Just left Maryville Pemberton today after a short term stay. The experience was good all in all. Just like any place there could be some adjustments made here and there but it's a pretty good rehab. Chris and his CIT staff (including Michelle) were very helpful throughout my stay. Some things could be better but it is a good place to get treatment.

My treatment here was absolutely a success. I came here highly depressed with a negative outlook on life with zero hope. Legacy is amazing, very welcoming and comforting. Jack is the Best, I could name many great people(Staff) from Jess, Andrew, Shelly, Terrance, Ed, Matt... The list goes on. From my day of intake to my day of discharge approximately 2.5 months later, my experience was nothing but amazing. The facility had all of the treatments that I needed for my recovery, especially in regards to working a 12-step program of my choice.
The staff were all phenomenal. I would love to name certain individuals, but in complete honesty, every single staff member that I interacted with wanted nothing but the best for me, and were willing to go above and beyond for me and my recovery.
I would highly recommend this treatment facility for anybody who is seeking genuine recovery!

I couldn’t recommend Pinelands more! I had no idea what to expect starting my recovery journey and I was so broken down and feeling helpless. All of the staff at Pinelands help me feel comfortable, encouraged, and supported. The meetings were so helpful and introduced me to the AA Program which I had no familiarity with beforehand. Now I’m close to 9 months sober and owe it all to Pinelands. The alumni program run by Eric is such an amazing resource and I’m so happy to still be able to be connected with Pinelands even after leaving at the end of February. I don’t even know where to start. Pinelands Recover Center of Medford truly saved my life. When I walked through those doors, I never thought recovery was possible for me. I was broken, scared, and convinced I couldn’t change. But from the moment I arrived, I was surrounded by the most caring, compassionate, and supportive team I’ve ever met. I got hit with the “welcome to the Ritz!” 🤣 IYKYK
The staff at Pinelands didn’t just treat me like a patient, they treated me like a person. Once you tell people you’re an addict, people never look at you the same but every single person went above and beyond to help me heal, rebuild, and believe in myself again. The facility was spotless and peaceful, and the food was really really good (seriously, better than I ever expected!). Everyone I spoke with there said that this is the best facility they’ve ever been to. It’s nice! I’m serious!!
I hid my disease from absolutely everybody, my family, friends and fiancé. I honestly feel like I got so lucky finding this place. Pinelands gave me something I never thought I’d have - a real second chance at life. Today, I’m almost 9 months sober. I also just got married a few weeks back and can honestly cry tears of pure happiness (actually happened this morning) because I’m living the life I once thought was impossible.
I remember reading reviews for this place before entering, so hopefully my review can help someone else like me 🩵 If you’re struggling, please believe me when I say this: if I can do it, anyone can. Pinelands gave me hope, STRENGTH, bravery and freedom. They helped me become the person I was always meant to be.

Listen, I am a total mess most of the time due to my catastrophizing things. I make everything start at worst case scenario hoping it doesn't stay there but unfortunately it sometimes does. Im not going to give you a play by play or some incredible testimony because my story is still going strong but I've come a very long way and I 💯 give my counselor, Susan, alot of credit for sticking by me even bk in the beginning when I would be nasty and childish towards her and ill never forget when she told me that she was just waiting for me to be ready. * full disclosure im a garbage head and at the time I needed rehab terribly. And she was so patient and calm n it drove me nuts. Until one day, I walked into her office and said im ready. And from that chair in her office I left for rehab right away thanks to a combined effort of the staff, Will a former employee but mainly through her approach over months. I've had several wonderful things happen since then but most importantly I finally won my 3 year battle with CPS and gained joint custody of my son back. Now, don't get it twisted, I am far from a shiney happy person now. I've got major struggles right now but ever since that day she can't get rid of me off her caseload. Mainly because secretly im her favorite.😄 but i won't let them switch me because Susan really does care about her clients and I am sure of it for many reasons. If Susan isn't you're counselor you're missing out. And because of her this center gets a 5 star 🌟 rating from me. Which, btw, NEVER happens.

