Love my therapist. They have helped me out so much and helped me get into programs that improved my life. I can't thank them enough.

I used to go there a long time ago when the owner passed his last request was that his son my mentor shut down the program permanently and sold the property. So for anyone that is looking for the kids to go here it's closed it's no longer operating and it hasn't been for almost 3 years now

I was at sparc inpatient last February this place was phenomenal, the staff is very knowledgeable and truly cared about you having a lasting recovery I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking help for substance abuse issues.

⚠️I can't believe people are this unethical! I've never had such a disturbing experience with "therapists " in my entire life and I'm almost 60! It took a month to complete my assessment. The first "therapist" rolled his eyes, grimaced, sighed, called me "honey" in a derogatory way, and basically called me a liar. I reported him to the director. She apparently condones unprofessional behavior from her "therapists". I learned, don't report or you will be punished by the facility! I told the second, "therapist" that I have anxiety in groups(I have PTDS wirh social anxiety). I have a hard time disclosing personal information to people I do not know. She then told the director that I wasn't going to comply and refused group. This is not true. I even signed paperwork that I would attend and formulated a recovery plan. I thought it went well, apparently NOT! They basically call people in need liars! Very triggering if you have PTSD! Groups are $400.00 for 1 session! Advise extreme caution before you waste a month or so!

Mr.Carter your one amazing counselor, very open and straight forward, honest and showed me you really care about me as a person.i showed up there not knowing what to expect, scared to share or talk in groups and with your help next thing you know I became the class President.thank you Mr Carter you will always be my hero. I just read the reviews for this place and allow me to retort. First off this place saved my life. I checked into ABHS not knowing the program, their reputation, or the temperament of the staff. The staff are a simply amazing!! Ms. B, Ms. Patrick, Ms. Moore, Ms. Womack, Mr. Torres, Mr. Van B., Mr. Prutsman, Ms. Wolf, Mr. Torres, Mr. Cuastic, Ms. Standfield, Ms. O’Brien, Mr. Guy, Ms. Aguilar, Ms. Dobins, Ms. Hamilton, Mr. Hirtch, Ms. Brown, Ms. Chichester, Ms. Wagner, the 3 Mr. Gs, Ms. Pagan, Mr. O, Mr. Hemple, Mr. Dock, Ms. Sumptner, Ms. Bopa, Ms. Wilamu, Ms. Garcia, Ms. Fouler, Ms. Lee, Ms. Karris, Ms. Davy, Ms. Nguyen, Mr. Cooper, and to any of you that I am forgetting I want to tell you all that I will always remember you all. You all were my rock when I needed it, you called me on my sh!t, helped me grow and learn, and got me started on my path to sobriety. Ms. Standfield there are no words, you were my life coach, my safe place, someone who I admire, someone I want to be like, and you don’t do it for praise or fame. You took me under your wing, gave me so so so many gold nuggets to put in my backpack you made me rich. You are wicked smart and taught me how my childhood trauma affected me and how to not be victim to it anymore. When the student is ready……the teacher presents themself. Mr. Van B., Ms. Brown, Ms. Davy, Ms. Chichester, and Mr. Prutsman you are fair, just, straight forward, honest, and forgiving. You showed me compassion, empathy, support, guidance, gave me second chances, and did not let me self destruct. You all are the best example of what true leaders are really are. For those reviews that try to disrespect and put a stain on all the good you do well they are absolutely wrong. To those that have anything negative to say about this place well some of your expectations are a bit far fetched. First don’t bring a child to see their parent in rehab. It’s traumatizing and that trauma causes addiction so way to go. Also no you can’t leave rehab and go to the store to buy contraband. You could have brought drugs into rehab causing a relapse or a overdose. What gives you the right to miss treat the staff and expect them to take it and allow you to stay. All of these behaviors are of someone not willing to commit to being sober. If you can’t learn to behave like normal people and follow rules in a safe place how can you expect to do that in the real world. My point is this the program at ABHS is working for those that want to be sober. I have been to rehab 3 times and I just graduated on 6/18 and it’s the last time I am ever going to rehab because this place taught me how to stand up on my own two feet get past my abuse, my low self astern, looking for my worth from others, and help shape me into the man I am today. Sure rehab has rules some of them may seem weird or even dumb at times but they are there to teach you to retrain you to prepare you as best they can so when you walk out of their doors into the real world you are ready to succeed at a sober life. For those that got booted you know what if you would have apologized taken your lumps and showed that you were truly sorry for your acts they would have allowed you back in. ABHS doesn’t say no to anyone. They let you come back again and again. This is a good place run by people that are trying to save people’s lives. They’ve seen everything that you can think of and do the best they can. However, we as addicts have to meet them halfway if we don’t want it, what they teach won’t stick and we won’t be prepared and we will go back in use. It’s up to us to choose the right thing to make good choices and to heal if that’s what you want then this is the place you wanna go to because they will make sure with every fiber of their being to try and help you to teach you to show you empathy and compassion, in your darkest moment they are the light that guides you to a path of sobriety. And anyone says different than they weren’t ready to be sober in the first place.

