This whole team was extremely supportive when my loved one was in crisis. They walk you through every step of the way with care. I highly recommend if you have anyone struggling with drug or alcohol addiction.

This place is god sent. I have been in several trauma centers in Florida and they are the only ones that seem to get it! Great snacks, fashionable donations (including shoes), and even better Techs. Boca is an amazing place. The staff is absolutely amazing. I was fortunate enough to be able to work with Misty and Sondra. From day 1 until the day I left was a complete 180. Misty helped set me up for my next steps, and truly cares and checked in on me to make sure it was the right fit. She got to know understood me as a person and truly knew the right next steps for me to be set up for success. Highly recommend Boca.

So I don't know where to start, besides Nicki is absolutely amazing. She has broken her back for me left, and right. Because of her I'm sober today. Love u Nicki. I would like to thank God for sending me to BOCA Recovery Center. When I first got there I couldn't believe it. The place was immaculate. Everything was in order, From the staff to the cleanliness. The snack bar was always full. They even had their own drink machine. The nurse is always on duty. Anytime you need your medicine you got it. No matter the time. My bedroom had a flat screen TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Tubi, Pluto TV and much more. They have community cigarettes, Basketball Court and a Gazebo! I couldn't believe this place! They have a private chef! They feed you three times a day all hot meals. You also can also go to group. They have a big screen TV in the common area. So if you want to talk and watch TV you can! They also have a PS5! I couldn't feel more comfortable anywhere else! Thank You BOCA RECOVERY CENTER for a 10 star detox!

I had a great experience at Boca Recovery. The staff really make this a 5 star facility. If you come to Boca and take advantage of all they have to offer, they really set you up for success.

It was a difficult and impulsive decision to throw myself into treatment, I honestly went to the first place that said they had a bed, and I was beyond lucky that that place was White Sands Plant City. The staff is incredible, the course selection was diverse and informative. The culinary team works very hard and the food was excellent, especially considering 3 meals a day for that many people. I was scared going in, I had no idea what to expect. It was much less clinical than I thought and that is a good thing! Still with constant medical care, nurses and doctors if you had questions or concerns. The BHT's, Case Workers, and Discharge, all were so personable with every single patient, and it was easy to feel like a part of the community almost instantly. Mostly I want to shout out KeSaundra, she really helped me process my feelings and always was there to listen. Gonna make you proud girl! This was one of the most moving experiences of my life, and I will always be grateful for White Sands. EDIT 08/12/2025 Also want to shout out Ann Marie, I wish I had more time to get to know you more. You made yoga and meditation comfortable and I am furthering my practice in both now. Thank you!

Went here to look for help. While I was not able to get treatment here because of health insurance restrictions, they went above and beyond to make sure I found help. I would just like to state how happy I was with my stay and experience at White Sands treatment center in Fort Myers. The facility is very nice and the staff are all friendly, professional and caring. From my caseworker Janette, who was super supportive and just amazing, to my Therapist Morgan, counselor Kaley, all the techs, health & nursing, house services, dining staff and maintenance, everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. In 2020, I went to the Aloha house in West Palm, after treatment. I was a chronic relapser and out of hope. The structure and support at the house set my feet on a path of victory and recovery. I'm almost 5 years sober today, reunited with my husband and 3 children, and helping others out of addiction. I'm not sure where I would be if I had not found Aloha. There was just enough structure and freedom to allow me to safely start rebuilding my life. I highly recommend. There is HOPE.

My experience at Beachway was not perfect, as nothing truly is. However, I would not change a single thing. I learned so much and was embraced and understood for what feels like the first time in my life. Words can not express how thankful I am for the staff, the therapist, and the facility as a whole. I want to specifically thank Tripp, my primary therapist, and Brandon, my trauma therapist. Without these two gentleman I would not be living the life I am today. As I write this I have almost 7 months sober, moving into my own place, have a great job, and so many connections within the recovery community. I go to sleep often without worry, I breathe more calmly, and I am at peace almost daily. I love my life today, and that is in part thanks to Beachway! They will forever have a place in my heart. This is by far the most caring and attentive detox place I have ever been to ! The staff truly cares for the clients and goes above and beyond the basics to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I recommend this place to anyone struggling and needs help !

