I blame myself for not communicating better. At the time I was forced to leave my denton home and stay with family in the colony and had to drive every day Mon thru Fri to denton. I finally tried looking for some place closer and thank the Lord He led me here. I called and they asked about insurance which I gave all my info about. I seriously had doubts that it would be of any help. Years ago methadone wasnt covered easily by insurance... But they made my day when they told me yep they take my insurance which is through marketplace. AND I would not have to pay anything out of pocket!! I was singing and dancing. Been here ever since. Even when I messed up and missed open enrollment, they still worked with me without insurance... i was so worried but everyone reassured me that they would find a way to help me here and they did. A couple days prior to my intake, I met with Austin Brown for an admissions screening. Bonded immediately and had a lot of similar experiences. I knew this was a good place for me. Then, I walked back in on October 27th, my first day of sobriety, for intake. I was nervous to say the least. Nothing in my life had gone according to plan over the past couple years, and I had really hit rock bottom the last 10 months. Reece conducted my initial intake and I got along with him great right off the bat. This meeting, immediately prior to my first IOP session at 6pm, showed me this was a serious place for recovery. I was all-in. Then came down to IOP evening sessions, 3 days a week for 3 hours. 12 week program and if you do well, you may have the opportunity to be invited back for an additional 8 week SOP program. The first thing I realized in IOP was I am not alone. There were other guys in similar positions as me and I could relate to them instantly. If not for my peers in IOP, led by our group counselors Jose and Collin, I don’t know if I would have stayed. Friendships were sparked in that room that will likely carry a lifetime. It’s all about who you surround yourself with during recovery. You need good people. Good counselors and good peers. You will get that at Lighthouse and you’ll get all the support you need along the way, in a beautiful facility. It is hard to know where to take your loved one when they are in crisis mode and at their most vulnerable. I am leaving this to encourage anyone needing to get their loved one help in the midst of an addiction. Lighthouse Recovery has provided a team of experienced professionals to lead our son out of addiction and into recovery. Their progress-based approach has given him the individualized care he has needed. During this entire process the Lighthouse team has always met our son where he was at, we have never felt like he was part of a system. His clinical team have done an outstanding job of identifying his mental health needs and getting him the treatment he needed. I know there are names I don’t know, but Brooke and Sam have been excellent all of these months. Sam really earned our son’s trust. The sober living program has been the daily guidance and structure to allow our son to heal and learn how to live sober. Bryce, Frankie, and all of the house managers have been fully committed to our son’s success. Bryce, as his case manager, has been a bridge for our family between the care team and our son. His communication is excellent. He has kept us up-to-date at all times and responds momentarily when we reach out. We have never felt cutoff from this process in any way. He will now be our son’s sobriety coach and we could not imagine the next phase of our son’s recovery without Bryce. We have experienced how the clinical and sober living teams work together for the mission of helping our son step into a full and productive life, healthy and sober. We will be forever grateful for everything they have done to equip our son and to give him this chance. The ropes course was heroic for me. It taught me how to trust, how to work with a team, and how to do things I thought were impossible on my own — only to discover they were possible with support. Those lessons were not just taught once. They were repeated over and over again until they became part of me. The clinical staff is world-class. The people there genuinely care. My primary therapist and case manager, Lisa, was outstanding — truly international-class. She was wise, direct, compassionate, and deeply skilled. Quite simply, she was amazing. Jumping for my coin was one of the most courageous things I have ever done. That moment represented more than completion. It represented a new life. I went from 200 pounds when I went in to 240 pounds when I was finally able to check after I left. They have a habit of taking forever and dragging their feet when it comes to approving anything medically necessary outside of their prescribed regimen. We enjoyed the on facility pool, team building exercises with the other residents and even had movie time once a week. I also was able to take advantage of a virtual reality session that prepared me for being exposed to my DOC in a safe environment and allowed me a one on one session with an expert trained in exposure therapy. This allowed me to see how physiologically my body will respond to triggers and therefore gave me much better ability to prepare for returning to my life outside of the center. The residental staff is caring, compassionate and friendly. The therapists were knowledgeable, present and available when I needed them. The 12 step team taught a comprehensive program that broke down the literature in a way that was easy to grasp. The kitchen staff provided fantastic meals. The rooms were kept clean daily and provided me with my own private balcony-a beautiful place to begin and end my days, reflecting on the many thoughts that addicts ponder during treatment. I look forward to continuing my treatment there with the PHP program and intend to complete my IOP at this location as well. I was given such great care that I wanted to ensure continuity of treatment throughout all the steps of my treatment program. Highly recommend to anyone who's ready to change their life. I called 988 in July 2024, and they sent 2 regular people to just talk to me. They did not judge or tell me what to do, they listened and were able to get me out of the living environment that was making my grief from my sweet baby brother’s suicide so much worse. I’ve been homeless and was DONE soI took half a bottle of blood pressure pills. Crazy thing because I didn’t even get a good night sleep. So then I was assigned a case worker who was a regular person going to college to get his degree in counseling, who would come and pick me up, take me to my appointments and take me to the pharmacy. It was amazing and it’s because for once I was SHOWN my life was worth living, clearly something my own family would never do. I’ve been at this clinic almost a year and now my social security will finally go through in a few months. They even helped me do my application and soon I will have my own income and will never need help from any family ever again, and THAT feels great. I’m healing a little and none of this could have happened without MHMR. I’m just so grateful & this place does great work if you’re very direct and honest about what you need. I can honestly say New Season is one of the good ones. The lady who works up front is super nice And has been nothing but helpful to me. I believe it is $15 a day to pay for your methadone and If you want to go the Suboxone Route they also offer that as well ( I dont remember the cost per day but it is slightly higher than the methadone ) they only serve the liquid methadone ( cherry ) IF you are guest dosing there is a $25 charge, but you only have to pay that once a year. BUT what makes New Season Treatment a good to great clinic in my eyes, is no matter what person you deal with it is always with respect and they seem to actually care about the people they serve . From the Doctor to the Nurse to the Counselors dont have anything bad to say about any of them. I was in quite a predicament at one point in my recovery And I actually was a full time client with New Season and I ended 2 weeks later having to move to Houston And they never treated me differently or made a fuss about the situation just helped me get the transfer to Houston. I would WAY rather have stayed with New Season than my current Home clinic if I'm being %100 honest... I can also say I went to other clinics in the DFW Area and I had a horrible experience at another clinic in Dallas and New Season is my go to for the Dallas / Fort Worth Area. A couple days prior to my intake, I met with Austin Brown for an admissions screening. Bonded immediately and had a lot of similar experiences. I knew this was a good place for me. Then, I walked back in on October 27th, my first day of sobriety, for intake. I was nervous to say the least. Nothing in my life had gone according to plan over the past couple years, and I had really hit rock bottom the last 10 months. Reece conducted my initial intake and I got along with him great right off the bat. This meeting, immediately prior to my first IOP session at 6pm, showed me this was a serious place for recovery. I was all-in. Then came down to IOP evening sessions, 3 days a week for 3 hours. 12 week program and if you do well, you may have the opportunity to be invited back for an additional 8 week SOP program. The first thing I realized in IOP was I am not alone. There were other guys in similar positions as me and I could relate to them instantly. If not for my peers in IOP, led by our group counselors Jose and Collin, I don’t know if I would have stayed. Friendships were sparked in that room that will likely carry a lifetime. It’s all about who you surround yourself with during recovery. You need good people. Good counselors and good peers. You will get that at Lighthouse and you’ll get all the support you need along the way, in a beautiful facility. Their progress-based approach has given him the individualized care he has needed. During this entire process the Lighthouse team has always met our son where he was at, we have never felt like he was part of a system. I know there are names I don’t know, but Brooke and Sam have been excellent all of these months. Sam really earned our son’s trust. The sober living program has been the daily guidance and structure to allow our son to heal and learn how to live sober. Bryce, Frankie, and all of the house managers have been fully committed to our son’s success. Bryce, as his case manager, has been a bridge for our family between the care team and our son. His communication is excellent. He has kept us up-to-date at all times and responds momentarily when we reach out. We have never felt cutoff from this process in any way. He will now be our son’s sobriety coach and we could not imagine the next phase of our son’s recovery without Bryce. We have experienced how the clinical and sober living teams work together for the mission of helping our son step into a full and productive life, healthy and sober. We will be forever grateful for everything they have done to equip our son and to give him this chance. They have stood in between our son and his addiction in a way our family could not have and they provided a safe haven for him to begin sobriety, Lighthouse Recovery has our highest recommendation and confidence. I use to go to denton clinic last year and even years ago and I was honestly struggling very hard to keep up with payments and Im not here to bash... I blame myself for not communicating better. At the time I was forced to leave my denton home and stay with family in the colony and had to drive every day Mon thru Fri to denton. I finally tried looking for some place closer and thank the Lord He led me here. I called and they asked about insurance which I gave all my info about. I seriously had doubts that it would be of any help. Years ago methadone wasnt covered easily by insurance... But they made my day when they told me yep they take my insurance which is through marketplace. AND I would not have to pay anything out of pocket!! I was singing and dancing. Been here ever since. Even when I messed up and missed open enrollment, they still worked with me without insurance... i was so worried but everyone reassured me that they would find a way to help me here and they did. Everyone is SO NICE also. Love it here.

