kind of scary at first.once I leveled up it was like any other hospital. The staff was very compassionate to the patient's needs. it was very sanitized and the food in the cafeteria was delicious.there is a big day room for groups,see t.v. and outside fresh air break, the therapist help navigate your aftercare with safety in mind and the BHT really did great holding there patience in times of chaos.kudos that.i would like to say everyone there did a wonderful job and I appreciate them, this is a non-smoking facility, open 24/7, with at least 4 areas or more for patients,it definitely was not crowded,, special shout out to my BHT Ms. Lisa and my therapist Ms.Barbra .. thank you so much

This place got some memories fr. I feel like God touches ppl fr here. When I got here I thought everything was over, until I got here, and just after 20 mins, I met someone who gave me life again. And then I started to realize a bunch. Each and every kid in the unit was broken in some sort of way, and I felt like God was touching them in some sort of way. Keep out your head Little homie, cuz das a scary place to get lost in. I would like to thank Mrs.Tyson for never being scared to give us the truth, and going out her way to meet the kids needs. Thanks, and love to Mrs.Tyson, Mrs.Jessica, and Mrs.Gloria. I have some really good memories in this place. Your story is never over, never give up, because you answer to all you questions may be answered next week. The thing abt life is that, u never know, opportunities come and go. It's up to YOU to make your life what u want it to be. The future is what you make it. Make today better than yesterday, and tomorrow better than today. To live your life properly, you have to evolve your mindset, and make it a mindset of your being. Thanks to this moment in Cedar, I'vd overcome a lot of struggles, mainly the ones with my parents, I got rid of that crazy step mom, and i'm actually able to talk to my dad now. My music career is stepping up majorly. And i'm finally clean, and I;m on a record. Been clean since May. Got in here in March, so I get it if it takes time, I was there too. my feelings so lost and I was so confused with them, I was kicked out, or I just ran away. I was in random ppl's houses. I been there. But it does get better, but always remember, ppl can't help or change you if you don't let them in, and let them help you.

This was by far one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had in a while. I live about an hour from this location and decided to come out to this store given the store size in hopes of finding a dress for my baby shower events next weekend. Upon walking in I was never greeted or asked if I needed any help. The store was not particularly busy as it was a rainy Saturday. I browsed around, grabbed about 15 different items, and not once was I asked if I needed a fitting room or any assistance holding the clothes while I shopped. After carrying my items to fitting area I asked the young girl for a room while struggling to hold all the clothes. she walked over to an open room, some of items fell out of my hands and she stood there waiting for me to pick it up without any assistance.
Normally I wouldn’t care but at 7 months pregnant I had to bend down while holding the rest of the hangers as she stood there and watched. While in the fitting room not one employee came over to ask me if I needed different sizes or assistance. I walked out with my items and I’m not sure if it was the manager or another employee next to the young girl working the fitting room, but they both kept talking after seeing me standing there with all my hangers. The lady that looked like the manager just looked at me as if it was an inconvenience I was returning the items out of the fitting room. She never asked if anything worked out, if I was looking for anything in particular, NOTHING! I had to ask if I could leave my items that did not work out with them. Not a word was exchanged! I have never been to an Anthropologie where I didn’t have an employee greet or ask me if I needed assistance after grabbing a few items. North Park, Allen, stone briar, all those ladies have always made me feel welcomed! It’s very disappointing already dealing with the frustrations and emotions of pregnancy and not feeling like myself, to then receive that type of customer service. I really wanted to find something special to wear and feel good and confident for my baby shower, but unfortunately I walked out feeling more frustrated than anything! Extremely poor customer service.

OMG! The manager tonight3/5/25 was a mess with talking to me . I called regarding a return and she kept talking to me like I wasn’t listening on but I was she kept saying you’re not listening and I was quiet. When she finished with her bizarre explanation I just hung up because it wasn’t a resolution it was me going back in time. I tried to explain how I had 3 deaths in the last 3 months she was so non compassionate who are these people! Anywho never again! Awful

As a former student at Resolution Ranch Academy I honestly can't say enough good things about this place, I was sent here early December 2023 by my parents to be given a chance to turn my life around/to abandon the negative lifestyle that I was living. Before attending the ranch I was on a daily basis using drugs, skipping school, and disregarding authority all together. I won't lie and say this place was easy or that all my problems in life are gone because of my time at the ranch, but I will say if you are truly able to help your kid understand that change needs to happen and that the way he is living currently isn't working and that this place isn't a punishment, you can expect positive change. The staff there do truly care and want to see the best for you many of whom I still keep in contact with after graduating recently January of this year. The therapists there are also really empathetic most especially the one who I was assigned with, Mr. Clayton. He would consistently go out of his way to check in with his other students not because he was required to but because he cared, I can remember the countless times where it would be hours past his shift and he would still be there talking and processing with me to help me deal with my emotions and problems that I was struggling with. Thanks to the ranch I was able to excel at school and was able to turn my thoughts of wanting to dropout into now pursuing my education even further. The teachers there are super supportive and are willing to help you any chance they can and because of this I was able to go into the ranch mid way through my sophomore year of high school and come out a year later a high school graduate. As I mentioned before, yes this place can be difficult however anything worth doing WILL take time and on top of that your effort into whatever it is you are working on. If you choose to go in with a bad mindset chances are not much will change, but if you truly dedicate yourself to change I can promise you that you will be rewarded for your hard work. Lastly, I'd like to thank the ranch once again for all that they have done and the opportunities that they provided for me to be able to succeed in life in a way that I was unsure on how to do before.

