Sea Mar Community Health Centers is located in Yelm, Washington. It’s a behavioral health clinic that offers chemical dependency services for individuals struggling to safely quit their alcohol and drug addictions. As one of many Sea Mar Community Health Centers across Washington state, you’ll find this particular facility in the city of Yelm.
SeaMar Medical Clinic is a wonderful community asset for lower income or uninsured people. People who work in Public Health really care about their fellow human beings. You may have to wait sometimes, because SeaMar serves a large area and because sometimes an Urgent case like a sick baby comes in. If you see 1-star reviews for a Doctor or Medical Clinic, please realize that it's often because someone arrived VERY LATE & expected to be allowed to bump other people's appt times, and is mad that they had to reschedule! Another common reason for 1-star reviews is that DRUG SEEKERS didn't get the drugs they were after. Washington state has really toughened up its laws regarding prescription pain medications. That's not the clinic's fault.

Alta really cares about the people who come here, I gave birth 11/19/2022 and started Alta December 2022. Since starting my family has had some medical problems one after the other most recently my 3month old had to have surgery. The staff at Alta has been so supportive, understanding & kind. I’m extremely glad this is where I came for treatment, you really can tell they truly care about the people who come here.

All the ladies up front are really nice along with all the nurses. I'm glad that somehow they can deal with some of the stuff and people they have to deal with. If I haven't been going here since they opened (before the fentanyl we have now) I would never think any of the nurses and the gals at the desk to be so nice all the time. Especially when I'm in line behind someone being a real POS to the ladies when it's never their fault if there's any problems. It's always because of decisions the junkies make. I hate asking them for anything because they have to deal with so much already I hate adding to their pile. I've personally had a few times the nurses have helped me when they could have just told me to dose and leave. I can make this review a lot longer, but I'm gonna stop here for now. I don't bounce around from different clinics, but I wouldn't bet on anywhere else doing such a good job

I really appreciate your latest commercial about the tribe, showing pics from history, the 'boats' ceremony, etc. I grew up in Western Montana, and had a native friend in 4th grade (1964) who was Kootenai Tribe, I was told by my parents NOT to play with her, for various reasons, which even at an early age I recognized as ignorant, we played together anyway. I was welcome in her home, but she was not in mine. Both of our parents had issues with alcoholism so we had several great reasons to bond, and one that was not. My mother made me wash at the outdoor water spigot before I could come in the house. It was wrong then, and negative treatment is wrong now. Thanks for sharing the truly wonderful birthrights of NA tribes.

They are very professional at BHR Rendi is my counselor she's the best. Ann is my psychiatrist. I can't even begin to explain how much help they've been to me. I always look forward to my telephone appointments weekly with Rendi she really knows how to get into my mind and gives me more options in different types of situations which allows me to make better choices. I have schizophrenia not by choice I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy so I've got it and I have to deal with it daily as long as I stay on my meds and stay in contact with my counselors and psychiatrist I seem to do well but the minute I decide I don't need my meds everything goes to hell in weeks the schizophrenia has really destroyed half of my life I really wish I didn't have this disease but there's nothing I can do about it except continue to take my meds and continue my counseling with Rendi and Ann... That's basically all I have to say Behavioral Health Resources is great I have no complaints they've done nothing but help.

The onboarding process with Bicycle Health was pretty much seamless and intuitive. I was able to schedule my assessment to within just a couple of days, and the clinician who conducted my initial assessment, and who will remain my ongoing care professional, proved to be a very good listener, showed compassion, and demonstrated her extensive knowledge regarding substance abuse and addiction. I was able to start Suboxone treatment immediately. I highly recommend Bicycle Health to anyone in need of the kind of health care they offer.
