Evergreen Treatment Services saved my life..I've been with them 17 years..If you want to break free from addiction,get enrolled and do exactly what they say and follow the rules.. The Counselors I've had throughout the entire time,have been caring, easy to work with & leave me feeling that they genuinely care about me..My addiction got to a point where I lost hope,I just could not stay clean.. Wonderful and a great place to refocus whether court ordered, Employer referrals or self. The therapist are awesome, they have your back even when you fall short. I miss the therapist guided group sessions. NWRC brought out the best in me and gave me the tools to navigate through my recovery. and yes, it was fun too. Kudos NWRC

I’m a past client of A Place of Hope. My experience was a personal, professional and personalized program. It literally brought me out of complete self-despair. For anyone who surfers from anxiety, depression, drug abuse, personal abuse, mental disorders, PTSD, suicidal remuneration, abandonment or divorce, this was me . I recommend you at least stop in and be evaluated and go through A Place of Hope’s interview process. Be prepared for an accountability, being treated with respect and challenged to look inward, with a support network to walk alongside of you, with compassion. For me personally, this helped reframe my thinking and within my 30 day program. I left with a feeling of respect for others, myself and a new understanding of self-worth. As an alumni, I recently reached out to the Center for some personal assistance with my own self-care. Within hours the staff accompanied my request, gave me a plethora of resources to assist me. Offered me a book to be sent to my home, that they said, “You may find it helpful”. They also reminded me that I have access to their weekly Zoom meetings, for peer support. I’m grateful for there support and for me it’s was this support that reminded me the Center is there still for me in a time of need. Life continues to happen and we never know when you may need to ask for help. It’s ok to ask for help. You don’t have to do it alone. I’ll close with this. The Center saved my life, and changed my life forever. I have never felt so cared for as I did here. The structure is just like it was in school— and the housing reminded me of dorms! And the housing is free, so it allows you the opportunity to start fresh. The sense of community paired with the support of the staff makes a difference. I was actually sad to leave! (Also, being 5 minutes from the ocean…so worth it haha) For those struggling with addiction (EDs, Alcohol, etc) this is the place to go.

What stood out most was the way the staff treated each person with dignity and respect regardless of their DOC, background, or age. Olalla was a life changing experience and gave me the tools I needed to get and stay sober. Kevin, my counselor, is an amazing and compassionate person who guided me through the recovery process. The Olalla staff are kind and patient and were always willing to give me the help I absolutely needed. The treatment center is located on was a hilltop forest overlooking Puget Sound, which is incredibly beautiful and the perfect environment for recovery. Walking the trail surrounding the property every morning was awesome. The food is wonderful and there is lots of it. I would recommend this treatment center to anyone who is serious about getting sober!!

I was at Ollala back in March of 2024 for a 28 days inpatient stay. It was the best decision of my life., and credit this experience and all I learned about addiction and myself for my continued sobriety today.The entire experience here at Ollala was incredible. The staff and counselors are so accepting and compassionate, they truly make you feel important. I would recommend Ollala Recovery Centers to anyone!!

Honestly I was nervous just to do detox because I thought I'd be locked down in a room but they have games and activities like tai chi, yoga, going to the gym and the food is great! I eat 3 meals a day and get these golden opportunities to have more life into me instead of me thinking to use. I was going to stay for 7 days but im doing 21! Then going to another 12 week program to better my living situation and start fresh with other people that you spend time with!

My experience at LSM was very educational. The staff here is always supportive and they individuals in class are just as helpful. It was a very judge free environment. Bill Bomber was full of insite and helped me get through my addiction. Dawndi was a very calming soul, she help me deal with my trauma and helped me view it as a strength for getting through it.

I recently had the opportunity to speak at Newport Academy and share my recovery story with the residents, and it was a truly rewarding experience. Trevor, one of the program directors, was wonderful to work with and clearly passionate about helping the young women in the program. I was also impressed by how seriously the staff takes recovery and resident well-being. Before we shared our stories, the girls were asked for their consent to participate, which reflected the respect and care the team has for each resident. While I can't speak to what it's like to be a resident at Newport Academy, the environment appeared supportive and welcoming. The girls seemed comfortable, engaged, and willing to be vulnerable as my friend and I shared our experiences in recovery. Their openness, honesty, and courage left a lasting impression on me. I am rooting for each and every one of these girls. They inspire me, remind me why recovery matters, and give me a sense of purpose when sharing my story. Thank you to Trevor and the entire team for the warm welcome. I'm grateful for the opportunity and would be honored to return in the future and be of service to this amazing facility again.

