Choice Point offers excellent mental health services with group and individual therapeutic sessions. When I began the program, I was assigned to Jeff Gish. As I worked the program and had inevitable difficulties, Jeff went way beyond his counselor role and engaged me as a friend. That was the turning point for me that helped ensure my recovery. Everybody shoots straight here and you truly know how much they care about your mental health oh, and the medical services are equally valuable. They helped me find medications that worked for me and were always attentive when I called. I can t say enough about Jeff and Choice Point. They helped me turn my life around and that deserves all the stars in the heavens.

My recovery Coach, Christina, is truly amazing. She checks in with me daily and we meet twice a week. We discuss what I am doing for my recovery on a daily basis and potential roadblocks I may encounter as I continue my journey of recovery. She also serves as a wonderful communicator with my loved ones and sharing my progress with them. She is always available for me when I need to reach out. Christina also helps me get back on track and is a great tool to help me rebuild my life.Most importantly, Christina truly cares about my recovery. I was mandated by a judge to go there for 3 months. I spent 7 1/2 months there and it was the best thing to happen to me. I am clean and sober since 12/3/23 . I am indebted to all the staff and fellow Brothers Christopher for the sobriety I now enjoy. I haven't had this much sober time since 1986.

MCCA mcdonough was my 4th rehab and probably my last chance to get sober. It was the best place for me to come to in the state I was in and honestly Jenni, Heather, and Michelle are THE best counselors I ve ever met and worked with out of all the rehabs I ve been to. They believed in me when I didn t believe in myself. And they all go above and beyond to help any client with whatever they can. They are the reason I have remained so connected to the program, as well as helping me get back on my feet and in sober living and building a community and network in recovery. I have seen some positive reviews here but I ve also seen some negative, and it s a shame those people didn t have the experience I did because these counselors not only saved my life but they have changed it and me for the better. I don t know where I would be right now without their help, guidance, and assistance, and I fully plan on doing everything in my power to stay clean so I can come back one day, share my story for their groups to show that recovery is possible, the program works, and if you allow these amazingly generous women to help you that you too can have a life beyond your wildest dreams.

Just want to say that I'm extremely grateful for mcca and all the ways that the staff members helped me out. So grateful to have my life back, free from the bondage of alcohol,and drugs. But a special shout out to Heather she is the best counselor I could have even imagined, Heather has such a special place in my heart and has motivated me in not just my recovery but also In my life. she is viciously determined to get her clients on the right path and all the people she comes into contact with. I have never seen a one woman army untill I met Heather. She truly is a leader. With great social skills .Heather will sit down in the middle of any day at any time no matter how busy she is ,and make you feel like your the only person in the world. I owe my recovery every ounce of effort due to the love this woman has poured into me and my life. Tomorrow I will wake up , and be two months clean!!! As of January 31 2025, they are selling Gluten Free Brownies (not egg or dairy free) in the Bistro Cafeteria. Those Sweet Street brownies are perfect: Moist, sweet, fudgy, a cake like texture full of chocolate heaven. They are chocolate divinity, chocolate paradise.I am very pleased to see progress toward more options for people who are on a gluten free diet. The cafeteria food is very good. I have been to an inpatient facility where this was not the case, and have nothing but positive things to say about the counseling center. Marvet and Margaret our aids are caring and go above and beyond for my brother in law. In addition, Umber our PT is amazing! He calmed Al down and did something no one else could do all week that he has been at CHR-he got Al to sit on the side of the bed, diverted his intense fear of falling, got him to see the positive progress and had him participating in his exercises. Monte Nido Irvington absolutely saved my life. I had been suffering from my ED for years & treatment wasn t really helping me. Irvington actually showed me that recovery is possible, and that I can actually do well in life. My therapist, Meg, is an absolute gem who cared so much about me and my case. I want to say first and foremost thank you to Monte Nido River Towns for truly being the reason that I am here today and able to live my life free from my eating disorder. I cannot thank every single person enough that worked there while I was admitted for there unconditional care and support. Each staff member held the hope for me when I felt like there was nothing left for me to do in this world. This treatment center will always hold a special place in my heart. I conquered some of my worst fears and rituals. I faced some of the most traumatic experiences in my life. I got a glimpse of what my life could like without the life thief always trying to make me feel undeserving of worthiness and love. The list is endless for me to name every single person who played a role in my healing process. Some of the few people who I need to give a shout out to is Megan (recovery coach), Naomi (recovery coach), Joe (therapist) and Maria (chef). Thank you for being the most beautiful souls I have ever known and believing in me even when I did not. I am a disabled veteran and have been seen at the Goshen VA Clinic regularly since 2016. The care there has always been excellent. It is a small clinic, so you have to adapt to their resources, like, that the lab work is only done in the mornings, and the My Healthy Vet self-service kiosk doesn't work, but the reception staff have always been very good.

This place is truly a life saver if you are struggling mentally. I can't speak for the drug related therapy but I can see progress in everyone. If your looking for such a service do not even hesitate to come here. Most importantly it's LGBT friendly.Yes it's important for someone to feel comfortable in their own body, regardless what your thoughts may be.Please remember therapy is a family process. The best clinic experience I ve ever had. The registration people on the 1st floor need attitude adjustments- you can tell this is a unionized workforce- all else was amazing. Most secretaries are excellent- a couple seem miserable- overall 5 stars for quality care by the people I need to be good at what they do- therapists and doctors- they are wonderful!
