Oh my what can I say about this place lol I love everyone here, I know when I first came in I was rough, I was so mean to everybody and I’m so sorry, you guys helped me when I couldn’t even help myself, although the MAT services were making me literally sick, the doctors never gave up & always tried to get me comfortable, my counselor Deana my girl needs a raise lol she has helped me in more than one way she is heaven sent. Anyone looking for a great treatment center this is the one (I’ve been to 3 different ones in Davis-Weber area) & I can’t thank this team enough. I’m 18 days sober after two years of actively being on this medication for the sake of my sobriety. Thank you again for everything literally ❤️

Wonderful folks who only want to help. Follow the rules and have a good experience. Thanks to these guys for helping so many. Be nice and they'll be nice back:) Update about a year later. I still can't say enough good about this location and the wonderful staff here. So much good can happen w the right attitude and accepting the help this place can offer. Money wasn't an issue, I paid out of pocket to start and they helped me get on benefits to ease the costs. But at no time did they turn me away for any reason. I am so grateful for these folks and the assistance they provide time and time again. They really do care so if you are living so hard and feel like no one cares give these places a chance and get help. Totally worth it.

Each employee at New Seasons has their own special quality. I've only been going 1yr and I know I'd be dead without them. What I love most is if you're having a deep conversation with someone, they never hesitate to share their own stuff if it applies. It's a personal experience not a robotic one. Each person is very special to me for different reasons. If I could change or improve anything it would be the turn over rate with Counselor's. Love you guys! MUAH 💋

I have had the privilege of residing in his sober living houses on two separate occasions, as well as participating in his intensive outpatient program. Moreover, when I discovered I was pregnant, I reached out to Mike, and he swiftly arranged for me to move into one of his finest sober living houses within a few hours. His dedication to my well-being is a testament to his genuinely admirable character. Furthermore, Mike's wife (whom I haven’t met) shares his passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere in the sober living houses. She invests her energy into decorating these spaces, aiming to transform them into genuine homes. Their commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals in recovery is commendable. My journey towards sobriety has spanned an extended period, during which I have undergone a profound transformation in both my lifestyle and mindset. While Next Level Recovery played an instrumental role in my progress, the true catalyst for change was the experience of residing in their sober living houses. These environments foster personal growth by allowing individuals to take ownership of their lives while also providing essential resources for those struggling. I really learned alot about myself and my addiction at recovery ways Brunswick my therapist was awesome and the staff was pretty cool and fun to be around also the classes were fun and my peers that I lived with were all pretty cool and fun to be around and I also loved the food they cooked all 3 meals also the activities they done with us was pretty fun as well I graduated inpatient then went to php graduated that then went to sober living so I would recommend recovery ways to anyone that is looking for a inpatient program definitely worth it.... thanks again recovery ways for helping me in my journey to sobriety..... My adopted daughters started really struggling once they hit their teen years and although they had great therapists at home, this was not sufficient for their struggles. Their life choices were escalating into scary situations and it was hard to consider out of home therapy placement. I'm so thankful I found Youth Cares as they truly care about children and getting to the root cause of their struggles. They taught my daughters really great DBT coping skills that will help them throughout life. My girls were treated with care and respect while in treatment. The therapists and staff are really great and made such a huge difference for our family. I'm so thankful for the online parenting group classes they offer that taught me so much and helped me to be a more effective parent!

I want to speak to all the parents who believe that when our children make mistakes, they can never be the same again. I want you to look at these photos of Roberto, a boy who was programmed to be a champion since the womb but whose adolescence and life experiences led him to make his own decisions, though not always the right ones. With the help of Youth Care and the full support of my husband, his siblings, and myself, his mother, he was able to find himself again. ♥️ We are also deeply grateful to the other families who were going through the same struggles and, by sharing their stories, helped us support each other. Thanks to Youth Care’s guidance, our perseverance, and Roberto’s wise decision, he has now been able to change his life or maybe return to the one that was always there since the day he was born. Is it worth it? Absolutely, more than you can imagine. Take the step. For us, the greatest gift Youth Care gave us was communication. We didn’t have it at the beginning but we eventually found it and with it came real change. A piece of advice: when they call you for the enrollment process, ask to attend the therapy sessions, especially the group ones. I miss them deeply. Today we are happy. Roberto is back to his lifelong sport, back by his own choice after 15 years of life. ♥️

