Native project is my go to for all my health and wellness needs for my kids as well as my self. The service is good. Can usually get a quick appointment compared to other places. And the price for care is reasonable. Also they have dental and pharmacy as well as mental health. They also have a variety of children's mental health services which are amazing. I'd recommend to anyone. And I think each and every provider is amazing in their own way. If you don't visit here you should. Everyone is. Welcome

I just completed the MRT program they offer called Staying Quit. Before that, i was in the other level 1.0 continuing care program, and before that, i completed the level 2.1 intensive outpatient. I entered these programs after completing a long-term residential program in Spokane at Isabella House. Participating in these programs, in addition to doing individual sessions with my counselor there at least once a month, giving UAs when asked, doing weekly mental health therapy sessions with another provider, participating in 12 step meetings, getting a sponsor, and working steps has turned my life around 180°. I'm a firm believer that there is no one solution cure all for addiction. However, i also believe that everyone needs to figure out for themselves what works for them and what doesn't. For me, I had to fully engulf my life in recovery mainly due to knowing just how sick I truly was. Not every day is perfect. Some days just outright suck. But Serenity Point Counseling Services has helped ensure that I have the tools and support systems in place that I need to be successful in my recovery. I feel that the counselors actually listen to their clients needs and work with their clients to form individual service plans that target problem areas in their lives in order to keep progressing in recovery and ensure continued success even after discharge from the program. I was a client many years ago, and for anyone who has a preconceived notion of it not being an effective program from years past, i can tell you right now, this is not the same as it was then. So, for anyone struggling with their addiction, even if you're unsure if you need or even WANT help, reach out to them. What do you have to lose?

I was at sparc inpatient last February this place was phenomenal, the staff is very knowledgeable and truly cared about you having a lasting recovery I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking help for substance abuse issues.

I was at the end of my rope many attempts of suicide I wanted my life to end this place help saved my life the staff was phenomenal most are graduates of that program which for me really helped me continue my road to recovery in this journey I still stop by from time to time and say hello because without the caring stuff and the counselor I had I'd probably be dead I'm so grateful for the knowledge wisdom that those staff shared with me all the way from the admittance to the Cook which by the way the food was on point. For anyone that was in the same shoes as me I don't want him to live and didn't know what to do stuck with addiction this place is the right place for you not one time did I feel judged or less than I felt like I was equal

Mr.Carter your one amazing counselor, very open and straight forward, honest and showed me you really care about me as a person.i showed up there not knowing what to expect, scared to share or talk in groups and with your help next thing you know I became the class President.thank you Mr Carter you will always be my hero. The staff are a simply amazing!! You showed me compassion, empathy, support, guidance, gave me second chances, and did not let me self destruct. You all are the best example of what true leaders are really are. For those reviews that try to disrespect and put a stain on all the good you do well they are absolutely wrong. To those that have anything negative to say about this place well some of your expectations are a bit far fetched. First don’t bring a child to see their parent in rehab. It’s traumatizing and that trauma causes addiction so way to go. Also no you can’t leave rehab and go to the store to buy contraband. You could have brought drugs into rehab causing a relapse or a overdose. What gives you the right to miss treat the staff and expect them to take it and allow you to stay. All of these behaviors are of someone not willing to commit to being sober. If you can’t learn to behave like normal people and follow rules in a safe place how can you expect to do that in the real world. My point is this the program at ABHS is working for those that want to be sober. I have been to rehab 3 times and I just graduated on 6/18 and it’s the last time I am ever going to rehab because this place taught me how to stand up on my own two feet get past my abuse, my low self astern, looking for my worth from others, and help shape me into the man I am today. Sure rehab has rules some of them may seem weird or even dumb at times but they are there to teach you to retrain you to prepare you as best they can so when you walk out of their doors into the real world you are ready to succeed at a sober life. For those that got booted you know what if you would have apologized taken your lumps and showed that you were truly sorry for your acts they would have allowed you back in. ABHS doesn’t say no to anyone. They let you come back again and again. This is a good place run by people that are trying to save people’s lives. They’ve seen everything that you can think of and do the best they can. However, we as addicts have to meet them halfway if we don’t want it, what they teach won’t stick and we won’t be prepared and we will go back in use. It’s up to us to choose the right thing to make good choices and to heal if that’s what you want then this is the place you wanna go to because they will make sure with every fiber of their being to try and help you to teach you to show you empathy and compassion, in your darkest moment they are the light that guides you to a path of sobriety. And anyone says different than they weren’t ready to be sober in the first place.

