I understand you and many others had, do and will have life changing spiritual experiences. Kudos. But my point is it's not the place, building or location, no offense, but not even so the staff. I sat that because the staff can only point the way and the process which is the same for all Christians. The order doesn't matter as much as like you said a truly sincere request and the effort without reservation....I know God absolutely can and does heal people from addiction in the blink of an eye a true miracle for some very few some, pray one time and poof instant transformation....but that is a slippery slope that in my experience most will fall right back into a sinful life. Because they haven't done the actions of truly first admitting their sins to those they have sinned against and second atone for the sins .....Too many people just skip right over this and it's crucial a must do to the best of our ability make right as best we our wrongs, pay back, fix, replace...whatever words you want to use, but a physical action with tangible evidence. As best we can to the best of our ability no matter what the other person or business says ...it took me years to learn this lesson....I'd be beat down and come back like the prodigal son.... completely avoid those I knew either wouldn't forgive me or the price of the debt was more than I was willing pay BACK. Emphasis on back because I had stolen, broken or taking or inquired damage to the other already I set the price of correcting my sins not them, understand? So there's that. Then one must "pick up their cross" and "daily" increase and strengthen faith and obedience to God by following Christ very clear and direct teachings....all right there in The Lord's Prayer. Problem is lots of people just want to pray the prayer, loudly and proudly shout they're belief in Jesus and use "no works will get ya into heaven".....and how dare anyone who doesn't forgive me like Jesus did and y'all are going to hell....I personally have only met one person at 55 years old numerous treatment centers of all types, that that persons one prayer brought a miraculous transformation and they were completely healed never to use drugs or commit seriously bad sins again....every other person I've met and that's in the hundreds for sure has been healed, recovered or transformed until they put the effort into the actions and sincerely beyond the shadow of a doubt admit to themselves and God that their self will and strength without Christ will only lead to sin every time all the time. I know we say to ourselves why does that person seem to get away with everything and have more things and money and easier life than us....well because they are going to pay the ultimate price with their soul in the end of them....these days even publicly stating they made that deal with the devil....so we must sincerely admit to ourselves our sins because only us and God truly know but there must be that third party and speaking your sins out loud....just praying in your head without that witness or the action of atonement your not clean enough to receive the Holy Spirit....and yes I get it's our nature to sin and we will never be as innocent as The Lamb of God.....however if you want to put your soul on the line and put all your chips betting well since no works get ya a ticket.....and you definitely believe in Jesus and release yourself from any responsibility or accountability well I hope your correct....but I guess we'll see....you very well may be....but how's your life been working out in the meantime? If your living in the Kingdom of Heaven here now on earth like Jesus says it is? Or is your life still a train wreck and you still keep trying to get to God your way? I blame myself for not communicating better. At the time I was forced to leave my denton home and stay with family in the colony and had to drive every day Mon thru Fri to denton. I finally tried looking for some place closer and thank the Lord He led me here. I called and they asked about insurance which I gave all my info about. I seriously had doubts that it would be of any help. Years ago methadone wasnt covered easily by insurance... But they made my day when they told me yep they take my insurance which is through marketplace. AND I would not have to pay anything out of pocket!! I was singing and dancing. Been here ever since. Even when I messed up and missed open enrollment, they still worked with me without insurance... i was so worried but everyone reassured me that they would find a way to help me here and they did. A couple days prior to my intake, I met with Austin Brown for an admissions screening. Bonded immediately and had a lot of similar experiences. I knew this was a good place for me. Then, I walked back in on October 27th, my first day of sobriety, for intake. I was nervous to say the least. Nothing in my life had gone according to plan over the past couple years, and I had really hit rock bottom the last 10 months. Reece conducted my initial intake and I got along with him great right off the bat. This meeting, immediately prior to my first IOP session at 6pm, showed me this was a serious place for recovery. I was all-in. Then came down to IOP evening sessions, 3 days a week for 3 hours. 12 week program and if you do well, you may have the opportunity to be invited back for an additional 8 week SOP program. The first thing I realized in IOP was I am not alone. There were other guys in similar positions as me and I could relate to them instantly. If not for my peers in IOP, led by our group counselors Jose and Collin, I don’t know if I would have stayed. Friendships were sparked in that room that will likely carry a lifetime. It’s all about who you surround yourself with during recovery. You need good people. Good counselors and good peers. You will get that at Lighthouse and you’ll get all the support you need along the way, in a beautiful facility. It is hard to know where to take your loved one when they are in crisis mode and at their most vulnerable. I am leaving this to encourage anyone needing to get their loved one help in the midst of an addiction. Lighthouse Recovery has provided a team of experienced professionals to lead our son out of addiction and into recovery. Their progress-based approach has given him the individualized care he has needed. During this entire process the Lighthouse team has always met our son where he was at, we have never felt like he was part of a system. I know there are names I don’t know, but Brooke and Sam have been excellent all of these months. Sam really earned our son’s trust. The sober living program has been the daily guidance and structure to allow our son to heal and learn how to live sober. Bryce, Frankie, and all of the house managers have been fully committed to our son’s success. Bryce, as his case manager, has been a bridge for our family between the care team and our son. His communication is excellent. He has kept us up-to-date at all times and responds momentarily when we reach out. We have never felt cutoff from this process in any way. He will now be our son’s sobriety coach and we could not imagine the next phase of our