Westport House is well managed and well run. It has all the amenities you could ask for, with resources to get every aspect of your life back on track. The management and staff cares about you, and that's important when trying to better yourself. They really give you an upper hand. I hope I don't need to, but I would recommend anyone to stay here to get their life back on track, and I would again in a heartbeat.

I went to Greenwich Hospital because I was having anger issues and I was seeking the psychology department for help. I told the doctor I was there because I was angry and he was arrogant and return and accused me of that threatening him, I guess he wasn’t intelligent enough or he was just too good to help me.

Wanted to take a moment to dote on counselor Richelle Atkins. She has been instrumental in helping me change my life and work through my addiction. When you find someone like Richelle who is not just passionate about her job but truly cares for the people and community - that kind of dedication to the cause helps me to feel not so alone. Judgement has no place at Restorative and Richelle is a true reflection of that. I really love our therapist she has been so good. I see other people leaving bad reviews but they do the best they can and they actually want to help, sometimes you have to meet people halfway. I felt I had to write this review because the negative ones don’t reflect the truth of my experience. From the moment I arrived, every single person—from security and the front desk staff to the nurses and doctors—was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. The hospital itself was spotless, and I never once felt like “just another patient.” Instead, I was cared for as if I were a family member. My surgery went smoothly, and I was supported every step of the way. I am overjoyed with the level of care I received and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need.

Went here since I was kid and I love it till I became a adult and I received a doctor Maxwell or Blackwell it’s one of the two names but he was awful and he claims to read ur file which all he does read the top part which is ur doctor name i came in having mania bpd episode and i am yelling at him telling him im scared and mind you im on suicide watch so he tells me “your not gonna speak to anyone at this time not even crisis worker “ I was so shock and disgusted because I loved this hospital since I was kid I am surprised they have doctor like that working there he was mind you he let me go home the same day so if I went home and killed myself y'all definitely would have gotten sue if you struggling with mental health don’t go here the only people go to four wings or else where anything but here if he actually read my file like he said he did he would have know I was on suicide watch what kinda of doctor is that which is shame because all the nurses here rock!!!! They are the true heroes they are the only reason y'all even getting a two outta me

Our family doctor wanted test done on my 85 year old father in law. He sends him downstairs to the ER. First mistake by doctor. My father in law sits there 5 hours and when we were concerned where he was we called his doctor. He apologized and called ER but imagine couldn’t get information AS A DOCTOR! ER doc was to busy!! This ain’t Lincoln hospital or a trauma center! Than he sat another 3 hours and walked out at 9:30 pm. This is normal operations in this ER. Yes nurses and staff professional and nice but definitely Nuvance needs more doctors and nurses!! Don’t go if you don’t absolutely have too.

The best decision I ever made, this wasn't my first treatment center but definitely the last. I spent 6 months here and changed my life forever. The program and top notch AA, the staff is unforgettable. This place can change your life too but remember the work is personal. They give you the tools and teach you how to use them its up to you after that. The program invites you to change you just have to be willing. This is my second time receiving care at family connections in a 7 year time frame. A safe place, one that genuinely cares about their clients. I’m already seeing progress within my self as well as my mental health because my clinician is AMAZING.
