I went back because they were so kind when I got blood work. So I tried the ER experience. I told desk about my pain and immediately I got X-rays and Dr. Ray was so full of info for me andHe was not in a hurry to leave me until he answered my questions!! Thank you for A plus care. Thank you nurses and X-ray also.

On our most recent visit the ER treated my daughter with amazing care. They were quick and helped us onto the next phase for my daughter s medical care. We were informed the entire time. Never left in the dark about what was going on.

Mercy Health is a small hospital and for years never heard much positive. Well I have had 2 weeks of amazing care for my mom who has been there. She is doing rehab in the swing bed unit. Each and every person that has taken care of her, has went out of their way to make moms stay there better. Even when she was a bit difficult to work with. Stubborn you may say. This hospital has not been given the credit they deserve. I just wanted to share my experience and to say thank you to each and every staff member who has helped mom! I need to also add how clean this place is!!!!

My experience with Jasmine D. the therapist was one of the best sessions I've experience in my recovery journey. Jasmine recognized my patterns and was helpful in coming up with solutions to some personal issues. I left the session feeling heard and seen. I would recommend Brightview to any addict struggling. The staff was empathetic, professional and extremely attentive to my needs. I'm excited to interact more within the program. It's comforting to know I'm a client and I'm finally on the right path!!!

You're in group from 7am to 8pm. I never had time to just decompress and actually think about things. In class so much, they often repeated the same things over and over I often"tuned out" due to repetitiveness. Also, I really need one on one therapy I didn't get it. Barley could use the phone and tecs were on power trips. Instead of making recovery happy. But overall they did a good job.

Been going for a few months now, LOVE my therapist, felt a bind right off.Psychiatrist, Angel, I was iffy with but I felt in our 1 visit, I could bond with her.Next she s gone and in comes Mercedes. Right off the bat, I felt judged, unhinged and just overall bad mojo in general. I gave her one more try, it didn t change.. I then just cancelled all appointments and told my therapist.I ve learned last week she is no longer there, others are filling in. May give it another try as I just don t have 100% faith in my PCP with mental health medications.

I was very nervous when I first got inthere, but I was made to feel like I was in a safe place right away. Most of the staff are laid back, and easy to get along with. They show that they are willing to give you freedoms until you prove you are a danger to yourself or others. Do not do that and your time there should be pleasant and life changing. I honestly believe you get what you put in. So if you can become a part of the community, and share, honestly and openly about your experiences, fears, and feelings, just be real, and you will walk away with skills to help you manage your life , for the rest of your life. If you continue to practice them after you are discharged is up to you.

Some of the most AMAZING people I have ever had the chance of encountering. Super attentive and very intentional. They understand that it is DEEPER than just treatment. It's about community and from what I see they have a strong one..My stay at this facility changed my life FOREVER...I can't say enough about the staff and the way they constantly and consistently handled me on daily basis, with so much care..My life will forever be changed because of what I was able to learn there. If you are SERIOUS about your recovery then Recovery Village is definitely the place to be.. But make sure you are ABSOLUTELY SERIOUS about your recovery because if you're not then the only person you're gonna fool is YOU!!