son’s recovery without Bryce. We have experienced how the clinical and sober living teams work together for the mission of helping our son step into a full and productive life, healthy and sober. We will be forever grateful for everything they have done to equip our son and to give him this chance. I didn’t even meet him until the end of the week so I had no idea of doing homework until that Friday. I started out feeling like I was behind all the others in my class. But I didn’t panic. I went on studying at my own pace and finished the 12 step study 2 days before I walked over the bridge.That was so cool, my son came to pick me up. I am very lucky this is the treatment center I went to as a lot of programs don’t teach you how to stay sober after treatment. WHICH STONEGATE DOES. Life can be very hard, Stonegate pushes you in a way with love and care. With that, the relationship I made with God while at Stonegate has kept me sober for about 9 years now. I called 988 in July 2024, and they sent 2 regular people to just talk to me. They did not judge or tell me what to do, they listened and were able to get me out of the living environment that was making my grief from my sweet baby brother’s suicide so much worse. I’ve been homeless and was DONE soI took half a bottle of blood pressure pills. Crazy thing because I didn’t even get a good night sleep. So then I was assigned a case worker who was a regular person going to college to get his degree in counseling, who would come and pick me up, take me to my appointments and take me to the pharmacy. It was amazing and it’s because for once I was SHOWN my life was worth living, clearly something my own family would never do. I’ve been at this clinic almost a year and now my social security will finally go through in a few months. They even helped me do my application and soon I will have my own income and will never need help from any family ever again, and THAT feels great. I’m healing a little and none of this could have happened without MHMR. I’m just so grateful & this place does great work if you’re very direct and honest about what you need. The individual takes a corner stone in recovery, "Acceptance" and makes a mockery of it by taking the negative points that an individual can take away from it and saying that's all we believe in recovery. Obviously, David has not fully subscribed to recovery yet. All that he accuses those in recovery of believing about acceptance is wrong and only shows his ignorance. I don't choose to subscribe to the thought that all in recovery are as ignorant as David S. However David said "Acceptance is not the answer to all my problems today"! I've been with this clinic ever since Medmark took over ownership in May of 2011. I've seen my share of clinic directors come and go at Medmark, there's been some awesome directors in my time, but my one ⭐️ Review for the end of this review is for the unprofessional unethical clinic director we now have who's name is Sharron; Mrs. Sharron is by far the worst clinical treatment director Medmark has had in my 15 years at this clinic. @GDM Doesn't God do that everywhere? I understand you and many others had, do and will have life changing spiritual experiences. Kudos. But my point is it's not the place, building or location, no offense, but not even so the staff. I sat that because the staff can only point the way and the process which is the same for all Christians. The order doesn't matter as much as like you said a truly sincere request and the effort without reservation....I know God absolutely can and does heal people from addiction in the blink of an eye a true miracle for some very few some, pray one time and poof instant transformation....but that is a slippery slope that in my experience most will fall right back into a sinful life. Because they haven't done the actions of truly first admitting their sins to those they have sinned against and second atone for the sins .....Too many people just skip right over this and it's crucial a must do to the best of our ability make right as best we our wrongs, pay back, fix, replace...whatever words you want to use, but a physical action with tangible evidence. As best we can to the best of our ability no matter what the other person or business says ...it took me years to learn this lesson....I'd be beat down and come back like the prodigal son.... completely avoid those I knew either wouldn't forgive me or the price of the debt was more than I was willing pay BACK. Emphasis on back because I had stolen, broken or taking or inquired damage to the other already I set the price of correcting my sins not them, understand? So there's that. Then one must "pick up their cross" and "daily" increase and strengthen faith and obedience to God by following Christ very clear and direct teachings....all right there in The Lord's Prayer. Problem is lots of people just want to pray the prayer, loudly and proudly shout they're belief in Jesus and use "no works will get ya into heaven".....and how dare anyone who doesn't forgive me like Jesus did and y'all are going to hell....I personally have only met one person at 55 years old numerous treatment centers of all types, that that persons one prayer brought a miraculous transformation and they were completely healed never to use drugs or commit seriously bad sins again....every other person I've met and that's in the hundreds for sure has been healed, recovered or transformed until they put the effort into the actions and sincerely beyond the shadow of a doubt admit to themselves and God that their self will and strength without Christ will only lead to sin every time all the time. I know we say to ourselves why does that person seem to get away with everything and have more things and money and easier life than us....well because they are going to pay the ultimate price with their soul in the end of them....these days even publicly stating they made that deal with the devil....so we must sincerely admit to ourselves our sins because only us and God truly know but there must be that third party and speaking your sins out loud....just praying in your head without that witness or the action of atonement your not clean enough to receive the Holy Spirit....and yes I get it's our nature to sin and we will never be as innocent as The Lamb of God.....however if you want to put your soul on the line and put all your chips betting well since no works get ya a ticket.....and you definitely believe in Jesus and release yourself from any responsibility or accountability well I hope your correct....but I guess we'll see....you very well may be....but how's your life been working out in the meantime? If your living in the Kingdom of Heaven here now on earth like Jesus says it is? Or is your life still a train wreck and you still keep trying to get to God your way? Picking and choosing what Bible verses you, if you were God, would apply to you....The devil made me do it and I believe in Jesus and my sins are covered and no works will get me in.....mmmhhhmmm that never worked for me or anyone save that one man I've ever met....what I have experienced myself and see daily all around

