The best experience I could have hoped for going into rehab. You instantly feel welcomed from the staff and know that they care about you and your recovery instead of making you feel bad about your past choices. The facility is super clean with cozy rooms and a rec room for meals and hanging out with plenty of activities and shows to watch when not in sessions. Thank you to the Sequoia family for my stay and out patient time.

Native project is my go to for all my health and wellness needs for my kids as well as my self. The service is good. Can usually get a quick appointment compared to other places. I just completed the MRT program they offer called Staying Quit. Before that, i was in the other level 1.0 continuing care program, and before that, i completed the level 2.1 intensive outpatient. I entered these programs after completing a long-term residential program in Spokane at Isabella House. Participating in these programs, in addition to doing individual sessions with my counselor there at least once a month, giving UAs when asked, doing weekly mental health therapy sessions with another provider, participating in 12 step meetings, getting a sponsor, and working steps has turned my life around 180°. I'm a firm believer that there is no one solution cure all for addiction. However, i also believe that everyone needs to figure out for themselves what works for them and what doesn't. For me, I had to fully engulf my life in recovery mainly due to knowing just how sick I truly was. Not every day is perfect. Some days just outright suck. But Serenity Point Counseling Services has helped ensure that I have the tools and support systems in place that I need to be successful in my recovery. I feel that the counselors actually listen to their clients needs and work with their clients to form individual service plans that target problem areas in their lives in order to keep progressing in recovery and ensure continued success even after discharge from the program. I was a client many years ago, and for anyone who has a preconceived notion of it not being an effective program from years past, i can tell you right now, this is not the same as it was then. So, for anyone struggling with their addiction, even if you're unsure if you need or even WANT help, reach out to them. What do you have to lose?

The partial hospitalization program generally offers up to 30 hours of treatment per week. Individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and couple’s counseling are provided. I first found breakthrough in 2023, and the program was so great. I left feeling motivated to change, unfortunately life caught up to me and I didn’t use the many tools, resources and education they provided when I left and needed to return in 2025. They welcomed me back with no judgement and gave me the opportunity to grow once again. The counselors are all amazing, and they have the ability to guide you but also hold you accountable all while being supportive and genuinely caring. This place saved me, by giving me the confidence in myself that I can live a sober and joyful life. The many people I met throughout the program were a bright spot during my time there. Being able to meet people from all different backgrounds, but all having the common struggle with the disease humbled me and allowed so much growth to learn but also build genuine connections and friendships. It is hard work, and the need to take accountability for my own actions is what is needed to succeed, but Breakthrough was the place I felt most safe, seen and heard to accomplish a sober life. Forever grateful!

Breakthrough has been an amazing resource for me. They were able to help arrange a payment plan, and the groups are very beneficial to my recovery. The counselors are all kind and invested in helping their clients. Highly recommend to anyone ready to achieve and maintain sobriety. They offer various levels of treatment from PHP to Outpatient services. Also, forewarning: they will hold you accountable. You may think your disease is "not that severe," or you can "control" it, but that's part of the disease. You have to be ready and willing because they expect your sobriety as part of the treatment. You dont get "kicked out" for relapsing. I knew multiple people with multiple relapses who continued to participate. You may be recommended to another facility for higher level of care if you CONTINUE to use after a relapse or multiple relapses with no improvement, as you are no longer suitable for outpatient care. Your care is discussed amongst staff meetings as a care team approach is generally recommended for this type of treatment; that is not a HIPAA violation as you agree to this when signing up. EDIT: I was just discharged from treatment today. I have been sober for over 9 months, and I have Breakthrough to thank for this. They ensured proper continuity of care and referrals for mental health counselling. They made it known I can always reach out to them if needed despite completing my care here. Again, as I said, this program works. It's not easy, and you have to work with them. This isn't suitable for everyone as some people require higher level of care if they cannot stop use, and Breakthrough is honest about individual client needs. I recommended this to anyone who qualifies for Partial Hospitalization or lower level of treatments.

