Burning Tree Lodge changed the trajectory of our son's life. Our family's as well. The program and community at Burning Tree have had a incredible impact on our son’s journey to achieving sobriety and maintaining sobriety. The staff provided tools and support to our son and helped him build a foundation for his life. This has been transformational. They are very passionate about their work and created accountability with our son. Their communication was consistent and transparent. The Burning Tree staff was committed to both their clients and their families, and they partner together to make a lasting change. We are beyond grateful for our son’s experience and for the assistance and encouragement our family received through the staff and the family program.

I can’t express enough how transformative my experience at Ranch House was . This facility not only provided the support I needed to achieve sobriety, but it also offered a unique environment that fostered healing.
The farm aspect is truly special. Working with the horses, donkeys, and chickens created a sense of responsibility and connection that I found incredibly therapeutic. Plus, the opportunity to pick fresh vegetables and sell them at local markets added a sense of purpose. Knowing that the proceeds help fund scholarships for others is a wonderful touch that reflects the center's commitment to giving back.
The staff was compassionate and dedicated, creating a supportive atmosphere that encouraged personal growth. I left feeling empowered and ready to face the world.

Long story short, 35 years of hard drinking landed me in a ditch in a city I'm not even from. But I thank GOD every day for it! My desperation for change got me to Briarwood detox center. I was so scared but I was unusually willing to do anything, the night before waking up in that ditch I was contemplating suicide, again. For so many years I watched my life fall apart time and time again, over and over. I really never understood why I was unable to control my drinking. Leaving Briarwood and while being transported to Nova recovery center I didn't know what to expect but my anger and anxiety were already building. I still can't get over how amazing Nova looks, it pretty much relaxes you the minute you arrive! I had never been to "rehab" before so I was blown away by the beauty of the amenities and the attentive staff. So with that said, I was sweet and grateful to be there for about 48 hours and then I started being the walking talking character defect stage character I was, telling everyone how they should do their jobs and finding things, if not inventing things to complain about. I still get embarrassed sometimes of my actions and comments I made the first weeks of my stay. But what stands out is how the staff didn't even blink! I never got the reaction I would of deserved! I was loved on! I was given understanding and compassion! They treated me like the sick person who needed help, that I was! They dug in and held me accountable with truth and what I referrer to as grace. The Recovery specialist who work with us, for us and teach us vital solutions to my disease of alcoholism that I will be forever grateful for. From the frequent individual counseling sessions to the daily group counseling classes to the, "hey I need to talk!", I received an understanding of how to maintain my life of sobriety! Nova is a very important and special place to me so I could really go on and on but the main point I want to testify about is this, I'm truly a better person today because of the dedication to helping people by the Nova recovery family!

I really needed some accountability and to be around other sober people after a relapse on alcohol in August. I signed up for the online IOP service and my counselor was Jasmine. She was amazing. I found myself looking forward to group everyday and felt a great relief of wanting to use after group. It helped me stay sober and maintain abstinence from alcohol I am truly grateful for the program. Jasmine is amazing and I consider her a good friend at this point she was able to talk me out of using my stinking thinking a lot of times and evaluate my situations from another perspective, which helped me get away from the parts of me that contribute to relapse.
I went through BRC in 2018 and am grateful ever since for starting me on my gift of sobriety! Good people who know what they’re talking about, which is hard to come by. Overall great family of programs and would send anyone I love and care about here

If it wasn't for this amazing program and facility I wouldn't be here today. It's been almost two years since I first walked through the doors of BRC. I would first and foremost like to say that if it wasn't for the staff for taking genuine interest and concern for my overall being and seeing past my physical appearance that I was struggling with something much deeper than I wouldn't have stayed. I see some negative comments and believe me I had some when I first got to Austin, TX. But, sitting here clean and sober almost 2 years later I will admit that if it wasn't for this knowledge that was given to me by this program, I probably wouldn't be who I am today. I've come to my own realization that your addiction will convince your brain of anything to keep you living in the darkness. It will tell you that you aren't and addict or that because you look different that you aren't an addict. I'm currently still working on underlying problems that led me down the road of addiction and using them to help build my strength to continue this journey of recovery. If it wasn't for BRC I would still be a lost 29-year-old mother of 6 beautiful children and I wouldn't know that a healthy relationship looks like or that firm boundaries with unhealthy people are okay. I walk in a new light thanks to this place and the people that make this program possible. One day my children will also thank them for giving them their mom back! No words can ever express the gratitude that I have for BRC. Please have an open mind when going into this program because I promise it will all be worth it. The program is strict but our addiction are even darker.