I use to go to denton clinic last year and even years ago and I was honestly struggling very hard to keep up with payments and Im not here to bash... I blame myself for not communicating better. At the time I was forced to leave my denton home and stay with family in the colony and had to drive every day Mon thru Fri to denton. I finally tried looking for some place closer and thank the Lord He led me here. I called and they asked about insurance which I gave all my info about. I seriously had doubts that it would be of any help. Years ago methadone wasnt covered easily by insurance... But they made my day when they told me yep they take my insurance which is through marketplace. AND I would not have to pay anything out of pocket!! I was singing and dancing. Been here ever since. Even when I messed up and missed open enrollment, they still worked with me without insurance... i was so worried but everyone reassured me that they would find a way to help me here and they did. Everyone is SO NICE also. Love it here.

When I walked into Lighthouse on October 22, 2025, I had no idea what to expect. A couple days prior to my intake, I met with Austin Brown for an admissions screening. Bonded immediately and had a lot of similar experiences. I knew this was a good place for me. Then, I walked back in on October 27th, my first day of sobriety, for intake. I was nervous to say the least. Nothing in my life had gone according to plan over the past couple years, and I had really hit rock bottom the last 10 months. Reece conducted my initial intake and I got along with him great right off the bat. This meeting, immediately prior to my first IOP session at 6pm, showed me this was a serious place for recovery. I was all-in. Then came down to IOP evening sessions, 3 days a week for 3 hours. 12 week program and if you do well, you may have the opportunity to be invited back for an additional 8 week SOP program. The first thing I realized in IOP was I am not alone. There were other guys in similar positions as me and I could relate to them instantly. If not for my peers in IOP, led by our group counselors Jose and Collin, I don’t know if I would have stayed. Friendships were sparked in that room that will likely carry a lifetime. It’s all about who you surround yourself with during recovery. You need good people. Good counselors and good peers. You will get that at Lighthouse and you’ll get all the support you need along the way, in a beautiful facility.