Went to Colonial Clinic November 2020, and I am so incredibly grateful I found them. At the time I attended (I hope it's still the same to this day) they require attendance of an outside support group, and strongly suggest getting a sponsor. I followed the suggestions and am still with the same sponsor to this day (May 2023). Did Colonial fix my problems? No. But it was a great first step coming here. That's why I give them five stars, because they kick-started my lifelong recovery process.

My name is Rodney Francis,I just graduated from ABHS on the GRE program 8/4/2025 I want to give a special thanks to all staff on duty and all the care team members for the positive experience that I had at ABHS you didn't only teach me about sobriety, but self-worth and who I really am.you all were so respectful and helpful and determined not to give up on me but to push me in to becoming a better me and who I am today, safe to say kinda like my personal life couch.you all was better then fair,to me you were all straight forward, honest and forgiving showed me compassion, support and guidance that I needed and gave me a second chance with the tool I'll need out here in daily life. Mr.Carter your one amazing counselor, very open and straight forward, honest and showed me you really care about me as a person.i showed up there not knowing what to expect, scared to share or talk in groups and with your help next thing you know I became the class President.thank you Mr Carter you will always be my hero. And for Ms brown thank you for everything and being respectful,my daughter said hi,Ms Hamilton thank you for caring about me and all the positive talks we had and support to get back with my higher power, Ms O'Brien you was a light on my stay there at ABHS anytime I had a problem or something came up you was there to listen and call me out on my crap as well,Mr prutsmen,Mr.van.b and Mr.Say you three are straight up the best guidance I could have asked for you seen something good and kept pushing me forward for only the best given me the opportunity to be superstructure and the ability to become a better person,I absolutely loved it at ABHS had a good experience with just finding myself all my needs was met and I couldn't complain about anything, the food is amazing give a special thanks to the cooks, man I have nothing negative to say whatsoever thank you at ABHS for giving me my life back sincerely Mr.Francis

I just read the reviews for this place and allow me to retort. First off this place saved my life. I checked into ABHS not knowing the program, their reputation, or the temperament of the staff. The staff are a simply amazing!! Ms. B, Ms. Patrick, Ms. Moore, Ms. Womack, Mr. Torres, Mr. Van B., Mr. Prutsman, Ms. Wolf, Mr. Torres, Mr. Cuastic, Ms. Standfield, Ms. O’Brien, Mr. Guy, Ms. Aguilar, Ms. Dobins, Ms. Hamilton, Mr. Hirtch, Ms. Brown, Ms. Chichester, Ms. Wagner, the 3 Mr. Gs, Ms. Pagan, Mr. O, Mr. Hemple, Mr. Dock, Ms. Sumptner, Ms. Bopa, Ms. Wilamu, Ms. Garcia, Ms. Fouler, Ms. Lee, Ms. Karris, Ms. Davy, Ms. Nguyen, Mr. Cooper, and to any of you that I am forgetting I want to tell you all that I will always remember you all. You all were my rock when I needed it, you called me on my sh!t, helped me grow and learn, and got me started on my path to sobriety. Ms. Standfield there are no words, you were my life coach, my safe place, someone who I admire, someone I want to be like, and you don’t do it for praise or fame. You took me under your wing, gave me so so so many gold nuggets to put in my backpack you made me rich. You are wicked smart and taught me how my childhood trauma affected me and how to not be victim to it anymore. When the student is ready……the teacher presents themself. Mr. Van B., Ms. Brown, Ms. Davy, Ms. Chichester, and Mr. Prutsman you are fair, just, straight forward, honest, and forgiving. You showed me compassion, empathy, support, guidance, gave me second chances, and did not let me self destruct. You all are the best example of what true leaders are really are. For those reviews that try to disrespect and put a stain on all the good you do well they are absolutely wrong. To those that have anything negative to say about this place well some of your expectations are a bit far fetched. First don’t bring a child to see their parent in rehab. It’s traumatizing and that trauma causes addiction so way to go. Also no you can’t leave rehab and go to the store to buy contraband. You could have brought drugs into rehab causing a relapse or a overdose. What gives you the right to miss treat the staff and expect them to take it and allow you to stay. All of these behaviors are of someone not willing to commit to being sober. If you can’t learn to behave like normal people and follow rules in a safe place how can you expect to do that in the real world. My point is this the program at ABHS is working for those that want to be sober. I have been to rehab 3 times and I just graduated on 6/18 and it’s the last time I am ever going to rehab because this place taught me how to stand up on my own two feet get past my abuse, my low self astern, looking for my worth from others, and help shape me into the man I am today. Sure rehab has rules some of them may seem weird or even dumb at times but they are there to teach you to retrain you to prepare you as best they can so when you walk out of their doors into the real world you are ready to succeed at a sober life. For those that got booted you know what if you would have apologized taken your lumps and showed that you were truly sorry for your acts they would have allowed you back in. ABHS doesn’t say no to anyone. They let you come back again and again. This is a good place run by people that are trying to save people’s lives. They’ve seen everything that you can think of and do the best they can. However, we as addicts have to meet them halfway if we don’t want it, what they teach won’t stick and we won’t be prepared and we will go back in use. It’s up to us to choose the right thing to make good choices and to heal if that’s what you want then this is the place you wanna go to because they will make sure with every fiber of their being to try and help you to teach you to show you empathy and compassion, in your darkest moment they are the light that guides you to a path of sobriety. And anyone says different than they weren’t ready to be sober in the first place.

