The nurses. Nursing aids, transporters, the Nurse Practitioner,Jenna, the doctors everyone i encountered was so kind and caring and helpful. That was the sickest I’ve ever been and I appreciate everything they all did to help me. My husband stayed with me as much as possible and the one problem is not having a cafeteria on weekends and no pharmacy. As happy as I was to get discharged on Saturday we had to rush like crazy to get back to Walmart in St Clairsville to get my prescriptions. Thank you to everyone that i encountered

I go here for therapy and psych for depression and anxiety, so I can't speak for more significant mental illnesses or addiction recovery. In my experience, I haven't had any negative issues with this place and find the staff and secretaries to be very kind. Only *minor* issue I have is the inability to access the website due to a server issue.

Didn’t realize what a great facility this is until I moved to Florida and had my 1st VA outpatient appt today , Rochester Facility is top notch and I can’t say enough about Nurse Stephanie . She was always so helpful and went out of her way for what ever I needed. The facility here is small, older and out dated . Now Beaver County is getting s totally new clinic at the Mall . So no complaints here about the care I was given at the Rochester clinic . Also VSO Kathy whose office is currently in the courthouse , did an amazing job getting me a higher disability rating and applying for my property tax exemption. Now here in Florida, I met with the VSO about reapplying here for property tax exemption and was told not their job, I would have to do that myself. So anyone in need of the VSO please see Kathy at the courthouse , she’ll put in the work ,

Dr. Schlonkoski, Aaron Smith, NP and Sarah, LPN are Rockstars! 99% of the Ladies who check you in go above and beyond than just asking you name and last 4. I have been coming to Freedom in Bridgeville for year's and I can say that they care about their patients. Dr. Wynn is amazing and caring. Wendi Matthews is a great counselor and takes the time to listen to you and helpful.. I recommend Freedom very highly.. I have had many counselors and every single one of them has been amazing, Annette, Kelly, Cindy and now Wendy and I hope that if you are ready to get your life back on track you give Freedom healthcare a call.. The doctor's have been amazing also, it's friendly from the women who check you in, to the doctor and the counselor's. I give them all 5 stars.

I've been here for years love both My Dr and counselor they become family practically. They genuinely care about each person. And they work with you way more than any other place would. I could go to the clinic 4 miles from my house but choose to drive the 45 mins because this place is the absolute best! Dr. Libre and Renee have been blessings to my journey of recovery. I can honestly say I wouldn't have come this far if it weren't for them and the staff at freedom.
