(This is a long one) I’ve had my fair share of therapists before and each time it was a crash and burn situation. It never worked out for me, I always felt like it was too much. I pushed it off until it smacked me in the face. I can genuinely say EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER DOWN TO THE RECEPTIONISTS ( especially Kaela, dr. Nelson, Greg & Nicole for me) welcomed me with opened arms at a time I needed it most. I never not once felt judged nor put down. I was held accountable each step of the way and able to express myself. Each one of them taught me a lot about my triggers, my attachment styles, my anger, the work I had to put in on my self and just the really understanding and loving the overall person I am. They taught me to identify why I was using bad habits to cope with my feelings.
I really don’t have the words to explain how much they have helped me. If so I would be here all day. Let me try to sum it up.
I had never been to therapy long term(some therapists just wouldn’t call back). I had never been on medication for my mental health(I would gas light myself and create bad habits to cope). I was in therapy for about a year and a half with kaela, Greg and dr Nelson. Some days I wish I had never left(I moved out the state). Dr. Nelson always listened to me, he helped me understand what was going on mentally. During my time he worked with me to find medications that helped me function daily. It wasn’t easy but he never gave up and he never pushed me to take anything I didn’t like or want to be on. Greg helped me to look within. He taught me not to bottle up my emotions and how to express what I’m feeling in a better way than I was. I have to give my props to Kaela for dealing with me the longest tho. Instantly I clicked with her. She really sets the bar high when it comes to a therapist for me. She listened to me yap on and on and she didn’t make me feel like I was a burden with my weekly visits. I actually looked forward to going to my visits.. even when I went back on my word. She didn’t make me feel ashamed of myself(No one there did) She always remembered everything, even when I didn’t. She made me hold myself accountable for my actions, as she did also. I loved that about her most. She didn’t let me slip. She helped me realize why I was doing certain things or why I was reacting the way I would and what they could’ve stemmed from. Other therapists didn’t do what they did for me mentally, even spiritually. Everyone at Caron is like a family to me at this point. I recommend everyone to come to Caron. All my friends, family, strangers. They made me realize therapy and asking for help wasn’t bad after all. If you needed a sign. This is it.

I had 15 sessions with Ana. She really knows what she is doing. She gave me some exercises I could use when my anxiety starts getting really bad. I am so happy to say that they really work. There was an problem someone else was having and it escalated where this man was yelling at the admin team. It made me feel so uncomfortable and they had no security. The one security guy that was working down stairs clearly wouldnt have been able to help. I hope they fix that issue.

I had just gotten out of there February 20th, if any of my homies at Haven see this. Thank you ALL for making my stay so amazing. The people I have met along my mental health journey has been so amazing and I absolutely loved it. Met some of the most amazing people and staff, they treated me like I was human and acknowledged when I was struggling to stay up and going on the right path. It may have been a little scary due to some of the people who were also struggling. But I know they cant help it and theres not much a lot of staff can do about certain things. Overall, I want to say thank you to the staff at that amazing place. JEANIE is amazing!! We're basically around the same age and I feel like I clicked so well with a lot of the staff. Everyone was so nice and friendly, even the people who scared the hell out of me. Love everyone on PAGOD ❤️ And thank you all so much for looking after me. Miss my girls Rita, Dawn, Karla, and Jasmine, and I even met my Doppleganger with the same name as me 🥹. My boys, the Daniel's, Josh, Tony, and even David. Low key miss the screaming at 1am confusingly 😂😂 I miss it there and wish I could have stayed their longer! Miss all you beautiful wonderful staff so much. Thank you all so much for your help with my struggles. I became the best version of myself when I came home. Made my birthday great in there too ❤️ Everyone told me Happy Birthday and made my day wonderful. I have been so happy being out here all thanks to the amazing staff! 🫶🏼🫶🏼

I want to first say the negative reviews are false but everyone has an opinion and their allowed to.
I'm 54 and found myself in a mental health crisis situation and I was lost, confused, mishandling my medication among many other that was until I found Tower during the month of April 2025.
I was unsure of what this would bring as a first time for me and what started out as a disaster because of myself ended in myself saying should I ask to stay a bit longer because of the help I was receiving which YOU must want .I'll break it down in a few parts.
Admission was flawless however because you're in a different state of mind you may feel otherwise.
Food was of average portion because having a facility with this amount of people can't afford waste and you receive a portion of each food group.
Structure which if you don't have would be a mess which Tower has structure.
Cleanliness yes turnover rate at anyplace like Tower creates wear and tear which you may see a bit of but Tower addresses those issues and I found everything to be clean.
TECHS,NURSES,DOCTORS
They are unbelievable if I had to thank everyone I'd be here for hours however techs are amazing on 5s Dom is the man but to every tech thank you so much for going above and beyond you always stopped and listened you never were rude shout out to the Parland Trojan you know who you are.
All nurses on 5s thank you from the bottom of my heart you always made sure every med questioned was answered and was on top of everything Melissa thank you for spending time on the phone with my wife about my meds at 11pm so kind I can't remember their names other then jo and Melissa but to all you're the best.
Dr Chris thank you I really mean that I can't even describe how thankful I am.
Kaila Thank you,you gave me so much detailed information before I left you're amazing.
To the group therapists don't change anything it's good stuff
So here it is.
IF YOU WORK THE PROGRAM it will reward you .If you're their and going to give bad reviews for food,or staff,or because you think it's suppose to be you're vacation you're probably going to be dissatisfied because it's impossible to cater to just you.
TOWER THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY LIFE,MY FAMILY AND FOR CARING WHEN I LOST ALL HOPE
If you cared for me you'll understand not only did I make my daughter's show but with 1 day of rehearsal as an added bonus

I would definitely recommend using this service! Andrea has been my coach for six months now and I am both honored and delighted to have had her support. She was flexible, accommodating, and full of encouragement. She also helped give me clarity and wisdom when I needed it most. When I was beating myself up in recovery she was there to point out the growth and help me feel strong. I was in today for two appointments and things could not have gone better. I met with Dr. Muchnick - Optometry and Dr. Ambrogi - Dental. I have used private insurance and care simultaneously throughout so I can make a really fair and well-informed opinion about VA care vs. elsewhere. Thanks to everyone at VA Coatesville!!!

My family will always be grateful for Caron and the impact they had on our lives. My mother attended treatment there in 2013, and the care, support, and expertise she received helped her achieve sobriety and build a healthier future.
What made Caron especially meaningful was that they recognized addiction as a family disease, not just an individual struggle. The family education program was pivotal for us. It provided invaluable insight into addiction, recovery, boundaries, and healthy ways to support our loved one while also taking care of ourselves. The knowledge and tools I gained helped me heal and grow alongside my mother's recovery journey.
More than a decade later, the positive effects of Caron's treatment and family programming are still evident in our lives. I highly recommend Caron to anyone seeking compassionate, evidence-based addiction treatment and meaningful family support.

I went to Caron in 2000, at that time I was 16 years old. I detoxed and then stayed for adolescent rehab program. At the time, I was given a scholarship but my parents still payed a lot of money. I had such a great experience there. I got to enjoy Father Bills Church every Sunday and also a counselor who was Native American and would take us deep into the forest and cleanse us with sage. I will never forget Caron, the staff and amazing memories there.
