The whole staff is super helpful and friendly....because of Denton Treatment Services and the caring staff I have been able to live life have a great job and be a productive citizen.

As of now there’s only 1 nurse working & she’s doing a great job! The rest of the staff is great aswell and have always been very helpful if I’ve ever needed anything. To the one nurse that’s by herself, I feel bad for her but she’s doing what she can to make sure everyone gets taken care of & she’s doing an awesome job of it.

I absolutely love this clinic. They are so nice. This clinic has done everything possible to make the closing of my old clinic 4 yrs ago, so it was seemless and easy. I have stayed because I am completely comfortable. The counselors are so wonderful and nice. The cost is typical. They are even accepting Medicaid and Medicare. I am so happy I was able to transfer. I think I like this clinic the best out of the 3 others I have been to. Thank you Denton Treatment Services. You have been so wonderful.

I am forever grateful for the entire team at Sante. My family member was here for 60 days and it was transforming. He loved it here so much. Special shout out to Caroline Rucker who was brilliant in her therapy, all of the techs, who were so kind and helpful and to everyone who gives all they can to those that are looking for a chance to heal. Sante, you have the process down perfectly. There is hope. If you need help getting to a better place, Sante is the place. #grateful.

Sante has taught me the tools I need to have a great recovery. The staff cares and goes above and beyond for the patients there. My absolutely favorites are: Kelsey, Hannah, Robert, Jordan, Josh, Sean, Maddison, Melissa, Christina, Martin, and Alanha. These people helped me find peace and love during my stay. I love the activities and the processing that goes on. If you want the best rehab please go to Santé Center for Healing you will not be disappointed.

Well I got my self in a little bind I had to look for counseling in AA and NA for Help , I called around in my area couldn’t find a center where I could get Intensive outpatient help and was able to contact Sunshine Care Centers in Arlington Tx I called and Mr David happened to answer the call, by the way Mr David, happened to be the Owner, I informed him my issued and informed him what I needed , he immediately asked for my information and insurance and told me he was going to verify insurance and he would call me back in 5-10 minutes ,I’m pleased to inform you he returned my call in5 minutes,asked me when did I want to begin well got incontact Thursday, and began my Intensive Outpatient Counseling appointment the following day on Friday I met my Counselor Miss,Micheale Merriot, she is very understanding she walks with you through the whole process If whenever I need help again I will definitely give them a call Again Thank you Juan P Martinez The Truck Driver over the road

Thank you Thank you Thank you!! I’m writing this review without any idea how to express my gratitude. Sunshine was not the first place I called to help my friend but they are the place that gave me hope that maybe he would finally have a chance. I had been trying for over 2 years to help my friend get to recovery and everytime there was a closed door at some point of the process.. Whether it be $$ or programs or people on the other end of the phone unwillingness to help. I came across Sunshine Care Center with absolute defeat written all over me by the time I called them.. and there it was someone willing to not only to be the only other person on my team but to help me navigate what to do who to call how to help my friend with his addiction. I can’t put into words how much it meant to me to find a center that is truly there to help people that cannot help themselves. Beautiful people that work here with beautiful hearts. Special dedication to David the Founder for being there when no one else would. My endless gratitude sir. Thank you Sunshine Care Center.

I’ve had a wonderful experience at Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Arlington. The nurses and doctors, as well as, the physical therapists and occupational therapists were so good at their jobs!! They were very helpful and helped me work on getting my mobility back! I would definitely recommend this hospital and would give every staff member that was assigned to me a glowing review!!

OT Edwin was the Best! A little hard at times, but balanced with encouragement that challenged my mindset to think in positive terms of what I believed I could do physically. PT Justin was also very good at tailoring my workouts to accommodate sore muscles rather than charging forward with his original plan. He was very conscious to not over use a strained muscle and possibility risking an injury, but altered my plan to still achieve the goals set. In reference to OT Edwin & PT Justin, I am amazed with my progress from Monday 8/4 to Friday 8/13! Nurse on 8/6 (Wed overnight into Thursday AM) had a very unhelpful attitude towards me. It was like I was wasting her time when I asked for her help. 8/7 & 8/8 Nurse Ruth & nurse tech DeeDee were top notch! And great attitudes! Nurses Karla & Michelle & nurse techs  Janie & Lateka were also very good! Dr. Rega stopped by everyday to ask if there was anything I needed--med adjustments, etc.). After I had been here a week, the bed was leaving a lot to be desired. When she asked me on Friday AM if there was anything she could get me, I half jokingly said a new bed would be nice. Her response was to let her see what she could do. When I returned from therapy at lunch, they delivered a new mattress! And they double stacked the new w/the old one. A major improvement!

