I first thought coming to a program for help was dumb. but learned that it's a good thing to find the help needed. I am one who struggles with change so I am glad that I am not kicked out for being open and honest like I was at Twin Lakes and Pyramid. Also glad that I do not have to sit in groups for like 10 hours a week, which cripples my ability to sustain employment. Recovery Concepts should be commended for the work they do!!

Some people are negative when they are UNSDC from any program.. If you work and communicate your scheduling needs they try to work with you. I haven’t had a problem here & I left Pyramid due to (9) months of IOP. Now, that’s ridiculous!!!!!

Reading the reviews, alot of people has spoken great about this program. I would like to know with those who are new admissions, in the enrolling process that don't have transportation and stay in BaltimoreCity and would like to only attend the Hagerstown location does TruHealingHagerstown supply those people with transportation or they have to find their own way of transportation there? Also, I would like to know about the employment availability in Hagerstown? Once there will I be able to find employment? Do TruHealingHagerstown has connections or information of employers willing to hire those who want to work or there is a amount of time that has to completed without error or replased in the TruHealingHagerstown before you are even able to work?

Ok so at first I gotta admit it was probably the hardest thing I’ve done but by the grace of god and all the amazing people at tru healing who helped me through it everyday I did it. Not only did I complete the 30 day program I met some of the most amazing people I have ever met. Starting with the counselors and case managers, my counselor Ms Mo she is tough but the most helpful and supportive person and I needed your toughness and more importantly she knew I needed that as well and for that I thank her and Mrs bam omg she is the sweetest person ever and helped me everytime and always was there when I needed to talk which was a lot and for that thank you so much. Now another person who was so kind and amazing to me and to everyone was Nate he is an amazing person and such an inspiration thank you so much Nate. Also ms Joyce she was so sweet and always made me laugh all the time and Sarah she is the sweetest kindest person thank you ms Sarah for everything your an inspiration.

Twenty years ago, I went through a crisis involving addiction that had catastrophic implications for my family. While my loved one was at a nationally acclaimed residential treatment program, and I had confidence he was getting the help he needed, I felt lost, alone, left out, ignored, and in the dark. I had almost no communication with my loved one or his therapists. I remember going to an in-person educational seminar at the facility, where we learned about addiction, but had no personalized information about our person or situation.
Now I’m walking this journey with my daughter, whose loved one is in residential treatment at DreamLife. At intake, she was given a packet of information that included links to family sessions that were held over Zoom six times a week for a total of 10+ hours! We both jumped in the first week, and even in the early days of this crisis, when we were emotionally reeling, we felt seen, known, informed, cared about, communicated with, and supported.
Some classes are led by a recovered addict, who gives us an understanding of what life is like for an addict, how they think, and what their early recovery journey will look like, including how they might push buttons or manipulate their family members in ways that are counterproductive to their recovery. Others are led by the mother of an addict, who sensitively helps families understand the emotions and situations that we are thrust into, and how our well-intentioned efforts might sabotage their progress. Both have the objective of helping us to understand how our behavior contributes to enabling addiction, and to give us the skills and knowledge that will strengthen our resolve and ability to be healthy ourselves, and stop being naive participants in the circus of addiction.
The family program at DreamLife is remarkable. The instructors are knowledgeable, articulate, and passionate when lecturing, and attentive, compassionate, kind, and wise when applying the principles to individual questions and situations presented by family members. The classes have a rotating ‘membership’ as there is always a mix of people who have just arrived and people whose loved ones are ready to come home or move to the next step in treatment. This creates a dynamic much like an Al Anon meeting, where we all benefit from hearing the facilitator talk about a particular client’s situation with their family, as well as learning insights from each other as family members jump in to share their own experiences. It also gives a very real sense that we are not alone, and even though we may never meet any of our fellow participants in the Zoom sessions in real life, we feel seen and supported by them.
If you have a loved one at DreamLife and you have not taken advantage of the Family Sessions, then you are missing out. Anyone who loves an addict who is or has been at DreamLife is welcome. My daughter is learning how to live with her loved one in a way that supports his recovery and acknowledges that she has her own recovery journey, too. Living thousands of miles away, I am learning how to support my daughter. Without the opportunity to attend, I might feel helpless, and I would be ignorant about the disease of addiction and what it takes to commit to recovery. I might feel angry, rather than compassionate, as the behaviors that can look like willful, selfish, moral failures are actually symptoms of a neurologic disease that overrides the ability to live a deliberate, purposeful life.
It appears that very few of the residents have a family member attending the sessions that we have found invaluable. This is such a lost opportunity to learn about addiction and to be informed about the progress of your loved one as they engage in recovery. Please consider this an invitation from someone like you, with nothing to gain. You will benefit, and we all will benefit from your participation.
Thank you, DreamLife, for pioneering ways to include and equip families of your primary clients. It is a gift. And no matter how our journey unfolds, my family is grateful.

