This place gave me HOPE something I didn’t know about. When I walked into them doors they told me that they were going to LOVE ME UNTIL I LOVED MYSELF & that’s exactly what they did. I am forever grateful for each one of the staff members for helping me & no matter what believing in me. Recovery is not easy either is life. Life happens on life’s terms & alls I know is they gave me the tools, experience, friendships & bond. They became my family & I know I was NOT easy but trust me they will NEVER give up on you SO just make sure you NEVER give up on yourself. The staff were patient, kind, funny, respectable and caring. Personally i would have preferred an 8 hour day but then again i am an older female who rather spend my day resting, eating and watching movies! I was quite fond of Marrow even though i am sure i am spelling her name wrong. The other lady who did so much in activity wise was a super encourager. Sorry i dont remember her name. She may have come from Germany but anywhoo Hope House and the dancing staffer who taught a lot about gardening and painting were a great inspiration. Keep up the good work. Hope House, YOU ROCK!!!

If you are looking for recovery this is the place to go. Staff is amazing and they will do all they can to help you find your better life. Not your typical rehab, above and beyond!

Dont know yet, i have intake in a few days but any place will be better than bhg, ive heard nothing but bad things about bhg and i also heard victory is just ran better so i pray this will be a safer place than bhg

I did my intake/transfer from my muskegon clinic this morning and they were so good to work with and made me comfortable which is something I was worried about. The staff was super nice and professional! I'm excited to see where this next chapter of my sober journey will take me with this facility now! You can tell that they truly care which is more than needed.. If you want to get your life back from addiction and are ready for the change then please stop in there and let them help you. I have no ins and am a cash client but if I can do it which I have for 18mos clean now then anybody can!

Victory is helping me get my life back 👍🏽. it's difficult in the beginning, but worth the uncomfortable 1st day to get treatment started 🤢🤮😵‍💫I almost walked out a few times on day 1 but held on, and I'm so glad I did. The councilers & Doctor really have empathy for what people are going thru, they don't judge, and help you every step of the way. If your struggling with addiction of any kind 🙏🏽 please give this place a try. They offer different treatments to fit each person's needs/goals. Just be honest and transparent with them about what your doing & going thru and they can help get your life back.Medicaid accepted as well as lots of other options. Everyone was professional and polite. They worked with my 10yr old grandson who suffers from ADHD. He will be attending a class next week to help with anger issues.

I don't know what the negative reviews are talking about. Pines has helped WAY more with a family member than Lifeway's or Segue. They even offer group support for family members that are living with patients. I think it all comes down to: you get out of it what you put into it. Nobody can do the work for you. If you keep showing up, do the things to change your reality, and use the tools you're given in therapy - over time things do change for you. I see a common thread that patients are saying they don't help, my family member says the same. He also wants everyone to do everything for him and I'm not sure he actually wants to get better. If you're looking for help with a family member, this is the place. It took years of struggling & living in hell to finally get help with our family member with his resistance. From an outside perspective & someone that has been in therapy for years, even tried lifeway's myself - Pines offers more than acceptional programs. It's worth the drive. It's all up to the patient's to get what they need from themselves ultimately.

I had an MRI on 10/29/25, and the report was available on my patient portal just 62 minutes after the test was completed. I’m very impressed with the efficiency and timeliness of the radiology department. Excellent service!!

Since I have lived in Michigan(3 years). I just found this hospital, was in their ER twice and the staff was completely understanding! Dr. Gerkin, (nurses) Kelsey, Allison, Bianca!!!! And not only that they remember me by name the second time!! I will never go to another hospital! Very pleased and this staff needs recognition!!

I have been going to this clinic on and off for over a decade( like a decade and a half to be honest.) I of course could say some pretty Horrible Things about some of the treatment i revived there in the past. (( half my fault half their fault to be fair lol)) I Also can say that i wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for this place!! I mean. I still don't like all the staff, but you're not going to every place you go. But for what's actually available in lansing this place Deserves more credit than it gets. Yeah, it might be a little understaffed at times, And with such an influx of people going there now. Sometimes there is it pretty annoying wait to dose but really we all know things could be way worse. By no means, am I saying that it's perfect, but i am saying that if u want it to work they will do everything to support you along the way. ◇Shout out◇ to ☆nurse-nikki☆ it really meant alot to me that u brought up doin the cows and told me my next up date..... Ive really been going through it lately and it was just the right amount of kindness and support i needed to hear the other day so thank you!!please dont stop hasling me about goin up and having my stupid box!!! Anywho ...I hope if you think ur to the point of needing help to quit doin dope you give this place a try b4 giving up.

This place saved my life. If you’re ready to really get clean, this is the place to go. They won’t accept the excuses and BS and will call you out. Which is exactly what I needed. I just celebrated 9 years off my DOC. Vesna my therapist has helped me so much over the last 9 years. i truly don’t know where I would be without her help! Nurse Sheryl is awesome and I enjoy our interactions. Melissa at the front desk, is always there with a smile and soothing voice. I appreciate everyone at the clinic because I can imagine it’s a very high stress job! Thank you!

The Housing Team (Resident Assistants, Assistant Community Directors, Community Directors, etc.) at Holden Hall are top-notch! It was very convenient when I lived there since they have a Dining Hall and Sparty’s in the same building!

Good food quiet place to sit

I am staying here for my first semester at MSU. It is a fairly nice dormitory. The rooms themselves are exactly like how you would expect a university dorm to look like, but there are amenities like multiple study areas and a nice cafeteria.

This place is wonderful the staff are amazing and very helpful they take pride in their jobs and are there when you truly need a hand up. They have changed my life in so many ways. A new chapter of my life has opened and I am excited to see where it goes.

This is a wonderful program, truly making a difference in many lives. The WLRP staff are there for the ladies in the program, and become the family many of them need. This is also such a a great place to work, all the staff are passionate about what they do and it's an opportunity to really make a difference to those who need it.

I went to serenity haven about 3 & 1/2 years ago and to this day I still have them to thank for me being where I am in life. They gave me all the tools I needed to do good & I use them on a daily basis. The staff is amazing. At first I hated it but now when I walk into the doors it just feels like im coming back home. I have always recieved good care. Physicians have been kind, listened well, explained tests and option. When I seek information via the portal.. always get an answer and treatments.

Very kind staff, the nurse practitioner I saw was very knowledgeable, didn’t make we wait, willing to answer questions, and the exam was so quick and simple. I will definitely be back.