Just got here two days ago. Very warm, welcoming and friendly staff. Relevant and very helpful recovery education. House for women is beautiful. Very clean and pleasant house members. Everyone really is working hard on their recovery here and it shows. Wonderful and caring house manager. In just two days, I feel like I am at home and I feel very safe and comfortable. The director personally took his time to meet with me and the other new girls. He is a very nice man. Thank you sobriety solutions. Amazing staff who make sure you’re are well taken care of and comfortable. The chef made incredible food for every meal and stocked the fridge every day with fresh food that we could eat at anytime as well. They also kept the freezer stocked with ice cream and water ice. The facility is cozy and kept very clean. There is a smart tv in every room as well as in the lounge/common area which is set up like a living room. I found the groups helpful. There are 3 hour long groups you can attend but don’t have to and either an AA or NA speakers that comes every night for an hour long meeting. I liked that Sunrise is a smaller facility, having room for about 20 patients. This made it easier to open up and share. You are able to go outside for fresh air or to smoke anytime except during group time. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Sunrise Detox. Thank you to all the staff! You all are amazing!!

I went to sunrise 6/7 for the first time ever and I don’t regret a single thing about. Never been to detox before but the people who work there actually care about you and want you to get better. It only works if you are ready though. The food was amazing everyday, the counselors are there to help you, and the doctors/nurses want what’s best for you. I will 100% be going back there one day to speak to the patients to show them that recovery is possible. They also help you with finding resources after being discharged. I was recommended tk a doctor for the sublocade shot and had it done within two weeks of leaving sunrise. It’s a smaller operation but I found it to be better.

I can honestly and sincerely say that the intensive outpatient program at High Focus legitimately changed my life.
The science-backed, evidence-based multi-faceted program has provided me with the tools & strategies I need in my day to day life to handle intense emotions as well as process trauma in healthy and adaptive ways through anger management, emotional regulation, DBT, CBT, grounding & mindfulness techniques.
Almost every day I find myself utilizing at least one of the techniques that I was taught at High Focus, whether that is Opposite Action, distress tolerance, STOP, boxed breathing, TIPP, HALT, cope ahead statements, etc. etc.
I have truly grown, changed, improved and bettered myself as a person. The anger, outbursts, explosions, toxicity and inability to properly regulate my emotions have been replaced by properly applying the core principles if what I learned in IOP.
Its not about never making mistakes. Its not about there never being steps backwards. Its about learning from the mistakes, not making the same ones and always talking the steps forward.
I am able to do that now thanks to everything I learned at High Focus and I want to sincerely thank all of the staff there for helping me to do that.
For anyone reading this, please know that it is 1000% possible for you to change your life TODAY. YOU have that power and YOU have that capability. Do not listen to what anyone else has to say -- YOU have the ability to CHANGE as a person. You just have to apply yourself. It's that simple and it's that hard.

High Focus saved my life. When I first walked in, I was struggling with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, guilt, shame, relationship issues, unhealthy coping strategies, trauma, battling with thoughts of giving up and abandonment – honestly, the list goes on. I felt completely lost and was stuck living in survival mode. But with the help of the caring and supportive staff, I was able to uncover strengths I didn’t even know I had, and rediscover the confident, beautiful person beneath all the pain. If you’re feeling lost or unsure where to turn, walking through those doors could change your life. The program works, but you get out of it what you’re willing to put in. Let it work for you. This was my first time in treatment, there was alot of miscommunication among staff and clients. I can truly say Harmony Healing Center gave me the tools to start living a clean life. I’m very grateful to have had the opportunity to come here. Bri did everything she could to help with FMLA and short term disability. Katie was always available, and made me feel comfortable to share with her the things I need to work on.I was very surprised to receive this amount of individual attention. I was never brushed off or made to feel like anyone was “too busy”. Housing was well maintained and comfortable. Anytime something was needed within the house either a tech, or even Bri and Katie would give us a ride to a nearby store. Highly recommended to anyone seeking a PHP. Thank you Harmony! Keep doing what you’re doing. I’m still sober. 4 months and 2 weeks. But I was amazed how a therapist and case manager took us to get food for housing when needed. I worked in this business. That is not in their job description. Above and beyond.

Harmony was such a blessing to me. The clinical staff, especially one person in particular, Katie, the group facilitater was phenomenal. She was very transparent and relatable. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have completed the program. Thanks to her educating me and continued support, I can proudly say today I have 5 and a half months clean. My son and I thank you for saving my life!