The office manager helped me find a location where I could get my dose since I missed it on Saturday and I was so grateful for him to reach out because I finally got my dose I needed Because THEY CARE! When I walked into Lighthouse on October 22, 2025, I had no idea what to expect. A couple days prior to my intake, I met with Austin Brown for an admissions screening. Bonded immediately and had a lot of similar experiences. I knew this was a good place for me. Then, I walked back in on October 27th, my first day of sobriety, for intake. I was nervous to say the least. Nothing in my life had gone according to plan over the past couple years, and I had really hit rock bottom the last 10 months. Reece conducted my initial intake and I got along with him great right off the bat. This meeting, immediately prior to my first IOP session at 6pm, showed me this was a serious place for recovery. I was all-in. Then came down to IOP evening sessions, 3 days a week for 3 hours. 12 week program and if you do well, you may have the opportunity to be invited back for an additional 8 week SOP program. The first thing I realized in IOP was I am not alone. There were other guys in similar positions as me and I could relate to them instantly. If not for my peers in IOP, led by our group counselors Jose and Collin, I don’t know if I would have stayed. Friendships were sparked in that room that will likely carry a lifetime. It’s all about who you surround yourself with during recovery. You need good people. Good counselors and good peers. You will get that at Lighthouse and you’ll get all the support you need along the way, in a beautiful facility.