Finding the right residential facility for your child is incredibly important, and it's a deeply personal subject that I don't typically write about. However, I felt compelled to share my experience with YouthCare because it helped my family so immensely, and I know this review can offer comfort and guidance to other parents navigating this difficult journey. My daughter spent eight months at YouthCare, and the care she received was beyond anything we'd experienced before. After trying several facilities in California without the success we hoped for, Youth Care proved to be the perfect fit for her unique needs. I'm so grateful we discovered them, especially given the many negative reviews one can find about residential facilities. I've personally tried a lot of residential facilities over the years, and YouthCare is truly the only one I've had a good experience with; every other facility doesn't even come close to the exceptional care she received here. From the moment my daughter arrived, the entire team at YouthCare impressed me. The therapists are all outstanding, with a special shout-out to Kelly, the Clinical Director, who is truly amazing. Tracy, Kaya, and Jade, you truly care about these kids and I appreciate you. Communication was consistently excellent; I always felt informed about my daughter's progress and any incidents. Staff and therapists were always accessible, ensuring I was never left wondering about her care. A standout feature was the quarterly parent days. These sessions were invaluable, providing opportunities to connect with other parents, share experiences, and, most importantly, receive specialized training on essential skills to support my daughter's continued growth. YouthCare truly prioritizes the entire family's well-being. I know many parents, and even former residents, have shared reviews about truly awful facilities in Utah. It's a valid concern, and I'm sure you've seen many of those Google reviews. But let me be absolutely clear: YouthCare is not one of them. If you're looking for exceptional, genuinely caring, and effective support for your child in Utah, look no further than YouthCare.

These guys are awesome, if your ready to get clean. If you want to keep getting high, go to the one that rhymes with fart. These guys know their stuff, understand addiction, and will work with you to get you sober. If you want a clinic that doesn't care and will let you do what you want, this isn't the place. I had an experience where they showed me this first hand. The level on one of my tests was out of whack, so they started doing my dose do make sure all was well. Once things were sstraightened or, the stabilized me for the first time ever. Now I'm good without dope. 5 years at fart and nothing, I come here and within a month, I'm stable. This is unlike any other clinic I've been to. No lines around the block, no staff talking down to you. Exactly what I needed.

EDIT: It's been almost a year since my last review & I wanted to update it again. I love this place and & the people. Unfortunately, Jerry, who was the owner, had to sell. I met the new owner & he seemed very nice but omg the new systems they're implementing are just so awful & annoying & frustrating. Before we would come in & Susan, the receptionist, who is so sweet, kind, smart, & efficient, would get us checked in & we could literally be in & out in like 3 minutes for real. Now they make u check in on a tablet & there's a TV where they put your # when you're allowed to go back & see Jeff, (the one who gives u your dose). I hate it for a couple reasons, #1- it slows things down A LOT!!! There is always a wait now & it is no longer in & out. #2- it makes u feel like your at the DMV! Waiting for your # to be called, you're not a person, you're a # & it feels so clinical & impersonal. Now one of the things I do like & really appreciate that they've done is if u miss your counseling apt they give u a week to do a group & if u do u don't have to pay a fine. Which I really appreciate. Last Monday the while morning was going awful & all these things came up & I totally spaced & felt so bad about missing my apt but am so grateful I am able to make it up! I'm also grateful Jerry is still there & I still have him as my counselor, he is a wonderful person who u can tell really cares about everyone & never judges. & I'm also so glad Susan is there & Jeff. Jeff is the nurse who gives u your dose, who is also one of my favorite people there. He is so kind, efficient & I love coming every day & getting to see Susan & Jeff cuz they're such wonderful people & I hope they never leave!!! Diane is another staff member who has been there for years & is such an amazing person. As a matter of fact, all the staff there is amazing & I'm grateful to have such wonderful people to be there & support me in my recovery journey. So even though I really don't like the new system (& talking to others, everyone else hates it too & were kind of hoping they'll do away with it after a while when they see how much it slows things down) I will still continue with, I guess it's called True North now because of the people there.

I was admitted here during the height of my Manic Episode. Every single employee is there to listen to what your story is and is non judgemental. They listen. This is exactly what I would have loved to have during my first hospitalization 4 years ago. They have a structured day full of outside breaks and plenty of free time and resources to express yourself anyway that is safe to you and those around you. There are non-negotiable rules that they have in place, that said, it is for the safety of everyone in your unit. I will never forget how well they treated me and got me the help I needed during the hardest month I was experiencing. 10/10 would recommend this facility for anyone who is struggling with their Mental Health. Literally saved my life.