My dad had a positive experience here. He had good care from the nurses & therapy team. He also enjoyed the food.

Good staff, the doctors, nurses, and techs all treated me with respect and the care I needed. Would recommend as a hospital that welcomes all.

I was put in there at 17 by my high school, and I was a little mad when they put me in impatient because I thought it was over the top just for some small thoughts, but after a week I came out knowing more information about myself, I got diagnosed with depression and anxiety, which I would have never known I had. I got the medication and information I needed to get better. I made friends and learned so much about myself! But I do agree with other reviews that the food did suck, but in the long run, that’s not what is important. Now as a college student I have learned to cope with my anxiety and I will be forever grateful to the nurses and doctors that helped me.

I really appreciate Millwood Hospital they took care of me and the staff where so amazing thank yall......

I spent about 5 days at Millwood to treat my depression and suicidal thoughts. This place gets a bad rap apparently but personally I thought it was fine. Food was good, the rooms were pretty clean and neat, the group therapy helped a lot, and I made friends. The only thing that bothered me was how little time you get to talk to the doctor or the nurse practitioner about your issues. I only met with my doctor Dr. Day once, on the first day in the middle of the hallway, and that meeting lasted all of 2 minutes, during which he rather speedily diagnosed me with acute anxiety disorder and major depression. Never saw him again afterwards, only met with the nurse practitioner once each day afterward for similarly brief meetings. I feel like if we got more 1 on 1 time with the doctors or nurses we would receive a more comprehensive treatment. However, despite this issue, I overall feel much better than when I went in. My depression and anxiety have gone down massively. Special thanks to Carmen Davis, she was so nice and really made me feel comfortable.

I had an incredible experience today with Margo at the Mental Health Clinic in Plano. I’ve been in and out of the VA system for 16 years and have had every kind of experience you can imagine, but Margo is one of those rare people who truly made a difference my life. I walked in today feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to turn. Margo immediately made me feel calm, safe, and understood. Her energy was exactly what I needed. She listened and really heard me and it was that rare moment in mental health when it just clicked and she just gets it. Just when I didn’t think I was positive I wasn’t going to be able to get help anywhere, just more run around, she helped and made so much happen. Her professionalism, compassion, experience and presence were exceptional. She was a bright spot in a moment of real crisis for me, and I’m deeply grateful for her time and guidance today. The VA system needs more people like Margo. Thank you for everything you did for me.

I was here for four days, and it was as good an experience as I could have asked for. I was being seen by three types of doctors each day. The care truly is team medicine in every sense of the word. It is hard to describe how well I felt they were working together every syep of the way. This also extends to the nurses. They celebrated my victories with me and always treated me with kindness. Janaey deserves a special shout-out for keeping her patience one night when I was anxious and couldn't sleep, and another when it seemingly would take a bullhorn to wake me for nighttime meds, but aye never raised her voice. Make sure she knows that she is great at her job! This will be my hospital of choice in the future.

Late vs most recent review. Back in 2023, I had my daughter at this location and it was terrible! I felt like the staff wasn’t listening to me when I told them how much pain I was in AND my epidural half worked! I could not wait to leave the hospital! This year 2025, I had no choice but to give birth AGAIN at the same hospital. This experience was so much better with my 2nd son! I had a magnificent team this time! Everytime I was in pain, the team helped managed my pain levels. My epidural WORKED this time! Hospital staff please listen to your patients!

I delivered my baby here last month. Dr. Cipriano and my L&D RN Shayla were phenomenal. All of the staff were professional. I had great care during my entire admission.

I was UPSET because I changed therapists twice. I WISH I would’ve enjoyed myself more. In the end I got EVERYTHING I needed and more. I can’t wait to get more therapy and knowledge. Thank you.

CPS sent me here and I did not want to go despite the reviews. I was scared they were setting me up for failure. There was only a couple times they didn't answer my call and they were not rude at all my assigned counselor was make and I'm female and I felt so comfortable with him. He is nice and doesn't bug u about little stuff like your face being in the camera. The work is really easy you just talk for about 20 minutes each session, they send me like 2 or 3 questions to answer by email and then next session we talk about it. It's really quick and easy and all in 10-12 sessions

I enjoyed my counseling sessions when I came here. Front office staff wasn't very professional at all. I was going through a really tough time and appreciate my counselor, he was very intuitive and helped me out of my situation. I truly appreciate him
