As the parent of a loved one who is addicted to alcohol, I highly commend the services provided to him and to our whole family while he was a resident at Lighthouse Recovery in Dallas, Texas. Lighthouse provided a supportive environment and a treatment regimen that was individually tailored to his needs, his strengths, and his weaknesses. Even when he suffered setbacks, the staff continued to provide structure, support, and encouragement to succeed. During his time at Lighthouse, his case manager, Michael, provided regular updates on his progress in weekly phone calls to us family members, and he was always accessible when we had questions or concerns. Even when my son chose to leave Lighthouse so that he could resume drinking, the Lighthouse staff stayed in touch with him every day to make sure he was safe, and they eventually were able to persuade him to enter a long-term rehab program.

My time at lighthouse was phenomenal, the staff were really great and they accommodated all my needs. The clinical was amazing, and the community really helped me during my time there. I was able to graduate high school thanks to them and i would recommend lighthouse to anyone who is looking for a sober living

I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you. When I came here fresh out of rehab, I was in a rough spot, and honestly, I didn’t know if I’d ever pull myself together. But you all took me in, gave me a place to get my head straight, and most importantly, you never gave up on me—even when I wasn’t making it easy. You guys stuck by me through everything, and because of that, I’ve been able to grow into someone I never thought I could be. I’ve learned so much here, not just about staying sober but about being a better person—someone who’s responsible, who thinks before he acts, and who actually wants to build a real future. That means more than I can put into words. The staff here is seriously amazing. Mike Jones, Michael Fowler, Frankie Gomez, Bryce Hand, Joshua Stoddard, and Brooke Keels—you guys are the backbone of this place. Each of you brings something different to the table, and together, you create a space where people like me get a real chance at a new life. You’re patient, you understand what we’re going through, and you actually care—which isn’t something you find everywhere. This place saved my life. That’s not an exaggeration. I wouldn’t be where I am without the support, guidance, and second chances I got here. I’ll always be grateful for that. Thank you for everything.

As of now there’s only 1 nurse working & she’s doing a great job! The rest of the staff is great aswell and have always been very helpful if I’ve ever needed anything. To the one nurse that’s by herself, I feel bad for her but she’s doing what she can to make sure everyone gets taken care of & she’s doing an awesome job of it.

I absolutely love this clinic. They are so nice. This clinic has done everything possible to make the closing of my old clinic 4 yrs ago, so it was seemless and easy. I have stayed because I am completely comfortable. The counselors are so wonderful and nice. The cost is typical. They are even accepting Medicaid and Medicare. I am so happy I was able to transfer. I think I like this clinic the best out of the 3 others I have been to. Thank you Denton Treatment Services. You have been so wonderful.

So many people write reviews quickly and never really wait to share the outcome years later. My son was a patient at Sante 3 years ago. I am so grateful to everyone that had a hand in helping my son through his addiction and assisting with his mental diagnosis. He now has a great career with a medication plan that allows him to live a successful life. ❤️🫶 If you have a family member or loved one that needs help, I would highly recommend Sante.

From the first moment I walked through the doors I felt welcome accepted and apart of a family. I didn't feel ashamed or embarrassed the staff accepted me with arms open. The staff I feel genuinely cares about me as a person and my sobriety. Your not treated as just another patient your treated with respect understanding and compassion. I spent around 30 years using drugs and alcohol and during that time I had many opportunities and tried many different rehabs but symetria is by far and away the best recovery rehabilitation center and program ive used. They have help me become sober and have given me and my family my life back. If your struggling with addiction dont hesitate one moment longer this program and its staff will save your life.

Thank you Thank you Thank you!! I’m writing this review without any idea how to express my gratitude. Sunshine was not the first place I called to help my friend but they are the place that gave me hope that maybe he would finally have a chance. I had been trying for over 2 years to help my friend get to recovery and everytime there was a closed door at some point of the process.. Whether it be $$ or programs or people on the other end of the phone unwillingness to help. I came across Sunshine Care Center with absolute defeat written all over me by the time I called them.. and there it was someone willing to not only to be the only other person on my team but to help me navigate what to do who to call how to help my friend with his addiction. I can’t put into words how much it meant to me to find a center that is truly there to help people that cannot help themselves. Beautiful people that work here with beautiful hearts. Special dedication to David the Founder for being there when no one else would. My endless gratitude sir. Thank you Sunshine Care Center.

I was put in there at 17 by my high school, and I was a little mad when they put me in impatient because I thought it was over the top just for some small thoughts, but after a week I came out knowing more information about myself, I got diagnosed with depression and anxiety, which I would have never known I had. I got the medication and information I needed to get better. I made friends and learned so much about myself! But I do agree with other reviews that the food did suck, but in the long run, that’s not what is important. Now as a college student I have learned to cope with my anxiety and I will be forever grateful to the nurses and doctors that helped me.

My dad went here several times before he passed about 7 years ago. We had such a great experience, that when my mother-in-law needed rehab these last two weeks, we chose this place for her. It did not disappoint. Everyone on staff in this place is exceptional. The physical and occupational therapy she got there worked miracles for her. Absolutely felt like I was an important person in an environment where I was not the only person in need of help. After waiting 15-plus hours in an ER in East Texas for an available facility with a specialist for my condition, I was transferred here in early AM hours. The EMS team, pre-operation/anesthesia, surgery and especially the recovery staff were most caring and understanding of my condition and treated me with utmost respect. All the folks here, including the dietician are simply friendly. The discharge notice was a bit abrupt but nevertheless quick. I felt that they all placed my comfort and wellbeing as priority. I have to mention “Bella” and “Nicole” from among a list of amazing folks who looked after me during recovery. I felt your caring approach to my needs. Thank you! Your demeanor and attitude certainly reflects the Baylor All Saints’ approach to patient care.

Everyone that works here really cares. I remember the first time my husband and I called AOH to find out about the program. Sonya was so nice to us. We needed that kindness in that moment. We were feeling pretty beat down and low. We called other clinics and chose this one purely because we were treated with kindness. Now over 2 years later, I can say this program saved my life. No risk of jail, no risk of infections, no risk of over doses, no getting sick because of unreliable sources.
