I recently called this office with what felt like a million questions, and from the moment my call was answered, I knew I was in good hands. The receptionist I spoke with was absolutely phenomenal. She was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. I had questions about scheduling, paperwork, insurance details — you name it — and she walked me through everything step by step without ever making me feel rushed or like I was a burden. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about helping people, but you can tell she takes pride in what she does. Her professionalism and warm attitude made what could have been a stressful phone call feel easy and reassuring. Customer service like this makes all the difference. If the front desk is any reflection of the care this office provides, patients are in excellent hands.

This is an amazing place, and a solid program to work. I haven't had any issues as far as the clinical, and mental health staff, and as far as any other staff, they also are supportive, and are serious as far keeping us all sober. If it wasn't for this place, the alternative would be death, or locked up for me. So thank you New Day, Niles and Newton Falls, for giving me another chance at life and for helping me reestablish a relationship with my family, and being there for my mental health also.

When I found myself entering this treatment center, I had absolutely nothing going for me. A year later, I got my son home, my fiance and I both got clean TOGETHER, we both have full time jobs, 2 cars, a beautiful home and our families back. For this first time in 14 years we are both sober, healthy, happy, and succeeding in life. Without the counselors and all the help here, I woukdnt have made it but love my life today more then anything Andi owe thisplace so much for that. I have been a patient for almost 4 years and I absolutely love the medical team here. It starts with a front desk smile and the good mood and attitude continues from there. The people who work here really make the experience comforting and easy. Now to be honest days that the dr is out and Telehealth is used you may be there for extra long waiting periods. But when the Dr is in, it usually goes quick and smoothly. I would definitely recommend if you are wanting to start your recovery journey. 😊

I've been to multiple places for treatment and this place is BY FAR the best I've been to in 10 years. The appointment process does take a bit longer than most places but you can tell the people who work here genuinely care about you. They listen AND accommodate to your wants and needs. I'd definitely recommend Brightview to any one who is struggling and want help.

I've had wonderful experiences with this facility. The staff are caring and they will help you as long as you want the help. The front desk lady, April is truly a beautiful soul. The doctor is a wonderful doctor with true concern for his patients. I definitely recommend this place if you are interested in M.A.T's, primary care, case management, psych, or counseling. They even have a moms group for women who have children or are pregnant and expecting and they will help you with resources for your child.

Great Clinic. I started at the New Castle Location when it was The Discovery House and then transferred to the Cranberry location when I moved, and then ended here at the Farrell location when I moved again back to Ohio. They accepted Ohio medicaid and I really didn't want to change clinics, so I stayed with Discovery House/Comprehensive Treatment Center. Each location was fantastic. By far my favorite clinics. Counselors and staff were 100% amazing and super caring, considerate and most importantly understanding and non judgemental. I really recommend this place.

I graduated the year program and it has been nothing short of a miracle. This program absolutely works if you apply yourself and work hard. I learned a vast amount about myself and about my own addiction. Furthermore the program furthered my relationship with Jesus christ, and now im proud too say im a believer in Jesus. This program is wonderfull because they not only have the spiritual side, they also have the clinical side in hope counseling. Lastly the staff here is caring and wonderfull.

Wonderful ladies that answer the phone! They are so friendly and so is the counselor she is worth 5 stars alone and so are the girls upfront…. Now, the reason for the 4 stars is because of the nurse practitioner here. She deserves nothing. No stars at all. She rushes you and on the very first visit has no idea who you are but will shove meds at you and demand you take them and not stop them no matter what they’re doing to you. I’ve never had someone sit down and not let me get a single word out. She’s the worst… but everyone else here is very pleasant!

Okay first off I’ve been going here for nearly over a year now so over experience with all the doctors and receptionist here is my honest and thoughtful review! Let’s start with the receptionist they are very considerate and family oriented they love to see regular faces and remember their patients well! I go in 1 time every 2 weeks and they work around my schedule pretty well! The psychiatrist this is my maybe 7th psychiatrist since I was very young battling anger issues , aspergers, and a number of other things! None of the other 6 were compassionate and only told me things I was doing wrong. Instead this one is telling what I’m doing right but what I could possibly do to enhance my life! They don’t care about the money so I really don’t know where that lady with the one star is talking about. They love families and even offer I believe family counseling and relationship counseling. The prescription doctor here actually diagnosed me after nearly 13 years of not knowing why my anger was so bad she diagnosed me with bipolar when no one else seemed to believe me honestly I haven’t felt more good about myself in ages! I recommend it here for families, adults seeking help, and children in need.

I was a resident at highland house from December 23rd 2019 - June 1st 2020 I must say this place is awesome compared to other half way house's. I came to highland house not knowing what to expect, because it was a new area that I have never been to. This place has slot of things to offer but most importantly they give you multiple opportunity at different resources and my advice to anyone who may decide to go to this place is take advantage of every resource that you can it really is a stepping stone to changing your life around if I ever need to go back to a half way house I would most certainly choose highland house again the staff is amazing and went out of their way to accommodate any needs we may needed if they were able to. Highland house saved my life why not let it save yours too.

I had to write a review just for that girls tantrum about Sarah. I’ve seen her for 5 years and went from agoraphobia to social anxiety. Progress doesn’t happen over night therapy is a process and calling her a prissy princess is so embarrassing for you. You obviously need some healing and sorry this place wasn’t right for you. Sarah offers ranges of therapy that is effective if you stick to your treatment plan.

Psycare is a great clinic. Everyone has always been warm and welcoming. Sarah (my counselor) is the best, she has helped me get through so many difficult periods of my life and has truly helped me better myself in more ways than one. She is kind, empathetic, supportive, and genuine. I honestly don’t think I would have been able to get a handle on my anxiety and overall mental health if it wasn’t for her. She is truly a great counselor.
