I am grateful that I can meet privately just with my assigned counselor and not have to sit in groups that don't meet my needs. Grateful, I am able to get help on an individual basis & my counselor seems approachable and doesn't act better than us. I am happy that I quit the Twin Lakes Program & asked my PO if I could begin Recovery Concepts so I can work, fulfill my family obligations, my legal, enjoy my children's school programs. This program's design also encourages me to attend NA for support.

I first thought coming to a program for help was dumb. but learned that it's a good thing to find the help needed. I am one who struggles with change so I am glad that I am not kicked out for being open and honest like I was at Twin Lakes and Pyramid. Also glad that I do not have to sit in groups for like 10 hours a week, which cripples my ability to sustain employment. Recovery Concepts should be commended for the work they do!!

Some people are negative when they are UNSDC from any program.. If you work and communicate your scheduling needs they try to work with you. I haven’t had a problem here & I left Pyramid due to (9) months of IOP. Now, that’s ridiculous!!!!!

I have to say dream life was a wonderful experience. I had been to treatment several times before so I did not expect much going in to this .
I have to say the level of care I received was way more than I deserved. Going from wanting to give up to actually wanting to live everyday sober was never a thought .
I really appreciated the techs with how many ppl were there at the time they helped everyone individually to there n my needs . My counselor David was awesome totally got right to the source of my child hood problems . Shout out to all of the bhts n to the best nurses ever Nadia an Krista were total gems n made me laugh the first day there .
To all the negative reviews . Dreamlife didn’t call you n begged you to come. It’s rehab the complaints about food are ridiculous. The last thing I was worried about was food when I was getting loaded . Bill was the best chef ever. N although there was so many activities to do there . I chose all of the meditation groups which healed my soul .
I enjoyed the gym n was really surprised about the sauna n massage chair .
Rehab did its job not only did it give me time to heal but it allowed my family finally sleep . Detox sucked but I knew the stuff I was using was something that can’t be fixed over night .
Meetings at night either if some were brought in or we had one with the my peers.
This program was great n I’ve been to many .
At the end of the day this program was about us putting in the work because we get out of the program what we are willing to put in .
Shout out to Sean who helped me get in . It was literally a ten minute call n next thing you know I was in rehab the next morning .
Thank you for helping me get back on the right track . Btw I am not a robot or someone who was told to write anything . Just like I was taught by my counselor David we cannot be King Babies anymore .

Bhg has been a true blessing for me as well as our community ! Reading the reviews, alot of people has spoken great about this program. I would like to know with those who are new admissions, in the enrolling process that don't have transportation and stay in BaltimoreCity and would like to only attend the Hagerstown location does TruHealingHagerstown supply those people with transportation or they have to find their own way of transportation there? Also, I would like to know about the employment availability in Hagerstown? Once there will I be able to find employment? Ok so at first I gotta admit it was probably the hardest thing I’ve done but by the grace of god and all the amazing people at tru healing who helped me through it everyday I did it. Not only did I complete the 30 day program I met some of the most amazing people I have ever met. Starting with the counselors and case managers, my counselor Ms Mo she is tough but the most helpful and supportive person and I needed your toughness and more importantly she knew I needed that as well and for that I thank her and Mrs bam omg she is the sweetest person ever and helped me everytime and always was there when I needed to talk which was a lot and for that thank you so much. Now another person who was so kind and amazing to me and to everyone was Nate he is an amazing person and such an inspiration thank you so much Nate. Also ms Joyce she was so sweet and always made me laugh all the time and Sarah she is the sweetest kindest person thank you ms Sarah for everything your an inspiration.

Honestly, in the beginning was nerve wracking. But long term, Pyrimid and my team for MAT and MH have been amazing to me. I know it was a struggle at first due to my high anxiety with new things. But they went beyond to help me. It all started with Tracy. And now I have a wonderful nurse Bre, along with my two counselors Shayla and Jess. I get some people have bad experiences, but you do what you can to get clean and get ahead of it and if you start out negative, it's definitely going to be rough. But I never really had a bad experience, all mine have been great.

Tracy was my counselor for group and she did an amazing job. She’s got a great personality. She made group fun. She didn’t make you feel bad for being there. She was very respectful.
And everybody else that I encountered a pyramid in Chambersburg was also very nice.

If you find yourself at the crossroads of not wanting to continue the cycle of addiction and you are looking for guidance and the piece of mind of not feeling ill in the process and you truly want to make a difference this place is everything your looking for if you are at the end of the road and need that nudge this is it !!! the staff is polite friendly and honestly have the patients best interest in mind ... going into the program I heard all the negative things folks would say and it was none of it , the program works if you are set on making the changes to become free from the chains of addiction .... it is the core reason I'm responsible ,employed,and have a roof over my head the rules are simple and the help is tremendous I cant say enough about the difference in the quality of life if you want it pinnacle / alliance will help you obtain it !!!