The summer house was very comfortable very welcoming and Homie. They take good care of the patients and all the staff. Here are wonderful and very caring. If I ever have to go back to detox I will come here, but hopefully I won’t.

This was a great place to learn how to grow up. As an alcoholic, I avoided adulthood and had a ready made excuse as to why I didn’t achieve or succeed in things. “I’m a drunk.” Once I removed the bottle, I quickly saw how much maturing I needed to do in everyday, regular life. The guys at RBC get you moving towards adulthood. There are simple rules to be kept and standards to live up to; youre required to work the 12 steps, get a job, and respect the grounds and the people that live and work there. They are simple rules that many of us come in not knowing how to follow or have bucked at all points in our active addictions. Slowly but surely, this place guides you away from old habits into new, more productive ones. All in all, this place takes you from beaten and broken to strong and empowered if you follow the rules and suggestions laid right at your feet. I’d recommend RBC to anyone serious about changing their life and “becoming the man they were meant to be.”

Life Skills is a game changer!! One that we are forever grateful to. Her counselor and therapist were especially helpful, Tamas and Dr Mirella. Both quickly built rapport through their compassion and professionalism. Also they were super responsive to my questions, often the same day. Even Farisha in billing is cheerful and helpful, when I needed advice. Life Skills began to teach budgeting and meal planning immediately; the clients’ Trust Fund is for groceries. Many places provide meals until they step-down to a PHP. Still, huge progress was made and a vital understanding that taking Rx is critical. Also some solid friendships were formed, so we wish the Center was closer to home. Activities like art and yoga are meaningful extras. The facilities are beautiful and in a wonderful and safe area. Our loved one significantly improved at Life Skills.

The treatment my loved one received at Lifeskills was beyond what I could have asked for. At every turn we were treated with dignity and respect. My husband's condition was challenging (to say the least) and I never felt that they were frustrated with him. The level of communication was beyond what I expected. I, honestly, do not think he would have had the positive outcome anywhere else.

This place saved my life!!! I've never had so much support from anyone like I've had since I've been here ❤️. I hope to one day work at 1st step to give my appreciation and help others. I'm more than grateful for this opportunity. I currently live in sober living and I love it!

I completed 1st Step's IOP program here and I just felt like there is no way I couldn't leave a positive review about them. What makes 1st Step special is how abundantly clear that the Clinicians are doing what they Love, and not clocking in and clocking out at work. They understand recovery, have their own recovery journeys, and enjoy helping others. Every group i attended, I felt like I came out better or with more knowledge. Day by day. Being a Pompano Beach local my entire life, I will also advocate their sober living/php location is Prime time. If I was in php/sober living level of care, I would want to be at that location. No questions. Anyone who says otherwise, should probably practice gratitude. East side near the water in a chill part of town. (P.s - I was not in their sober living and php, but I know where it is, and I see many of the members around the neighborhood) My hats off to first step. And No this review is not botted or paid. I'm just a local who came here to get better after going off the wagon in college. :)

Staff truly cares and wants their clients to succeed!

My experience started out rough but that changed and as hectic as it gets the staff shows up for us. Ed gave me hope, Dan gave me experience and strength, Scott gave me knowledge and Jamie gave me his time when no one else could along with a great tool through a video he suggested that showed me some new coping methods!! Tenisha was my therapist and she listened to all my shit with a smile along with good coping skills she gave I had a good experience ! PUT IT THIS WAY THE STAFF ARE ALL HUMAN ! Yes there are flaws and the owner is responsible for most of them! BUY A VAN OR TWO ! Sometimes it is good to clear the way for new employees that are stagnant and not helping but hindering and causing a lot of added stress and more problems for the clients ! Oh Charlton always made the long rides fun and got me laughing when I was sour ! Shawna has a huge heart and she and I relate on things and I could go to bed anytime! Thanks to all the Luminous staff I will leave tomorrow with 95 days sober!

