I am grateful that I can meet privately just with my assigned counselor and not have to sit in groups that don't meet my needs. Grateful, I am able to get help on an individual basis & my counselor seems approachable and doesn't act better than us. I am happy that I quit the Twin Lakes Program & asked my PO if I could begin Recovery Concepts so I can work, fulfill my family obligations, my legal, enjoy my children's school programs. I first thought coming to a program for help was dumb. but learned that it's a good thing to find the help needed. I am one who struggles with change so I am glad that I am not kicked out for being open and honest like I was at Twin Lakes and Pyramid. Also glad that I do not have to sit in groups for like 10 hours a week, which cripples my ability to sustain employment. Recovery Concepts should be commended for the work they do!!

Some people are negative when they are UNSDC from any program.. If you work and communicate your scheduling needs they try to work with you. I haven’t had a problem here & I left Pyramid due to (9) months of IOP. Now, that’s ridiculous!!!!!

Ok so at first I gotta admit it was probably the hardest thing I’ve done but by the grace of god and all the amazing people at tru healing who helped me through it everyday I did it. Not only did I complete the 30 day program I met some of the most amazing people I have ever met. Starting with the counselors and case managers, my counselor Ms Mo she is tough but the most helpful and supportive person and I needed your toughness and more importantly she knew I needed that as well and for that I thank her and Mrs bam omg she is the sweetest person ever and helped me everytime and always was there when I needed to talk which was a lot and for that thank you so much. Now another person who was so kind and amazing to me and to everyone was Nate he is an amazing person and such an inspiration thank you so much Nate. Also ms Joyce she was so sweet and always made me laugh all the time and Sarah she is the sweetest kindest person thank you ms Sarah for everything your an inspiration.

I was surprised by how much Wells House cares about its patients. I've gone to other places before when they only care about the money I was paying, they never went beyond the bare minimum they had to do. So thankful that a place like this exists, recommend to everyone who needs help.

This is the best place I have sought treatment, the facility is beautiful, the staff is polite and attentive, and the food is really good. I would gladly return here if I ever needed to. Staff were generally very helpful, patient and kind, with some tough rules. In the end you understand what was being done, why and what the next steps were.

Brooke Glen might have good services, however, the receptionist is extremely rude and not helpful. She would not let me finish a sentence and refused to write down a paper message for a social worker to give me a call back in reference to a legal issue for one of her clients. If that is the kind of service that is the representation of an establishment especially for individuals who may be experiencing a mental crisis or need mental health services, I would go somewhere else. I cannot imagine how someone who is experiencing a mental health need would be able to get services. Upper management should conduct some kind of formal training or re-training for their receptionist. I will not be recommending my clients go here for any form of treatment.

I was looking for help, I live in Somerset county and the first people I talked to was trying to send me to a place in Johnstown. First of all I am a private person and I have a lot of family members in Johnstown that I don't want them to know about my addiction because I'm embarrassed, but not only can I get medicine for my issues but I also see th. therapist . Everyone is so nice 😌 to me and is really helping me thru my issues so, plus there might and I said might have one other person in the waiting room but it is like they put only you on the schedule for the time you are being seen.

I found it to be the place that worked for me because I was vulnerable and ready to air my clothes. Was here for more then a year with outpatient and counseling. It's all on you and how bad you want to use this to your advantage. I'd recommend this place to anyone that is serious about changing and needing help.

Getting help for your substance use is very personal and personalized. Everybody is gonna have different experiences. While asking for help and following through is not easy or necessarily fun, the team you work with is going to help you a lot. Sandstone helped me with the building blocks I needed to be alive today. I would like to thank counselors Sara, Vicki, and Megan for their help at Innovo. I also thank Natalie, Destiny, Beth, Melanie(3rd shift), Sarah Ashley, and a few others whose names escape me but the bald black guy on second shift that checked me in with nurse Dani. I have to admit. I wasn’t a fan when I first came in, but my 33 day stay was needed. I learned so much from the counselors mentioned and some of the other patients in there with me. I came out a different person than I did going in with good information I do not have a bad thing to say except, yes, they were understaffed but they tried their best with the 30 plus patients there . Rehab isn’t for everyone, but this was my first experience in a facility such as this and I’m glad I came. I also wanna thank the cooks for their help food. They did their best to accommodate. 91 days sober today. I also send a hello to all patients I encountered and talked to there. We had some laughs and good times while in treatment. Hope all is doing well

Very impressed and surprised because there are some bad reviews when every team member I meet was extremely caring and understanding of everyone's personal situations. They really care about you getting better and will help give you the tools and motivation to get there. I started in the intensive outpatient program which was important to my recovery in that it gave me a regular schedule and it felt good to get in that rhythm and everyone I meet in that class was respectful to each other we learned and had a good time. I recently moved out onto the regular outpatient and continue to meet new people who all share the same difficulties in life and openly share their stories and perspectives to identify our triggers and in my case: bad life traps and bad coping styles that lead to my addiction. We also are taught how to avoid the pit falls of addiction the through healthy coping mechanisms. They also started a new incentive program that awards healthy recovery based activities. Because of this program and the programs they provided me with outside of Guardenzia I was able to change my mindset and come to a place where I can finally admit to myself of my past addiction and admit to myself I cannot ever drink again and I'm grateful to them for getting me to this place where I can finally accept that.

Great nurses and doctors. They listen to my concerns and address them. If they can’t get you in within a month then you gave the opportunity to get the care out in the community from a list of approved places. This location is outstanding vs what it used to be before it was remodeled. The expansion and remodeling took outstanding!!

The York clinic staff are spectacular and incredibly patient. My only issue is, the phone number listed here is for the Lebanon location for some reason. What's the PA clinic phone number? I'd hate to waste the Lebanon location staffs time by calling just to try to get in touch with someone at the York location.
