Long story short, 35 years of hard drinking landed me in a ditch in a city I'm not even from. But I thank GOD every day for it! My desperation for change got me to Briarwood detox center. I was so scared but I was unusually willing to do anything, the night before waking up in that ditch I was contemplating suicide, again. For so many years I watched my life fall apart time and time again, over and over. I really never understood why I was unable to control my drinking. Leaving Briarwood and while being transported to Nova recovery center I didn't know what to expect but my anger and anxiety were already building. I still can't get over how amazing Nova looks, it pretty much relaxes you the minute you arrive! I had never been to "rehab" before so I was blown away by the beauty of the amenities and the attentive staff. So with that said, I was sweet and grateful to be there for about 48 hours and then I started being the walking talking character defect stage character I was, telling everyone how they should do their jobs and finding things, if not inventing things to complain about. I still get embarrassed sometimes of my actions and comments I made the first weeks of my stay. But what stands out is how the staff didn't even blink! I never got the reaction I would of deserved! I was loved on! I was given understanding and compassion! They treated me like the sick person who needed help, that I was! They dug in and held me accountable with truth and what I referrer to as grace. The Recovery specialist who work with us, for us and teach us vital solutions to my disease of alcoholism that I will be forever grateful for. From the frequent individual counseling sessions to the daily group counseling classes to the, "hey I need to talk!", I received an understanding of how to maintain my life of sobriety! Nova is a very important and special place to me so I could really go on and on but the main point I want to testify about is this, I'm truly a better person today because of the dedication to helping people by the Nova recovery family!Sincerely,Dustin

Place is fantastic! One of my relatives completed the program, and their progress has been remarkable.

I really needed some accountability and to be around other sober people after a relapse on alcohol in August. I signed up for the online IOP service and my counselor was Jasmine. She was amazing. I found myself looking forward to group everyday and felt a great relief of wanting to use after group. It helped me stay sober and maintain abstinence from alcohol I am truly grateful for the program. Jasmine is amazing and I consider her a good friend at this point she was able to talk me out of using my stinking thinking a lot of times and evaluate my situations from another perspective, which helped me get away from the parts of me that contribute to relapse.

Great treatment center with some of the best staff. Recovery Unplugged helped save my life!!!

I'm going on 80 days sober because this place helped me. I loved the Trauma inpatient program. PHP was okay, I felt like it was lacking counseling and also I felt like it was non stop getting in and out of busses. You'll get your phone on lunch and like 90min on Saturday which is nice. But on Sunday when you should be calling friends and family you don't get your phone. The house on 1st street stayed nasty. I brought it up to the techs several times and nothing changed. I would give this place 5 stars but the aftercare completely sucked. I had no idea how sober houses worked or how to get into one. I had to stress out my final day because I had nowhere to go. Also I had no idea how to get a scholarship or even fill my meds... im in their IOP program currently and I'm enjoying it. Aftercare definitely needs to be worked on. I've also talked to many people after they got through with PHP and they had the same opinion. Thanksz that's my Ted Talk.

Alpha BH is such a good resource for adult men, as well as adolescent boys and girls who struggle with Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health. I have personally sent around 5 men here, and all have reported back positive feedback about the program, and all say the staff there truly care. Plus, they re located deep in the heart of Austin!

I am grateful to Alpha for the wonderful and effective program they've designed. Mental health and related services have been hit-or-miss for our family, but Alpha has been such a great combination of evidence-based programming, support, love, and a pathway to independence for young men with struggles.

Recovery Unplugged was a god send. Im truly appreciative of their trauma program and of their staff. I ve never been to treatment before and i was worried staff would just be there for a paycheck but that wasn't the case whatsoever. Staff was kind and patient. They take the time to see how you're doing and truly care. Counselors are real awesome. To be honest I didn't even know it was a trauma center and when I found out I was able to let go of the trauma thats been haunting me for all these years. I thought i was going to take it all to my grave and im glad my counselor Amy made me feel comfortable and safe to do so. The techs are awesome and treat everyone with respect and kindness. The food is awesome there as well. If you have dietary restrictions or needs they will cater to those needs and are super friendly. Alumni coordinators are super friendly and check up on ya after you leave the program. They also set up these cool events you can attend to for free as RU Alumni. This place ROCKS! Highly recommend it.

