Adcare facility is clean well maintained and highly reputable. Every step went as smooth as possible from my initial intake call to my admission appointment and then to my group therapy. The amount of education I received during my stay I cant put a price on and they truly have changed my life for the better. When you think there is no hope left they restore it for you as long as you put in the work on your end. You invest everything you have into this program you will come out a new and improved version of yourself. These staff members will treat you like family from day one and you will feel like part of the family within your groups. Always go with AdCare it saved my life and it can save yours!

I was in desperate need of treatment for alcohol and was referred adcare Rhode Island. Such a wonderful, compassionate staff from admission to detox to residential. The nurses and all staff are great! Alexis rn, Maribeth helped me during detox so much. Scott case manager found all the resources I needed! I highly recommend this facility.

Very kind staff. They help you everyway they can, they dont judge, they have weekly activities such as painting and even acupuncture. If you need a higher dose then just speak with your counselor. Its not in the nicest area but theres a bunch of security there to keep you safe.

Been on liquid handcuffs for 3+ years finally starting to decrease my dose, this place saved my life they re awesome and don t treat you like an addict. My only complaint is they should make it easier for take homes. I don t understand why they don t give everyone 1 weeks worth and if the patient messes up then take them off. I feel like if I git take homes right away I could have winged myself off. Because yes Dr s know a lot and a lot more than me but I know for a fact I know my body better than any doctor. Just started coming here a month ago and I ve been kicking myself for not coming sooner. Definitely had some misconceptions about methadone clinics that have all been proven wrong by personal experience here. Every single member of the staff from the security at the door to the counselors, medical staff, and dosing nurses are incredibly kind and supportive and just want to see you succeed. Despite being spread thin and having minimal staff for the sheer volume of patients they see the staff is always so positive, helpful, and caring. I am incredibly grateful for every single person working here. I have already seen a difference in my life from having a set schedule in the morning to adhere to, and the staff here made this entirely possible for me. I don t think I would ve been this motivated to become clean if it wasn t for the people that make up PCTC. Thank you so much! Y all have made a difference in so many peoples lives, including mine.

Staff is nice. However They constantly make you late for work you never know what you re going to run into when you get there every day it s different they need to have better policies and procedures for when the computers go down because people in recovery are very delicate and if they lose a job that could set them over the edge when they re just trying to get their methadone and do the right thing. Exceptions must be made on a very strict case by case basis for accommodations for certain people. Other than that, this is a good clinic, you are in take homes fast if you do what you re supposed to do and they don t require much out of you it s a lot better than spectrum or any other clinic around. Not that there are many to choose from spectrum and here . They need to keep a full staff daily so there s never long lines thus making people late for obligations and when in delicate recovery a loss of job can set someone over the edge in a snowball effect. Please we are BEGGING you KEN to help us more especially for the people that are doing exactly what they are supposed to be doing to a T.

This is the place if you re really struggling and need some outside help. The rules are pretty simple. However my big Downside is this is a for profit company. For the 80 or so they get from each patient it should be invested into quality case workers. I m not saying they are all bad but I ve been here for about 5 or so years, and I ve just been given my 7th case worker granted only 5 we re supposed to be permanent. The case worker I just finally got Is the only one you ve hired that has personal experience.

The nurses, doctors, and assistants go above and beyond to provide excellent care, creating a nurturing and respectful environment for our loved ones.I am incredibly thankful for everything they have done for my mother during this time. God bless the staff for taking care of our families when we are unable to do so ourselves. Their work is nothing short of extraordinary.

I stayed on unit 3 when I left I felt a million times better but do wish I had stayed longer staff was great food was good but for most can't complain when you got three hots and a cott when most people don't have nothing going in to the program one day at a time prays to everyone dealing with some sort of stuff

This used to be Stepping Stone Inc House for females. It was referred to as the ivy league of halfway houses. All the staff members at WATC would recommend this house. It saved my life and many others. The graduate house used to be next door. I was here in 2015 and they were one of the best organizations around Steppingstone Inc. I am curious to know what it is now...I just know this was one of the best houses I had been to back then. Jessica was the director and also my counselor at the time she was amazing along with the other staff who helped run the house wish I could remember names. All of them were fabulous and cared about each and every woman who entered their doors.

This is my second knee replacement surgery here and it mirrors my first experience. Since becoming a client at VICTA I'm so grateful for the caring n nurturing staff. They Get It! They're not about just dose n go. Tho you can get that too if that's how you like to roll. I guess what I'm trying to say is that no matter where you're at in your recovery they're there to provide whatever level of care you need. Or they'll refer you to whatever agency is able to provide you with what's necessary if you need inpatient care. I just really like the way they run there establishment
