My son had a mental health emergency in May. Although he didn’t go to La Hacienda Brittany was Amazing in guiding us through such a difficult time! By God’s grace and Britanny’s help my son is doing so much better. I highly recommend starting here if you don’t know what to do with a family member or friend going though mental or substance abuse issues.

Words could never express my appreciation for the team at La Hacienda. The buildings are older than I expected, but the love and treatment there is state of the art. The time spent there will put you or your love one on the right track to the life you are seeking. The family program is not easy, but plays a huge role in success. The family support during and after is amazing. It is like an extended family reunion of support each week, where joys are celebrated and those experiencing set backs are supported. Our family will always appreciate and be thankful for La Ha.

From the beginning, the staff was helpful in understanding the process, getting insurance approval, clear communication to the family throughout the process, etc. The staff is wonderful about checking in with the patient post-visit and have developed a vast network of alumni who are deeply connected. LaHa is a place where hope begins and provides the tools to find health and wellness.

This is an amazing and very spiritual place to began recovery. The councilors there are great. This place saved my life. Highly recommend this place for you or anyone you care about that needs help with addiction.

I want to extend my sincere gratitude to the entire staff at Starlite Recovery Center for their professionalism, compassion, and the exceptional care they provided. They consistently went above and beyond my expectations throughout my stay. My treatment at Starlite lasted 36 days, and the tools, insight, and support I received during that time have been foundational to my sobriety. I am now 56 days sober and continuing my recovery journey through PHP, followed by IOP. The progress I’ve made is directly tied to the work I began at Starlite. I would wholeheartedly recommend Starlite Recovery Center to anyone who is ready to do the work and truly wants to get better. I am a therapist specializing in trauma and addiction and I have sent several clients to the Fullbrook center and they ALWAYS do an amazing job. Their team is compassionate and dedicated and their clinical approach is cutting edge, and not just trauma informed (the buzz phrase all programs say), but rather they are trauma integrated! Sadly, Windmill now is allowing previous employees to post reviews. This troubles me. My initial review was heartfelt and honest. It upsets me that Windmill is doing this. Windmill used to be better than this. Perhaps it has to do with the new ownership.

I had the most amazing experience of my life! WWR saved my life in many ways. I tackled multiple addictions and took advantage of every service they offer (which there are many!). The counselors and recovery advocates are incredible. While I now have the tools to go back to the real world, I will miss this place in my soul. I would recommend WWR to anyone needing to face addiction or any other mental challenge.

Windmill is set amongst a beautiful scenery of trees and deers, that enables peace of mind and a healing quietness for the spirit. This serene atmosphere grows and shines in the people living there and the ones there providing us support through their smiles and patient caring for each other. I was able to learn again what it felt like to be human, sane, and a part of something. Fellowship being the heart of the strength built, I walked away with a community that stands as an army ready to fight together. You will be empowered. It works if you work it. As the windmill keeps turning, so shall we!

Nova is far from perfect, and some of the information can be misleading. But if you want to dive deep into the 12 Steps while enjoying good food and a beautiful scenic view, this is the place for you. The staff is great — the RAs and techs are friendly and genuinely care. The woman who runs it, however, can be unreasonable and enforces some silly rules (like not being allowed to save your food for later — insanity), but fortunately, she’s not around much. Jeff and Korn are the ones who really run the show. They have a ton of recovery experience and are both awesome guys who truly care. Jeff changed my life and helped save my marriage, so the place gets five stars from me for that reason alone. Thank you to Jeff, Korn, Cassandra, Jen, Leon Phelps, Aaron, and the rest of the staff!

If you’re looking for somewhere to go just to satisfy your family and chill out for a while, this probably isn’t the place for you. If you’re serious about making changes I highly recommend Nova. I went to Austin with a duffle bag of clothes and no plan 9 years ago, I built a new life with what I learned there.

The techs,therapists, and case managers were all amazing. They do everything in their power to make you comfortable and feel loved through difficult times. 10/10 would recommend to an addict seeking recovery.