Our son has been in Lighthouse’s sober living program for the past ten months. It is hard to know where to take your loved one when they are in crisis mode and at their most vulnerable. I am leaving this to encourage anyone needing to get their loved one help in the midst of an addiction. Lighthouse Recovery has provided a team of experienced professionals to lead our son out of addiction and into recovery. Their progress-based approach has given him the individualized care he has needed. During this entire process the Lighthouse team has always met our son where he was at, we have never felt like he was part of a system. His clinical team have done an outstanding job of identifying his mental health needs and getting him the treatment he needed. I know there are names I don’t know, but Brooke and Sam have been excellent all of these months. Sam really earned our son’s trust. The sober living program has been the daily guidance and structure to allow our son to heal and learn how to live sober. Bryce, Frankie, and all of the house managers have been fully committed to our son’s success. Bryce, as his case manager, has been a bridge for our family between the care team and our son. His communication is excellent. He has kept us up-to-date at all times and responds momentarily when we reach out. We have never felt cutoff from this process in any way. He will now be our son’s sobriety coach and we could not imagine the next phase of our son’s recovery without Bryce. We have experienced how the clinical and sober living teams work together for the mission of helping our son step into a full and productive life, healthy and sober. We will be forever grateful for everything they have done to equip our son and to give him this chance. They have stood in between our son and his addiction in a way our family could not have and they provided a safe haven for him to begin sobriety, Lighthouse Recovery has our highest recommendation and confidence.

HSR partners with the client on a journey whether it is for mental health, trauma or addictive patterns. Just because someone goes to treatment does not mean they are ready for it. We are often there at our lowest moments and unhealthy. There is agency on the client to embrace their own journey. What I like the most about the HSR curriculum is that it is diverse. They are not endoctrinated to one model as one model does not fit all. They introduce you to many tools so we can pick the ones that serve each of us. We also know that if a tool stops working for us, there are others out there. Recovery is a journey. Not a destination.

When I referred one of my clients to treatment, he replied, “I’ve sent my wife to these places before. They take my money and do nothing, but I get to tell my friends I tried. She needs healing, not this.” I understand where he’s coming from as I’ve read similar stories in the media. HOWEVER, those experiences are the exact OPPOSITE of the care given at Healing Springs Ranch. I’ve had the joy and honor of getting to know Rachel and Melissa the last two years. I’ve heard how they talk about the business after hours and I've seen the work they put in to make HSR amazing. They are creative in their programming, dedicated to their clients, and committed to doing the right thing. You’re not there to play on your phone and do your own thing. This ain’t Celebrity Rehab. Their program goes beyond the addiction and drills down to the trauma that caused the addiction. When that trauma is explored, understood, and healed, a new, healthy lifestyle begins. It’s amazing (and hard not to cry) when you see a family member hug these two women and says, “You gave me my son back”. If your family is ready, Healing Springs Ranch is your greatest hope.

They would not approve my Zepbound shot for 3 weeks so I gained 40 pounds in 41 days. I went from 200 pounds when I went in to 240 pounds when I was finally able to check after I left. They have a habit of taking forever and dragging their feet when it comes to approving anything medically necessary outside of their prescribed regimen. When I first got to the facility on Sunday afternoon January 4th 2026.I didn’t know what to expect . I was shocked when they took all my belongings away from me.Two former clients checked me into the facility.They were pretty scary looking. I got most of my belongings back the next day and was moved from detox to residential area. My mentor did not tell me anything about the place. I didn’t even meet him until the end of the week so I had no idea of doing homework until that Friday. I started out feeling like I was behind all the others in my class. But I didn’t panic. I went on studying at my own pace and finished the 12 step study 2 days before I walked over the bridge.That was so cool, my son came to pick me up. He surprised me when he walked over the bridge to join me for the commencement ceremony. have not had a drink nor the desire to drink since!