This place is so amazing. I was just a scared, strong out girl from east Texas when I arrived arvRecivery Unplugged on Albert Road. They did my intake at 3am, made me comfortable, and put me to bed. I went to sleep and woke up to the most amazing staff waiting to greet me and start the process of detoxing my mind and body and getting me well. Throughout my stay. I was treated with the utmost respect. There was not once that I felt like less than family to these wonderful people. The nurses were at my bedside checking my vitals, the techs were assessing my comfort. My dog was accepted and loved. After detox, the work began. But it never felt hard or overwhelming. The program is easy to follow. There was always someone who could answer questions or concerns. Even in the middle of the night. I just graduated the full 4 month program for Recovery Unplugged. I am a far cry from the girl I came in as. I am a sober woman, in Austin, with an apartment a job and a bright future. Thank you recovery Unplugged. I can not express my gratitude enough. You guys are incredible

My experience here was beyond full-filling in the staff, the CBT/DBT groups, my therapist and community at Recovery Unplugged it helped me find myself again and encourage me to battle my drug addiction and jump-start my journey again towards sobriety.ALSO YOU CAN HAVE YOUR DOG HERE AND THAT WAS A BLESSING AND SAVING GRACE.

I have waited for over a year to write this review to ensure my time at Sage was indeed "life-changing". I can now confidently say, my decision to seek therapy there was one of the best decisions I have ever made.For over 30 years I struggled with depression and anxiety and turned to alcohol to cope. But thanks to the therapists and counselors at the center, I now have the resources to manage my emotions in a healthy way. I feel like I've regained control of my life, and I'm excited to move forward with a new sense of confidence and purpose.I also attend their alumni group, which offers individuals free, weekly social events that provide ongoing support, education, and networking opportunities. It's an excellent resource for anyone in recovery who wants to continue their journey towards wellness and a better life.Overall, I would highly recommend Sage Recovery Center to anyone struggling with addiction or mental health issues. The environment is wonderful, the people are fantastic, and the support you receive is truly "life-changing". If you're looking for a place to help you get back on track, this is it.

Beautiful facility and the area surrounding is so serene. This is a great place to reset and recover. The staff are extremely caring and helpful.

If it wasn't for this amazing program and facility I wouldn't be here today. It's been almost two years since I first walked through the doors of BRC. I would first and foremost like to say that if it wasn't for the staff for taking genuine interest and concern for my overall being and seeing past my physical appearance that I was struggling with something much deeper than I wouldn't have stayed. I see some negative comments and believe me I had some when I first got to Austin, TX. But, sitting here clean and sober almost 2 years later I will admit that if it wasn't for this knowledge that was given to me by this program, I probably wouldn't be who I am today. I've come to my own realization that your addiction will convince your brain of anything to keep you living in the darkness. It will tell you that you aren't and addict or that because you look different that you aren't an addict. I'm currently still working on underlying problems that led me down the road of addiction and using them to help build my strength to continue this journey of recovery. If it wasn't for BRC I would still be a lost 29-year-old mother of 6 beautiful children and I wouldn't know that a healthy relationship looks like or that firm boundaries with unhealthy people are okay. I walk in a new light thanks to this place and the people that make this program possible. One day my children will also thank them for giving them their mom back! No words can ever express the gratitude that I have for BRC. Please have an open mind when going into this program because I promise it will all be worth it. The program is strict but our addiction are even darker.

