I am writing this review regarding my father, Frank D., who was a resident at Green Leaf Care Center in Lillington, NC, for several months. I had previous experience with an assisted living facility for another family member, and Green Leaf exceeded all expectations in every way. The caring, nurturing, and compassionate nature of every staff member brought us great comfort during a very difficult time. They made us feel like family and were always reliable, attentive, and available whenever we needed them. Green Leaf was there for us every step of the way. When my dad passed away, the entire staff offered comfort, support, and genuine compassion. Even after his death, they continued to express their willingness to help in any way they could. Green Leaf will always hold a special place in my heart for the care, kindness, and dignity they showed during my dad's final precious days. Our family will be forever grateful for the difference they made in our lives.

Green Leaf Assisted Living in Lillington has been an incredible blessing for my family. From the very first day, my husband was treated with kindness, gentleness, and genuine compassion. The caregivers are loving, attentive, and truly dedicated to the well-being of the residents. It is clear that they care deeply about the people they serve, and that level of commitment brings tremendous peace of mind to families. The facility itself is warm, cozy, and welcoming. While it may not be a brand-new, modern building, it is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and feels like home. The rooms are inviting, and the atmosphere is friendly and caring. The food is excellent, and residents are treated with dignity and respect every day. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff. Their patience, kindness, and dedication make all the difference. Knowing that my husband is surrounded by people who genuinely care for him has been a tremendous comfort. I highly recommend Green Leaf Assisted Living to anyone looking for a caring and compassionate environment for their loved one.

Thank you to all the wonderful staff and volunteers here. A volunteer helped me by pointing me in the right direction on where I needed to go. Then, when I was checking in, everyone was very friendly and kind. The PA who helped me today was incredibly helpful with diagnosing my issue, and the pharmacy was very quick! You all are amazing!

The first post where the girl/woman gives 1 star and a terrible review should gonestly check herself!! I've been going to this clinic for over 6 years and uthey l go above & beyond to help each & every lost soul that enters their doors. Let us not forget that most addicts are selfish and believe that the world & all within that world think they are owed something for nothing! We're the addicts, not them and we are the ones with the issues. Each addicts that goes to any clinic should be thankful and greatful theyat they are there to assist us in our time of need! The truth is, no one can make everyone happy 100% of the time. Without clinics like this many of us addicts would be DEAD!! THIS PLACE HAS SAVED MANY ADDICTS LIVES & that I'm 4ever grateful for!!!!! Perhaps adficts6 should take a deep breath & a step back & remind themselves what got them here in the first place!! Worry & try to repair that before leaving out at the very ones who have helped us in our greatest time of need!! If addicts can wait hours and at times wait days to get their fix, then why can't they wait 20 or 30 minutes for their Methadone each morning?!! Until addicts understand that they're the problem & it's not everyone in the world creating issues for them, they will NEVER find sobriety!!! That's keeping it 💯!!!

I haven't been to this place in 3 years, but the person I am today would not have been had it not been for my counselor. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but she helped me in so many ways. I went to her originally for couples counseling, and then I ended up going to her by myself. MY relationship with my ex-husband was toxic and she really tried to help us. When I informed her of our splitting, she helped me come up with goals and achievements so I could be a better myself. I wish I could have told her thank you for the guidance and help she gave me in such a hard time. I am now a full-time college student, and I moved out of state before being able to say goodbye. Y'all are amazing. Thank you for the respect that was shown to me, and how much you all actually cared. I felt safe to cry, safe to shout, safe to be angry, because most of all I was heard. They are great, the two ladies in the front always treating you like family. My therapist Mrs Gene is an amazing person. I have not seen her in a year but I can't forget her. They helped me get better but I got to see them again because I want to drive buses at schools. I got to see if it's okay. Though I'm doing great but I had happened went to hospital for severe pain and doctor said I need to take the same meds I was prescribed but those meds made me feel different. I don't have those thoughts anymore. But better safe than sorry. Regardless, I would refer anyone to this location.

I have not any issues at all yet. I've seen some of the reviews on here. We as the patients are at fault, only because we should call a day ahead to make sure our appointment is on point if not you will the doctors. Or if someone is not going to be there they let you know. I messed up once thinking that the doctor would be there Thursday, and they are there certain days. So don't take it on them for bad appointment. These people has helped me with my mental health, and they accommodate to others too in case of emergencies, I seen it for myself. I think that's great because we can't be selfish and think you are the only one with the same problem, that I'm going through.
