April 2 2025 my life totally changed. As a result of prayer to my Lord Jesus Christ, I was directed to PRC. The staff welcomed me with love, acceptance, hope. During my 28 day stay I was fully equipped with proven tools of sobriety that have help me stay and maintain sobriety 59 days later. The Professional, knowledgeable, living testimonies and sober examples of Pinelands staff produced in me an image of seeing myself living happy, joyous and free a sober life that is beneficial to myself, my family and everyone around in every place I go. God used Pinelands Recovery Center to help me realize my value and worth as a human being. I am honored to write my thoughts on my experience Pinelands. The facility is amazing and the staff are awesome. I really appreciated meeting the entire clinical team on my first day which was unique. It really set the tone for my stay. Shout to my therapist Joe who used guided meditation before groups with my peers who also worked with Joe. I use guided meditation often today. Overall, I am very grateful and will always make time for the monthly alumni Zoom calls when I can.

A Life-Changing Experience at Pinelands Recovery Center
I spent 28 days at Pinelands Recovery Center, and it was truly one of the most meaningful and transformative experiences of my life. From the moment I arrived, I felt a deep sense of care, compassion, and genuine love from the entire staff. The employees there don’t just work a job—they live the mission of recovery, and it shows in everything they do.
My therapist, Nikki, was instrumental in helping me open up and start to heal. Monica, my case manager, went above and beyond to support me every step of the way, and I will always be grateful for her guidance. There were so many incredible people who touched my heart—Eric, Keith, the entire nursing staff—each one left a lasting impression on my journey.
I’ll never forget how Erica took the time to sit with me and reminded me that I mattered. Edward and Brian both made moments to check in, ask if I was okay, and offer words of encouragement. Those seemingly small gestures made a massive impact, and they helped carry me through some of the toughest moments.
Today, I’m doing well in my recovery, and I’m living a beautiful life in NA, one day at a time. I’ve become the coffee maker at my home group meeting, and I cherish every new day as the gift that it is. I can’t wait to come back to Pinelands one day—not as a client, but to visit, to celebrate, and to share my story with others who are just starting out.
