It's been almost two years since I first walked through the doors of BRC. I would first and foremost like to say that if it wasn't for the staff for taking genuine interest and concern for my overall being and seeing past my physical appearance that I was struggling with something much deeper than I wouldn't have stayed. I see some negative comments and believe me I had some when I first got to Austin, TX. But, sitting here clean and sober almost 2 years later I will admit that if it wasn't for this knowledge that was given to me by this program, I probably wouldn't be who I am today. I've come to my own realization that your addiction will convince your brain of anything to keep you living in the darkness. It will tell you that you aren't and addict or that because you look different that you aren't an addict. I'm currently still working on underlying problems that led me down the road of addiction and using them to help build my strength to continue this journey of recovery. If it wasn't for BRC I would still be a lost 29-year-old mother of 6 beautiful children and I wouldn't know that a healthy relationship looks like or that firm boundaries with unhealthy people are okay. I walk in a new light thanks to this place and the people that make this program possible. One day my children will also thank them for giving them their mom back! No words can ever express the gratitude that I have for BRC. Please have an open mind when going into this program because I promise it will all be worth it. But I thank GOD every day for it! My desperation for change got me to Briarwood detox center. I was so scared but I was unusually willing to do anything, the night before waking up in that ditch I was contemplating suicide, again. For so many years I watched my life fall apart time and time again, over and over. I really never understood why I was unable to control my drinking. Leaving Briarwood and while being transported to Nova recovery center I didn't know what to expect but my anger and anxiety were already building. I still can't get over how amazing Nova looks, it pretty much relaxes you the minute you arrive! I had never been to "rehab" before so I was blown away by the beauty of the amenities and the attentive staff. So with that said, I was sweet and grateful to be there for about 48 hours and then I started being the walking talking character defect stage character I was, telling everyone how they should do their jobs and finding things, if not inventing things to complain about. I still get embarrassed sometimes of my actions and comments I made the first weeks of my stay. But what stands out is how the staff didn't even blink! I never got the reaction I would of deserved! I was loved on! I was given understanding and compassion! They treated me like the sick person who needed help, that I was! They dug in and held me accountable with truth and what I referrer to as grace. The Recovery specialist who work with us, for us and teach us vital solutions to my disease of alcoholism that I will be forever grateful for. From the frequent individual counseling sessions to the daily group counseling classes to the, "hey I need to talk!", I received an understanding of how to maintain my life of sobriety! Nova is a very important and special place to me so I could really go on and on but the main point I want to testify about is this, I'm truly a better person today because of the dedication to helping people by the Nova recovery family! The medical team handled my detox efficiently and continued to manage my medical need throughout my residential stay. My therapist Carolyn was always available and helped me develop a solid plan for my continued recovery. The tech staff kept things moving smoothly. The meals were good for the most part (i'm pretty picky.) There was no shortage of snacks during my stay. What stood out most to me was how holistic the program is. They truly focus on healing the whole person emotionally, mentally, spiritually, physically, socially, and environmentally. The daily schedule may look full at first, but it’s so thoughtfully structured. Over time, you start building healthy habits and routines that carry into your everyday life after you leave. Some of my favorite parts were equine therapy at the Healing Horses Ranch (the staff there are amazing!), accudetox, yoga, and personal training. Everything is designed to help you reconnect with yourself and appreciate the little things again. The villa is gorgeous — spacious, peaceful, and filled with comforts like books to read, a beautiful kitchen, and incredible chef-made meals. But what truly makes Sage special is the staff. They don’t just show up for you — they get down in the trenches with you. They listen, they care, and they help guide you out of the darkness with compassion and understanding. Here's by far, in my very long time at this outpatient center, the most caring and knowledgeable counselor I have ever had the pleasure of being assigned to. It would take me a novels worth of verbiage and wording to explain how far he goes to help me. Not only is he incredibly perceptive, but he is able to adapt his manner of help and counseling to each individual's way of retaining that help. I've been receiving treatment from this facility even before it was cms, back when it was still called Mars. So I've seen countless counselors come and go, and one little thing that stands out amongst all of the counselors that I've been assigned to is that Chad is the only one who has ever said "don't hesitate to give me a call if you're having a bad day, or you just need someone to talk to, or if something's going wrong and you need some advice. If I'm here at the office, I'll MAKE time to talk", and he means it. There's been many times where I have had to reach out to him, when having a bad day or in a situation where I needed advice, and he does his best to relay any and all help he can. A while back I had started looking at other treatment facilities, around the same time that he came on board at CMS and I got assigned to him. And I have to say, if it weren't for Chad coming into my life and being an outlet and more than a counselor, someone I can consider a friend in the professional sense. If it weren't for him, I would have left and joined this other outpatient clinic that I had found. I'm leaving this review so all will know the outstanding job that he does day in and day out. And it is not an easy job. So chad, hold your head high and keep up the good work. I am forever grateful for all of the knowledge and lessons that you have taught me in our time together. If it wasn't for this amazing program and facility I wouldn't be here today. It's been almost two years since I first walked through the doors of BRC. I would first and foremost like to say that if it wasn't for the staff for taking genuine interest and concern for my overall being and seeing past my physical appearance that I was struggling with something much deeper than I wouldn't have stayed. I see some negative comments and believe me I had some when I first got to Austin, TX. But, sitting here clean and sober almost 2 years later I will admit that if it wasn't for this knowledge that was given to me by this program, I probably wouldn't be who I am today. I've come to my own realization that your addiction will convince your brain of anything to keep you living in the darkness. It will tell you that you aren't and addict or that because you look different that you aren't an addict. I'm currently still working on underlying problems that led me down the road of addiction and using them to help build my strength to continue this journey of recovery. If it wasn't for BRC I would still be a lost 29-year-old mother of 6 beautiful children and I wouldn't know that a healthy relationship looks like or that firm boundaries with unhealthy people are okay. I walk in a new light thanks to this place and the people that make this program possible. One day my children will also thank them for giving them their mom back! No words can ever express the gratitude that I have for BRC. Please have an open mind when going into this program because I promise it will all be worth it. The program is strict but our addiction are even darker.

