This treatment center was amazing. The counselors and aftercare coordinators where very helpful in my recovery journey. A good environment to reset and learn what a healthy recovery will be. Food was good and lodging was comfortable. Would highly recommend. For anyone considering this you will not have your phone and your communication with outside people will be limited until closer to your discharge from the program. Don't let this discourage you. It is worth it.

This place turned my life around, all the staff were loving and caring, they would do everything in there best ability to help when in need. Healing Hearts is by far my favorite part of my entire stay. This place taught me how to love myself for the first time in my life, I have been in treatments since I was 16 I’m now 33 and I finally understand how important the tools they teach are required for a long length sobriety. I went there back in 2012 and 13. What God did for me through using Eternal Awakenings , has sure lived up to their name, God transformed me and changed me by waking me up. I am humbled to still be apart of this wonderful and God fearing place. I’m also grateful and thankful for what God did for me so that I could step into His identity He had for me, so I too could be used for His glory. God is still continuously using this wonderful and beautiful place for His glory, all to bring the lost home, sinners to repentance and salvation to a fallen world.

I went in for treatment at EA several years ago (2011) and I have never looked back. I had been to a facility in Memphis the year before after losing my son in the Army & I couldn’t seem to get my life together. It helped, but when I had a setback, I looked closer to home & found EA just 30 miles away & from the minute I entered that beautiful, stately home I felt welcomed & loved. Jim and his awesome staff as well as the others in treatment made my stay so productive and life changing. I am a minister’s daughter & the faith based treatment helped me get through & arrive back to myself. Even after my husband’s passing in 2019, I relied on the things I was taught & reminded of from my stay. If you need help for addiction or alcoholism, this is a great place to go - you will make friends you never knew you needed and learn things about yourself that carry you through the next phase of your life. I’m so grateful I found EA.

If it wasn't for this amazing program and facility I wouldn't be here today. It's been almost two years since I first walked through the doors of BRC. I would first and foremost like to say that if it wasn't for the staff for taking genuine interest and concern for my overall being and seeing past my physical appearance that I was struggling with something much deeper than I wouldn't have stayed. I see some negative comments and believe me I had some when I first got to Austin, TX. But, sitting here clean and sober almost 2 years later I will admit that if it wasn't for this knowledge that was given to me by this program, I probably wouldn't be who I am today. I've come to my own realization that your addiction will convince your brain of anything to keep you living in the darkness. It will tell you that you aren't and addict or that because you look different that you aren't an addict. I'm currently still working on underlying problems that led me down the road of addiction and using them to help build my strength to continue this journey of recovery. If it wasn't for BRC I would still be a lost 29-year-old mother of 6 beautiful children and I wouldn't know that a healthy relationship looks like or that firm boundaries with unhealthy people are okay. I walk in a new light thanks to this place and the people that make this program possible. One day my children will also thank them for giving them their mom back! No words can ever express the gratitude that I have for BRC. Please have an open mind when going into this program because I promise it will all be worth it. The program is strict but our addiction are even darker.

Burning Tree Lodge changed the trajectory of our son's life. Our family's as well. The program and community at Burning Tree have had a incredible impact on our son’s journey to achieving sobriety and maintaining sobriety. I had to put my son into rehab after multiple years of back and forth issues with rehab. His addiction started in college he is now 25 . He couldn’t keep a job and was draining our family financially I’m very happy to say after 40 days at willow springs recovery , he is now 90 days drug free , has a full time job and is I’m sober living doing great . The director there and his counselor Alyssa did a great job with him . He liked the whole program and is sticking with what he learned there . I arrived at Willow Springs in February of this year. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The program in all was amazing I am now 7 months sober and still going. I would like to thank everyone on the staff for giving me the best treatment I could ask for. If anyone asks me where they can get good treatment for addiction I will definitely recommend willow springs. Thank you all again for the treatment

There was no judgment. Every single person I talked to was absolutely amazing, very sweet, caring, nice, helpful and genuinely wanting to help me and have me suceed...period.

My casemanager michelle has done a great job of guiding me through my trials and mental health crisis with respect and compassion. She is attentive to my needs and brings me a coke (drink 😁) when she comes to the house. The front desk people are kind.

I had the most amazing experience of my life! WWR saved my life in many ways. I tackled multiple addictions and took advantage of every service they offer (which there are many!). The counselors and recovery advocates are incredible. While I now have the tools to go back to the real world, I will miss this place in my soul. I would recommend WWR to anyone needing to face addiction or any other mental challenge.

