I came as soon as I realized that I had an addiction problem . At first Brightview treated my husband and myself as if we were not worthy of help. My husband refuses to come back but I knew I didn’t have a choice.
I gave then a chance and glad I stayed.
Now I tell everyone i know who needs help.

Dr. Hogan is the best! I have never had a doctor who is so caring and actually concerned with my well-being. Most doctors have their nurses doing all of the work. Not Hogan! She takes time and patience with every visit. Thank you for being you!

I’ve had a great experience since I’ve been seeing Becky Harris diabetic specialist. She is very easy to talk to and straightforward in her communication. She encourages me to think and share what my goals are re: my health . She doesn’t tell me what to do … we are a team. My health journey is looking much more positive with Becky Harris’s involvement. I wish i would have gotten the ladies name who was working the front desk tonight(3.6.26)around 5/5:30(was from South Carolina). She is such a welcoming and understanding person. I was there to drop some personal items off to a loved one, and i just want her to know her kindness was incredibly meaningful. She really went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated. The whole interaction made me feel at ease about where my loved one is staying. She will always hold a special place in my heart. The act was small, but meant the world to me.
Mary Haven of marysville has been a welcome place to me for nearly 10 Years. Ive always felt welcomed and that my treatment was important and recovery possible!! Im DEEPLY saddened that my one source of Hope is ending and being minimized. God bless the staff and hope to a better future.

Been going for a few months now, LOVE my therapist, felt a bond right off.
Psychiatrist, Angel, I was iffy with but I felt in our 1 visit, I could bond with her.
Next she’s gone and in comes Mercedes. Right off the bat, I felt judged, unhinged and just overall bad mojo in general. I gave her one more try, it didn’t change.. I then just cancelled all appointments and told my therapist.
I’ve learned last week she is no longer there, others are filling in. May give it another try as I just don’t have 100% faith in my PCP with mental health medications.

When I started treatment here I wasnt sure if I was valid in being depressed which honestly sounds crazy saying it now. I love my therapist Dana and my in school one Janae becasue they listen to me and also help me fix things when I mess up lol. Scheduling could be better though because at the moment Im barely having 1 session a month.
Things are starting to get better here.. they do take care of me the best they can, considering … cause my life is always throwing me curveballs and they’re there to listen and do their best to accommodate me. Thanks TCN

the people here make it worth it. they treat you with the upmost respect. I come monthly and my appointments are quick and helpful. I myself would highly recommend anyone needing rehabilitation to come and see if Brightview is a good fit. they are very accommodating for all kinds of things.

I had to tranfer clinics and I didn’t know nothing about Brightview but they were so helpful in accommodating and understanding I love the doctor she’s wonderful in my counselor is wonderful it’s smaller than the other clinic I went to so kind of like everybody knows you that works here I love it here I’m so glad that God found his way for me to be at this clinic

Love the staff. They listen to you . Medical is also great . If you are a no show or something they call you to check on you . The one on one is always great feel like I can tell them anything . I tell everyone I know to go to Bright view . I've been to a lot of treatment programs and this one in Centerville is by far the best I have been to . They also call me out on my bullshit but don't make me feel bad about myself or that I can't get back on track . They don't give up on you even if you e given up on yourself

Brightview has been my recovery home for six years now, and out of all the places I have received treatment, its by far the best. I started going there because someone told me they dont care about THC. This is true, they're chill about it. But I stayed because a) it actually felt like a doctor's office, instead of an apartment or house that had been rented to use as a treatment facility, and b) i felt and still feel like im actually cared for; they aren't just after my insurance claim.
Last year I would have rated five stars. However, a change made last year has really stuck in my craw and upset me, and despite the feedback they've received from me and countless others, it's yet to be rolled back. Used to be, if you needed to speak to someone to find out what time your appt is, or get a message to your care team, you could call 24/7. NOW, only new patients can call and receive assistance after business hours. They contract their calls out to people who work from home, and they no longer have access to existing patient records after business hours.
Maybe it's the industry standard, I wouldn't know. But it was and is still very disheartening, for people who work odd hours or sleep a lot due to depression 🙋‍♀️and cant always call during business hours. That's the ONLY reason I'm not giving 5*.
I'm a patient at the Centerville office, and my girls there are truly like family to me. I've had several different doctors but its nothing like other facilities, with their revolving door of staff coming in and barely getting settled before theyre gone again. I got placed with a counselor who's been with brightview over 10 years, because i was tired of telling my life story over and over. I realized I had gotten everything I could out of a group setting, and they put me in a ghost group so I don't have to attend one anymore. Susan, my provider, is literally like the mom I always dreamed of having. She's so good at her job and she makes sure you know how much she cares for you.
One last thing, since i know who is most likely reading these reviews. if youre on suboxone and tired of being ruled by a daily dose, consider the sublocade shot. They got me on it hwre. I was terrified because the withdrawal has always been so bad. With sublocade there was ZERO withdrawal as I made the switch, and ZERO withdrawal when tapering off. It takes about three months, and you're just OFF of it, without having to deal with any of the BS of withdrawal symptoms.

If your nervous or just don't know how to take the first steps twords recovery everyone here makes it soper easy, very helpful and these people actually want to help you on your road to recovery. Very flexible and will help you get the tools and help you need to be successful.
The Recovery Village was very nice, they even had a chef! But you had to have really Great insurance, or you couldn’t stay there past detox. I thought that sucked; but overall was pretty good.

I would like to say that I enjoyed my stay here. All of the staff were amazing. When you ask them to do something for you, they get right on it. They didn’t give me any lip about it, they just did it. Everyone plays their role very well. I didn’t think that I’d have fun at a rehab but I did. The staff is so down to earth and very personable. Special shout out to Marti, Tarynn, Sharon and all of the bht staff. I would have given 5 stars but, yall have to work on the food quality and the facility being a bit more cleaner; like the carpets and the kitchen.

This place was an absolute great time. The nurses were absolutely lovely only downfall for me is that I couldn’t do a 30 day program as I didn’t have oxygen

A family member went to Talbot Hall recently. He had been to several other rehabilitation centers, but said this was by far the best facility he has been in. He learned a great deal that he has put to very good use since he came home 6 weeks ago. I’m very grateful for the people that helped him and have made a huge difference in his life.

I went to residential this fall. The staff is just incredible. There is someone there for you 24/7. Only 15 beds so you really can work on your recovery with the smaller groups. They will help you with your aftercare program and after you leave will always be there for you if you need them.