Great program with an amazing staff. I was truly fortunate to work with people who cared about my well being and were understanding of what I was going through. I can honestly say I wouldn’t have the life I have today without the people who work there.

When I walked through the doors, I was completely broken — physically, mentally, and spiritually. I didn’t think anything or anyone could help me. But from day one, the staff treated me with respect, compassion, and real understanding. They didn’t just treat my addiction — they treated me as a person.
The counselors truly cared and took the time to listen. The medical team made sure I was safe and comfortable during detox. The structure, therapy sessions, and support groups helped me understand the root of my struggles instead of just covering them up. For the first time in a long time, I felt hope.

My experience at center Court Austin was truly life changing. The people truly care! Mollie Miller and the rest of the staff have went above and beyond to help me and keep me sober and I'm forever grateful. I absolutely recommend this foundation to anyone that truly want to get and stay sober.
Our experience with Alpha has been nothing short of transformative for my 15-year-old son. When we first sought help following my son's overdose, I was overwhelmed with concern and uncertainty. But from the very first phone call, the staff made us feel supported and heard. The intake process was smooth, and they took the time to carefully explain every step of the program, ensuring we were fully informed and comfortable moving forward.
The team of counselors, therapists, and support staff is exceptional. They truly understand the challenges young people face and have a unique ability to connect with teens in a compassionate and non-judgmental way. My son has made incredible progress, thanks to their individualized approach that takes into account not only the addiction itself, but also the emotional, psychological, and social factors that contribute to it.
What stands out most about this center is their holistic approach. Alpha BH is such a good resource for adult men, as well as adolescent boys and girls who struggle with Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health. I have personally sent around 5 men here, and all have reported back positive feedback about the program, and all say the staff there truly care. Plus, they’re located deep in the heart of Austin!

I am grateful to Alpha for the wonderful and effective program they've designed. Mental health and related services have been hit-or-miss for our family, but Alpha has been such a great combination of evidence-based programming, support, love, and a pathway to independence for young men with struggles.

This is the best place to come to and recover I’ve been to 5 rehabs and this by far has been the best. Swimming and a personal trainer yes. A chance to address my mental health and my addiction issues as well as trauma. 100 percent I put into this program and I got out 100 percent 💯

Food is fantastic! Property and facility are above average with respect to the size of the grounds and amenities (swimming pool, basketball court, tennis court, pool table, ping pong table, foosball, and plastic throwing axes). Yoga Therapy, Equine Therapy, Art Therapy, and Music Therapy are also offered. 12-Step Recovery, SMART Recovery, and Refuge/Dharma Therapy are also offered Counselors are great and very supportive in your recovery. Holistically, the programming/classes offered are informative, and well rounded. An outside event is offered every Saturday, and they are democratically selected by the clients. While there we went to see 3 movies and we also went bowling. Lastly, it's a huge plus to have 24hr access to your cell phone and laptop to conduct any business that you need to attend to.

This place is ALMOST like a resort. The property and facilities are beautiful. The food was always amazing , and the head chef is great. He always greets everybody with a smile and takes pride in what he serves. All the BHT were awesome too. This was my first time in rehAb and the fact they never take away. your phone and I could order off Amazon made it soo much easier. The only thing I would add is somehow pairing you up with someone who is a little ahead of you coming off the same substance. So you can ask them what to expect. I literally walked around asking everybody" What's your DOC?" I only found one person. Seemed 80% of residents were there for alcohol. I was there for Fetty& Meth. Took subs too early got PSw which sucked but the nurses did what they could to help and I survived. I did complete the 30 day residential and recommend.
Very grateful for the time I had here with South Meadows! Great staff, and accountability.