My loved one is currently in residential treatment at DreamLife Recovery in Donegal. As a family member, I give DreamLife five stars for their family programming sessions run by Curtis Rogers and Robin Miller over Zoom.
These classes have been critical to my own parallel journey as I learn more about how to effectively support my loved one without enabling the addiction. I've developed new skills for how to recognize manipulation, set boundaries, and "wear my own hat". These classes have empowered me with the wisdom to recognize what is and is not in my control and the courage to make hard choices that are in the best interest of me and my loved one.
Addiction is a family disease and it affects everyone touched by it. Because of the nature of the disease, it is often the family members and loved ones who need to change first in order for the addict to change themselves. I highly recommend that anyone with a loved one at DreamLife to prioritize attending as many of the classes as they can. The time commitment is worth it and you will learn so much.

Staff is helpful and facility is clean. They offer 2 maintence programs for opiate addiction. Methadone and Suboxone. They take most insurance or you can pay cash. The methadone program cost roughly $125 per week. However they will work with cash paying patients that need some type of payment arrangement. Duncansville, Pennsylvania | Pyramid Healthcare’s Altoona Detox and Residential Treatment Center is an addiction and mental health treatment clinic located on Plank Road in Duncansville, Pennsylvania. This facility provides detox for adults, medically monitored withdrawal management, medication assisted treatment, residential treatment, case management, individual and family | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I have been to detox here about 5 times and the county paid for it every time. The staff is kind. They care. Most of the people that work there have a history with addiction and sober time. The nurses are all great too! Sweethearts. The place is really boring, understaffed and has a jail like space to move around in. It feels like being in jail a little bit because of the small area to be confined in. But I was always treated right and received help. Are you going to love it here? Probably not. But if your goal is to get clean then I'm giving it five stars. If you want to put in the work to better yourself, this place isn't so bad. The staff is really caring. Shelly, Bre, Maddie, & Rachel are the best. When I first got there, it was a hard adjustment for me, & the staff reassured me, encouraged me, & helped put pep in my step, until I saw the bigger picture. The counselor Angie, was the best, she helped me with everything & tried her hardest to listen & support me. This place helped me more than anyone could imagine & im forever greatful. But I will say one thing, why I didn't give a full 5 stars. The kitchen staff could be nicer. A few times, I think his name was Eddy who works in the kitchen, got in arguments with several women & said some really rude things during my stay.

Hagerstown, Maryland | New Season – Hagerstown Treatment Center in Hagerstown, Maryland, is a private drug rehab and addiction treatment facility offering levels of care including outpatient and medication assisted treatment. New Season’s customized therapeutic outpatient progr | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Now that I've been going to this particular location for going on 6 years... (Will be 6 years this November 2O25)... I've had time to process a whole lot. The counselors are very caring. They're really helpful and kind. They want to see you do well. The nurses are super friendly. So are the doctors. As far as wait times, well, TBH, that all depends on what time you get there during the morning. Like me for example. I go daily now and I try to go before 6am, if I get there before 6am, and I don't have a UA, I'm usually in and out in about 5-10 minutes. In my opinion, this is one of the better clinics in the Hagerstown area. They all want to see you do good and stay clean and sober for the rest of your life. Not saying you'll have to be here that long, but, just enough to get stable to where you feel safe and comfortable with yourself. I also wanted to say that I've had about 4 or 5 counselors since I've been going there and IDK why the counselors keep leaving or getting let go. The one I have now, she seems pretty nice. Also, FYI: As of June 1st 2024, their hours will be changing. The cutoff time for dosing will now be 12 Noon, instead of 1pm. I think it's because of the lack of counselors and nursing staff. It would normally be a 5/5, but things have REALLY changed. Physicals every 3 months, I don't understand why...and they have a HUGE turnover of nurses and counselors. I'm telling y'all what, if Mary goes, idk how much longer everyone will stay. Mary is the best!