If it wasn't for this amazing program and facility I wouldn't be here today. It's been almost two years since I first walked through the doors of BRC. I would first and foremost like to say that if it wasn't for the staff for taking genuine interest and concern for my overall being and seeing past my physical appearance that I was struggling with something much deeper than I wouldn't have stayed. I see some negative comments and believe me I had some when I first got to Austin, TX. But, sitting here clean and sober almost 2 years later I will admit that if it wasn't for this knowledge that was given to me by this program, I probably wouldn't be who I am today. I've come to my own realization that your addiction will convince your brain of anything to keep you living in the darkness. It will tell you that you aren't and addict or that because you look different that you aren't an addict. I'm currently still working on underlying problems that led me down the road of addiction and using them to help build my strength to continue this journey of recovery. If it wasn't for BRC I would still be a lost 29-year-old mother of 6 beautiful children and I wouldn't know that a healthy relationship looks like or that firm boundaries with unhealthy people are okay. I walk in a new light thanks to this place and the people that make this program possible. One day my children will also thank them for giving them their mom back! No words can ever express the gratitude that I have for BRC. Please have an open mind when going into this program because I promise it will all be worth it. The program is strict but our addiction are even darker.

Long story short, 35 years of hard drinking landed me in a ditch in a city I'm not even from. But I thank GOD every day for it! My desperation for change got me to Briarwood detox center. I was so scared but I was unusually willing to do anything, the night before waking up in that ditch I was contemplating suicide, again. For so many years I watched my life fall apart time and time again, over and over. I really never understood why I was unable to control my drinking. Leaving Briarwood and while being transported to Nova recovery center I didn't know what to expect but my anger and anxiety were already building. I still can't get over how amazing Nova looks, it pretty much relaxes you the minute you arrive! I had never been to "rehab" before so I was blown away by the beauty of the amenities and the attentive staff. So with that said, I was sweet and grateful to be there for about 48 hours and then I started being the walking talking character defect stage character I was, telling everyone how they should do their jobs and finding things, if not inventing things to complain about. I still get embarrassed sometimes of my actions and comments I made the first weeks of my stay. But what stands out is how the staff didn't even blink! I never got the reaction I would of deserved! I was loved on! I was given understanding and compassion! They treated me like the sick person who needed help, that I was! They dug in and held me accountable with truth and what I referrer to as grace. The Recovery specialist who work with us, for us and teach us vital solutions to my disease of alcoholism that I will be forever grateful for. From the frequent individual counseling sessions to the daily group counseling classes to the, "hey I need to talk!", I received an understanding of how to maintain my life of sobriety! Nova is a very important and special place to me so I could really go on and on but the main point I want to testify about is this, I'm truly a better person today because of the dedication to helping people by the Nova recovery family! I can't say enough great things about my treatment at RU. I was in the PHP program and the curriculum is awesome. They definitely help you get out of your comfort zone with Open Mic on Wednesdays, which I loved! The mens houses are both very nice and comfortable. And they provide food for us and we can still purchase extra if we want. I would recommend this facility to any and everyone!

Never thought I'd be reviewing a detox/rehab facility, but Recovery Unplugged delivered. The medical team handled my detox efficiently and continued to manage my medical need throughout my residential stay. My therapist Carolyn was always available and helped me develop a solid plan for my continued recovery. The tech staff kept things moving smoothly. The meals were good for the most part (i'm pretty picky.) There was no shortage of snacks during my stay. I hope to never come back to Recovery, but would recommend it to anyone who is ready to take back their life from addiction.