Staff are very helpful and caring. They are very quick about doing things here. The food is decent, they should feed more but it's enough. They will work with patients/clients if they are struggling with being in treatment here. Don't come here if you're not willing to dig within yourself and get the pain out, as in "get it off your chest". My counselor was hard working, understanding and very helpful during my treatment here

Hello my name is Jared and I went to this facility in 2017 and have been clean ever since. I'm so blessed to have had the opportunity to attend this AMAZING place. I never thought I would ever be clean again and would eventually die or OD from my addiction. The staff here was so awesome and taught me how to be an active member of society again and the tools to keep me clean. Thank you to the staff and other addicts for always being there and allowing me to be apart of this god sent blessing. "One day at a time" and always keep moving forward and NEVER look back...

I have only been an employee for two months at Sun Ray Court and they really care about the clients.

This was not a fun procedure but all the staff was excellent. They seen to all my needs and made it pleasurable even though I was in pain. Thank the all.

I recently spent a week in Kootenai Hospital, admitted through the ER. I was in pain on and off throughout the week. The Nursing staff was absolutely wonderful: efficient, responsive, very kind and helpful. The CNA’s followed suit. This was a real team of caring professionals on 2E. Dr Voight was exceptional, highly skilled and helpful. It was a rough week for me (not easy being old and in hospital) but these people lifted me up, they truly cared. The slogan fits, “we get you, we got you”

I find the rules to be fair. You're given lessons on your rights to ex; apartments. They also help and teach on how to do taxes and/or credit cards, even how to do financial aid for collage. So yeah, I'd recommend if you're homeless.

Our Place has always been a safe haven. Frank Howe is a one of a kind man with a genuine soul.

This place has been helping people stay warm, eat, direct homeless to helpful resources, phone use, have 12 step meetings and get of drugs or alcohol for 8 yrs at this location and 15-20 at the old location. Frank Howe the owner has been a pillar in helping drug addicts and the homeless for 4 decades. If you want an example of selflessness he's that. If you can or are willing to donate contact him.

I would like to say I had the privilege to attend a N.A meeting with a client of mine. I have 2 years 5 months clean and hats off to this awesome group of people and everyone that attends. they are so supportive and welcome you with a hug when you walk through that door. I enjoyed how everyone support each other and how they all spoke with an open heart and sincere heart. If you find yourself struggling I highly recommend this support group. :)

Everybody is very nice and patient and all the doctors have great personalities and very professional did some fillings f9r my teeth recently and very easy and quick process

I got tired of being treated bad from certain doctors, I always felt like I was being judged or discriminated against or automatically accused of being a pill popper. My Native American friend suggested that I go to All Nations Medical Center and so I did and I am glad I did, I felt! real comfortable there, I felt like I mattered to Dr Kodi, and Johanna who isn't there anymore . I love the nurses too, they all took thier time making sure we had a game plan ahead to start feeling better. I consider All Nations my home. Thank you ❤️

I had a great experience even though I do not like going to the dentist, but the doctor is amazing! She was very kind and gentle!

I've gone here for years anyone who is bitching about it doesn't have any recovery. This place is great.

Very grateful for community medical services. Maintenance gave me the opportunity to develop a lifestyle that was conducive to sobriety and the tools to create a life I never thought was imaginable. 5 years later I have my own business, a family, and a support system that allows me to deal with the road bumps that are a part of life’s journey. It’s never easy but it’s beyond worth it. I would recommend looking into the options that CMS offers to anyone that is struggling with addiction to narcotics or knows somebody who is!

They care about their clients and are willing to work around clients work schedules. Much better than Merit.

I can’t say enough good things about Sumorset Counseling in Richland. The staff here is truly amazing. Caring, professional, and genuinely supportive. But I especially want to thank my counselor, Brandi. She played such a huge role in my recovery journey. Her compassion, guidance, and unwavering support helped me work through some of the most difficult times in my life. I always felt heard, understood, and empowered during our sessions. I truly don’t know where I’d be without her help. Thank you, Brandi, and thank you Sumorset, for making such a positive impact on my life!

Comprehensive Healthcare is a great community resource here in the Tri-Cities. Their Youth Recovery Coordinator, Rene Carrillo Avila, has an incredible gift for connecting with youth in a nonjudgmental way that makes them feel heard and respected. Because of this, kids trust him and families feel truly supported. He listens, coordinates care, and never makes you feel like a burden. Comprehensive Healthcare is truly fortunate to have Rene on their team, and as families, we are equally fortunate to have his support. He is a rare and invaluable resource in this community, and his work makes a real difference in the lives of the youth and families he serves. I highly recommend Comprehensive Healthcare.

I've been going to comprehensive for a year and from my experience I noticed that the office is very clean I also know that they prescribed great medicine unlike some places that prescribed medicines that don't work very well they see people of all ages they don't get angry with the patients they speak clearly and they have snacks and drinks.

Just the best. As a young female veteran I was thrilled to be assigned an all female care team. They've been so responsive and have taken all of my concerns seriously. The clinic is small but all of the staff have been incredibly efficient and kind.

I’m a 22 yr vet and I find the Richland VA to be one of the best in the country and my doctor and nurse to be some of the best in the country. The constant turn over In personnel is the downfall of the VA it create a division in health care and communications and they don’t have enough employees to do the required work in an efficient amount of time.
