I went back because they were so kind when I got blood work. So I tried the ER experience. I told desk about my pain and immediately I got X-rays and Dr. Ray was so full of info for me and He was not in a hurry to leave me until he answered my questions!! Thank you for A plus care. Thank you nurses and X-ray also.

On our most recent visit the ER treated my daughter with amazing care. They were quick and helped us onto the next phase for my daughter’s medical care. We were informed the entire time. Never left in the dark about what was going on.

Mercy Health is a small hospital and for years never heard much positive. Well I have had 2 weeks of amazing care for my mom who has been there. She is doing rehab in the swing bed unit. Each and every person that has taken care of her, has went out of their way to make moms stay there better. Even when she was a bit difficult to work with. Stubborn you may say. This hospital has not been given the credit they deserve. I just wanted to share my experience and to say thank you to each and every staff member who has helped mom! I need to also add how clean this place is!!!!

I'm asking about the program actually. At detox how is it exactly? Are the women and guys around one another? As well as the php and housing with the classes. Do you have groups and all that with the opposite sex? It's kind of a distraction for me that's why I am asking lol but while I'm here how is the food and are there TV's in the detox rooms and basically is it comfortable? I have 4 stars to write this comment obvi not bc I know how it is here. So please let me know, hopefully you can comment on this post, not really sure how it works lol thank y'all!

Horrible treatment. Dr. Blachly is the worst psychologist to be working with children. She’s very condescending, not at all helpful, and makes you feel like you’re a horrible person no matter what your problems are. She’s very rude. We have been with this agency for over five years, and during that time and therapy not much has changed with my child. We had a serious trauma within our family, and it only got worse. A lot of the adults treat the parents as if it’s their fault the children have mental health issues. I do not recommend that anyone take their child to this place, unless you want to feel worse about yourself at the end of the day.

Reentry program for returned citizens. Provides loads of help, housing, and programs. Services are very similar to a prison. No one goes here because they simply want to. But, all in all, some staff are educated, understanding, and wonderfully helpful, and some staff get hired and fired in short order! Halfway between the MonDay program, and a homeless shelter in more ways than geographical!

I’m going to make a different kind of review for PC because I personally don’t go there but I know several people who have been in the program for many years & some who are still in the program. Through those people I feel I can make a review especially since I’ve been familiar with it for over 15 years . I have personally gotten to know people myself due to me knowing people going there awhile . I know some of these friendships outside of the program . Some of the same People ride to PC together every morning on the days they go & this to has become a routine . They call to make sure each other is up & ready . They have even become friends with their driver who picks them up. They acknowledge Birthdays , Christmas & sometimes even exchange small gifts because it’s “ the thought that counts.” With the building closing on Daruma Pkwy , Clients have to chose between 2 other locations to go to which means people will not get to see their usual friends or the people they are use to seeing on a daily basis. I seriously feel bad for everyone having to make that decision. I believe part of rehabilitation is having someone to talk to, having a social life & being around others that you have known for years. Not everyone will be able to go to the same location so it’s sad that they have to split up like they are . I thought the bldg on Daruma was a great location & near the bus line as well. Wishing everyone going through this change Good Luck .

My experience with years at North Community Counseling was wonderful 😇 From the years I was there, I had various counselors & doctors. That was to be expected due to the type of organization funding NCCC receives. I’m beyond grateful for the people I worked with, that helped bridge my way to who I am today 💓 They opened me up to advocating for mental health while there. They even had my picture on the wall!! This isn’t a list of all the names, I know I’m missing at least one—but Yolanda, Lisa, Paige and quite a few others were instrumental in changing not just me/my mental health but my life. I had quite a few rocky bumps in the road during my (about) 10 years of experience with them, but so glad I was a patient here. Without them, I wouldn’t be where I am today. That no lie!! They brought me back to my childhood like innocence. So much so, that I’m back to finger-painting (see pic)