Today is day three of being admitted into Willow springs. I can’t say enough about this place. If you’re thinking about getting help and looking at Willow springs, choose this place. I’m not going to sugar coat it, recovery isn’t easy, detox isn’t easy - but this place is great. The staff cares about you, the other patients are friendly and care about each other, it truly is a community from top to bottom that cares about you and cares about each other. I’ve been to treatment centers all over the country, and I can honestly say there was something different about The Arbor. From the moment I arrived, the level of care, accountability, and genuine support was unlike anything I had experienced before. The staff doesn’t just treat addiction. They care deeply about the individual person sitting in front of them. Every member of my care team took the time to understand me, challenge me, support me, and walk with me through the process of rebuilding my life. There’s an ethos at The Arbor that’s hard to describe unless you’ve experienced it yourself. It’s a balance of accountability and compassion that changed me completely. What stood out most to me was how holistic the program is. They truly focus on healing the whole person emotionally, mentally, spiritually, physically, socially, and environmentally. I’ve been through many different types of treatment, but this was the first place where I learned how to actually live in recovery, not just survive sobriety. Their continuum of care, from treatment to aftercare to sober living, gave me the structure and support I needed to build a real foundation. I came to The Arbor desperate, exhausted, and dying. My son was hopeless, and our lives were falling apart when I called our insurance company for information on an in-network facility. Their first recommendation was Infinite Recovery, and I am eternally grateful it was. The first person we spoke with was Tanner and then the clinical department. They walked us through a full continuum of care program that was tailored to my son's needs. They also provided the most exceptional family program I have seen, and it has helped our family heal and unite. My son is still in the program living in a beautiful sober living home. I had the opportunity to work with Blake Goldstein, and she is kind, compassionate and incredibly skilled at her job. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sage Recovery and Wellness Center is truly a healing place. From the moment you arrive, you can feel the peace and care that went into creating such a beautiful environment. The property itself is stunning — from the pool and hot tub to the cozy spaces throughout the villa (which feels more like a luxury home than a facility). The daily schedule may look full at first, but it’s so thoughtfully structured. Over time, you start building healthy habits and routines that carry into your everyday life after you leave. Some of my favorite parts were equine therapy at the Healing Horses Ranch (the staff there are amazing!), accudetox, yoga, and personal training. Everything is designed to help you reconnect with yourself and appreciate the little things again. The villa is gorgeous — spacious, peaceful, and filled with comforts like books to read, a beautiful kitchen, and incredible chef-made meals. But what truly makes Sage special is the staff. They don’t just show up for you — they get down in the trenches with you. They listen, they care, and they help guide you out of the darkness with compassion and understanding. The clients I met there became like family. Everyone is going through something, and it’s so powerful to feel seen, supported, and understood in that way. The therapists and curriculum are absolutely life-changing — I learned so many coping skills that I use every day. I am beyond grateful for my time at Sage. It was one of the most transformative experiences of my life, and I genuinely believe they saved my life. If you’re ready to work on yourself and heal, this is the place to do it. 💛

After losing my son last year, Mother’s Day was incredibly difficult for me, and I ended up in the Sunrise Unit at Rock Springs. I cannot say enough good things about the staff there and the care I received. Annette is legitimately one of the most knowledgeable therapists I’ve ever met — you can mention almost any book or therapeutic concept, and she’s already read it and can discuss it thoughtfully. I learned so many skills from Annette’s groups. She is also deeply empathetic. Aaron, one of the nurses, has such a huge heart and genuinely cares about the patients. Jaimee, a behavioral tech, sat with me, held my hand, and hugged me while I talked about the loss of my son, a moment of kindness I will never forget. Maureen was always positive, attentive, and constantly checking in on everyone to make sure we were okay. I also really loved the yoga session with Jacob; it was one of my favorite parts of the program. I was specifically on the Sunrise Unit, so I can only speak to that experience, but they truly seem to have figured out how to create a compassionate and supportive environment. Most importantly, I felt heard. My treatment team listened to me, treated me like a person, and helped me through one of the hardest moments of my life. This is definitely where I would go if I was ever in crisis again.

I was in the Sunrise unit. The best unit in the hospital in my opinion. I want to thank the entire staff, especially Mrs Gertrude, Ms Sabreelyn, Mrs Yemi, Mrs Nikki, Mr Aaron, Mr Carrey, Mrs Sabrina, Ms Jamie, Christopher, Mrs India, Mrs Natasha and various other nurses, doctors and therapist that helped me along the way and set a path for me to continue on my journey. I met many wonderful women from all walks of life that made me feel seen and heard. My stay was the perfect. If you're in need of a reset or you need detox, this is the place to go and get just that. They also provide continued help when you're out.The food was okay. I knew it would be bland due to others dietary needs but a little salt, pepper and franks goes a long way, lol. I can't thank everyone enough.