The counseling staff demonstrates exceptional friendliness, support, helpfulness, and knowledge. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sage Recovery and Wellness Center is truly a healing place. From the moment you arrive, you can feel the peace and care that went into creating such a beautiful environment. The property itself is stunning — from the pool and hot tub to the cozy spaces throughout the villa (which feels more like a luxury home than a facility). The daily schedule may look full at first, but it’s so thoughtfully structured. Over time, you start building healthy habits and routines that carry into your everyday life after you leave. Some of my favorite parts were equine therapy at the Healing Horses Ranch (the staff there are amazing!), accudetox, yoga, and personal training. Everything is designed to help you reconnect with yourself and appreciate the little things again. The villa is gorgeous — spacious, peaceful, and filled with comforts like books to read, a beautiful kitchen, and incredible chef-made meals. But what truly makes Sage special is the staff. They don’t just show up for you — they get down in the trenches with you. They listen, they care, and they help guide you out of the darkness with compassion and understanding. The clients I met there became like family. Everyone is going through something, and it’s so powerful to feel seen, supported, and understood in that way. The therapists and curriculum are absolutely life-changing — I learned so many coping skills that I use every day. I am beyond grateful for my time at Sage. It was one of the most transformative experiences of my life, and I genuinely believe they saved my life. If you’re ready to work on yourself and heal, this is the place to do it. 💛

This program helped me to start the healing process after a 20 year alcohol addiction. Because of the amazing staff I have been able to start to turn my life around. I am forever grateful to SARC.

SARC saved my life. My life had become unmanageable and was spiraling out of control. I was still working my full time successful career, but it was only a matter of time before I could have lost everything I’ve spent my life building. Tired of waking up with a black box of wine on my nightstand I threw lord knows what into my suitcase and checked into Cagnon for 38 days. For a girl accustomed to being in complete control I was petrified. I was a mess. The staff was so welcoming and walked me through the process. Was I ready to take 12 weeks off of work? It was life or death and I chose life. The detox process was tough. Reba and Alan made me as comfortable as I could be. I had sweats and nightmares. Roy, a lead counselor calmed me down. My job for 5 days was sleep, hydrate and rest. Gen the program Director Is fabulous. She kept assuring me trust in the process. Allow myself time to heal, grieve and let someone take care of me for once. The days are very structured with wellness, nutrition, groups, education, counseling. Nutrition and routine and self discipline are key. We have one job while in treatment. Show up!! It’s impossible not to learn, grow and learn valuable tools and coping skills to set you up for a lifetime of sobriety. All counselors know your name and your case. They are always available to lend an ear and advice. The center is staffed with people in long term recovery. Richard, Steven, Blake, Jess, Mandy Jo all have real life experience , Every night there is an AA meeting and fellow patients can meet in groups to do book study, talk and truly become a recovery family. This is a private facility that works with many insurance companies and helps people who need to make arrangements for private pay. The setting is serene and a wonderful place to heal. Gen, Roy and Paula are true experts in their field. Each with their own individual techniques and special touches to group sessions. I am for ever indebted to the techs, counselors and Karen and Raul Ruelas for their relentless passion in fighting for those struggling with substance abuse disorder to live a long happy life free of drugs and alcohol. World class facility. Amazing caring people who pour their heart and sole into what they do. Highly recommend if your looking for a program that treats the total individual and follows up on you for life. Love you all for all you did for me. XoXo D. Run don’t walk!! Jackie should be stripped of her license. She used her position to look up my information and called me at 6:50am in California. This woman has ZERO business running a recovery facility. She heckled me and was relentless on the phone. I filed a grievance with State and against her. So sad she’s in charge. Place went downhill after Karen and Raul sold. Tragic. Go to New Day or SOBA. She’s a disgrace to the recovery community!! Do not go there.

If you or your loved one needs tough love, education, and support this place is for you. I know this journey is so incredibly hard and scary but there is help out here when you are ready. I really appreciate the guidance and understanding they taught me to help others. I agree rehab is expensive without insurance but this place changes and saves lives when you are ready.

Great place. Had been going for years. Too bad they only take one side of a story when conflicts arise. I love taking care of my side of the street, but when a group or someone in particular is running my personal life from the shadows it is very disturbing. Please go if you are new! Just be careful not to piss off the wrong person. Resentment is the number 1 killer and this won't kill me. Try other places if you are feeling a certain way about the invasive old timey way. I love old timey. Just not when it thinks it is right on everything and exercises power granted to them to appease a solitary female with no investigation into the other side of the issue.

I am a patient here and I love it! It’s still a hidden gem! Hardly any wait time and everyone is helpful and informative.