Our son has been in Lighthouse’s sober living program for the past ten months. It is hard to know where to take your loved one when they are in crisis mode and at their most vulnerable. I am leaving this to encourage anyone needing to get their loved one help in the midst of an addiction. Lighthouse Recovery has provided a team of experienced professionals to lead our son out of addiction and into recovery. Their progress-based approach has given him the individualized care he has needed. During this entire process the Lighthouse team has always met our son where he was at, we have never felt like he was part of a system. His clinical team have done an outstanding job of identifying his mental health needs and getting him the treatment he needed. I know there are names I don’t know, but Brooke and Sam have been excellent all of these months. Sam really earned our son’s trust. The sober living program has been the daily guidance and structure to allow our son to heal and learn how to live sober. Bryce, Frankie, and all of the house managers have been fully committed to our son’s success. Bryce, as his case manager, has been a bridge for our family between the care team and our son. His communication is excellent. He has kept us up-to-date at all times and responds momentarily when we reach out. We have never felt cutoff from this process in any way. He will now be our son’s sobriety coach and we could not imagine the next phase of our son’s recovery without Bryce. We have experienced how the clinical and sober living teams work together for the mission of helping our son step into a full and productive life, healthy and sober. We will be forever grateful for everything they have done to equip our son and to give him this chance. They have stood in between our son and his addiction in a way our family could not have and they provided a safe haven for him to begin sobriety, Lighthouse Recovery has our highest recommendation and confidence.

