1 less star because of one unhappy front desk person. The MA who took care of us was very kind and personable. She smile the whole time and very easy to talk to. The doctor was easy to talk to. Front desk- i know it is hard job, but never scoff at people. You dont have to smile, you just have to be nice.

She wasn’t sure what we needed to get him approved, but she found out on the spot and ensured it was taken care of thru the tribe. I am so grateful for the Puyallup Tribe for taking on my total health care needs(except eye-glasses etc.) even tho I am of a different coastal tribe. I walked into Bayview at my lowest point in life. It was hard for me to accept treatment. I refused that I needed help. I thought I was fine and that I did not need the help.However that really did change after spending some time in the mental health and substance abuse programs. The counselors were really amazing and the way they structure their program really does help. Every one of the staff is easily approachable and they can all relate to you as the patient in some way. The staff do everything they can to help you and make you feel safe and easy to talk to them. I went in as a broken man and I came out someone better. If you really want to get better, this is the place to do it. Anyone here that writes a bad review or says that it did not work here in the review section did not try to get better. Instead they are blaming a place that truly cares about the patient and they gave up on themselves.Again if you really do want to get better come to this place because I cannot think of another program that is well structured, professional, and as caring as Bayview.

I’ve been to pretty much every methadone clinic in Pierce County, and most of them are frustrating. It takes forever to get dose increases, and some require an EKG every 20 mg, which just slows everything down and makes the process miserable. This place is completely different—hands down the best clinic I’ve been to. They allow dose increases of up to 20 mg per day if needed, and the intake process only took about an hour. Yes, you do have to go in daily at first (about 13 days), but it’s straightforward and worth it. After about a month, I was already eligible for weekly take-homes, which was way easier than I expected. I’m already up to 160 mg, and the whole process has been smooth and supportive. Best clinic in Washington, no question. Highly recommend.

My road to sobriety has not been without obstacles. But, what I can say is that I would have given up a long time ago if it was not for the entire team at Lakewood CTC. They are all so down to earth and willing to assist however they can when it comes to successfully achieving sobriety. I don't know everyone's names, but you know who you are! Ok at first I give them a 1 star I was being reviewd by women ! They had no f’n clue ! As soon as I got a man things picked up ! However still not where I need to be almost a year in my dose is still not powerful enough so I have to take double or even tripple the amount to still barley feel it working ! The result a lot of wasted time running out early I mean it sorta sucks ! However my psychiatrist is pretty good actually I like him a lot however it seems like it’s taken forever to get me on the right dosage for my Adderall. Hopefully this will change because month supply last a half a month and I don’t feel it working. Life is too short to be not feeling the way I’m supposed to feel and get my projects accomplished, I guess if you really need it you hardly feel it. Well, I guess that’s my case so we get a four star

Seamar is definitely what you make it but but the staff there is so accommodating and they truly care about the people that come there and will work with you if you truly want to get clean and better your life! Honestly if anyone has something bad to say about the place it's just because they weren't ready to change their life! SeaMar set you up for complete success leaving their doors from housing to legal stuff to doctor and mental health appointments. They let you smoke cigarettes and take you on outings every other week and genuinely understand what their clients are going through. I couldn't recommend a better place! Just remember if you want the help it's definitely there!

My life has basically turned upside down in the past couple months. I don’t know where I’d be without IOP group therapy. The support is very needed. I’m still struggling but learning to deal with my mental stability in new ways. Depression and anxiety have nearly brought me down, but because of the therapists at Providence Mental Health, I feel better about going forward. I still have a ways to go, but feel like I’m doing better through this program.

I see a lot of one star reviews from years ago, maybe things have improved a lot since because I haven't had issues at this location, all of the staff have been polite and kind, and therapy with Anastasia has really helped. Their service dog is very calm, he loves being petted and he always smells nice. The clinic is older but clean. I've been going for maybe 9-10 months now, I signed up for text reminders so I don't miss appointments, and if I'm not feeling well or have my kid home I can call and change my appointment to a virtual zoom call. I completely understand if some patients had a bad experience, I personally haven't had issues. I've even seen a few super stressed and/or demanding patients come in late, and the staff fits them in. Maybe things have improved in recent years.

Genuinely a great staff. They helped me after I had the worst day of my life. I cannot overstate the value of having peer support in these hospitals, even if it's informal. The kindness I was shown those three days and nights probably saved me. While I do not support MultiCare as an organization, that does not reduce the fact that the experience was beneficial to my overall health and well being. Something people need to understand is that these facilities are overwhelmed, especially in WA state. Anyways, I just wanted to say thank you specifically to the faculty and staff. N=Olend=D

My first and likely last treatment center i’ve gone to. I struggled with opioid abuse at an early age for a couple years with no spiritual background. I met the Lord here, completed my full year and pursued the internship program for another year. It’s provided amazing mentorship for me and a beautiful opportunity for a fresh start in life. I would say I made the best memories here and lots of revelation about who I am. The staff are amazing, encouraging people and the genuine love that is poured out on us is unmatched. I am grateful for what I have received in this program and the connections I’ve made along the way!!

I believe God has truly made a way for women to heal, recover, start anew, and feel His love for them at the Graham Adult and Teen Challenge! I personally have seen my whole family rally around our loved one who is in the program. She is growing closer to the Lord and her transformation is truly amazing! Had she not come to ATC, I believe she would not be here today. I had contacted this organization searching for support in a time of need. They are very willingly and happy to help! It was surprising to me that I didn't get turned down right away and wasn't asked very much questions about my situation. It shows me the staff are kind, compassionate people who truly care. Another big postive is that they are very fast at answering phone calls and returning emails in a timely matter, which I appreciated a lot. The only reason why I didn't give it a full 5 stars is because IMO I didnt feel quite as safe where the office is located traveling by myself. I am a smaller timid woman. :) To be fair, it is in a highly populated area targeted for certain demographics. :) I do recommend this place if you are in need! The services arent limited to what you think it is! Thank you so much!