Before coming to Any Length Retreat, I had reached one of the lowest points in my life. I felt lost, hopeless, and trapped by alcohol. Walking through that admissions door was one of the hardest things I've ever done, but it turned out to be the best decision I've ever made. The community I found at Any Length Retreat didn't just help me get sober, it gave me my life back. From day one, I was treated with genuine compassion, respect, and encouragement. The staff saw the person behind my addiction and never gave up on me, even when I struggled to believe in myself. Everyone involved in my recovery gave me the tools I needed to understand my addiction, heal from my past, and build a healthier future. More importantly, they helped me rediscover who I am and reminded me that lasting recovery is possible. I am leaving with hope, confidence, and a new outlook on life. I'm sober, I'm grateful, and I know I wouldn't be where I am without the incredible support, fellowship, and guidance I received at Any Length Retreat. The staff is wonderful, and this place has honestly been my life saver, keeping me from being a slave to fentanol and other opiates from the streets. They're very understanding, and kind, I really recommend this to anyone who is struggling with opioid dependency and abuse. God bless yall.

I'm leaving this comment because of my counselor, Chad. Here's by far, in my very long time at this outpatient center, the most caring and knowledgeable counselor I have ever had the pleasure of being assigned to. It would take me a novels worth of verbiage and wording to explain how far he goes to help me. Not only is he incredibly perceptive, but he is able to adapt his manner of help and counseling to each individual's way of retaining that help. I've been receiving treatment from this facility even before it was cms, back when it was still called Mars. So I've seen countless counselors come and go, and one little thing that stands out amongst all of the counselors that I've been assigned to is that Chad is the only one who has ever said "don't hesitate to give me a call if you're having a bad day, or you just need someone to talk to, or if something's going wrong and you need some advice. If I'm here at the office, I'll MAKE time to talk", and he means it. There's been many times where I have had to reach out to him, when having a bad day or in a situation where I needed advice, and he does his best to relay any and all help he can. A while back I had started looking at other treatment facilities, around the same time that he came on board at CMS and I got assigned to him. And I have to say, if it weren't for Chad coming into my life and being an outlet and more than a counselor, someone I can consider a friend in the professional sense. If it weren't for him, I would have left and joined this other outpatient clinic that I had found. I'm leaving this review so all will know the outstanding job that he does day in and day out. And it is not an easy job. So chad, hold your head high and keep up the good work. I am forever grateful for all of the knowledge and lessons that you have taught me in our time together. And I look forward to many more conversations, laughs, cries, and knowledgeable interactions with you. Five stars earned, by Chad!!!

I give five stars to my counselor Lorena she's amazing if it wasn't for her I don't think I would have stuck around I've been to quite a few different clinics Lorena has helped me with my sobriety and lot she's easy to talk to she always makes me feel better before I leave the rest of the stuff pretty normal front desk really nice overall Ferguson is a good clinic

Where do I start! From finding this place to getting in contact with Gil! Gil went above and beyond to evaluate my son at our home. Gil did everything possible to get my son admitted in quickly. My family was turned upside down over night from a head on collision. My son had his spinal injury that left him paralyzed. We were told that the best place for him to get treatment was at TIRR in Houston. Well shame on TIRR for not being any help at all. I spent months trying to get him to TIRR with no luck. I finally did some research and found you guys in Austin! From the 1st day of conversation with Gil he was out evaluating my son the next following week. Gil called me back at the end of the week with the news we’ve been waiting for, since our release from hospital. He was accepted! Mind you I was back in the hospital due to a set back in my recovery. The following week he was admitted in and I met Stephanie! Stephanie you’re an angel! Stephanie went above and beyond to take care of my son. She was so helpful when I felt helpless in my hospital bed. Stephanie helped with paperwork and making sure everything was good! Texas Neuro rehab center you guys have Althea best staff! If your family member has a traumatic brain injury and they require intensive therapy to recover as much as they can, this facility has a highly professional team and a welcoming environment to help them. From the leadership to the therapists to the social workers to all of the support staff, the people are great. They try to create a nurturing environment to help your loved ones get back to you. With multiple hours of service per day, that does not come cheap but it is money well spent.

I can say Tara specifically was extremely supportive!! She works as one of the clinical staff I believe, her encouragement and support were everything! She provided resources, and told me to keep advocating for my son when he really needed help! The reality most don't understand is, these places aren't supposed to be a 5star resort they are designed to help provide structure, stability and safety. I am absolutely for getting these kids help with substance and mental, and I believe they need structure and accountability. Plus they must desire the full change and work it takes!! Tara needs a raise!!
