I haven’t had the appointment yet but Marliena in patient registration was SO SWEET AND HELPFUL!! I felt so “heard”!!! I wish there were more employees that were so helpful and NICE!! This program played a critical role in supporting my sobriety. I began my recovery journey in the inpatient program at Valley Hope, and after completing that phase, I transitioned directly into their outpatient services in Oklahoma City. The outpatient program offers two formats—online and in-person—and I chose the in-person option because of the structure and connection it provides. Throughout my participation, I developed meaningful relationships with fellow patients and benefited greatly from individualized counseling sessions. These one-on-one meetings were especially impactful, offering personalized guidance, accountability, and a safe space to process challenges. The group environment also fosters peer support, encourages personal responsibility, and helps individuals stay focused on their recovery goals. I genuinely believe that the outpatient program was essential to maintaining my sobriety. The support, education, and community it provides make a significant difference, and I cannot overstate how valuable the experience has been. Thanks to this place I’ve been sober for almost 5 years straight! I got my dream job working as a veterinarian assistant and have a wonderful relationship with all my kids. Highly recommend New Vision Counseling! Joshua Rhoades was awesome. He listened and provided solid feedback. Though we went for couples therapy, he also did individual sessions which were instrumental to improving our relationship as it unearthed the root of significant issues. We especially appreciated having light homework as it kept us engaged in the days between sessions and allowed us to have physical documents to show the commitments we made.

This has been the absolute best therapy I have ever experienced. Josh has been along with me throughout my ups and downs. I’ve been through therapy my entire life and have been abandoned from other therapist. He has never abandoned me and has always been there for me when I needed him. I have been going here since 2008. Venessa Harvey is the absolute best provider. She's 100 percent an absolute NO bs type of person and when it comes to my health, that's what I want. I dread going to indian clinic because they're preferential and it SHOWS, but this particular clinic has given me the best providers. Dr. Davis took care of me at the urgent care and that man is an angel. I hope there are more doctors like Dr. Davis and Dr. Harvey... They make you feel HUMAN (not like a number 😭)

I went there to schedule a appointment to see my doctor today and it went very well. The place is always nice and clean and there are all kinds of things that are available. Variety Care, mental health center, cafe, social services, dining area, food pantry, security guard on duty, and they really do care.

Im not taking down my previous review because I have gotten so much good from my treatment there..ive had several major bumps to get over in the 12 yrs ive been going there and im just hoping thats all this is..a bump in the road and things hopefully will get better! I am however going to add this from my experience because thats what these reviews are for..not to lie! New I have noticed a definite change in things lately. Since the other organization merged or bought in or whatever they did..there has been staff that had been there a long time that are no longer there as well as procedural changes. The main difference ive seen is nobody answers the phone and they dont return calls either. Im on O2 continuously and dont drive anymore. Its not like i can run over there to find out why my calls arent being returned. Im a fairly patient person but after 3 or 4 days id think someone would return my call. Im starting to wonder if my provider is even there since 30 days ago! Its happened to me twice before and nobody told me til i went there. I hope they get it together and become more patient friendly..they need to realize they are dealing with mental health patients. They may have long standing physical health experience but thats not what they are dealing with now and the people that worked there were good at what they did so let them do their job.! Im sad to see that people have such negative things to say about a place and people so dedicated to helping the mentally ill. I've been a patient there since the latter part of 2014 and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have been there for me when nobody else was...they have helped me thru issues I'd been dealing with for yrs....helped me do what I couldn't do for myself. I'm not going to say that in the 7 yrs I've been there that it's all been perfect. I've butted heads with a few and been hurt by a few...some were my fault a few were theirs.... What I can say is anytime a situation has come up they have handled it as quickly as possible...they listened and they have acted. I've got a serious physical thing going on as well but they have not ever given up on finding the right meds that my physical and mental self could take....they use the latest meds and they help you find a way to get them if you can't. Anyone that feels bad about this place and the people there hasn't given them a chance...they can only help as much as you let them...talking about the problems gets you what you need. They will find the right team. Give them a chance... They don't make the money they could make elsewhere I'm sure,...and they are all good to great at what they do....so that tells me they are there because they care...it's a choice.