My stay was a little rough in the beginning due to the pod that I was staying in due to self harming infront of me a lot of substance talk that the clients where talking about which was a little triggering due to me going there to stop substances and trying to focus on myself due to that it was a little hard and the clients wanting to start drama with me when I was there to focus on myself but once I got to talk to the main person she was very sweet and let me move to another pod immediately and my stay became completely different I was surrounded by very sweet people had a lot of support and was able to focus on myself and was happy in that pod unlike the other one and recovered easily once I got into that pod overall yes my stay was a little rough but I learned so much that I never thought I would be able to learn and probably wouldn’t hear about all the healthy coping skills there if it wasn’t for Newport some of the staff had changed my life and will never forget it just because your stay in the beginning is rough dosent mean it always will be there support team is very strong and all of the therapist are all so sweet and still wish I could talk to them

I have been to several VA medical centers, and Seattle is by far the best. The main parking garage and facility are clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. The staff were friendly, checked on me, and helped me find where I needed to go. The Women’s Clinic is especially nice, and the resident/doctor I saw was incredibly caring and attentive. Overall, this is definitely the best VA medical center I have been to. The only downside is that the appointments are scheduled so far out. But, the doctors welcome you to send a message through the patient portal if need be.

My name is Jo and i have to tell you, Hotel California gave me my life back. i was so lost in my addiction to alcohol and marijuana, i lost my self as a mother, a partner, and my own self identity. Hotel helped me rediscover me again, they helped me to build a routine and to fill the time i was using, numbing, with meetings, new connections, and purpose. I found Jo again! The staff is wonderful, I got frustrated at times, mostly when I wasn't wanting to listen or accept change. If you truly work the program, you will come back on top of your life, plus the chef makes some KILLER food! And there is ALWAYS coffee at the AA meetings! The outings are fun too, this last week they took us to the mall and i spent all of my time at the arcade, while others shopped, we just had to meet back up at the set time! If you choose hotel, and stay all the way through, the feeling of accomplishment will amaze you, and being sober freaking rocks by the way! I was afraid I would never have fun again, now i find myself enjoying life again, without substance. If you think youve hit rock bottom, or youre almost there, let Hotel save you, its worth it!

I have been going to the Kent Comprehensive treatment Center for a little over a year now. I did have a small break after only being a client for 3 months or so. But came back because I was ready to use the program for what its intended for. I've made some friends at the clinic. I credit the in person art group for helping me rediscover my love for coloring/drawing. The staff are always super friendly. And the counselors are all here for us when we need the help. If you've contemplated going to a methadone clinic, I will always recommend doing it. Cause it saved my life as well as my girlfriends. And I will always be grateful for that

Im on my second week this week and I truly love it the two girls in reception are total sweethearts and my counselor Amy i knew her 5 seconds before I knew I was in good hands I instantly felt comfortable and that I could tell her anything and I new she actually cares and isn't there just for a paycheck ! And idk why I didn't listen to people sooner about getting on the program it's working and I'm slowly but surely getting better

The negative reviews are mostly people that push the limits of their program and try to game the system. Yes there is hope you have to jump through when you start and precovid there were a lot more of them. Now they have streamlined the system so aslong as you are stable and showing up when your supposed to it’s as simple as spending a few minutes at a time you choose between 6am-12pm waiting to get your meds and go once or twice a month. The dosing staff and doctors are doing their best to work with getting everyone in as few times as possible while making sure you are doing what you’re supposed to be doing the only real negative is the other clients can be a lot to handle when you are trying to get clean in the beginning if they aren’t. Front desk staff and councilor turn over is roughly every two years but that’s the average in the industry so bake that in to your plan. All the way around this is the high water mark for MAT clinics in the state and your alternative is to keep suffering day to day waiting on deadbest people that don’t care about you. SIGN UP TODAY you won’t regret it.

i’ve been to a few of these clinics in my life, This is a really good one. I got off to a slow start though. Hint: *make sure the doctor is in that day, if you want to get it done fast!. and if you’re trying to get on meds the same day, get there real early. Staff is friendly, patient, Doctor is amazing, Only good to say after three months.
