I am grateful that I can meet privately just with my assigned counselor and not have to sit in groups that don't meet my needs. Grateful, I am able to get help on an individual basis & my counselor seems approachable and doesn't act better than us. I am happy that I quit the Twin Lakes Program & asked my PO if I could begin Recovery Concepts so I can work, fulfill my family obligations, my legal, enjoy my children's school programs. This program's design also encourages me to attend NA for support.

I first thought coming to a program for help was dumb. but learned that it's a good thing to find the help needed. I am one who struggles with change so I am glad that I am not kicked out for being open and honest like I was at Twin Lakes and Pyramid. Also glad that I do not have to sit in groups for like 10 hours a week, which cripples my ability to sustain employment. Recovery Concepts should be commended for the work they do!!

Some people are negative when they are UNSDC from any program.. If you work and communicate your scheduling needs they try to work with you. I haven’t had a problem here & I left Pyramid due to (9) months of IOP. Now, that’s ridiculous!!!!!

I was there 17 years ago and I'm still clean and sober

I Have been a patient at three previous clinics, the VA hosp in Pittsburgh, pyramid in altoona, and RHJ in Vandergrift, this is by far the place that has had the most heart. My experience with 3 counselors over 3 years was wonderful. It has been a much more personal experience, a give and take that was different from past places. With 2 of them they had been previous addicts, but all have had wisdom and encouragement. At other places it was just be me telling my life story and them bieng very gaurded about any personal details which made it less likely for me to be totally honest and not make progress in the counseling sessions. . The nurses are very kindly people as well and, unlike other clincs will accommodate me as a 40 year old man they will find another man to supervise the urinalysis instead of making me pee with a beautiful young nurse standing next to me, which I feel is inappropriate. I can say everyone is very friendly since a surly old bird of a nurse left 2 yrs ago. Maybe I just have an exceptionally good attitude or drank too much of the syzurp, but I feel if you put forth any effort in your recovery, these people will more than meet you halfway. You can improve yourself, pursue your dreams and goals or dream life away, at the Jtwn methadone clinic, you decide. everydays a blast! So come join the party today!

I transferred here when I moved to the area, and this clinic is great. It's well run, it's clean & well maintained, the staff is professional, and my husband and I love our counselors. I was originally scared of changing clinics after 8 years, but I'm really glad I did.

It's an ok place. The old is great #gonick staff is friendly. And they got a guitar. This place taught me a lot and saved me from drowning myself. Great place to get sober. Has a lot o structure.

This rehab saved my life 6 years ago. And I think about this place every year when my clean date comes around. Thanks for everything.

This VA outreach place did such an excellent job on the recent Covid shots. I got my first a few Saturdays ago then got my second on the 13th of March. They could not have been better in any way. The folks were professional, helpful and I for one am extremely proud of this clinic. Please folks, keep up the super work!!!

Everyone is just so nice and understanding

I had to go to the ER because I tripped and I thought my foot was broken. The ER wasn't busy and I was registered , went to Triage and then to a room. I barely sat on the bed and it was time to go for x-rays. Got back to the bed and maybe 5 minutes later they had the results and yes I was right I broke my foot. The Dr. fitted me with a boot and then gave me the boot lol. I have never been in and out of an emergency room so quick. All the staff was great!!

I walked in at 4:30am. I was seen by very polite intake team member. Patrick was fast and understanding. I was next escorted to a room and was given the best care. Nuring staff was awesome, kind and caring. I was seen by the doctor on call and he was caring, kind and worked quickly to address my health issues. Being new to Somerset, I was very pleased with the care I received my first time to the ER.

Today my wife had a sudden illness and was in great distress. ER staff quickly signed her in, triaged, and treated her pain with 100% relief. Tests, lab work and diagnosis provided. Many thanks to the ER staff today Oct 9!

My husband goes there and these people had a huge part in saving and turning his life around you guys rock DR. Eddie is our favorite ever

Expensive without Insurance

I found it to be the place that worked for me because I was vulnerable and ready to air my clothes. Was here for more then a year with outpatient and counseling. It's all on you and how bad you want to use this to your advantage. I'd recommend this place to anyone that is serious about changing and needing help.

My son who is 30 now was in the Outside In program years ago. He had great experiences on their wilderness trips. He got to see states he never had seen before. He learned about survival, hard work and discipline. He is now Contractor of two different businesses. Ty to the Outside In staff for helping my son💯❤️

Great food would dine at again

I had my baby at this hospital, and the experience was truly wonderful. The doctors, nurses, and staff were incredibly caring, supportive, and professional from start to finish. They made me feel safe, comfortable, and well-informed throughout the entire process. The maternity unit was clean, and the team went above and beyond to make sure both my baby and I were well taken care of.

Wife came here for gul bladder removal and had surgery by surgeon burns-johnson and she is a class act no wait in the waiting room they dealt with pain fast this place is great. Way way way way better then meritus in Hagerstown and way better then Fredrick memorial definitely recommend

Thank you QCI for your support these past almost 2 years of me coming there. I’d give more than a 5 star if I could. QCI is always there when I need them. The best in Hagerstown in my opinion. After being treated at a few practices/facilities, I can definitely say QCI is the best I’ve ever worked with. They’re professional yet laid-back, & compassionate when it comes to their services & patients. Being considered medication/treatment resistant, I’ve finally started breaking through the resistance, as they work for AND with you. My last 3 years with them have been amazing, notably because of my NP Emily, therapist Devin, CSS Carla, & nurse Kat. Treatment is now something I look forward to rather than feel overwhelmed with thanks to QCI.

Never had a bad experience I've been with 2 of there peplople in past and they were both great and I believe they are getting better

First experience here was BAD. Dr Asgar was extremely rude, saying I need weight loss surgery, said I was racist, guess he didn't know my ex is African American. Said my Social phobia is in my mind which is when he declared me a racist. But, I requested a new Dr and this new one is amazing. I am glad I did not stop after being down graded and left more depressed than ever, I would recommend Eastridge, just not Dr Asgar.