I'm going to give this place a 4 out of 5☆
This treatment center helped me tremendously!!!
They are absolutely amazing here!
New Seasons helped me change my life forever for the better on 3-19-24!♡
And I will forever cherish that!!
& also be forever thankful & grateful!🙏🏻
I would not be where I am today without them! Since i was 16 years old. Almost 14 years i battled with addiction to
opioids(pain killers) and as of 6-11-24,
I am, 2 months & 22 days clean!♡
Methadone ONLY!♡
So Thank you New Seasons for everything you guys did for me!
I appreciate you guys so much!.♡
Thank you for helping me change my life!♡
There are a few downfalls though..
1. is the intake process..
Which takes 3-5 hours!!! & it will seem like it's taking forever & a year lol 😆 but that is the worst part & once you get through that the hardest part is over!!!
I was hoping & praying so hard that the methadone was going to help me & I am beyond thankful that it did & it still does!🙏🏻
I dont think about a pill, i dont wish for a pill, i dont want a pill & i dont NEED a pill!!!💪
2. All the nurses go on break all at once except for 1 so there is only 1 window open for you to dose at so you have to be there before 10:30 or 11am if you want to get in and out quickly. I always made sure i got there at 8am because it wasn't busy at that time.
3.They don't take my insurance which is,
(Wv medicaid) and that's why I had to be transferred somewhere else. But,
I live in Wv anyway so I don't have to travel as far now.
4. If they did an update and remodeling to make it feel warm, cozy and welcoming✨️
It would make people feel a whole lot more comfortable when you walk in..
But, on a great note,
Which is the most important to me is,
Most of the staff are nice..
They do know how to communicate with one another which is a big plus for me!
My counselor Merisa was awesome!
I was truly blessed with her! I definitely recommend her as a counselor!👌
The dosing nurses are great! I enjoyed making their day just as much as they made mine! Especially Ashley!!! She is the best & will always be my favorite!♡
Most importantly I got a dose of medicine every morning that kept me clean which means I was able to live and see another beautiful day without fighting a battle that I fought with every single day i opened my eyes for almost 14 years!
So yes, I would definitely recommend
New Seasons treatment center when YOU or anyone you know are ready to get clean, healthy, happy & change for the better!✔️
I also recommend methadone instead of suboxone! It helps me tremendously!♡

I heard bad comments but I didn’t have choice and send 2 children to the pediatric clinic . Mrs Kathy NP , nurses and other personal all show kindness and excellence, the walking clinic was fast compared with other urgent care facilities. I got 2 a calls with results promptly. God Bless each one of them. Ps The main line operator was a little rude but nothing to do with excellent service locally.

I do not even know where to begin! The facility the employees the counselors are all amazing! Deanna & Susan helped me in so many ways, I’ll never be able to thank them enough!! Anytime anyone asks for help with anything as such, I will always refer to them. I did two rounds there, the first time was forced and I just was not ready, but this last time I really didn’t have a choice as I was diagnosed with cirrhosis - end stage 4 liver disease bc of alcoholism; it was literally life or death. I chose to go back bc I wanted to live, as I sit here typing this, today is my 2 year soberversary or 731 days!! I owe part of my recovery to them and will forever be grateful to have had such an outlet ina time where I didn’t know what was next! Everyone has their own opinion about different facilities and how they may or may not have helped them personally… but when making your decision in who to go to for treatment, remember all I said and I can guarantee you’ll be another success story from ADAC!!

Blood lab, really anxious about needles, Mary Ann B. was awesome. She was professional and accommodating. She kept my awareness away from the procedure, diverted my attention and it was over before I knew it.
