My expertise at wellbridge was absolutely phenomenal, the whole staff from the therapists to the kitchen staff are one of a kind. Bethany was my therapist she was nothing short of exceptional. I had a run-in with the police, and I have a problem with authority. So obviously this went bad and the police escalated it to the point where they arrested me. Instead of going to jail care and help me decrease my aggression. Working with the therapist at BHcare I’ve been able to become a happier person and happier and doing the things that I do. My Mom had a wonderful experience at Stony Brook Eastern Long Island hospital! The care she received was exceptional! We were so impressed with how quick the response time was by the staff when the call button was pushed. The staff at every level was kind, caring, patient and professional. They went out of their way to make my Mom’s extended visit comfortable. Mom appreciated some of the staff’s humor and detailed explanations. My mother is legally blind and the staff went out of their way to help guide her with meals and walks with lots of detailed verbal cues. As you can see, Mom made the best of her stay ringing in the New year on 2North. Some of the staff that we would like to give a shout out to but not limited to are:

When 'john" &/or 'Jane' Doe come out soon or later that counselor that was so "awesome" turns out to be human...i will say I've been around FSL for ...decades now, and I can't say I've heard of or experienced a outright "Awful" counselor I've never personally had the slightest issue. Note, I gave them four (4) stars solely because a few people who's judgement I take heed too from time to time have had less than necessary encountered...ok

I was a Patient there for approximately 9 months. A Wonderful Atmosphere and you’re surrounded by ppl who Really Care.
Especially the Counselors, My Counselor in Particular. Her Name was Jenn. A Wonderful Person and an Absolute Dear young Lady.
She was Extremely informative and Knows just how to make you feel Comfortable and Cared For.
I was going through a Rough patch, but looked Forward to my meetings with her every week and Every time I left her office, I ALWAYS FELT BETTER AND FELT LIKE SOMEONE CARED..
I can Honestly Say, Meeting Jenn was a Highlight of my Time there.
I only left there because I found a place Much Closer to my home out East.
But my Counselor there will always be close to my heart.
And I Thank Her Dearly.
All in all, a Wonderful Place to Get Clean and Stay Clean 👍🏻😁

I go to New Era, they just moved to a new location up the road from the other but it definitely is alot nicer of a building/office then they were at (not saying the last place was horrible, it just wasn't as "updated" I would say.) but the counselors there are awesome, my counselor is Shane, great guy really into helping you out which is nice for a change. All in all I would recommend this place.

When I first received services I was living with my parents and was very dependent on them
I was assigned a case manager who push me to be independent in a couple of months I end up moving out and getting my own place
Years later I now pay my own bills provide my own transportation
And now my son goes to young adults at bh care and they are doing the same for him

I was a patient there and Dr. Ong was absolutely amazing. She went well above and beyond by making sure I was placed in the Polytrauma Care Team. Dr. Ong made sure I had all my meds, when I needed someone to talk to I went to her and she listened to me and offered her insight. Dr. Ong was the best Primary Care doctor I ever had and her and nurse Mike made sure I had all my updated vaccinations. Nurse Mike made me feel welcome and very approachable, we talked about sports, about hobbies, and he was one of the nicest people I have ever met. I was a patient there from June 2024 until November 2025. I relocated but I wished I did not and now I regret it I may go back to Waterbury just so Dr. Ong, Nurse Mike, and The Polytrauma Care Team can handle all of my care. Because at the Waterbury primary care clinic and at the West Haven VA I feel that I received the best care for my Neurological, TBI, Cognitive Function, Mental Health, and, Occupational Therapy needs.

This is absolutely the best of the best medical offices I have ever been to for medical assistance. Every person who works there is friendly, helpful, and polite. I have been a Connecticut resident most of my life, but I have lived in Pennsylvania for a few years, Texas too, and have used their VA medical centers as well. All of them were very good, but if I have to pick one that I believe was/is the absolute Best, I would chose, hands down, Waterbury VA .

My mom has been seeing Dr Foreman for at least 10 years and she drives 30 minutes for him even though she's nervous driving. She's always said how nice all of the receptionists are. I left a message yesterday to get an initial appointment but haven't heard back. I'll be calling again tomorrow because I absolutely hate where I am currently. I had a pleasant experience at this medical centre. My appointment was prompt. I even arrived early and they took me back 15 minutes ahead of schedule. The doctor was nice and seemed very knowledgeable. I would definitely visit this office again.

You wouldn't believe how hard it is to find a good dentist these days especially when you have husky insurance for adults. This office is very clean, very sanitary, very polite staff, and very welcoming environment for all. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers teeth which is refreshing . Nice to be talked to like a human about what's going on in my mouth, thank you all for your excellent service

My Opthamology Assistant, Alda has such a sense of Compassion and she has such a Calming Aura. She was very courteous and Kind, great Listener! Thank You! On the other hand...my Eye Doctor is 30 minutes LATE.

You can tell the staff here is overworked but the place was still clean and felt safe and the meals were decent. They do a good job of providing a structured environment where you can take solid steps to start recovery

Great internship opportunity working in Staff Development after being denied ability to be a Summer RA @ Uconn despite rocking the interviews and saving a resident from ramifications who ultimately got the summer job (that resident was so rude to me smh and even ignored me in the interview process like I didn't just help her land an opportunity). My mentor in Jane was amazing and she supported me when a staff came in like a hawk questioning me about watching her presentation on diabetes (talking bout ohh I thought staff development was trying to watch me through you as an intern 😅 😒). Ms. Fleischmann will forever be a fav bc I learned so much under her direction. Not only in knowledge but in life. So much love there.

This is the best place in the world that you can ever get the chance at a new life. All the people there are very much invested in getting you better so that you can start fresh with a new found love for yourself. The people that are there are very nice and warm they don't judge you for anything that you have done. So if you want a place to get clean and sober this is the place to go.