New hope ranch has to be the most loving, caring, profound and life changing rehab treatment center there is available. From the moment I stepped foot on their grounds I was more than in good hands. The staff members are very attentive, knowledgeable and patient. Though they care for every patient differently (based on the case) they treat every one who comes through the gate with the utmost respect. Taylor has to be the best, most rational and most transparent man I have ever met in my entire life. ComediANN, the head nurse, gave me more than just knowledge about the harm that's been done to the body, but welcomed me with open arms and a beautiful smile each and everyday she was present. Also if you are a jokester, she's your go to. Mrs. Karen has to have the most home felt welcoming and loving spirit that God has to offer. She's going to greet and treat you with the presence of love each and every time she dots the door. And she gives the world most comforting hugs. Drew is the true definition of a honest stand up guy who will never make you feel bad about your mistakes, but will for sure help you see the right from the wrong in every situation with no judgement. Angelita is the coolest mama cita on the planita she has the most caring spirit, offers A1 hands on recovery help and does her best each and everyday to make sure there is never a man left behind or feeling alone. Ms. Shannon, the phone popo , is the most reliable person ever, never takes a day off, picks up any slack when needed, holds you accountable teaching you to be a man of your word, and never have I ever seen her complain. She's the greatest. Desiree, Kristien and Roxanne Shante were like the best big sisters anyone could ask for. Constantly holding me accountable, correcting me when I'm looking wrong or feeling down and out, giving me a perspective of everybody's point of view when I'm blinded and MAKING SURE ITS A VIBE ALL THE TIIIMMMEEE . Ms. Kary is the most knowledgeable and most realistic counselor known to name. You want to grow and continue to progress, take nothing she says with a grain of salt and listen cause if you want the help, she'll give it, but ain't no short cuts and ain't no cream puffin baby. Fair? Fair. Ms. Angela will for sure make sure that the knowledge you need is giving, but at the same time, she's also gonna make you work for it because you can lead a horse to the water but you can't make him thirsty so be ready to use your brain and decipher through things. Angela's awesome. Micheal and Keaton are an outstanding duo. They bust their asses day in and out to set you up for success, but they make sure to remind you, success is earned not giving so get off your ass, do the work and they're there to help you if they know you're serious. And my favorite of them all, Ms. Angel is LITERALLY a gift from God in human form. Her name is more than just a name, it's a direct representation of a blessing with a name on it. She pushed me day in and day out to see my worth, she listened to me express my flaws, she saw my goods my bad and my ugly, she worked with me through my insecurities, she knows how to work with each patient individually and never makes a comparison, she has a heart and spirit made of pure Gold, she's always gonna keep it a hunnit bands with you and she'll never turn a blind eyes. Ms. Angel is literally the golden ticket to my sobriety. She gave me faith and courage when I had literally giving up on life, she gave me more than a reason to live by giving me the keys to make my house a happy home again, she taught me patience and understanding, she literally made me dig deep and find out who the hell I was and when I was feeling down and out, she always lead with a pick me up, reminded me of who I am and what I'm worth, and always had that heart warming smile to go along with some words of encouragement that will make any frown turn upside down. Ms. Angel is the greatest of all time. God made a miracle worker when he created Ms. Angel and I will forever be grateful that he sent her into my life. Choose New Hope.

I can t recommend this place enough. The staff and the facility are amazing. I got lucky to have an incredible community of fellow patients with me, the food is amazing. They really do so much more than just help you get sober. They show you how to enjoy your sobriety and how to become a better person.

I was just discharged from here and can honestly say that your experience will be based on the reason why you were admitted and how much effort you put into change. Change is never easy, especially good change. The staff, nurses, and techs were great and super supportive. The first day was scary, but everyone was super friendly and helped the process feel comfortable. I was in an all women unit and actually enjoyed the warm meals, group therapy, and time to myself. This is a place for anyone needing help with mental issues, detox, etc. It was just what I needed, and I am glad I took that step.

My daughter was hospitalized for a week for rehabilitation at Rock Springs. While at the hospital she received the best care and treatment that a patient can possibly get. I had limited contact with my daughter while she was hospitalized but that is because they don t want the patient being treated to be distracted with phone calls from family and friends. The patients are allowed to use their cell phones for a few minutes each day to call family.The staff and doctors at Rock Springs are amazing! My daughter had a very good experience while at Rock Springs. She said everyone there at Rock Springs were very nice and very supportive. The facility is a fairly new facility. I received a phone call from one of the nurses at Rock Springs to inform me that my daughter would be getting released from the hospital in the next 3 days.I give Rock Springs a 5 Star because they went over and beyond in working with my daughter and giving her the best care possible.Thank you Rock Springs!

Here at Any length retreat I've grown spiritually and have found a solution to my drug addiction which I apply everyday to remain sober free and in good spirits. Thru community and fellowship I have learned to love life and pray for guidance. I have found my faith again and I have any length retreat to truly thank for that. I let God do for me what I could not do for myself , I have followed simple suggestion and became willing to invite God into my heart.
