My husband went there for kratom addiction. He left early but has been sober for 6 months!! I credit them with helping him get over the physical symptoms with care and compassion. Truly life changing!! And his insurance fully covered his stay. Family days were insightful and it's a very nice, interesting property. Id recommend it to anyone facing addiction. Hope is out there, you can do it!!

You can always get someone on the phone, they are attentive, answer questions, provide you the help and resources you need. 10/10 as for my experiences with IHS and we’ve been to several different healthcare facilities in the state since we’ve moved so much. I haven’t had the appointment yet but Marliena in patient registration was SO SWEET AND HELPFUL!! I felt so “heard”!!! I wish there were more employees that were so helpful and NICE!! I honestly was kinda shocked with this experience that I had to leave a review!! I hope I get to meet her in person!’ As always, the front line employees are the key to a successful enterprise!! We took our toddler son here to see Dr. Hutchison. We were INSANELY impressed. The facility was child friendly from the moment you walked in the door. From the waiting room, to the hallways, and even in the private room. There were multiple different types of toys, books, and puzzles. The rooms were decorated for a child to learn and play in, while also being very clean and comfortable for parents. Amazing equipment and even a pediatric style table, so you don’t have to worry about your kiddo rolling off a tall table. We have LOVED seeing Dr. Hutchison since our little one was born, but wow, this move to the PFC has showed how bright she can really shine as a doctor, and a human! She’s a parent. She’s gets it. On top of it all she is insanely smart and trustworthy. She even gave my little one a coin to get a prize and complimented his behavior, but we all know that facility was designed to help children thrive. And that’s exactly the experience my little one had there. Every detail is *chefs kiss*

TJ was incredibly helpful during my stay at oakwood springs for alcohol detox. His support didn’t end when I was released, and he is still helping me in my recovery process. Hands down the best VA I’ve ever been to. Top Reasons: Service, Speed of Availability, Quality Care and Follow Up. My opinion is based upon other states Such as Central Texas and Southern California locations. Here in Oklahoma I was able to accomplish more as a Traveling Veteran in 1 month than I could ever have imagined in comparison to the other two states. When they say they look after their veterans they stand behind their words. I wasn’t pushed to the sidelines and told to wait weeks or months for the next available appointment. So to all of the staff doctors, PA’s, Nurses and volunteers you have my 🫡.

Lily has especially gone the extra mile, taking additional time to ensure my mother-in-law and our family felt supported. Her remarkable professionalism, compassion, and dedication have made an immeasurable difference during this difficult journey. Thank you, Jordyn, Jackie, and Lily, for your exceptional care, your kindness, and for making such a meaningful difference in our family’s experience. We will always be grateful. update: July 3 Bennie (night shift, 8th floor) is, without question, one of the finest nurses at this hospital. From the moment he began caring for my mother-in-law, he brought exceptional precision, steadiness, and compassion to every interaction. He was meticulous in meeting her needs, always anticipating what was required, and he treated her with unwavering dignity, patience, and warmth. He extended that same respect to our entire family, offering clear communication, reassurance, and quiet strength during one of the most difficult times we have faced. His calm demeanor, clinical professionalism, and genuine empathy helped us endure an unbearable situation. My mother-in-law was given only days to live, and witnessing her passing has been one of the most heartbreaking experiences our family has ever endured. I went to this facility 2 times as a teenager. The last time I was there I stayed for 3 months. This place became like my home and it provided me structure and a community to get me ready for the real world. I had so many amazing staff that impacted me. Thanks to this place I’ve been sober for almost 5 years straight! I got my dream job working as a veterinarian assistant and have a wonderful relationship with all my kids.