My wife and I are grateful for the program here at The Orchard on the Brazos. The team there has shown that a program uniquely designed to treat addiction while maintaining dignity is the best way to achieve and maintain sobriety. Additionally, their family programs are second to none. We attended a weekend event that was incredibly helpful to us. And, my wife and I have been attending their weekly family zoom meeting for 16 months. Not coincidentally, our loved one is 16 months sober. This meeting, run by Fallon has been instrumental in our own recovery. Fallon provides a very safe space to discuss various topics pertinent to family recover. Unfortunately, we have had two experiences with the Orchard with two of our adult children. I wrote unfortunately, because no one should have to experience their children battling addiction. We had previous experience at another organization that was fruitless. This was a whole new version.
The professionals at the Orchard care not only for the residents, but also provide forums for the family members as well. It is a welcoming caring environment, where family participation is encouraged, because we all need healing in some respects.
For those who are just about at their wits end, there is hope. Let me also say this is not a miracle place, our kids have work that they need to do. As a Dad, I would encourage you to fully check out the facilities, programs and staff. We have been very blessed with our experiences.

Long story short, 35 years of hard drinking landed me in a ditch in a city I'm not even from. But I thank GOD every day for it! My desperation for change got me to Briarwood detox center. I was so scared but I was unusually willing to do anything, the night before waking up in that ditch I was contemplating suicide, again. For so many years I watched my life fall apart time and time again, over and over. I really never understood why I was unable to control my drinking. Leaving Briarwood and while being transported to Nova recovery center I didn't know what to expect but my anger and anxiety were already building. I still can't get over how amazing Nova looks, it pretty much relaxes you the minute you arrive! I had never been to "rehab" before so I was blown away by the beauty of the amenities and the attentive staff. So with that said, I was sweet and grateful to be there for about 48 hours and then I started being the walking talking character defect stage character I was, telling everyone how they should do their jobs and finding things, if not inventing things to complain about. I still get embarrassed sometimes of my actions and comments I made the first weeks of my stay. But what stands out is how the staff didn't even blink! I never got the reaction I would of deserved! I was loved on! I was given understanding and compassion! They treated me like the sick person who needed help, that I was! They dug in and held me accountable with truth and what I referrer to as grace. The Recovery specialist who work with us, for us and teach us vital solutions to my disease of alcoholism that I will be forever grateful for. From the frequent individual counseling sessions to the daily group counseling classes to the, "hey I need to talk!", I received an understanding of how to maintain my life of sobriety! Nova is a very important and special place to me so I could really go on and on but the main point I want to testify about is this, I'm truly a better person today because of the dedication to helping people by the Nova recovery family!

I really needed some accountability and to be around other sober people after a relapse on alcohol in August. I signed up for the online IOP service and my counselor was Jasmine. She was amazing. I found myself looking forward to group everyday and felt a great relief of wanting to use after group. It helped me stay sober and maintain abstinence from alcohol I am truly grateful for the program. Jasmine is amazing and I consider her a good friend at this point she was able to talk me out of using my stinking thinking a lot of times and evaluate my situations from another perspective, which helped me get away from the parts of me that contribute to relapse.

Nova is far from perfect, and some of the information can be misleading. But if you want to dive deep into the 12 Steps while enjoying good food and a beautiful scenic view, this is the place for you. The staff is great — the RAs and techs are friendly and genuinely care. The woman who runs it, however, can be unreasonable and enforces some silly rules (like not being allowed to save your food for later — insanity), but fortunately, she’s not around much.
Jeff and Korn are the ones who really run the show. They have a ton of recovery experience and are both awesome guys who truly care. Jeff changed my life and helped save my marriage, so the place gets five stars from me for that reason alone.

As a person who went through many different methadone clinics in my past with no success, it turns out that environment really matters. Symetria College Station was brand new when I became a patient there. I was immediately taken aback by the environment. No long lines, personable staff, getting called by your name instead of a number, and watching everyone jump through hoops to make sure you're taken care of the way you need for your personal success. Symetria was a breath of fresh air for me when I needed it most. The best part was the support group. It was NOT a bunch of people telling "war stories" . We learned! We learned about what addiction truly is, with the support of the entire staff, right down to the program director and doctors. We learned to recognize our behaviors and how to turn them around. We learned how to deal with our current challenges in a healthy way. I can go on forever. I truly can. They started me on a program towards becoming a recovery coach! 5 years later I am now a Recovery Support Peer Specialist for the last several years and it was all because Symetria sponsored me and led me in every way they could, then sent me out on a successful journey on my own, and I have been 6.5 years in recovery ever since then. Not only was I one of their first patients, but I was also their first successful taper and discharge. finishing the program was bittersweet. We all knew it was time and they supported every good decision I made. and to this day I still have an attachment to Symetria since I work in the SUD field in our small community.
I absolutely recommend Symetria to everyone, but also to those who feel like they have tried and tried, but couldn't be successful in their recovery. This place brings a whole new light to your life! The odyssey home is where you come and get away from everything so you can better yourself. you may not like it all while your in there but deep down you know it’s doing you better mentally and physically and showing you how strong you can be when you finish the program all the staff are great people just have the same respect you would want towards you. Everyone isn’t gonna have a perfect day every single day but you gotta focus on why your there and what you need to do so you can go back home and spent time with your family cause when you in there you start thinking about all the stuff yoh missed out with your family and how much of a privilege it is to have your family around but you don’t notice that till your in there and see how much time you been playing with your life there is a privilege for you to become great within yourself you just have to put the work in and show your family that you can make a change for once in your life.
