I also made a small hiccup on the end of my stay so stupid but they let it go with a warning seeing the progess I made as well as my fellow friend I made, her progress as well. I would 1000000000% recommend especially for women struggling with abuse. They specialize in really helping you find your inner strength . Also.. out of all the stays. This is the only one above a 3. So that tells ya something.. and its closer to 4 than 3 so great place !! Karina Petsche 5 months ago I was recommended here by FLACRA in Clifton Springs and I couldn't be more happier with my decision, was there from the end of May to the end of July, very caring and empathetic counselors and nurses along with the food service staff which is an army of one but she rocks it, they truly want to see you succeed and live a happy joyous life, they provide you with great information about addiction and also provide you with a wide selection of literature and even host NA and AA meetings with guest speakers, most staff are in recovery themselves so they can relate to your struggles with addiction, im 22 and currently 3 months sober, the age range is well diverse, I would recommend this ATC to anyone who wants to change their life around, I will never forget the staff who helped me overcome my alcoholism 🙏 Jonathan Tschetter 9 months ago

My inpatient had very little skill building to help prevent being admitted. Even letting folks know what kinds of therapy are out there to work through with our therapists. Outpatient has been a better experience. They have gone above and beyond for me trying to find me help. My therapy sessions have been good. I've had a couple therapists as some leave the job. I've been really happy with the help I've been given. The skills they teach are good ones. My biggest complaint is the short visits. It's very difficult to work on things of most of your session is just catching the therapist up since the previous visit. They were met with kindness, compassion and a deep understanding of how to deal. After care is great too. If you know someone who is struggling and cannot deal anymore bring them here. She was not in distress but Enzyme levels were alarmingly high and Dr. could not get a “Stat” appointment for scan. Parking is non-existent for ER patients had to drop her near entrance and then go park. Once in paperwork process was quick, receptionist very pleasant. Timeline: 2:40pm Check-in at reception 4:00. Taken into room to check vitals then sent back to waiting area. 5:00. Brought back to ER exam room 6:15. Blood drawn 7:30. Scan (remarkably this happened after Some prodding at nurses station. 8:30. Scan results (again after prodding) 9:00. Left ER Our nurses were very good and Dr who read scan very thorough in review of results. Problem is obviously the dead time in the process, especially once in an exam room. The 5:00-8:30 time line could have been cut easily by 50%. The staff acts like 4-8 hours at the ER is acceptable. I understand that it is a dynamic environment but that is the job! Staff and organize accordingly. Could have turned over that room and been making the hospital more profitable with some focused attention. The ER was busy but no people on beds in hallways. He is easy to talk to, he doesn't judge, his compassion and devotion to his patients and humanity could circle to the world twice over! After Every visit I feel so much better and stronger.... The rest of the staff is also amazing you feel like family! That's how all places like this should be ran. Off topic response to a comment, centipedes should not be killed they do not build nest, they control our spider and other bug populations, they are scared of people and hold no threat to humans! Worry about the bed bug problem everywhere in auburn but there. Most places spray pesticide in almost all buildings usually several times a week to contol infesting insects, which contributes to alot of the sickness of this world.
