been a game-changer. I'm grateful for the excellent staff and counselors who have supported me on my journey to sobriety; I'll reach almost 3 years of sobriety in October.

Quiet vibe, no judgment, just people who know what they’re doing and treat you like a real person. 😌 I didn’t need fancy—just a clean space, solid help, and folks who got my back. And that’s exactly what I got. 💯 Steady progress, real talks, and the kind of support that actually sticks. 👣
This place saved my life. I was so strung out and needed to clean myself up. I did the program and graduated. TSS New Bedford wasnt bad at all. Food was great and the treatment was excellent 👌

I’ve been here for 15 plus years and my counselor Paul goes above and beyond for his patients. Most of the staff has been here for years and they’re great. If you follow the rules and keep your head down, mind your buisness you’ll have no issues with this place… some people have complaints but those are usually the people who do whatever they want and tend to forget how lucky we are to have this place. The photos aren’t from this clinic. I don’t know what clinic those are from. It’s a clean place though and constantly updated.

I agree with the other commentor. There is no private dosing and This is not the interior of the Brockton CTC!!!not even close!!! This place looks 4-5 times larger and much more modern. The only picture that is accurate is the picture of the outside of the building!!!

Through the PHP program and therapy, I was able to overcome issues I wouldn't have able to do alone. The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place.
Life changing. Literally.
Before this program, I was a broken, shell of a person. Five months later, I’ve got relationships with friends and family back. I have ambition, purpose, and I’m hopeful for the future. Between all of the therapists & case managers like Bri and JP, the staff at Ocean State actually cares. In comparison, no other program even comes close. If you’re on the fence about choosing a program or taking that first step to reach out for help, call Ocean State. I guarantee you won’t regret it.
EDIT: I was hired here shortly after completing the program and my opinion of this place has only gotten better since starting to work here almost a year ago.

I just want to say i actually just graduated from ocean state recovery today and sincerely want to thank them for all the support they gave me during my journey on getting sober i can honestly say without their support and sense of care i would have not been able to maintain sobriety throughout everything im going through they helped me get through it all and still strong today getting through it i want to thank all the staff they are so respectful helpful and there for you no matter what especially in a time of you trying to fix your life and keep clean staying sober and finding a better solution id recommend anyone to this place in getting that support and push to finding and reaching that better you and getting sober... I thoroughly appreciate and feel safe at Brown. Formerly St. Anne's hospital. One provider that has made an impact on me in terms of trust is Dr. Old. I also was cared for by two other e.r. doctors last week that were exceptional. But I wanted to specifically highlight Dr. Old and being in his care yesterday. He's diligent, crazy intelligent, efficient and one of the kindest providers I've encountered. Thank you for everything Dr. Old and all staff at this wonderful organization.

Can't say enough good things about this hospital. I was on their 3rd floor for alcohol withdrawal. I expected the usual judgements/punishments I got in the past.
Not this hospital. Within 10 minutes of arriving, the ER nurse and doctor made it clear that they were going to get me out of pain, and did just that. The doctor actually patted me on the knee when he told me I was going to be alright. I think I cried.
On the cardiac floor the nurses were unbelievable! Kind, caring, and attentive. I can't say enough regarding their professionalism and bedside manner. Thank you to all of you.
They didn't stop there. I have sleep apnea, so every time I fell asleep my Sats would drop. So they sent in respiratory. I argued with the guy about CPAPS ending up on the floor every night. He told me the trick to the CPAP was to keep trying otherwise you die. Last night I got 4 1/2 hours with only 4 EPH and woke up feeling 10 years younger. Keep trying.
The Chaplin and Nuns came to my room to hear my confession and then offer me communion. They also offered some solid advice.
I had a situation occur during a procedure where the IV infiltrated. Looking back, the same spot where the IV was placed also infiltrated during a previous surgery. Just a bad vein. I watched a nurse place another IV in less than 20 seconds. She put that into a distal location, on a dehydrated body!
In summary, I entered this hospital half dead and walked out physically, mentally, and spiritually improved. When that happens you know you have been to a great hospital.

This was my first time at this hospital and I had to go through the ER. I spent nearly 8 hours there and I have to say that every staff member that I encountered treated me wonderfully. Liam and Dava during triage, Dr. Fox, Maya the PA… She was a godsend… As were Liz and Kathleen in the MRI unit. I am a retired nurse anesthetist and I always prided myself in how I treated all of my patients. It is nice to know that in these crazy times there are still multiple healthcare providers out there dedicated to giving excellent patient care.
Went here a few years back. During Covid, wild crowd, the intensity of the whole world to me was making me sick.
This was one of the greatest things to ever happen to me.
It is almost 5 years later and North Cottage stays with my soul everywhere I go. I love you guys so damn much