Santé Center for Healing saved my life. I spent 91 days there, and I can honestly say they were the best 91 days I have spent in the last 10 years. I have not felt this clear, this alive, or this connected to myself since I was 21 years old — and now I am middle-aged. Santé taught me who I was. Not just who I thought I was, not just who my addiction told me I was, but who I actually am underneath the fear, shame, secrets, and survival patterns. I learned how to be honest. I learned how to be humble. I learned how to be seen. I learned how to let other people help me. For the first time in a very, very long time, I made real friendships. The ropes course was heroic for me. It taught me how to trust, how to work with a team, and how to do things I thought were impossible on my own — only to discover they were possible with support. Those lessons were not just taught once. They were repeated over and over again until they became part of me. The clinical staff is world-class. The people there genuinely care. My primary therapist and case manager, Lisa, was outstanding — truly international-class. She was wise, direct, compassionate, and deeply skilled. Quite simply, she was amazing. Jumping for my coin was one of the most courageous things I have ever done. That moment represented more than completion. It represented a new life. I am so deeply grateful for Santé Center for Healing. If you want help, and you are truly ready to receive it, Santé is the place to go. It is where you go to find the foundation for a new life. They would not approve my Zepbound shot for 3 weeks so I gained 40 pounds in 41 days. I went from 200 pounds when I went in to 240 pounds when I was finally able to check after I left. They have a habit of taking forever and dragging their feet when it comes to approving anything medically necessary outside of their prescribed regimen. But, that's really my main complaint with the facility. Otherwise, the staff and community is very nice.

In the 33 days I spent there I was given time to medically detox, fed delicious and nutritious food, taught the nature of my addiction in scientific terms, given one on one therapy, given the option to attend wellness activities such as yoga and was provided time with a personal trainer to work on regaining my strength. We enjoyed the on facility pool, team building exercises with the other residents and even had movie time once a week. I also was able to take advantage of a virtual reality session that prepared me for being exposed to my DOC in a safe environment and allowed me a one on one session with an expert trained in exposure therapy. This allowed me to see how physiologically my body will respond to triggers and therefore gave me much better ability to prepare for returning to my life outside of the center. The residental staff is caring, compassionate and friendly. The therapists were knowledgeable, present and available when I needed them. The 12 step team taught a comprehensive program that broke down the literature in a way that was easy to grasp. The kitchen staff provided fantastic meals. The rooms were kept clean daily and provided me with my own private balcony-a beautiful place to begin and end my days, reflecting on the many thoughts that addicts ponder during treatment. I look forward to continuing my treatment there with the PHP program and intend to complete my IOP at this location as well. I was given such great care that I wanted to ensure continuity of treatment throughout all the steps of my treatment program. Highly recommend to anyone who's ready to change their life.

Every one here is SO NICE! I was looking forward to finally meeting a doctor who could help me. Well, when I met Dr. Dinghra through an iPad and only saw her eyes and nothing more, it felt extremely impersonal. I gave the doctor the benefit of the doubt. As we proceeded to talk she began interrupting me and even worse he started subtly insulting. Complete lack of empathy throughout. She only had his eyes in the frame I had no idea who I was even talking to. I could barely understand her but I definitely understood the insults. She should be fired IMMEDIATELY. Update: The director switched me doctors to Reddy and she was by far way better than Dangra. She is very nice and listened to me.

If it weren’t for MHMR, I wouldn’t be alive today. They have saved my life! Maybe my situation is just different?! I called 988 in July 2024, and they sent 2 regular people to just talk to me. They did not judge or tell me what to do, they listened and were able to get me out of the living environment that was making my grief from my sweet baby brother’s suicide so much worse. I’ve been homeless and was DONE soI took half a bottle of blood pressure pills. Crazy thing because I didn’t even get a good night sleep. So then I was assigned a case worker who was a regular person going to college to get his degree in counseling, who would come and pick me up, take me to my appointments and take me to the pharmacy. It was amazing and it’s because for once I was SHOWN my life was worth living, clearly something my own family would never do. I’ve been at this clinic almost a year and now my social security will finally go through in a few months. They even helped me do my application and soon I will have my own income and will never need help from any family ever again, and THAT feels great. I’m healing a little and none of this could have happened without MHMR. I’m just so grateful & this place does great work if you’re very direct and honest about what you need.

