Love my therapist. They have helped me out so much and helped me get into programs that improved my life. I can't thank them enough.

I used to go there a long time ago when the owner passed his last request was that his son my mentor shut down the program permanently and sold the property. So for anyone that is looking for the kids to go here it's closed it's no longer operating and it hasn't been for almost 3 years now

The place is so cute that it looks like a park that helps you to clear your mind of the problems, and all this thanks to the good service of the staff.

I recently was helped by Frontier Behavoral Health staff in assisting with a family member in crisis. They were professional and understanding. I appreciate frontline workers who really care, make a difference and give quality care to those in need.

New start clinic saved my life, the staff there are very friendly attentive they seemed to really care about there patients I high recommend that if you are struggling with an opioid addition you give them a call

I made the very big mistake of writing a review that was not at all fair, I will not go into why but the very day I wrote it I was asked to go back for a chat and everything I was upset about was addressed and handled with grace and kindness, the staff really is amazing and they do care for their clients and really will go out of their way to work with people if we just tell them what issues we might have. I am grateful to all of you at Spokane Treatment Center, thank you for everything you do.

The best place i've ever lived at. There my first family and favorite family. I miss Andrea (my PRC), Jason, Mike, Zack, Rurik, Bill, Lori, Don, Bev, Jennifer, Didi, Martina, Melody, Gina, Jack, Tim, Grace, Chris, Betty, Mark, Wayne, Trish, Casey, Stacey, Marc, Kyle and Claire. The staff and everyone are very, very awesome and good hearted people. Their all very caring and funny....very funny staff there. Mike gave me the nickname chewie after Chewbacca because I love star wars. I cherish Tamarack immensely. I went by a different name then which was Rebecca, and only them can call me by my former name. There the best people in the world to me. I think about the staff I knew and tamarack itself everyday. I miss them. I love everyone there. I highly recommend Tamarack from a person who cherished the time being there almost 2 years. I even changed my middle name to tamarack because how much they mean to me. Which is now Elara Tamarack Skyobi Sherwood. Thank you to every person there, Tamarack made me feel heard and seen. Thank you. I will never ever forget Tamarack. I think of them daily and use my coping skills I learned there. There the best ever. Thank you.

I've been in and out of residential, and let me tell you, I felt so "normal" here and it was amazing! The only problem I would have is with irp. I remember being so anxious all the time thinking I was doing something wrong and going to get irp. I only did once. I have no idea if they still do that because I was there 5 years ago. But most of the people there are amazing! I hated BJ with a passion

Stars went above and beyond and assisted me during the most vulnerable time in my life. Ginger, Micah, Candice, Ariel, and Sharie were wonderful. Each and every one of the employees were beyond awesome. They literally helped me save my life. The staff there are absolutely wonderful. They truly care for you and your situation and try and make you feel as comfortable as possible for you and your child or children. Not one staff member was rude or not once did they not try and put there whole heart into your situation. I absolutely love the staff here and truly appreciate each and everyone of them who are trying to make a difference in young mothers and there babies life's. You guys are amazing there keep up your amazing work!

When you are insane, yes, sometimes that means they lock you in a room. Being insane, of course it FEELS unjust, but what? Are they just supposed to let you run loose and abuse patients and staff? But hey, love KBH, went there off and on since 2018. Last year I was actually released without medication, so yes, a vast improvement from the insane "imprisoned" person I was 7 years ago. There's hope here. There's good medication for those who need it. The roughest times at KBH are when they are short staffed. Feeling ignored doesn't help the mentally ill. If you're debating on going to an ER for psych help, come here, do NOT go to sacred heart. Food is good, it's terrible, inedible at Sacred Heart.

Worst billing & med care practices in the NW states.

Completely a waste of time, they never help you in anything.

Unethical Billing Practices I am deeply disappointed with the billing practices of this children's mental health provider. While the quality of care may be satisfactory, I cannot overlook the blatant overcharging for services. I recently discovered that they are charging patients for services outside of what insurance allows, leaving families with unexpected financial burdens. This unethical behavior undermines the trust we place in healthcare providers to prioritize the well-being of their patients. I urge potential clients to thoroughly review their billing statements and question any charges that seem excessive. It's disheartening to see a service dedicated to children's mental health resorting to such questionable financial practices. I hope the management takes immediate action to rectify this issue and regain the trust of the community, as all phone calls, emails, and in person visit attempts to rectify the situation have been meet with blatant disrespect and lies. Families seeking mental health support should not have to worry about being taken advantage of financially in already challenging times.

Not only that, but this location offers the best peer support staff I've ever worked with (Nikki, you're fantastic!). They have a variety of groups, and offer med management. My clinician was great at connecting me to resources for homelessness and housing options, and honestly, frontier has been instrumental in my recovery. I cannot thank this organization enough.

An extension of the previous Hoot Owl that used to reside over on Sprague, this recovery club has a long and crazy history. This is the place where I first got clean. Yes I know sometimes there's interpersonal drama but that's a reflection of us as humans and happens everywhere. The people running this joint are just doing their best to keep it clean and safe (both literally and figuratively!)
