Hands-down, this place is amazing. The staff here down to the cleaning and cook. It's a place that will definitely help you recover. This place makes a person wanna get sober and stay sober. I mean I never seen a place where they show you the concern they do. Such polite and respectful staff. They actually really care about people and people getting clean. I promise you there is no rehabilitation center in New York State such as this. I recommend this place for any addiction to drugs., for you to recover. If you are searching for a detox/rehab this is the right place for you to get better.

My experience at Seafield Westhampton has been wonderful IF I followed through when I completed.My biggest problem was that I haven't followed the consistant direction that I should have. I recently completed my stay there for the 3rd time,and am working a successful program,which FOR ME,is AA. This stay is simply a set of starting blocks to get you ready to face life on life's terms. Nobody should be expecting a "cure" when they leave. They should have somewhat of an understanding of what needs to be done to achieve their goals. Serenity,peace of mind,and self forgiveness are a huge start. Gina doesn't know it,but she is a huge part of my recovery. Alexandria,and Derrick too. The TA's like Steve,Chris,Rob,Corey,Glen,and everyone else on the staff have always been available for any kind of help. I highly recommend this inpatient for anyone that is willing to simply surrender and find the life that they deserve.

The therapist and nurse practitioner are wonderful. I know that people with mental issues want to need help. My family member asked for help. So far, this group has been excellent, and I see marked improvement. I have nothing but praise for this group and I feel comfortable with them. Again, I read the reviews, and years ago, I went through this kind of therapy with another family member who, no matter how we tried to help, it was always someone else's fault. It was not this group. We are pleased with their help.

Went here 14 years ago been clean for 14years now. Had a counselor named Merrit he was a pretty cool guy, I liked him. He said things to me that I had heard a 100 times before. But for some reason with him things clicked.In the videos of Father Martin clicked with me as well , I am not at religious person at all. And the place doesn't push religion. There’s nothing bad I can say about Phoenix House.I was there for almost 6 months and I loved it.If your looking to live sober,this would be a great start on your journey.Most of the staff are caring,compassionate,in recovery themselves and give you sound advice.They offer several programs,there’s vending machines and the food isn’t all that bad.I made several friends that I like to call “winners”.I did what I was taught in recovery...I stuck with them.Thrive was nice enough to come threw and do seminars.We also got to go to thrive and sit threw a few great seminars as well.From my first day to my last,I loved it.Just watch out for the staff member named Paul.On the day I left he stole my belongings.Fucking thief.Lisa is great,Gaston(Awesome),Jess your “the best”,Mike,Jerry..love u all.The nurses and the rest of the staff I love you.Hauppauge Phoenix house...the time of my life.

Went there around 2013. I didn't stay clean after, but I didn't want to. They had a zero tolerance for drugs so the sober houses were actually clean and if someone used they'd be kicked out. The classes were long but not terrible. Ellen was great. Only thing was the sober house was in the HOOD HOOD where we had a crack dealer on our corner, prostitues 100ft away, and coke being sold out the barbershop lol.

A family member has had extensive rehab for over two months at this facility. I have always found the facility very clean. Hatice Ozcan, a cleaner, always has a great attitude and works very hard. Jose, a maintenance worker, was equally busy constantly. The rehabilitation personnel, headed by the dynamic due of Michelle and Michelle, are the headliners of this facility. If you want to get better and even if you don’t, they will help make you realize that you can be as good as possible. They genuinely care about each and every patient and take the time to work individually with everyone of them. A friendly staff from when you walk in helps as well. The only complaint they had is the food. Unfortunately it was way below an acceptable level.