I will start this review off by giving some information about myself so you can actually get something out of this review and hopefully it will help someone else get their life back on track. I travel 46 weeks out of the year, sometimes my company has to fly me home for a day so I can make an appearance at my home clinic to stay compliant, so I have been to Methadone Clinics all across the United States as a Guest Dose Patient. I can honestly say New Season is one of the good ones. The lady who works up front is super nice And has been nothing but helpful to me. I believe it is $15 a day to pay for your methadone and If you want to go the Suboxone Route they also offer that as well ( I dont remember the cost per day but it is slightly higher than the methadone ) they only serve the liquid methadone ( cherry ) IF you are guest dosing there is a $25 charge, but you only have to pay that once a year. BUT what makes New Season Treatment a good to great clinic in my eyes, is no matter what person you deal with it is always with respect and they seem to actually care about the people they serve . From the Doctor to the Nurse to the Counselors dont have anything bad to say about any of them. I was in quite a predicament at one point in my recovery And I actually was a full time client with New Season and I ended 2 weeks later having to move to Houston And they never treated me differently or made a fuss about the situation just helped me get the transfer to Houston. I would WAY rather have stayed with New Season than my current Home clinic if I'm being %100 honest... I can also say I went to other clinics in the DFW Area and I had a horrible experience at another clinic in Dallas and New Season is my go to for the Dallas / Fort Worth Area.

When I walked into Lighthouse on October 22, 2025, I had no idea what to expect. A couple days prior to my intake, I met with Austin Brown for an admissions screening. Bonded immediately and had a lot of similar experiences. I knew this was a good place for me. Then, I walked back in on October 27th, my first day of sobriety, for intake. I was nervous to say the least. Nothing in my life had gone according to plan over the past couple years, and I had really hit rock bottom the last 10 months. Reece conducted my initial intake and I got along with him great right off the bat. This meeting, immediately prior to my first IOP session at 6pm, showed me this was a serious place for recovery. I was all-in. Then came down to IOP evening sessions, 3 days a week for 3 hours. 12 week program and if you do well, you may have the opportunity to be invited back for an additional 8 week SOP program. The first thing I realized in IOP was I am not alone. There were other guys in similar positions as me and I could relate to them instantly. If not for my peers in IOP, led by our group counselors Jose and Collin, I don’t know if I would have stayed. Friendships were sparked in that room that will likely carry a lifetime. It’s all about who you surround yourself with during recovery. You need good people. Good counselors and good peers. You will get that at Lighthouse and you’ll get all the support you need along the way, in a beautiful facility.

Our son has been in Lighthouse’s sober living program for the past ten months. It is hard to know where to take your loved one when they are in crisis mode and at their most vulnerable. I am leaving this to encourage anyone needing to get their loved one help in the midst of an addiction. Lighthouse Recovery has provided a team of experienced professionals to lead our son out of addiction and into recovery. Their progress-based approach has given him the individualized care he has needed. During this entire process the Lighthouse team has always met our son where he was at, we have never felt like he was part of a system. His clinical team have done an outstanding job of identifying his mental health needs and getting him the treatment he needed. I know there are names I don’t know, but Brooke and Sam have been excellent all of these months. Sam really earned our son’s trust. The sober living program has been the daily guidance and structure to allow our son to heal and learn how to live sober. Bryce, Frankie, and all of the house managers have been fully committed to our son’s success. Bryce, as his case manager, has been a bridge for our family between the care team and our son. His communication is excellent. He has kept us up-to-date at all times and responds momentarily when we reach out. We have never felt cutoff from this process in any way. He will now be our son’s sobriety coach and we could not imagine the next phase of our son’s recovery without Bryce. We have experienced how the clinical and sober living teams work together for the mission of helping our son step into a full and productive life, healthy and sober. We will be forever grateful for everything they have done to equip our son and to give him this chance. They have stood in between our son and his addiction in a way our family could not have and they provided a safe haven for him to begin sobriety, Lighthouse Recovery has our highest recommendation and confidence.

