It's sorta hard to give the awesome review I want to and explain because I don't want to publicly announce my situation to the world but I know I have to say something to make sure people in and around the area who need services that BBT provides, I want to be able to let know this is a positive life changing place to turn to. Help is here for so many situations and if not they can help point you in the right direction. There was no judgment. Every single person I talked to was absolutely amazing, very sweet, caring, nice, helpful and genuinely wanting to help me and have me suceed...period. If you or someone you know need help or any services that BBT provides I highly recommend contacting them immediately. This is such a great place to be able to turn to for help because it is everywhere here.

My casemanager michelle has done a great job of guiding me through my trials and mental health crisis with respect and compassion. She is attentive to my needs and brings me a coke (drink 😁) when she comes to the house. The front desk people are kind. I highly recommend this clinic

[EDIT/UPDATE] Well, it’s been 5 years since I posted the brief review seen above, and I feel like both this clinic AND me deserve something of an update. I am still a patient of the clinic’s, albeit a patient whose chaotic and life-threatening issues with opiate addiction thankfully have been thoroughly tamed. While Google Reviews isn’t the appropriate venue to detail the grittier personal details encompassed within an individual case of opiate addiction disorder, I will share without hesitation the undeniable reality that without the service of professionally compassionate treatment of the addiction nightmare which first brought me to their doorstep, I would not be alive and able to compose the review you’re now reading. How very happy I AM here today, able to talk about this treatment and the improvements to and gains made in my life, none of which would have been remotely possible without the service provided by this clinic. Relationships shattered by the damage wrought by addiction have been repaired. My apartment becomes a nicer and more enjoyable place to call home with each passing year as I replace belongings that I sold or traded for drugs in the past and add new ones I never had the chance to enjoy “back then.” It’s easier to look in the mirror now that I put on new, clean clothes that I like to wear, instead of rummaging through piles of tattered threads, searching for the least dirty garments I first got from donation bins and the like. My self-esteem grows each passing day. I no longer avert my eyes from those of the people I encounter. I no longer find myself having to constantly look over my proverbial shoulder, worried that the people I know will steal my belongings at the first opportunity they see to do so. I no longer find myself incarcerated, wondering what lunkheaded thing I did to land myself there while I was, no doubt, blacked-out thanks to some atrociously dangerous combination of opiates, benzodiazepines, and anything else I might have imbibed while barking at the moon. Good grief, am I ever glad that those days seem finally to be behind me. One more killer perk which I suspect just might appeal to someone out there: I haven’t been dope-sick—or, I suppose I ought to say “in withdrawal”—not even once since the first day I began treatment. Not. Even. Once. So, if you’re sick and tired of being sick and tired, do yourself a gigantic, merciful favor by picking up the phone and giving these fine folks a ringy-dingy-ding. You could literally change your life today. Never have I regretted my decision to do so. One love… ✌️

I could not have achieved the progress I have now without the rock stars who show out by showing up amazing women who don't ever come in the building talking about is it Friday yet no they come ready to work to make there patients see the potential in themselves to build up there strength and give them tools for success once they hit the streets . All of these very special ladies have started from scratch on me and I was needing a lot of help and Karen and both Rachel's and all the physical therapists and occupational therapists have built my confidence and instilled tools to make me ready to go back into the world and not be afraid but to keep doing therapy and keep getting stronger and open my eyes to knowledge which will be put to the test that life ain't always fair I didn't ask for a stroke but I got one and now am I going to lay down and take this beating no fight and keep fighting . Thankyou for Texas neurology and for all the care techs who work hard to ensure that my stay here was pleasant and that I fed properly and clean. From the bottom of my heart I am so grateful and guess what the best is yet to come.

This VA clinic is very good. It is a shame the cuts to the VA are hurting the people who rely on the VA for healthcare. But this still is a outstanding resource. I'm glad it's here and for all the people who work there.

This is a super nice VA facility. I've relocated from Indiana to Austin and they have taken such good care of me since I've been here. They got me right in when I needed to get medicines that I was out of. They let me see a doctor when I needed to. They even help me get paperwork together for the state of Texas that's required for me for being handicapped. It's a wonderful VA clinic. I highly recommend it to any vet and the people. There are absolutely wonderful. I would like to add that this Austin VA clinic has so many handicap parking spaces available for us veterans. I have never seen so many handicap parking spaces at a VA clinic or hospital in my life and I've been to several. The Austin VA clinic must have over 100 or around that many. I can always find a close parking spot when I go there. This is an excellent facility. It's top notch. It's very clean. It's very orderly and there are security staff there the whole time. They are open and they are wonderful people too. They always speak and welcome you. They are just a bunch of great guys and gals everybody that works at the pharmacy and the help desk and the clinic. Walk-in clinic that is are just wonderful doctors and nurses and helpers. I cannot say enough good things about this VA. I am so grateful and thankful that I have this VA to go to for my health needs. I highly extremely recommend this VA to all veterans just passing through or living here in Austin area. The male receptionist that schedules appointments is so rude. I hate calling to reschedule or schedule appts with him. However the Dr I see is great!

I was so scared to start NOCD but I’m so glad I did. After years of talk therapy that never helped my NOCD therapist understood my problem and was able to quickly zero in on ways for me to address the problem. She gave me the education and tools to strategically deal with my challenges. I.started NOCD when I was 73 years old. I was desperate for help and relief from the misery I have known my entire life. There is hope and a solution to your problem. It’s not a cure. It’s a new and better way to deal with life’s challenges.

This place has been a god send. I couldn't be more grateful of of this opportunity to partake in their PHP program. Its my first time in recovery and they’ve been very welcoming to me and patient to show me the tools I need to stay sober . Highly recommend

The care and attention is great. You get access to an equine program, holistic work outs and yoga. The group goes to outings and meetings together. I highly recommend this as either a step down from inpatient or as a first step.

The entire staff that worked with me were incredible. They all came from similar circumstances and were very knowledgeable. Most importantly, they cared about their work and the men they were working with. I was very impressed and gained what I needed to remain sober. Including some new friends. Thanks TLR!!

The team at Total Health Chiropractic is phenomenal. Not only did the chiropractic treatment and physical therapy greatly assist me on my journey to recovery, but the staff's personable attitude made it a no-brainer to keep going back.
