I experienced excellent care at Mountainside Hospital for my recent hospitalization. Although it was brief, I was given outstanding care, beginning with the ER md and the 5th floor unit md. In addition, I was very fortunate to be reacquainted with nurse Cyncia, who was caring, warm, informative and answered all of my concerns. I must also commend Brianna, the nursing assistant who supported me diligently during my stay. And, I would be remiss if I didn’t include Teneash from Environmental Services, for tidying up my room and space so thoroughly that I couldn’t help but notice her work ethics. I must add however, that given my diagnosis, I am not able to drink the water given me in the general water pitcher. This was corrected at the end of my stay when the nurse manager asked for my opinion and I had to inform her of my diagnosis. I will definitely be returning to this hospital in the future because of its excellent care.

I visited Mountainside Hospital 8/15/25 for the first time, for pre admission testing. Everyone from the front desk receptionist, admitting, EKG, lab tech, and radiology were extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional.
Parking was very easy, and free.
The process was so organized snd well run, we were in & out within 30 min.
I was very impressed, and will definitely be returning for my future healthcare needs.