This review is actually directed towards Valley Behavioral Health in SLC be is relevant here as well. Im sure they do a great job with the tools available to them. However, being mentally ill is exceptionally difficult to make money. My mental health illness symptoms increase drastically when I have no money...I feel that as well as prescribing me $2000 a month for medications, I feel $1000 a month in medications might be enough and/or $1000 a month in extra money for houesing etv. would DEFINITELY decrease my mental health illness issues and be money better spent. I went VBH for 17 years.My medications cost around $300.00 dollars 17 years. I took all those medications but I live in a trailer that I have a loan on, "thank you stimulus check for a down payment" I have no money and the credit union wants my trailer in 10 days. I'm past due. I'm not sure if $300.000 for medications might have done more good if it included a prescription for meaningful financial cash assistance.

I've had nothing but good happen at this place. I am more stable mentally because I have an amazing therapist. My daughter is more stable because she has groups she can go to and a med provider that cares.

Steps was the first place I've ever gone to treatment and it was well worth it, so far it's saved my relationship with my wife, my family and myself. The staff is extremely kind and caring and just wants to help however in order for them to do so you have to be 110% open and willing to put in the work yourself. If your looking into treatment this may help you so you know what your going into and what you can bring. Blankets and pillows from home. You can vape and smoke (don't flush vapes down the toilet or you'll lose your privileges for everyone it almost happened). You can have food and candy (no energy drinks). Family nights every other week on Tuesdays. Black out period is 5 days (no phone calls). Very scheduled, you'll be going from 8am to 8pm every day but it passes time quickly. Just a few things that made my time easier, so if your looking into becoming a better you, this is the place to start.

I believe steps recovery Center in Payson was an amazing experience and help me get through some very tough issues. I left after graduation and I should have stayed longer. I just reached out to themto see if they would accept me again. The first response was that they are completely filled, 2nd message was asking what insurance I had, third was then telling me that their policies have changed and they cannot accept my insurance. So I asked which one of the excuses that they gave me are the problem and let them know that I just want help from them. And they did not get back to me after that. Super sad to know that such a strong program is not going to be in business much longer

Volunteers of America men's detoxification center is an amazing safe haven for those most vonarable detoxing from Alcohol and or drugs! The staff are amazing! They truly care about there clients treating them with love & respect. Thank you VOA❤️

I feel like I would have been lost without there help. They are the best they walk you through in every detail the skills with you tell you get them down. I felt very scared that I was gonna relapse and end up back at the hospital but they showed me it was possible and having family notice the change is good but I still feel so horrible is still hard to tell if I am ready to finish and move on but I will say that this place makes me feel so safe and I struggle with my employer and you guys were able to get them to understand better the schedule even though I struggle with them for wednesdays cause sometimes I'm not out early enough to make it in time but i am so grateful cause it's been 2 years I was fighting postpartum depression I've been through so much all at once and I tried therapy and it just wasn't working and different medications and nothing and tried cbd oils and nothing and supplements and nothing.everyone is so nice and I feel so safe when I come here and my son used to cry once I pulled him out of the car seat and now I'm like do u want to go play with your friends and he didn't cry this time around which was great. I'd reccomend it especially for my daughter cause I feel down feel like she's going through it and she pulls me with her hopefully one day she will. Thank you all for what you do you guys know how to get the tears out so we're able to heal and feel better and what ever is upsetting us at the moment you guys listen without judging us and I appreciate it

I would recommend Serenity in Riverton to any mom struggling with depression, anxiety, or OCD. All of the therapists there are very caring and want their clients to know how amazing they are and want them to feel better. I participated in the OCD/anxiety IOP, and had a great experience. Being surrounded by other moms who were also struggling was so empowering as we learned coping skills for OCD and how to deal with it head on. The child care that is provided during IOP was wonderful and my child loved going there. Morgan Slade, is one of the therapists there, and I would recommend her to any mom that needs OCD treatment. I have seen many therapists in the past, but from my first consult with Morgan, I could tell she was very caring and compassionate for her clients and wanted them to succeed. Honestly, Serenity helped me get through one of the hardest years and I am so grateful for that. It is an amazing healing center for moms.

There truly aren’t enough words to express how incredible my experience with Serenity has been and continues to be. I highly recommend the outpatient program. While individual therapy is always helpful, I found the group setting to be even more effective and transformative. One of my favorite things about Serenity is that the support doesn’t end when the program does. I’ve greatly enjoyed and benefited from their ongoing online classes, as well as their regular events and hangouts. I’ve made lifelong friends. Serenity is a place where everyone belongs, and the laughs and fun never end. Thank you to all those who make this program possible. I’m am forever grateful.