I can honestly say this sober living/PHP program saved my life. When I first came in, I was broken, scared, and didn’t know how to live without using. What I found here was structure, accountability, and most importantly, support from people who understood exactly what I was going through.
The house/program wasn’t just a roof over my head it became a safe place where I could rebuild myself, one day at a time. The rules, meetings, and responsibilities might have felt hard at first, but I came to realize they were teaching me how to live again.
The friendships I built, the guidance I received, and the sense of community here gave me the foundation I needed to stay sober and grow. I’ll always be grateful for the staff and my housemates who stood by me when I couldn’t stand on my own.
If you’re struggling and looking for a place to heal, I truly believe this home can give you that chance. It gave me mine, and it changed my life.

I was treated with respect and helped with doors while visiting. I use a walker so helping in some situations is helpful.
What more can I say, New Hope Ranch saverd my life!!! The staff genuinely cares for each client and supports our recovery journey. From Steve to Taylor, the entire med staff (Anh, Mariana, Ricky, Joe & Kristine etc..) The BHTs are a true blessing, always going out of their way while being pulled in every direction (Angela, Karen, Ashleigh & Chris) . Chef Angel & Drea always making sure our stomachs are full with their delicious food , driver Ricardo for picking me up in Houston and graciously taking me back upon completing RTC/PHP. Last but not least, my counselor Angela and Ms. Kary. If you are an addict/alcoholic in need of treatment, New Hope Ranch is at the top of the list. This place saved my life. The staff are like family they genuinely care about you and your treatment. They make sure your well fed. The gym is fully loaded and where I spend most of time. [EDIT/UPDATE] Well, it’s been 5 years since I posted the brief review seen above, and I feel like both this clinic AND me deserve something of an update.
I am still a patient of the clinic’s, albeit a patient whose chaotic and life-threatening issues with opiate addiction thankfully have been thoroughly tamed. While Google Reviews isn’t the appropriate venue to detail the grittier personal details encompassed within an individual case of opiate addiction disorder, I will share without hesitation the undeniable reality that without the service of professionally compassionate treatment of the addiction nightmare which first brought me to their doorstep, I would not be alive and able to compose the review you’re now reading.
How very happy I AM here today, able to talk about this treatment and the improvements to and gains made in my life, none of which would have been remotely possible without the service provided by this clinic. Relationships shattered by the damage wrought by addiction have been repaired. My apartment becomes a nicer and more enjoyable place to call home with each passing year as I replace belongings that I sold or traded for drugs in the past and add new ones I never had the chance to enjoy “back then.”
It’s easier to look in the mirror now that I put on new, clean clothes that
I like to wear, instead of rummaging through piles of tattered threads, searching for the least dirty garments I first got from donation bins and the like. My self-esteem grows each passing day. I no longer avert my eyes from those of the people I encounter.
I no longer find myself having to constantly look over my proverbial shoulder, worried that the people I know will steal my belongings at the first opportunity they see to do so. I no longer find myself incarcerated, wondering what lunkheaded thing I did to land myself there while I was, no doubt, blacked-out thanks to some atrociously dangerous combination of opiates, benzodiazepines, and anything else I might have imbibed while barking at the moon. Good grief, am I ever glad that those days seem finally to be behind me.
One more killer perk which I suspect just might appeal to someone out there: I haven’t been dope-sick—or, I suppose I ought to say “in withdrawal”—not even once since the first day I began treatment.
Not.
Even.
Once.
So, if you’re sick and tired of being sick and tired, do yourself a gigantic, merciful favor by picking up the phone and giving these fine folks a ringy-dingy-ding. You could literally change your life today. Never have I regretted my decision to do so.