The 5 star rating review is for the nursing staff Alisha, Tamra, Chery and Leslie; with out these awesome amazing wonderful nurses this clinic would cease to exist. These nurses work so hard and truly care about the disease of addiction and recovery. The personalities the nurses have is what makes coming to medmark so great. The level of professionalism and compassion the nurses have is 2nd to none. I admire and appreciate these nurses so much ☝🏻☝🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻. The second part to my 5 star review is for the absolutely amazing chemical dependency counselors that work here day in and day out with some having over 40 or more clients on there caseload, these counselors; Myrtle, Ken, among others work so hard to advocate for you as a patient on this program. The first person you'll meet upon entering Medmark clinic is front office manager Mrs. Phyllis who has worked for Medmark for nearly 10 years, Mrs. Phyllis will absolutely make your day and have you smiling 😃. Mrs. Gwen who is the clinic financial officer who oversees patients bills is a fine individual as well and cares that the patients are receiving the best possible care while at the clinic. You will absolutely love and appreciate our clinic medical director ( Dr. Kurz ) Dr. Kurz has so much medical knowledge and true compassion for everyone of Medmark's clients, she has a deep genuine concern for each of us and I am so thankful to have Dr. Kurz here at Fort Worth Medmark. This clinic and program has saved my life; yes there can be some fear and apprehension about Methadone; but when compared to the alternative drugging life style; Methadone by all means returns you to a normal working citizen back in society, no more of days on end of chasing drugs and wondering where to get your next fix or how to pay for that fix; those days come to an end and stop the day you decide you've had enough of the drug seeking lifestyle that we we're all living. I've been with this clinic ever since Medmark took over ownership in May of 2011. I've seen my share of clinic directors come and go at Medmark, there's been some awesome directors in my time, but my one ⭐️ Review for the end of this review is for the unprofessional unethical clinic director we now have who's name is Sharron; Mrs. Sharron is by far the worst clinical treatment director Medmark has had in my 15 years at this clinic. The directors ways of treating both staff and clients is so poorly that i wouldn't treat a dog that way. Don't get me wrong; Medmark is a great clinic; it's just corporate Medmark needs to seriously hire a new treatment director who will work together building the employees up as well as the clients. When a treatment center has a director who spends her day; ( that is when she is there ) in a closed office and does not get to know the patients who provide Mrs. Sharron a paycheck and works overtime to breakdown her staff and employees and bring division between staff clients and herself; THEN IT'S HELL TIME FOR MEDMARK TO GET A NEW DIRECTOR. since this director has been here; Medmark Fort Worth has gone down hill !!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. Mrs. Sharron has caused more amazing counselors to leave Medmark for other treatment places, she has also caused so many clients to leave and find other treatment programs !! 🤬🤬🤬. My pray and hope is that the Medmark powers to be will see this and investigate and terminate Mrs. Sharron from her director position AS SOON AS POSSIBLE !!

Whoa things been changing lately for the better it looks like!! Such good energy in there now, good friendly vibes. Doesn’t feel like a line assembly or that they don’t care. They’re even offering group counseling now which I think is really great!! I can tell since they got that new director lady with the cool dreads I think her name Sharin. Sadd to hear bout Miss Jacqui but she is in a better place. They got another girl to replace Miss Jacqui rest in peace Miss Jacqui. But so far this new supervisor seem really attentive and as though she really listenin. I hear a couple more counselors leavin but honestly they gotta get on. It’s already gotten better n I think it will keep on. Just takes time sometime. So far I’m impressed 5 stars big improvement

Fort Behavioral Health was an important part of my recovery journey. I went there a few different times, and every stay I experienced caring staff who truly wanted to help people get better. The program has a strong 12 step focus, which helped me build accountability, connection, and a better foundation for recovery. The nurses and therapists were wonderful and treated me with compassion and respect. One of the most helpful parts of my experience was the EMDR therapy, which helped me work through trauma in a way that was life changing for me. The food was also surprisingly good, which made being there more comfortable during a difficult time. Overall, Fort Behavioral Health provided a supportive environment with people who genuinely care about their clients and recovery.

I am 6 months in fighting a battle with Kratom. I called Symetria 6 months ago and the next morning I was in the office in Arlington. When I walked in I was a mess, crying and scared. They took me in and helped me right away and took their time with me and the process was so easy to get started. I cannot tell you how much better I felt that day walking out of there. I am doing more than great because of myself and the team in Arlington- David, Misty, Kari, Anita and the docs are so patient and really care. They chose a plan perfect for me and keep an eye on me all the time, they are available 24/7. How ever they figured out how to do it, they did it right! I am thankful for them and will always recommend them. I advise anyone to please just reach out and make that first call.

I’ve been coming to symetria for a year now I would definitely recommend if you’ve been abusing fentanyl the change David has made have been astronomical and how welcoming Kerry is at the front door is great also great job guys!!!!