This place saved my life. I found god here!!! I was a 22 year old kid that had never been to treatment before in my life. If I hadn’t gone to Stonegate back in 2017, I don’t think I would have made it to 2018. I am very lucky this is the treatment center I went to as a lot of programs don’t teach you how to stay sober after treatment. WHICH STONEGATE DOES. Life can be very hard, Stonegate pushes you in a way with love and care. With that, the relationship I made with God while at Stonegate has kept me sober for about 9 years now. After completing treatment at Stonegate, I was finally free from what ever was holding me back (My self). I was finally living not surviving. Today I live a life I dreamed about while sleeping in room 2 at Stonegate. From a kid that couldn’t stay out of jail. To becoming a man, where god provided me purpose and a beautiful family. Every one here is SO NICE! I was looking forward to finally meeting a doctor who could help me. Well, when I met Dr. Dinghra through an iPad and only saw her eyes and nothing more, it felt extremely impersonal. I gave the doctor the benefit of the doubt. As we proceeded to talk she began interrupting me and even worse he started subtly insulting. Complete lack of empathy throughout. She only had his eyes in the frame I had no idea who I was even talking to. I could barely understand her but I definitely understood the insults. She should be fired IMMEDIATELY. Update: The director switched me doctors to Reddy and she was by far way better than Dangra. She is very nice and listened to me.

If it weren’t for MHMR, I wouldn’t be alive today. They have saved my life! Maybe my situation is just different?! I called 988 in July 2024, and they sent 2 regular people to just talk to me. They did not judge or tell me what to do, they listened and were able to get me out of the living environment that was making my grief from my sweet baby brother’s suicide so much worse. I’ve been homeless and was DONE soI took half a bottle of blood pressure pills. Crazy thing because I didn’t even get a good night sleep. So then I was assigned a case worker who was a regular person going to college to get his degree in counseling, who would come and pick me up, take me to my appointments and take me to the pharmacy. It was amazing and it’s because for once I was SHOWN my life was worth living, clearly something my own family would never do. I’ve been at this clinic almost a year and now my social security will finally go through in a few months. They even helped me do my application and soon I will have my own income and will never need help from any family ever again, and THAT feels great. I’m healing a little and none of this could have happened without MHMR. I’m just so grateful & this place does great work if you’re very direct and honest about what you need.

If a rooster say all chickens are liars is the rooster telling the truth? There is an article by, David S. who is an alumnus of the Sontx Residential Program. Wrote and published an article called: "Acceptance Is (Not The Final) Answer" It's sad that their are individuals who place personality before principals. This article proves it. The individual takes a corner stone in recovery, "Acceptance" and makes a mockery of it by taking the negative points that an individual can take away from it and saying that's all we believe in recovery. Obviously, David has not fully subscribed to recovery yet. All that he accuses those in recovery of believing about acceptance is wrong and only shows his ignorance. I don't choose to subscribe to the thought that all in recovery are as ignorant as David S. However David said "Acceptance is not the answer to all my problems today"! If David who's in recovery say all in recovery are liars, Is he telling the Truth? Not interested in referring anyone to this program!

Their are countless of drug treatment programs, and sober living homes out there, but I honestly don't think I would of have gained as much as success as I have now if it wasn't for Solutions of North Texas and their staff. The structure of the program not only thought me what I needed to know about myself as an addict, but enforced greatly the severity of working my Steps as well as working with a sponsor. Now, I myself sponsor others and have placed myself in a position in life I never thought would be achievable. I truly owe a great and big Thank You to the entire staff, specially Cheri for putting up with me, even though I know she is probably crying because I'm gone. It's okay Cheri, I'm in a better place now, and that's thanks to Solutions.