Words cannot describe how good of a program this is. Ms. Joyce is truly a god sent angel from heaven. She really cares about you and does everything in her power to help you get your life on the right track. Choosing ADAAP for IOP was one of the best decisions I have made since getting clean. I have been in substance abuse treatment 30 plus times. I had never realized that my continual dissent into addiction was driven by trauma. Omega was a wonderful experience that helped me to begin the healing process from childhood trauma. I am extremely grateful for the wonderful therapists, medical staff and of course the Behavioral Techs.
I am Sober and have made giant step in getting better.
I highly recommend this program for anybody struggling with addiction, mental health issues and problems with Technology Addiction. Omega has helped me save my own life...

Getting into recovery is scary, but with my experience at omega it completely changed my life. I went from having the worst thoughts possible to now being able to handle my emotions with new skills and tools provided by clinicians and therapists. They even got my medication stable to where I can function day to day with no problem. When I found Omega, I was desperate for help. I’m a single mom, and had just taken my partner to a treatment center of his own.
I spent the first week or so of being here insisting that it wasn’t gonna work, just seeing as I’ve been in and out of treatment for 11 years now. But, I’ve been here 4 weeks today and I’m so much farther now than I ever thought I could be.
I have to thank all the staff for their continued support and encouragement, and even patience, while I’ve struggled and fought to get to where I am now. I’m on track to get back to my kids and I’m so looking forward to “restarting” my life now that I’m healthier mentally than I’ve felt in, quite honestly, as long as I can remember.
Words will never quite be able to describe or express my gratitude towards Omega and its staff for all the love they’ve shown to me and everyone else I’ve met since I got here. I’ve been able to speak with my kids on a semi-consistent basis, my therapist has been so supportive and helpful, and everyone has been able to sit down and listen/talk with me when I need it. I can’t think of a better center than here for my situation as a parent with two little ones at home. They’re my reason for coming here and all the staff have been so understanding about that, and have used my love for them to push me to do better and BE better so I can go home and truly be the mother my babies deserve.

Any Length Retreat truly is a place where men recover my own experience has proven that. I arrived at ALR a shell of a human. I have been shown a way of living that truly works and now have the tools necessary to live joyous happy and free. this place saves lives and does drug and alcohol treatment different than any other place I've ever experienced. And for that I am truly grateful. Special shouts to Scotty, Ger-bear, Kaleb, Tha Foundah and Jto tha Dizzle. They are examples of what it means to be a recovered gentleman!

This place saved my life. My experience here was amazing. Great staff. The community of men were amazing. This was my first time in treatment however I’ve been to numerous other facilities with one of my family members. There is no comparison. If you want a facility that cares, works the 12 step program and is big on accountability then this is the place to go. Absolutely loved it here. I’ll be coming back as an alumni.
The staff is wonderful, and this place has honestly been my life saver, keeping me from being a slave to fentanol and other opiates from the streets. They're very understanding, and kind, I really recommend this to anyone who is struggling with opioid dependency and abuse. God bless yall.

I'm leaving this comment because of my counselor, Chad. Here's by far, in my very long time at this outpatient center, the most caring and knowledgeable counselor I have ever had the pleasure of being assigned to. It would take me a novels worth of verbiage and wording to explain how far he goes to help me. Not only is he incredibly perceptive, but he is able to adapt his manner of help and counseling to each individual's way of retaining that help. I've been receiving treatment from this facility even before it was cms, back when it was still called Mars. So I've seen countless counselors come and go, and one little thing that stands out amongst all of the counselors that I've been assigned to is that Chad is the only one who has ever said "don't hesitate to give me a call if you're having a bad day, or you just need someone to talk to, or if something's going wrong and you need some advice. If I'm here at the office, I'll MAKE time to talk", and he means it. There's been many times where I have had to reach out to him, when having a bad day or in a situation where I needed advice, and he does his best to relay any and all help he can. A while back I had started looking at other treatment facilities, around the same time that he came on board at CMS and I got assigned to him. And I have to say, if it weren't for Chad coming into my life and being an outlet and more than a counselor, someone I can consider a friend in the professional sense. If it weren't for him, I would have left and joined this other outpatient clinic that I had found. I'm leaving this review so all will know the outstanding job that he does day in and day out. And it is not an easy job. So chad, hold your head high and keep up the good work. I am forever grateful for all of the knowledge and lessons that you have taught me in our time together. I give five stars to my counselor Lorena she's amazing if it wasn't for her I don't think I would have stuck around I've been to quite a few different clinics Lorena has helped me with my sobriety and lot she's easy to talk to she always makes me feel better before I leave the rest of the stuff pretty normal front desk really nice overall Ferguson is a good clinic
This VA clinic is very good. It is a shame the cuts to the VA are hurting the people who rely on the VA for healthcare. But this still is a outstanding resource. I'm glad it's here and for all the people who work there.