This experience has truly been life altering for the better and best!! I cannot fathom the words to express my gratitude and Love for all that helped me start and guide me through the beginning and middle to even my journey now with Recovery and my sobriety!! Thank the RTA's Jenn, Amy, McKenna, Chris, Miraslov, Alex, and my counselors Ryan and Hailey, and Sarah, and my case worker Karmin!! And everyone else that work there to help me and everyone else with their efforts I cant thank all of you enough for believing in me when I struggled to believe in myself and setting up a personalized care plan that dealt with not just my addiction but also my mental health!! My only critique is that The Coffee!! Yall ready knew i was gonna say something about that but The Coffee!!! We need more of it!! LoL but yea other then that I'd give it 100 🌟's if I could!! I came here 2018. I was 15 (now I'm 20)it was great when I was there. Staff & therapists,( Jason was my counselor) , They were nice , accepting & caring. There was also many activities : Horse back riding, Rock climbing, Boxing, Gym, Dance classes, Yoga, laser tag, pool party, looking at puppies Etc. The Food was Great & always gave us snacks. They gave us Bath and Both works & Makeup palletes every weekend. It was a great rehab & it helped me out a lot is what I can say. I seen some review of people who I went to the facility with and I can say That what she said isn't even close to True & She was In the just To start Problems (She was a Karen) . If you don't want to be in a rehab or need to be in one in general don't be in there just to Start Problems because there's people who do want the help & this place will help you so I definitely recommend it. If you say this place is bad , clearly you've never been to Foster Care cause this place Was Great. Idk How it is Now But my Experience there was Amazing.

I enjoyed staying at daybreak. It was a life changed moment for me. All the staff are really supportive they can be stubborn but they care and just want the best. I recommend this place for any female who needs rehab. Daybreak helped me out alot and helped me find who I am. Thank you!

Staff and doctors are very helpful. Can take a while to get an appointment though.

They printed out packets of study sheets to keep me occupied and even allowed books and shoes. As long as the shoes don't have shoe laces and you're responsible with your possessions: intrinsically satisfying, responsibilities to self, and take care of your belongings. Unnamed individual may have overcorrected me by mildly lashing out with this tension, which was okay considering my remarks prior to this interaction was mistakenly insulting. He later presented kindness and respect outside of that aforementioned day. He even glued the sole of my shoe with gorilla glue and threw in a bouncy stress ball before leaving. Speaking of resources and the gorilla glue in the kitchen, the meals were enjoyable at dinner after breakfast, lunch, and two snack times. Full belly and respected leniency. By far, even though this writing might not be best structured, they are with ease and the best psychiatric facility I've ever been to.

Good meetings

Our Place has always been a safe haven. Frank Howe is a one of a kind man with a genuine soul.

This place has been helping people stay warm, eat, direct homeless to helpful resources, phone use, have 12 step meetings and get of drugs or alcohol for 8 yrs at this location and 15-20 at the old location. Frank Howe the owner has been a pillar in helping drug addicts and the homeless for 4 decades. If you want an example of selflessness he's that. If you can or are willing to donate contact him.

I find the rules to be fair. You're given lessons on your rights to ex; apartments. They also help and teach on how to do taxes and/or credit cards, even how to do financial aid for collage. So yeah, I'd recommend if you're homeless.

Friendly staff that genuinly cares about their clients, unorthodox methods, engaging curriculum, unbelievable experience, learned more here than anywhere els, feel like ive got a PHD afterwards and constantly teaching others what ive learned. Highly recommend this facility!

I had never been to a chiropractor, even though I had been told all about how great it will help. I have been dealing with chronic migraines most my life. Been to doctor after doctor, but I was scared to go to the chiropractor. It wasn't until my niece, (mind you is a baby) was going to Ignite. Honestly I wish I would have gone sooner. The help I have gotten has helped me so much. Even through the fear Dr. Trevor helped me feel comfortable and has helped me so much! Words cant describe how thankful I am for him! Dr. Trevor is so full of knowledge! Definitely recommend to everyone!

Everyone at the office is very nice and helpful. I have had a huge improvement in my back since starting treatment here.