These nurses work so hard and truly care about the disease of addiction and recovery. The personalities the nurses have is what makes coming to medmark so great. The level of professionalism and compassion the nurses have is 2nd to none. I admire and appreciate these nurses so much ☝🏻☝🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻. The second part to my 5 star review is for the absolutely amazing chemical dependency counselors that work here day in and day out with some having over 40 or more clients on there caseload, these counselors; Myrtle, Ken, among others work so hard to advocate for you as a patient on this program. The first person you'll meet upon entering Medmark clinic is front office manager Mrs. Phyllis who has worked for Medmark for nearly 10 years, Mrs. Phyllis will absolutely make your day and have you smiling 😃. Mrs. Gwen who is the clinic financial officer who oversees patients bills is a fine individual as well and cares that the patients are receiving the best possible care while at the clinic. You will absolutely love and appreciate our clinic medical director ( Dr. Kurz ) Dr. Kurz has so much medical knowledge and true compassion for everyone of Medmark's clients, she has a deep genuine concern for each of us and I am so thankful to have Dr. Kurz here at Fort Worth Medmark. This clinic and program has saved my life; yes there can be some fear and apprehension about Methadone; but when compared to the alternative drugging life style; Methadone by all means returns you to a normal working citizen back in society, no more of days on end of chasing drugs and wondering where to get your next fix or how to pay for that fix; those days come to an end and stop the day you decide you've had enough of the drug seeking lifestyle that we we're all living. I've been with this clinic ever since Medmark took over ownership in May of 2011. I've seen my share of clinic directors come and go at Medmark, there's been some awesome directors in my time, but my one ⭐️ Review for the end of this review is for the unprofessional unethical clinic director we now have who's name is Sharron; Mrs. Sharron is by far the worst clinical treatment director Medmark has had in my 15 years at this clinic. The directors ways of treating both staff and clients is so poorly that i wouldn't treat a dog that way. Don't get me wrong; Medmark is a great clinic; it's just corporate Medmark needs to seriously hire a new treatment director who will work together building the employees up as well as the clients. When a treatment center has a director who spends her day; ( that is when she is there ) in a closed office and does not get to know the patients who provide Mrs. Sharron a paycheck and works overtime to breakdown her staff and employees and bring division between staff clients and herself; THEN IT'S HELL TIME FOR MEDMARK TO GET A NEW DIRECTOR. since this director has been here; Medmark Fort Worth has gone down hill !!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. Mrs. Sharron has caused more amazing counselors to leave Medmark for other treatment places, she has also caused so many clients to leave and find other treatment programs !! 🤬🤬🤬. My pray and hope is that the Medmark powers to be will see this and investigate and terminate Mrs. Sharron from her director position AS SOON AS POSSIBLE !!

Whoa things been changing lately for the better it looks like!! Such good energy in there now, good friendly vibes. Doesn’t feel like a line assembly or that they don’t care. They’re even offering group counseling now which I think is really great!! I can tell since they got that new director lady with the cool dreads I think her name Sharin. Sadd to hear bout Miss Jacqui but she is in a better place. They got another girl to replace Miss Jacqui rest in peace Miss Jacqui. But so far this new supervisor seem really attentive and as though she really listenin. I hear a couple more counselors leavin but honestly they gotta get on. It’s already gotten better n I think it will keep on. Just takes time sometime. So far I’m impressed 5 stars big improvement

Fort Behavioral Health was an important part of my recovery journey. I went there a few different times, and every stay I experienced caring staff who truly wanted to help people get better. The program has a strong 12 step focus, which helped me build accountability, connection, and a better foundation for recovery. The nurses and therapists were wonderful and treated me with compassion and respect. One of the most helpful parts of my experience was the EMDR therapy, which helped me work through trauma in a way that was life changing for me. The food was also surprisingly good, which made being there more comfortable during a difficult time. Overall, Fort Behavioral Health provided a supportive environment with people who genuinely care about their clients and recovery.

I absolutely love this clinic. They are so nice. This clinic has done everything possible to make the closing of my old clinic 4 yrs ago, so it was seemless and easy. I have stayed because I am completely comfortable. The counselors are so wonderful and nice. The cost is typical. They are even accepting Medicaid and Medicare. I am so happy I was able to transfer. I am 6 months in fighting a battle with Kratom. I called Symetria 6 months ago and the next morning I was in the office in Arlington. When I walked in I was a mess, crying and scared. They took me in and helped me right away and took their time with me and the process was so easy to get started. I cannot tell you how much better I felt that day walking out of there. I am doing more than great because of myself and the team in Arlington- David, Misty, Kari, Anita and the docs are so patient and really care. They chose a plan perfect for me and keep an eye on me all the time, they are available 24/7. How ever they figured out how to do it, they did it right!
