Wonderful folks who only want to help. Follow the rules and have a good experience. Thanks to these guys for helping so many. Be nice and they'll be nice back:)Update about a year later.I still can't say enough good about this location and the wonderful staff here. So much good can happen w the right attitude and accepting the help this place can offer. Money wasn't an issue, I paid out of pocket to start and they helped me get on benefits to ease the costs. But at no time did they turn me away for any reason. I am so grateful for these folks and the assistance they provide time and time again. They really do care so if you are living so hard and feel like no one cares give these places a chance and get help. Totally worth it.

Each employee at New Seasons has their own special quality. I've only been going 1yr and I know I'd be dead without them. What I love most is if you're having a deep conversation with someone, they never hesitate to share their own stuff if it applies. It's a personal experience not a robotic one. Each person is very special to me for different reasons. If I could change or improve anything it would be the turn over rate with Counselor's. Love you guys! MUAH

I entered Pinnacle at an all-time low in my life. I left 30 days later with my self esteem restored and tools to remain sober. I made friends for life. The therapists feel invested and want to be there. Pinnacles greatest pro is the small bed count.

Journey treatment center, is hands down the greatest place on earth. The clinical staff, and support staff and Dave and Tyler. Have created a safe and comfortable treatment center. My therapist is hands down the greatest Mandy knows what she is doing. Thank you guys. And can't wait to continue treatment with IOP.

Writing this review on behalf of a family member. Recovery Ways separates their clients between residential treatment for mental\psychiatric care (which is this facility), residential treatment for substance (part of the Brunswick facility), and partial hospitalization (PHP, which is the other part of the Brunswick facility). The family member that I'm writing participated in the residential treatment at this, the Copper Hills facility. Overall the staff was very good. There were some differences of personality or style with some staff members. The food was good overall. The schedule of sessions was okay. The "tribe" environment with the other clients varied. At first, they were very welcoming and collaborative. As individuals transitioned to PHP or elsewhere, new individuals arrived that weren't as friendly. I suppose that would happen anywhere.The weekly excursions were overall enjoyable. The option for FTR (Fitness to Recovery) twice a week was appreciated. The yoga time and other variations to regular sessions were enjoyed overall.If your loved one is struggling mentally\psychologically, a residential visit might be more beneficial than a psychiatric\behavioral hospital stay.

I would not be where i am today if it wasn't for the time i spent here at Recovery Ways. The amount of support and understanding was above expectations! And the house is so beautiful and cozy, making it feel like a home even in the darkest moments, Copper Hills is a safe place. Thank you Recovery Ways!! You guys save lives.

I came to Deer Hollow (Pioneer) with no desire, love or will to exist in my heart. I left full of love, hope and peace. I ve never felt better in my life. The work is hard, but if you dive in you can really change. The staff is amazing and your peers will be too.

Nothing has helped me come back to myself like the treatment at Deer Hollow. The effects of Complex PTSD had been ruling and ruining my life for decades. I felt hopeless and helpless and full of shame before my stay. I feel calm, connected and compassionate again. I feel like myself. I couldn t be more grateful for the experience I had here.

Completely life changing! Would recommend for all walks of life.

Had a great experience at Brighton! I stayed inpatient for 45 days at Ogden location aka the monastery. Super nice place, very clean, great food, awesome people. The classes were very informative. I also did their php and iop aftercare program which took 4 months to complete. They have a really nice community center with a gym, pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, and free lattes. I would highly recommend brighton to anybody.

My recovery journey started at BRC in the fall of 2021, and I humbly and gratefully celebrate 3 years of sobriety today. It was truly a life-changing and life-saving experience for me that I will forever be thankful for.

My experience with Brighton recovery center was very good! They focus on all aspects of addiction, not just quitting the substance. I feel more like myself than I have in years

Been going over 2 years now and I love it so as far as everyone else is concerned about crying about it not being good they are just the a bunch of cry babies and they don't need to be here

I've been going here almost a month and so far so good not any problem other then I have a service dog and she has all paperwork only thing that's hard sometimes is where everyone just brings there dog to the clinic that's not a service animal going in building sometimes makes things difficult cause other animals aren't trained and that makes things hard for me and my service dog... If they could just fix that problem the place would be great in my book.

I love this VA; even though one Social Worker I was assigned to didn't have my best interests at heart while I was inpatient, in the SARRTP Program in Bldg 3 on Campus!I have a feeling that personnel like this female will become more scarce; since Donald Trump's ReElection, no sense in coveting a filthy house when good housekeeping is in order, especially when it could be a communicable Bipedal disease of the mind, incarnate within human form, such as this Blondie Bimbette!Other than this little hiccup & unpleasantry; the George E. Wahlen VAMC is awesome, and I am deeply grateful for everything they've done for me, as I developing more needs!I am also grateful for this Google Maps venue; because it has been a Godsend in helping myself vent my frustrations for years, without becoming, then doing something really stupid, saying bye bye to my freedom!Thanks again....

Staff was very caring and helpful answering questions about my dad s condition. They were very supportive of us as his family.

Feel like they take time and really concern

Not my first rodeo. I have been through a few rehabilitation programs with several local treatment centers in Salt Lake City. Recovery Ways at Brunswick was equipped with staff that has experience and multiple tools to assist in the recovery process. The step down progression and support is second to none. I have memories and friends from my short time that I will carry for a lifetime. I am sober today in part because of the staff and resources I was gifted on my day of surrender. Highly recommended and even though the commitment seems daunting, the experience will enhance your life skills and provide ample suggestions to assist in a fight for life outside addiction.