Update the therapist who shared my medical information with another client has got away with it !! Are you serious i have the client who says she told him ,how can she get away with this ? First they get rid of mental health iop then they let there therapist cross the hippa and get away with it ! I guess i maybe calling a lawyer! ........signature health is doing away with there Mental health IOP for good! WOW HOWS THAT GONNA HELP THERE CLIENTS WHO NEED MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT! The clients are being told that the facilitator dont wanna do group 3 days aweek which iop was so shes gonna have her own group thats for trauma and its only 1 day like she wants!!! Lol omg seriously 🙏Im not to sure who's in charge but this is ridiculous and gonna put alot of stress on alot of clients 🙏 well I have went to CCC (community counciling center)for my mental health support since the whole situation with group i guess I'll recommend other clients to do the same .There is a place called the Friendship clubhouse at CCC thats awesome the ladies kaci and Z are very welcoming and supportive come joun us!!Read I've been going to signature health for along time they have been good to me and did everything they can to help me IN THE PAST SO I THOUGHT. I been doing MH IOP for 4 OR 5 years I come every day I have memory issues from ECT from having MGR Depression so I repeat these groups to help me remember better. well now I'm being told that this group is for patients that are coming from the hospital by the facilitator Treacha slatman AND ed roftus This is ridiculous most all the patients in the group aren't even coming from the hospital 😒 I thought mental health help was mental health help !! How are you gonna turn away someone who's not stable with there mental health from participating a group therapy 🤔 I'm very sad ,hurt and depressed from this decision to graduate me when I'm not ready. And please dont try to tell me in a month or 2 months ill be ready to graduate, you nor i can perdict my mental health. Ed loftus I've not done anything wrong to be removed from group ,I've came every day over the last 5 years I really thought that signature health was a awesome place because they had help me so much through the years but I don't know what has happened since Treacha Slattman has taken over but turning patients away from mental health help is not helping!! I even went as far as threatening my life over this situation! Also a therapist told other group member about my confidential medical records!!! I will not let this go !! I guess I will have to go where I'm welcome and wanted for help with my mental health that doesnt break the Hippa Laws ,because I need more support and this is all unprofessional and against the law . I guess I'm going to community counciling To the Friendship clubhouse where I'm welcomed and wanted !!! Where my confidential medical records wont be shared with clients !! Would like to say Kelly O'Connor , Heather Santana, Stacy Smith dr tran , Jen bosch, the nurses ,laure from dbt and front desk ladies and pharmacy are all great and also Evyn Karlosky my old therapist who recently left she would be fighting for me if she was still here ! I don't want to call the same number for the signature health I'm having issues with about mental health iop I want someone out of this signature health who will actually listen because Ed the supervisor and Treacha the facilitator don't care! This pic is the proof where they came up with something to through me out of group for that isn't true but told me it was because the group is for people coming from the hospital now which is it ? My physiatrist was in the meeting so if she says I got discharged for inappropriate behavior! Then I must of !! But what's the inappropriate behavior because I did nothing...another girl brought a gummy and ate it on signature health property and got messed up in group and they helped her and treated her like she was sick she never got talked to or in trouble for this unbelievable!!!!

The VOA is supposed to be a transitional housing for individuals that are working on themselves to get back on the streets & be as successful as they can but you have staff that work there with power tripping issues & no respect for anyone . It’s one thing where you have to do your job but when you lie and deceive for absolutely no reason that’s a problem. They feed you like an animal small portions & have vending machines with high price junk . They trick you into believing that they’re here to help but truthfully they just want a check because the way most of the staff are. Don’t get me wrong it is a small portion of staff that do care and those are the ones that leave or get fired which unfortunately happens from time to time. They are under staffed , force u to do multiple drug tests & write you up for almost anything if I sneezed wrong and didn’t say bless me they’ll write you up . These people take their job to the extreme and it’s unacceptable .

Very incompetent financial people. . . Miss Judy is awesome . She has helped me tremendously. But its ran horribly. Cant even open the doors for workers on time anymore. It was ran 100% better on James h . . . Last week workers hadda wait till 830 to dose cuz they couldn't open the safe. It's a complete joke now. I really feel like the staffing is in a worse place than the clients

Got sent into FWR by the judge.. unwillingly, angry, and wanting to run so badly it kept me up at night for weeks. Somehow I got lucky enough to get the perfect counselor.. and she kept me sane. She helped me learn so many things about myself that I NEVER would have without her. It’s been 3 years and I am still happy, sober and just had my babygirl. I thank god everyday for FWR and every single one of those amazing women who run it.

Fayette Womens Residential saved me.....I was able to go in and actually tell people who I had never seen before my whole life. I was one who had to stay there twice and hada long journey of a prison stay before I was able to go home and live a life. I grew very close to the councelors there...I even wrote them from prison and let them know my progress and what I was doing that they taught me to be sober. Even after leaving prison and going home I knew that life would not be easy. I had to prepair myself for the fact I would never see my father again. I lost him in prison to an overdose to the evil drug that tore me down. I knew that I would never use heroin again! Today still 3 and a half years off heroin its a struggle. Ladies its not am easy road. Hard work has to be put in to remain sober! I just wanted to share a little about my experience there. Thanks so much all of you for helping me. I'm sure you know who I am! Thanks!

I love all the ladies that work there and their genuine concern and willingness to help anyone who's is there and wants to help themselves!!.. I came in with a completely different mind set and horrible attitude and I couldn't be happier with this overwhelming change and this new will to live!! Thank you!! 🤓🥰😊