Sending our son to Resolution Ranch was a tough decision, but it ended up being the best one we could have made. Struggling with behavioral issues, we felt lost. Resolution Ranch's compassionate staff provided exceptional, individualized care including excellent therapy.The therapists are skilled, family therapy was invaluable, the teachers are invested and the supportive community fostered growth in our son. Our child returned home transformed, with improved self-awareness and coping skills. They treat you with genuine care, compassion, and patience, even on the days when you struggle to believe in yourself.
I’m still learning, growing, and working through things — recovery is not always easy. But being here has given me real tools and real hope. Every therapist, tech, and counselor puts in the effort to help you understand what you’re going through and how to move forward in a healthier way. They celebrate the small victories with you and help you stay strong through the setbacks.

My recent experience with Cenikor-Austin as a medical detox and residential rehabilitation facility was in fact only a begining, but in the best possible sense. Go here if you are in need of help, empathy, compassion, and care. My experience left me feeling whole and human. Real people who understand real problems and have a real solution. To be completely honest it was my very first stop in my journey to becoming a whole person. I had no previously experience, didn't know what to expect, and was afraid. The staff and medical team never sugar coated things for me;these people have literally been in your shoes. I was treated with dignity and respect but they do have rules, set boundaries, teach you skills to cope with your vices and sometimes call you out when you can't be honest with yourself. When you want help, look no further. They do respect your spiritual beliefs and accept you regardless of what those are. They train you on the 12-step principles of our disease called addiction, but do not shove those ideas down your throat. Allowing me to heal, at my pace was the greatest gift anyone has given me in a very long time. If you are looking for a cure, good luck. Alpha BH is such a good resource for adult men, as well as adolescent boys and girls who struggle with Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health. I have personally sent around 5 men here, and all have reported back positive feedback about the program, and all say the staff there truly care. Plus, they’re located deep in the heart of Austin!

Staff was great including Dr and nurses. Even the therapist. It’s hard being a type 1 diabetic in this setting but they were accommodating. I do wish there were more groups. It was extremely boring.
Also, the two stars are because they stole my only bra and favorite pair in pjs. They didn’t keep everything in one spot (my back pack). It made it chaotic and things got lost. I am infuriated by this. Seems intentional at this point. Also, lack of pillows and female underwear were sparse. No conditioner. Mainly I just want my things back. Find a new system. I don’t have bra now. Thanks.
PS food was great. Just have to walk far to get it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This facility is a horrible one. Because of them taking forever over 24 hours for them to accept my daughter from Advent Health ER. It is unacceptable. My child has been here before but still they’re super hard to even get ahold of. Which is unfair to everyone. They need to be looking into or inspected by the state.

Food is fantastic! Property and facility are above average with respect to the size of the grounds and amenities (swimming pool, basketball court, tennis court, pool table, ping pong table, foosball, and plastic throwing axes). Yoga Therapy, Equine Therapy, Art Therapy, and Music Therapy are also offered. 12-Step Recovery, SMART Recovery, and Refuge/Dharma Therapy are also offered Counselors are great and very supportive in your recovery. Holistically, the programming/classes offered are informative, and well rounded. An outside event is offered every Saturday, and they are democratically selected by the clients. While there we went to see 3 movies and we also went bowling. Lastly, it's a huge plus to have 24hr access to your cell phone and laptop to conduct any business that you need to attend to.

This place is ALMOST like a resort. The property and facilities are beautiful. The food was always amazing , and the head chef is great. He always greets everybody with a smile and takes pride in what he serves. All the BHT were awesome too. This was my first time in rehAb and the fact they never take away. your phone and I could order off Amazon made it soo much easier. The only thing I would add is somehow pairing you up with someone who is a little ahead of you coming off the same substance. So you can ask them what to expect. I literally walked around asking everybody" What's your DOC?" I only found one person. Seemed 80% of residents were there for alcohol. I was there for Fetty& Meth. Took subs too early got PSw which sucked but the nurses did what they could to help and I survived. I did complete the 30 day residential and recommend.

I came to Recovery Unplugged on a recommendation from an acquaintance and former client. I was able to not only gain tools to maintain sobriety but also engage in incredibly helpful processing and therapy sessions. The staff is beyond patient and supportive, from the technicians, to the counselors, and the nursing staff. The fact that there were various representatives from AA and NA groups as well as useful meditation sessions and music integrated therapies/tactics only further helped me heal. And the cherry on top is the strong ties that the program maintains with its alumni. I am proud to have gone through the doors of RU and cannot express how grateful I am for the rehabilitation services I received and the community I will cherish and support forever.
