I wish i would have gotten the ladies name who was working the front desk tonight(3.6.26)around 5/5:30(was from South Carolina). She is such a welcoming and understanding person. I was there to drop some personal items off to a loved one, and i just want her to know her kindness was incredibly meaningful. She really went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated. The whole interaction made me feel at ease about where my loved one is staying. She will always hold a special place in my heart. The act was small, but meant the world to me.

Been going for a few months now, LOVE my therapist, felt a bond right off. Psychiatrist, Angel, I was iffy with but I felt in our 1 visit, I could bond with her. Next she’s gone and in comes Mercedes. Right off the bat, I felt judged, unhinged and just overall bad mojo in general. I gave her one more try, it didn’t change.. I then just cancelled all appointments and told my therapist. I’ve learned last week she is no longer there, others are filling in. May give it another try as I just don’t have 100% faith in my PCP with mental health medications.

When I started treatment here I wasnt sure if I was valid in being depressed which honestly sounds crazy saying it now. I love my therapist Dana and my in school one Janae becasue they listen to me and also help me fix things when I mess up lol. Scheduling could be better though because at the moment Im barely having 1 session a month.

Not a day goes by that I don't think about the time I spent at Recovery Village. I'm currently 228 days sober. The entire staff was amazing. At no time did I feel like I was in my battle alone. I would love to return and volunteer, and tell my story. As I said before. You will not find a better staff to help you. I was able to learn something from each counselor. What can I say besides The Recovery Village saved my life. Superheroes like Sonya, Sausabel, Brittany, Terri, Najee, Phil, Denise, Beth, Jordan & Judy all made my stay manageable. I am now able to reinvent myself and become Victoria 4.0. Would highly recommend to anyone in the struggle. ❤️

today is August 30th 2022. I feel the need to leave a new review. this week I am moving from one state to another. top of the list for concerns; how do I continue with my MAT? how about there is a Brightview clinic less than 10 mi from my new home? another concern; how do I continue with my treatment until I can get my insurance transferred from one state to the other, how about Brightview will continue seeing me in the new state until my insurance is transferred and then they will bill them. in other words, there is absolutely no excuse to give up my sobriety because I am moving to a different state. if you have any questions or concerns the staff at every Brightview clinic have the answers! if you are really ready to leave your addiction in the past (where it belongs) moving is no excuse to let it take hold of you. love yourself, care for yourself, find a Brightview clinic and let them help you get on the road to the rest of your life. it is there for you to grab and move on. when you hear the words trust the process, you can really trust it with Brightview! i have been in so many recovery centers, and consider myself an "old timer". Nothing worked..... until BrightView! The level of care is phenomenal. From the moment I walked in I felt loved and understood, not judged. I recommend BrightView to anyone struggling with addiction. They have resources for rebuilding your life, that addiction has taken. My message to someone wanting help: go to BrightView, trust the suggestions they give you!