Future’s has truly been life changing for me. The community-based structure, paired with a consistent and thorough curriculum, created the foundation I needed to grow in recovery. It’s not an easy process—and it shouldn’t be—but the hard work has been worth every step. What stood out most were the people, the programs, and the facilities. The staff, from my therapist to the alumni coordinators, were incredibly supportive and genuinely invested in my progress. I also appreciated the evening activities like karaoke and bingo, which brought some fun and balance to the experience. The alumni services are exceptional, offering 2 weekly calls, Thursdays on-campus meetings, and quarterly 2 day immersion programs that help keep recovery on track even after graduation. I’m proud to have completed the 30-day residential program and I look forward to continuing my recovery journey with Future’s.

An amazing facility with amazing staff they are very professional, kind and friendly. They are so attentive and helpful you feel them as part of your family. They take care of you and will provide you with everything you need from the moment you step a foot in their facility till after you leave to make sure you are in good hands, especially Chris in Alumni he is always there for you. I feel very satisfied and proud of my choices being there.

I was at Beach House, which was a nightmare compared to futures. Once I got transferred to Futures, I felt like I was in a house of zen. The staff were extremely caring, the amenities were great, the groups were powerful, and the entire energy in the place was pure love. I go back for alumni Thursdays meetings when I can, because Chris leads an amazing group, including the patients. This really helps me, by giving the patients advice of what to do and what not. Service is key to staying clean. Love you guys.

My time at Still was very nice. Everyone was super helpful. The staff is great and always ready to help. It’s a pretty calm environment which is great for recovery. The therapists were so insightful.

Unfortunately, I have been to a lot of treatment centers. No one does it like Simple Path Recovery. The love, support, and care you receive there you won’t find at other facilities. I found stability, peace, and lifelong friends after struggling with opiates for almost 10 years. I was shown how to learn from my mistakes and appreciate them, but to stop holding on to them. The learning and care does not stop after clinical hours. The techs, staff, and other women in the program will teach you more than you ever could have known. You become a family! The tools and coping skills that I developed at Simple path saved my life. I truly believe this place and the people here are a Godsend!! If you are even just thinking about going to treatment I highly suggest reaching out to Simple Path, they WILL take care of you

Adolescence Wellness Academy is truly a wonderful organization with a real purpose. They have completely changed my nephews life for the better and given my family back. The entire staff has been amazing—caring, supportive, and professional—with not a single complaint thus far. Scott’s passion for helping clients, combined with his own experiences, has been truly inspiring. TARC is a safe and caring place for anyone seeking sobriety and recovery. The emphasis on healthy eating and fitness training is a powerful part of the program and will leave a lasting positive impact on each individual. The 3-day Family Weekend is especially meaningful and unique—staff like Sara, Andrew, and Tony provided excellent educational sessions, while the time spent together strengthened family bonds in a deep way. Our loved one has now moved on to a sober-living home in another state for career-related reasons. While we wish he had chosen to stay longer and then continue with TARC’s sober-living program, which we understand is also very strong, we remain deeply grateful for the foundation TARC helped him build. I enjoyed the housing, it was comfortable, well appointed, large, modern and updated. The pool was a plus. The groups were engaging, revealing, informative, and caused me to be introspective about my own journey. The staff and my therapist was fantastic. My therapist helped me open up and feel comfortable discussion past trauma. Nursing was helpful and empathetic. All the behavioral techs were awesome. C-Kwon groups allowed me to get a real prospective on my recovery journey.