This location off of Airport Blvd is amazing. I stayed at The Inn for a week with some concerning mental health issues I've never experienced before. The entire staff, from the monitors to the nurses and medication staff, I mean literally, everyone made my time there comfortable and got me all the help I needed. They always had answers for me on anything I had concerns with.
One person in particular named Marc Bickgen has shown the most of anyone. He has helped me and taught me so much. He comes to my location for counseling since my wife is using our truck for work. He is always on time, and never once has he looked at the clock to try and run out the door. We have had two sessions at my apartment, so his knowledge and leadership with me in my time of need has been an absolute blessing. I've never been shown the respect or had any counselor take the time to show what it means to have a non judgemental, non biased, no opinion, and provide more tools than I have ever known I possessed to help me.
The Inn and Integral Care have been a life changing experience for me, and for the first time in years, I am hopeful with the future.
Thanks again to Marc B. and the rest of the staff at the Airport Blvd location.
Honestly one of the best places I’ve been! I mean for me I didn’t want to be there not because it was a horrible place but because i needed to attend to my life but this place truly saved my life like 3 times literally and so grateful they went to court to keep me even safer.
The doctor was fantastic
The social worker was amazing
Shout to the two nurses Caitlin and Craig i literally don’t know what I would have done without their support
Food was good for someone who has an ed but I didn’t like I didn’t see a dietitian till my 8-9 days horrible
I loved all my one to ones they were all sweet and kept me sane
I don’t like how when I was having a seizure they called them fake and said I was pulling a stunt.
Loved my peers
Cross creek reminds me that there is still good in this world…
I literally already mentioned it but Caitlin truly changed my life forever and made me see the good in the world and sat with me to talk abt my challenges

I can only review my experience with my daughter in this hospital. I understand that others may have had different experiences, but I am posting for other parents of young children & teens. I believe that my daughter's hospital stay truly helped her. She was in for about a week, and they were able to give us an accurate diagnosis, and they correctly adjusted her meds. She got to do yoga and art projects, group therapy and she had an individual therapist as well. I was able to speak with her every night by phone, and we visited her 4 days a week. It was extremely difficult to have her away from home, but she was truly stabilized there and it was worth it. You have to trust the process. I'm grateful for the staff, and I am hopeful about my daughter's future. Is everything absolutely perfect? No. But it's a good program for kids who are in crisis.

Danielle is absolutely incredible! During my stay, she was truly one of the brightest lights. Her kindness and compassion went far beyond anything I could have imagined. Danielle has such a calm, comforting presence that made me feel safe, even on my hardest days. She didn’t just do her job she genuinely cared. She took the time to listen, to understand, and to make sure everyone felt supported, even when our lives felt like they were falling apart. Thanks to her, healing felt possible. I can’t say enough good things about her she’s a rare and wonderful person who truly makes a difference.

i did discovery's iop and php program and it completely changed my mental health for the better. i've been to a handful of treatment programs and this one was by far the best. i was in such an awful place at the time and after finishing up the program i honestly feel like a new person. the therapists and staff always go above and beyond. they're funny, kind, and honestly make you feel safe. i highly recommend discovery to anyone struggling with mental illness. part of me was sad to leave!

I’m very grateful for this program. Mental health is something to be taken seriously and from day one I always felt like Discovery and the staff understood that and stand by it. My mental health and personal development benefitted greatly from attending Discovery.
There were times where the things we did felt a little repetitive but I did see the benefit in revisiting things as well. I appreciated the patience and encouragement to get better.
Shout out to all the staff everyone was extremely awesome and I’m gonna miss them all!
