I can't say enough about this place they helped my stepson out a lot he was there for 3 months, I just wish they were accepting people right now but there under remodeling, update:what I was told they are not longer accepting people the owner wants to.close.

Good addiction programs for adults. Christine, Dee, Gina, and Kim are great therapists that actually care about the clients. The medical staff are nice. No facility is perfect, but this place is good and I personally recommend it.

I completed a full stay at the lighthouse sober living as well as went through their PHP, IOP, and SOP programs they offer. Lighthouse didn’t just get me back on my feet, but they laid the necessary tools to live a happy, sober, and independent life in front of me and showed me in depth how to use each and every one of them. I will forever be in debt to what this program gave me during the most formative year of my life. Lighthouse is one of very few places where every staff member truly just wants to see you succeed. I could go through the list of names, but it would be too long. Thank you lighthouse for giving me the why’s and the how’s on how to live a life beyond what I could have imagined a little over a year ago.

Navigating this past year with my child in recovery was incredibly challenging, especially with him being 12 hours away from home. From the very beginning, the team at Lighthouse Recovery made me feel supported and informed every step of the way. I could tell that they truly cared for my child, not just as a client, but as a person. Bryce, my son’s case manager, was always timely and compassionate in his communication, answering my questions and keeping me updated. Frankie, the operations manager, took the time to help me understand addiction and what my child was going through. Brooke, the Chief Clinical Officer, also offered guidance and support. I had to trust complete strangers with my child, and I can honestly say that Lighthouse became an extension of our family. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made an overwhelming situation feel manageable, and I am deeply grateful for everything they did to support both my child and our family.

I will FOREVER be grateful for Symmetria, they have helped me in more ways than one! I am 6 months in fighting a battle with Kratom. I called Symetria 6 months ago and the next morning I was in the office in Arlington. When I walked in I was a mess, crying and scared. They took me in and helped me right away and took their time with me and the process was so easy to get started. I cannot tell you how much better I felt that day walking out of there. I am doing more than great because of myself and the team in Arlington- David, Misty, Kari, Anita and the docs are so patient and really care. They chose a plan perfect for me and keep an eye on me all the time, they are available 24/7. How ever they figured out how to do it, they did it right! I am thankful for them and will always recommend them. I advise anyone to please just reach out and make that first call.

I’ve been coming to symetria for a year now I would definitely recommend if you’ve been abusing fentanyl the change David has made have been astronomical and how welcoming Kerry is at the front door is great also great job guys!!!!

I had an amazing experience with NP Ubabuco. I recently moved from Florida and attended an IOP program under the care of a psychiatrist. I didn’t agree with prior diagnoses and we discussed why I felt that way and NP Unabuco was able to give his input on what possibly led to those diagnoses. For the first time in my mental health journey I felt heard. I am excited to continue and feel that I am in the best place for care. Staff were extremely helpful as well. 10/10 ✨

Before learning about this place; I had very limited knowledge about what programs I would be qualified for (I’m a veteran) I assumed just the VA (for medical ) and I never gave it much thought past that . Finding out about the RRC has dramatically changed my life for the better; and I’m profoundly grateful. Prior to going there -I had lost my job and was about to be added to the ranks of the newly homeless (Depending on how you define “ homeless” in some people’s eyes, I would’ve already been there. I was staying on the floor of a gym at a church where I would clean every night in exchange for sleeping there. I was too stubborn to go to a homeless shelter, because the one thing I had left in my life that I had no intention of leaving was my cat. Me and Cleo have been together a long time- she’s my family. Fast forward almost a year. I have my own car; my own apartment (cat friendly! ) I make a little income online but also searching for a job (it’s hard to maintain a job if you can’t wash your clothes or have a place to stay) RRC didn’t do EVERYTHING for me - But I can honestly say I would not be where I’m at now without them. And although it’s a government agency, I have not met a bad employee from there- My caseworker, Amanda Jones; has went out of her way numerous times to help me-These people care about their clients and they do whatever they can to help them- If you are a veteran and you need help, they should be the first people you call. I spent almost 2 months in residential treatment here and back then i believe that it was positive learning experience. every day we stayed in some type of class or group activity. attended NA and AA weekly. was taught the 12 steps. spent christmas here in 1999. new years as well. Y2K. thought all the lights were gonna go off that night. but i was still a knuckle head. smoked cigarettes in the bathroom. hid snacks in my window and was kicked out because my room mate was stiffing finger nail polish and i didnt report it. 25 years ago today there were good people that worked there. if your kids dont learn anything here its because they didnt listen or didnt care cause they give you lots of tool and info.

i would like to start off by saying tyrc is a good program i went last year right before summer and i learned so much i love the staff to this day im apart of the lgbtq community(gay) and they went above and beyond for me to be successful in the program however it will be alot you wil go through things they will not baby you when they say you can leave at anytime you cant unless you want a warrant out for your arrest they have a game room,basketball court,gym,GROUPS they have all types of groups therapy,AA,NA,spiritual,free time theirs so much but so little its so many good memories but soo hard to let go of what you think you need

My experience with Homeward bound back in the day was a great one. I was in the process of trying to be admitted recently and it ended up taking 4 days before I was told no. I have the distinct problem of taking benzodiazepines and being addicted to Fentanyl. This facility is for simple detox only. They have other programs but my experience is with the detox part. I like the people they are great but they have their limits and they know it. Listen when the nurse sends you away and keeps making you jump through hoops. That is her passive aggressive no and im not sure why they dont just say no instead of making people go to doctors and get prescriptions changed just so the nurse can bring in security and tell you they don't think you will be able to come to the program after all. Detoxing off benzos and opiates was too much for them. This isn't a resort set up not a vacation. DETOX ! BRING CIGARETTES ! YOU SMOKE AFTER EVERY MEAL AND PEOPLE WANNA BUM one every meal. This place is good for a simple detox. No bells no whistles you get in you get out. the staff is very nice they help you get funding or you set up a payment plan but funding is available. The kitchen has decent meals three times a day. After every meal you get smoke breaks. There are no groups you don't have to sit in group at all for any reason .They put out desserts for snacks in between meals for all the sugar addicts. It's a 5 to 7-Day detox depending on the funding and how much you got in your system Max is 7 days.

It was a great opportunity to be there. Everyone was very helpful, attentive and considerate. Helped save my life.

Homeward Bound was the greatest experience I have ever been involved with, I love the food and they bus the clients to church 2 times a week and they feed you at both churches, I love 2nd Chance over in farmers branch, the staff is Amazing, Ms. Stephanie, Ms Donna, and the counselors that I didn't mention I love y'all, Ms Michelle, Ms Melissa, Mr.Darrell , AC in detox the entire nursing staff Mr. Mark the driver, I am still doing well, may Homeward Bound continue to be Blessed to keep saving lives. Oh don't let me forget Ms. Jeannie, Mr. Russell, Ms.Evelyn, Ms. Flore

MHMR Western Hills is a great clinic if you are needing help. I have put these people through hell. Yet they still went above and beyond what should be expected of them to help me.

I love them that place everybody's there is friendly I never have to wait too long to be seen and they're very gentle when they give me my injections from a medicine