So I went to Malvern Willow grove this place was awesome I went in on 4/17/26 and did 28 days. We where able to go outside and everything I don’t know how this place is but my 21 year old son will be getting picked up this Sunday his name is Jayden Riley I hope he has an awesome experience as I did at malvern.. but yes rehab feels like jail but I’ll take rehab over jail any day.. so I’m hoping the staff and counselor treat him right he is a great kid.. thank you I hope I hear good things from him… thank you

I've been going here since 2021 absolutely love this place!!! They definitely saved my life love all the counselors and staff. If you're truly ready to quit this is the place to go they will help you get through everything to succeed in your recovery. Now that I've been going to this particular location for going on 6 years... (Will be 6 years this November 2O25)... I've had time to process a whole lot. The counselors are very caring. They're really helpful and kind. They want to see you do well. The nurses are super friendly. So are the doctors. As far as wait times, well, TBH, that all depends on what time you get there during the morning. Like me for example. I go daily now and I try to go before 6am, if I get there before 6am, and I don't have a UA, I'm usually in and out in about 5-10 minutes. In my opinion, this is one of the better clinics in the Hagerstown area. They all want to see you do good and stay clean and sober for the rest of your life. Not saying you'll have to be here that long, but, just enough to get stable to where you feel safe and comfortable with yourself. I also wanted to say that I've had about 4 or 5 counselors since I've been going there and IDK why the counselors keep leaving or getting let go. The one I have now, she seems pretty nice. Also, FYI: As of June 1st 2024, their hours will be changing. The cutoff time for dosing will now be 12 Noon, instead of 1pm. I think it's because of the lack of counselors and nursing staff. It would normally be a 5/5, but things have REALLY changed. Physicals every 3 months, I don't understand why...and they have a HUGE turnover of nurses and counselors. I'm telling y'all what, if Mary goes, idk how much longer everyone will stay. Mary is the best!

Yes I’ll agree this treatment center has been a very very positive experience. Especially those who have moved on to another job. Am sure working here could be a challenging experience as well. Even though the few counselors I have had were worth coming to this center and am grateful for there stall. I hope going forward I’ll experience the same. Thank you.

This place really helped my family in the long run. Looking back this was the best facility and program that we ever did (and we did more than just this one). The family day really brought a new perspective and it wasn't all about the addict. Most programs don't do that.

Far too many people freely moving around there. It’s a rehab and a partial hospitalization program which means people with severe psychological problems are roaming around . The staff are aware of who the threats are, but the patient does not. Your head always needs to be on a swivel. In my opinion it was more threatening than a holding center or jail. Couldn’t have a pair of nail clippers for safety concerns, but here’s a metal horseshoe in the horseshoe pit. I will say this, the best counselor I’ve ever had was from here, Joe.

I guest dosed here for 3 day's straight because me and my bf had to go to WV from NC for his aunt's funeral unfortunately. We had absolutely no problem's at all, they were all polite each day and honestly, the dosing nurse's were nicer AND faster then the one's at our clinic we go to everyday here in NC!

Retired and returned to this area. So off to my new primary care provider. My experience was great very professional all workers treated me well and politely. Even though I don’t agree to all things my primary said,she was there for me . And helped me get things scheduled. Don’t forget to go back in a few days and ask for your printouts. They will print out your lab test results, all X-ray results and your doctor or primary care providers notes about you. They did mine in five minutes. Helps to have hard copies. Especially when you’re older. When I changed my diet it showed up in the blood tests.

Staff is helpful and facility is clean. They offer 2 maintence programs for opiate addiction. Methadone and Suboxone. They take most insurance or you can pay cash. The methadone program cost roughly $125 per week. However they will work with cash paying patients that need some type of payment arrangement. If you need help with your addiction and don't feel that you're ready to quit cold turkey on your own Discovery is a positive alternative.

Have been going to Villa Maria for 5yrs. An I think the staff are caring an understanding. Even though I got a new psychiatrist an therapist. Because one retired and the other had a new job. The current Doctors I have now are great. I feel safe respected, very comfortable and I felt secure opening up to my new talk therapist.. So if you need a good mental health Dr. I recommend tem.

Ok so I can't speak on what other people had to deal with while being here but honestly I loved it. They tried so hard to help me. I went between the years of 2010 and 2013. I recall a lot of the staff and my favorites mostly nicknames were "B-new" and Mr. Kulp. I was one of the 100s of troubled children here and really loved the horse barn. I hope the staff I speak of are still here doing good work. I'm sorry so many of you had bad experiences. I had fond memories of the RTF.

I was here in the 90s. I was a resident when it was Lutherans for the most part I had a good experience but I was bipolar I got into fights alot. I was a very angry child. I had my moments I put the staff through a lot? I still remember the staff I had I was up there earlier today because my dad lives in the retirement community right before it so much has changed over the years. It looks completely different from when it did in the 90s the retirement community was not there then. The horse barn is still there. Most the cottages are gone I was in Riber and white cottage I went to school on campus only for a year and they let me go to zilenople high school cause I earned it I was not an easy child to deal with. I went there When I was 12 and was there till I aged out of the system

I was surprised by how much Wells House cares about its patients. I've gone to other places before when they only care about the money I was paying, they never went beyond the bare minimum they had to do. So thankful that a place like this exists, recommend to everyone who needs help.
