My daughter attended Rise Inspire Academy for 2½ years and graduated in 2025. We were referred to the program by a close friend who works in the recovery community, and I'm truly grateful for that connection. Rise made a meaningful impact in my daughter’s life. She began her journey to recovery in 2023, and today, she’s the only clean and sober student in her graduating class. That speaks volumes about her commitment — and the support she received. Throughout her time there, my daughter was offered counseling, coaching, and a safe place to heal and grow. The program isn’t magic, and it’s not easy. But for students who are ready to put in the work, it can work. The staff includes some very kind, devoted individuals who truly care about the kids they serve. For that, I’m thankful. However, my experience as a parent was mixed. I found communication with the staff to be somewhat lacking. It often felt like they were focused entirely on my child — which is important — but I also felt left out of the loop and that my feedback was not always welcomed or acknowledged. That made things challenging at times. One concern I want to raise is how my daughter was led to believe she had a chance to work at the school after graduation. She went through the process of creating a recovery plan, submitting a resume, and even had an interview with the director, Evita. But in the end, nothing came of it, with no clear explanation. I can’t help but feel this decision may have been influenced by my own willingness to speak up about certain safety concerns and the need for stronger leadership. That was disappointing, especially after the growth and hard work my daughter had shown. Despite the challenges, I do strongly recommend Rise Inspire Academy to families with teens struggling with substance abuse. This school offers a life-changing opportunity for young people — but it requires effort, honesty, and a desire to change. For those who are ready, this program can be the turning point.

Group sessions and a safe place for your kid to hang out. Helped my family a lot!

My 38-year-old husband was a patient here from June 2025 until October 2025. I am so glad God led us here. He suffered a severe stroke in February 2025 that left him in what they believe (locked in syndrome) Doctor's in Louisiana were saying he would never be the same, he would never get off the vent, and other unkind things (God is a Miracle Worker and a Promise Keeper). When my husband first arrived at TNC he was on a ventilator and within two weeks he was OFF!!! During therapy here he made great progress. We are so grateful and thankful for TNC. Dr. Gillbey, NP Allison, Ms. Stephanie, PT, OT, Speech, and our guys Mr. Vern and Mr. Carbert we appreciate all of you!!! Thank you TNC for everything!! You guys will forever be in our hearts

The staff there were excellent.In fact there was an important lesson I learned there and it was an accountability.and staffs such as Ms.Lori Mr.shakeb ms.diamond were all good staff.I miss them

This VA clinic is very good. It is a shame the cuts to the VA are hurting the people who rely on the VA for healthcare. But this still is a outstanding resource. I'm glad it's here and for all the people who work there.

I went there back in 2012 and 13. What God did for me through using Eternal Awakenings , has sure lived up to their name, God transformed me and changed me by waking me up. I am humbled to still be apart of this wonderful and God fearing place. I’m also grateful and thankful for what God did for me so that I could step into His identity He had for me, so I too could be used for His glory. God is still continuously using this wonderful and beautiful place for His glory, all to bring the lost home, sinners to repentance and salvation to a fallen world. I went in for treatment at EA several years ago (2011) and I have never looked back. I had been to a facility in Memphis the year before after losing my son in the Army & I couldn’t seem to get my life together. It helped, but when I had a setback, I looked closer to home & found EA just 30 miles away & from the minute I entered that beautiful, stately home I felt welcomed & loved. Jim and his awesome staff as well as the others in treatment made my stay so productive and life changing. I am a minister’s daughter & the faith based treatment helped me get through & arrive back to myself. Even after my husband’s passing in 2019, I relied on the things I was taught & reminded of from my stay. If you need help for addiction or alcoholism, this is a great place to go - you will make friends you never knew you needed and learn things about yourself that carry you through the next phase of your life. I’m so grateful I found EA.

This place helped save my life!

My Dad was admitted to NE Baptist Hospital on 11-7-25 and all the staff at the ER were very nice and fast to care for my Dad provider Lim PA Stauffer and nurses Amanda,Brittany and Christy and he got moved to room 1268 to Electrophysiology Unit and nurse Mario was awesome with my Dad and fast on getting him all situated and comfortable with a lot of compassion and Day shift and night shift staff were so nice and understanding and very compassionate from day one 11-7-25 through 11-17-25 all doctores that took care of my Dad were very professional Dr Williams,Gibson,Prabhu,Tapia and Villegas and all the nurses Kayley,Amanda,Carol,Vanessa,Reagan and Maureen and all the assistants Kim,Briana,Celeste,Stacy,Malessia and Jennifer all were awesome and my Dad,nephew and myself would like to say thank you so much to all the staff that took care of my Dad while he was in this hospital unit we really appreciate every single one of you so please continue having that compassionate care for all your patients always,may God Bless ya'll, especially Kayley you are so awesome with your patients and your coworkers great job !👍🙏

The joy and laughter they bring is out of this world. And the smiles I see on there faces makes me happy. And I am so greatful to have all the doctors (Dr. Joe, Dr. Rose, Dr. Brown, Dr. Sergio) and nurses check on me. I didn't want to come to the hospital but now I don't want to leave because I feel loved and well cared for.

Been coming to wound care center for about a year to help with amputation they were very helpful and polite. My previous amputation took like four surgeries to close but with help from wound care it was able to close with one extra surgery. Thank you to Dr. McKenzie and her team.

This place tries its best

I've been coming here for a few years. Although they've been somewhat disorganized in the past (partially due to understaffing), the people there really care and they're all doing their absolute best to help the patients they have. Cheryl, Jessica, and Jacinto are all amazing and have been a huge support for me over the years. Thank you guys for all you do!

Very helpful and responsive to questions from those who don't know about what's ailing them. It may take awhile for the one ailing to understand though... and that is okay. Best place for literature, pamphlets and other useful tools.