I came here 2018. I was 15 (now I'm 20)it was great when I was there. Staff & therapists,( Jason was my counselor) , They were nice , accepting & caring. There was also many activities : Horse back riding, Rock climbing, Boxing, Gym, Dance classes, Yoga, laser tag, pool party, looking at puppies Etc. The Food was Great & always gave us snacks. They gave us Bath and Both works & Makeup palletes every weekend. It was a great rehab & it helped me out a lot is what I can say. I seen some review of people who I went to the facility with and I can say That what she said isn't even close to True & She was In the just To start Problems (She was a Karen) . If you don't want to be in a rehab or need to be in one in general don't be in there just to Start Problems because there's people who do want the help & this place will help you so I definitely recommend it. If you say this place is bad , clearly you've never been to Foster Care cause this place Was Great. Idk How it is Now But my Experience there was Amazing.

They printed out packets of study sheets to keep me occupied and even allowed books and shoes. As long as the shoes don't have shoe laces and you're responsible with your possessions: intrinsically satisfying, responsibilities to self, and take care of your belongings. Unnamed individual may have overcorrected me by mildly lashing out with this tension, which was okay considering my remarks prior to this interaction was mistakenly insulting. He later presented kindness and respect outside of that aforementioned day. He even glued the sole of my shoe with gorilla glue and threw in a bouncy stress ball before leaving. Speaking of resources and the gorilla glue in the kitchen, the meals were enjoyable at dinner after breakfast, lunch, and two snack times. Full belly and respected leniency. By far, even though this writing might not be best structured, they are with ease and the best psychiatric facility I've ever been to.

Giving Sunshine Terrace 5 stars . My niece is there at this time. She as home for Christmas, what a remarkable difference in her attitude, behavior and overall demeanor. So nice that there is somewhere that focuses on the mental health/behavioral health and not the drug and alcohol addictions. She is doing much better, her positive attitude is a bonus. Hope that this will continue as she is able to make life changing progress. Thank you for the support and treatment she is receiving.

I had never been to a chiropractor, even though I had been told all about how great it will help. I have been dealing with chronic migraines most my life. Been to doctor after doctor, but I was scared to go to the chiropractor. It wasn't until my niece, (mind you is a baby) was going to Ignite. Honestly I wish I would have gone sooner. The help I have gotten has helped me so much. Even through the fear Dr. Trevor helped me feel comfortable and has helped me so much! Words cant describe how thankful I am for him! Dr. Trevor is so full of knowledge! Definitely recommend to everyone!
