Amazing program. Property meticulous maintenence. Staff are very good and therapy is also great.i honestly loved it and is by far one of the best programs around.Definitely recommend this place to anyone. They will give your male teen the structure and safety and treatment they need to succeed. Can't say enough about this place it really made me a better person and changed my life for the better.

Adcare facility is clean well maintained and highly reputable. Every step went as smooth as possible from my initial intake call to my admission appointment and then to my group therapy. The amount of education I received during my stay I cant put a price on and they truly have changed my life for the better. When you think there is no hope left they restore it for you as long as you put in the work on your end. You invest everything you have into this program you will come out a new and improved version of yourself. I finally registered for VA Healthcare and with some doubt, made an appointment for a physical. I was completely surprised and impressed with the whole experience. The staff was knowledable, friendly and showed concern. They were all articulate and spent considerable time with me. The facility was clean and modern. I had a follow up with the Pharmacist to go over my meds and same thing, she was wonderful. I am now using the VA for my primary care. Thank you for making me feel welcome.

Very kind staff. They help you everyway they can, they dont judge, they have weekly activities such as painting and even acupuncture. If you need a higher dose then just speak with your counselor. Its not in the nicest area but theres a bunch of security there to keep you safe.

There is no right or wrong way to go through the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. But I can honestly say that the Brook Retreat has a revolutionary grasp on reaching the broken hearted. The level of care and accountability this program has for its clients is in-measurable from my past experiences. I had the pleasure of staying on an extra 6 months as a house manager at one of the phase down houses. Been on liquid handcuffs for 3+ years finally starting to decrease my dose, this place saved my life they re awesome and don t treat you like an addict. My only complaint is they should make it easier for take homes. I don t understand why they don t give everyone 1 weeks worth and if the patient messes up then take them off. Just started coming here a month ago and I ve been kicking myself for not coming sooner. Definitely had some misconceptions about methadone clinics that have all been proven wrong by personal experience here. Every single member of the staff from the security at the door to the counselors, medical staff, and dosing nurses are incredibly kind and supportive and just want to see you succeed. Despite being spread thin and having minimal staff for the sheer volume of patients they see the staff is always so positive, helpful, and caring. I am incredibly grateful for every single person working here. I have already seen a difference in my life from having a set schedule in the morning to adhere to, and the staff here made this entirely possible for me. I don t think I would ve been this motivated to become clean if it wasn t for the people that make up PCTC. Thank you so much! Y all have made a difference in so many peoples lives, including mine.

Coordinating care with this team of compassionate professionals always warms your heart. Callers are always greeted by a warm and welcoming team at their front desk. The nurse's speedy response time is always appreciated and the clinical team always willing to go that extra mile to help the individuals they serve. The photos shown here by the owner are NOT what this clinic looks like! NOT EVEN CLOSE! I m a grateful patient there and I m not sure where these photos were taken but it s certainly NOT Brockton CTC! Brockton CTC is in SERIOUS need of an interior update. There are NO spacious Group room s, NO spacious dosing waiting area(we line up around corners & halls), and dosing is ABSOLUTELY NOT PRIVATE like these photos are portraying-Others stand right behind your back and can watch!I m a very grateful patient there and very thankful for the amazing services provided there! I m extremely satisfied with the quality of services I receive my only serious issue is the false visual portrayal this clinic.

Everyone in front the desk is work good . They check and they do the referral great service. The NP there she works not bad is good too and fast I like it but one thing that I don't like it she a little rush to talk to you and don't listen to you a lot about your health . That's why I just give 4 stars .

Staff is nice. However They constantly make you late for work you never know what you re going to run into when you get there every day it s different they need to have better policies and procedures for when the computers go down because people in recovery are very delicate and if they lose a job that could set them over the edge when they re just trying to get their methadone and do the right thing. Exceptions must be made on a very strict case by case basis for accommodations for certain people. Other than that, this is a good clinic, you are in take homes fast if you do what you re supposed to do and they don t require much out of you it s a lot better than spectrum or any other clinic around. Not that there are many to choose from spectrum and here . They need to keep a full staff daily so there s never long lines thus making people late for obligations and when in delicate recovery a loss of job can set someone over the edge in a snowball effect. Please we are BEGGING you KEN to help us more especially for the people that are doing exactly what they are supposed to be doing to a T.

This is the place if you re really struggling and need some outside help. The rules are pretty simple. However my big Downside is this is a for profit company. For the 80 or so they get from each patient it should be invested into quality case workers. I m not saying they are all bad but I ve been here for about 5 or so years, and I ve just been given my 7th case worker granted only 5 we re supposed to be permanent. The case worker I just finally got Is the only one you ve hired that has personal experience.

I stayed on unit 3 when I left I felt a million times better but do wish I had stayed longer staff was great food was good but for most can't complain when you got three hots and a cott when most people don't have nothing going in to the program one day at a time prays to everyone dealing with some sort of stuff