Transitions Recovery Program in Miami didn’t just help me get sober it gave me a life beyond my wildest dreams. I walked in lost, broken, and unsure if real change was even possible. What I found was a deeply compassionate and structured environment that not only supported my recovery, but challenged me to grow in ways I never thought I could. The staff is incredible many of them are in recovery themselves, so they get it. They met me where I was without judgment, but also didn’t let me stay stuck in old patterns. The clinical team, the group sessions, the one-on-one therapy, and even the everyday accountability they all played a part in reshaping how I saw myself and the world around me. What really sets Transitions apart is that they don’t just focus on staying sober they teach you how to build a meaningful, fulfilling life in recovery. They helped me reconnect with who I really am, helped me process trauma, build healthier relationships, and most importantly, believe in myself again. I’ll never be able to fully put into words how grateful I am for this place. Transitions helped me reclaim my life and then some. If you’re struggling, if you’re feeling hopeless, please know that change is possible. This program showed me that.

Transitions literally saved my life. It’s like no other rehab I’ve ever been at before, I’ve been to over 20 different rehabs and this one will definitely be my last lol. I have been to many rehabs and this one by far has been the best I have ever experienced. From admission to after care the staff at Tikvah and Park Manor have went above and beyond for both my wife and myself. The space was immaculate and peaceful. All of my basic needs were taken care of so I could focus on my recovery, relationships, and spiritually. Every single staff member took the time and care to impact my life positively and will not soon be forgotten. I want to make a special mention to Zach, Katherine, Roosevelt, Deandra, Diane, Donielle, and Jimmy. We were able to do family counseling for my wife and I with Jimmy and he helped us to work through our relationship to foster the love and move past our resentments. I was able to develop my personal recovery plan and I left feeling prepared and full of gratitude. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Anyone I love that struggles with mental health or addiction this would be my choice for them with out a doubt. I can't thank them enough.

Tikvah Lake was life changing for me! No one wants to find their self completely broken by the stresses and tragedies that happen in life. But if you find yourself needing help, I would highly recommend Tikvah Lake. It is a private facility on a beautiful lake in Sebring Florida. There are no more than six guests there at one time, affording the opportunity to have individual care. The staff was top-notch! So Caring & thoughtful! Chef Ralph rocks that kitchen. I worked with several therapists in group settings and in individual meetings. I don’t think I could’ve found any better care elsewhere. They have raised the bar high and have lived up to everything I could’ve hoped for. But I got a rave about my man Zach. He was the first person to contact me and help me make all the arrangements. He’s the right man for that job. He is full of compassion & kindness. He made a very hard, emotional decision peaceful. My time there changed my path to one of wholeness.

The Mental Health Department in Baypines FL, definitely takes care of the veterans that go their for their mental health needs. The Doctors, nurse's, pharmacy, and staff all play a crucial role; taking care of our Veterans here in the United States.

Shout out to Bobby for recruiting and admitting me, Dania for intake, Sal Nicole Keela and Lea for taking care of me. I heard from residents this is one of the nicest recovery centers in the state, if not whole East Coast. The Staff are friendly and helpful, Doctors are knowledgeable, Nurses are considerate. You will receive round the clock care every day of the week. The food is Chef cooked and different every day, residents are a huge fan of the meals and snacks! We have recreation outside to play basketball or get some sun. We have at least 4 classes a day, sometimes 6. Teachers are compassionate and knowledgeable. I had a great experience here and have no complaints about the facility after 23 days in treatment. One of my concerns (which ended my treatment early on my part) is the lack of transparency on when you will be released. Some people are admitted 13 days and some 35 without any knowledge of which group one will fall into. Kylie is cold and unapproachable and provides zero communication on discharge timeframe which makes residents feel like hostages. She also will call your emergency contact and snitch on you if you attempt to leave. I hope she learns her lesson the hard way.

John NASAR is an awesome support. The rest of the staff was extremely helpful in my recovery. The food most days was awesome and they took effort in finding ways to break the monotony of everyday life here. I very much enjoyed my stay here.