At first I was scared but the environment at RW is one of community and kindness to all. Their food was pretty good and the therapy has done me well. It was so fun getting to meet new people and make memories with them I ll remember forever.

This place taught me so much about healing and setting strong boundaries they not only treated my addiction they helped me learn to love myself! Love the staff they are so understanding and Really care about the patients there if you re looking for a good program Recovery Ways is the one! Shout out to the Alumni group on Monday nights I still attend the connection with everyone helps me stay grounded and encouraged love you all ! Rene Farminer

Odyssey has changed my life. Honestly, I don t know where I d be without them. I was headed down dark path when I enter treatment. Now I have the opportunity to work for Odyssey and I have my children back in my life after two years. Odyssey is a great place and I love the people that I ve met. I ve made great friends along the way. I d recommend this program to anyone and everyone that needs it.

I can not say enough good things about this place. Wasatch provides everything a person needs to change their life. Their property is amazing, their chef is incredible and makes the best food you will ever eat, their therapists are top notch, they have Todd Sylvester who is a life coach and motivational speaker, the owner is the best human you will ever meet, Tina teaches yoga and takes you on fun adventures, Decker and Christian do intakes and they are so full of love and just want to help everyone.Wasatch perfectly balances your treatment with work (therapy, one on one and group) connection (family night, family therapy), and play (yoga, softball, walleyball, gym, experientials)... they teach you how to love yourself and find joy in life again. I'm happier now than I have been in decades!!!They have a strong sober community that feels like a family. They have residential, day treatment, IOP, GOP and sober living. The comradery is like no other I have ever seen. Having a bunch of sober friends to go through this experience with makes all the difference because we all want to be loved and cared about and have friends. Having a bunch of new, sober friends certainly makes it easier to walk away from all the of friends and toxic people that were in your life.Everyone would benefit from going to Wasatch haha especially people who struggle with addiction. They love everyone that walks through their doors It's an experience like no other. I love this place and the people at Wasatch Recovery with my whole heart!!! GO HERE!!!

Wasatch Recovery helped me save my life! The staff are excellent there from the admissions team all the way down to the line staff. They are caring, compassionate, and loving. They also have a phenomenal experiential program. I would highly recommend to anyone struggling with substance abuse and mental health.

Simply the best I have ever experienced.It is a three pronged element of structured recovery. with Inpatient, Sober Living, and IOP; that creates a safe space for clients at any level in their process. There are no gaps in how their format is set up.Amazing People, staff that actually care. I'm not a number or a profit here and they invest in you and your future and want your success and will do anything to help you reach those goals.The programming is top notch, the clinical director is SOLID and knows what she is doing, the therapists are compassionate and intelligent and each one seemingly has their own style and way of teaching that helped me in many different ways for personal growth and healing.They brought me to school individually to sort stuff out so I could apply and progress, met all my medical needs, doctor and orthodontist etc... church, family visits, etc.The facility and housing are clean, upscale, comfortable.The food us prepped fresh daily, the chef does an amazing job. They have fun activities and rec outings. Sober Softball is fun and they bring us at least 5 days a week to the rec center with a indoor outdoor pool and nice gym and basketball court.If you are contemplating going here; just do it. I have experience personally with several centers here and this one has been the best by far.They not only saved my life but Wasatch Recovery has helped me build a future. EC

I was a patient at recovery ways in 2018. I remember I felt heard and valued at recovery ways. Recovery Ways was my FOURTH attempt at inpatient treatment, and the only time sobriety has stuck. I have 6 years sober now. I have been wanting to say thank you to recovery ways and the staff, my sobriety has enabled me to care for a dear loved one who is in hospice and feel safe and secure dispensing her meds. I never realized how far I came until then and how grateful I am for the programs that helped me.

Recovery Ways saved my life. I first came to RW in June of 2021. I was a live to die alcoholic from Northern California. I had been to 6 different rehabs in California from 1997 to 2018 prior. Though the rehabs were supportive and introduced me to the sobriety world it just never resonated in me. Since 1996 I d been through over a dozen jobs, several relationships and friends and burned just about every bridge I had left. I just couldn t get it. Drinking excessively not knowing what day or time it was, not eating for days- drinking myself into blackouts, just in a sad unhealthy world. In 2021 I had again reached out to some of the places I had been to before and they did not take my inst. In desperation I found RW online and from the first phone call, I was met with a kind and supportive intake person. They knew what I was going through and did everything they could to explain the program to me without being overwhelming. They checked my insurance and within 48 hours I was on a plane off to SLC. They had someone meet me at the airport- I was off to RW and embraced immediately with staff, therapists and the medical team. Soon after my detox I started my journey, which included process groups, individual therapy, CBT and DBT therapy, introduced to several different programs including various 12 step groups as well as Refuge Recovery. They also have an amazing sensory room for occupational therapy. The food was amazing all 3 square meals. Meeting so many like minded clients/people- there all for the same reason as myself- created new long term friends for support and friendships. RW also has an alumni support group, locally and Zoom based- which makes it easier to stay connected. I I m going on 3 years sober, staying connected is the most important thing I can do. Being my first time in any kind of treatment..When I walked into those doors I felt safe and supported..They have a great staff and a support system for just about anyone and they will do there best to get you through this..
