I also made a small hiccup on the end of my stay so stupid but they let it go with a warning seeing the progess I made as well as my fellow friend I made, her progress as well. I would 1000000000% recommend especially for women struggling with abuse. They specialize in really helping you find your inner strength . Also.. out of all the stays. This is the only one above a 3. So that tells ya something.. and its closer to 4 than 3 so great place !! Karina Petsche 7 months ago I was recommended here by FLACRA in Clifton Springs and I couldn't be more happier with my decision, was there from the end of May to the end of July, very caring and empathetic counselors and nurses along with the food service staff which is an army of one but she rocks it, they truly want to see you succeed and live a happy joyous life, they provide you with great information about addiction and also provide you with a wide selection of literature and even host NA and AA meetings with guest speakers, most staff are in recovery themselves so they can relate to your struggles with addiction, im 22 and currently 3 months sober, the age range is well diverse, I would recommend this ATC to anyone who wants to change their life around, I will never forget the staff who helped me overcome my alcoholism 🙏 Jonathan Tschetter 10 months ago

She was not in distress but Enzyme levels were alarmingly high and Dr. could not get a “Stat” appointment for scan. Parking is non-existent for ER patients had to drop her near entrance and then go park. Once in paperwork process was quick, receptionist very pleasant. Timeline: 2:40pm Check-in at reception 4:00. Taken into room to check vitals then sent back to waiting area. 5:00. Brought back to ER exam room 6:15. Blood drawn 7:30. Scan (remarkably this happened after Some prodding at nurses station. 8:30. Scan results (again after prodding) 9:00. Left ER Our nurses were very good and Dr who read scan very thorough in review of results. Problem is obviously the dead time in the process, especially once in an exam room. The 5:00-8:30 time line could have been cut easily by 50%. The staff acts like 4-8 hours at the ER is acceptable. I understand that it is a dynamic environment but that is the job! Staff and organize accordingly. Could have turned over that room and been making the hospital more profitable with some focused attention. The ER was busy but no people on beds in hallways. Arlene and I have one on ones monthly. She always puts me first, helps with solve thru my problems I’m dealing with in early sobriety. Also provides me with resources and self help books to help me work on myself outside of therapy. Also Laura is my peer advocate, she is always a phone call away, meets me at AA meetings and is a great friend along being a great support for me. Laura goes ABOVE and BEYOND her expectations. She truly cares for her clients & their journey with early sobriety. During active use, she made sure I made it to detox and I was in a safe place. She is a great example of what a sober woman is. I stayed for 28days. The food wasn’t the greatest but it was alright. There were classes offered that helped combat the depression and boredom. The rooms and Bathrooms were clean. Anything that was needed the staff was sure to accommodate. I was able to connect with my counselor, whenever I need to. The only thing I would say was an issue was the separation between men and women. You are allowed to speak to the opposite sex at all not even a friendly hello. The women are escorted everywhere and housed in a separate area meanwhile the men could walk all over all day. One day I started doing my own calisthenics trying to exercise when I was told I had to stop because it was against rules for safety reasons.
