I walked into Bayview at my lowest point in life. It was hard for me to accept treatment. I refused that I needed help. I thought I was fine and that I did not need the help.However that really did change after spending some time in the mental health and substance abuse programs. The counselors were really amazing and the way they structure their program really does help. Every one of the staff is easily approachable and they can all relate to you as the patient in some way. The staff do everything they can to help you and make you feel safe and easy to talk to them. I went in as a broken man and I came out someone better. If you really want to get better, this is the place to do it. Anyone here that writes a bad review or says that it did not work here in the review section did not try to get better. Instead they are blaming a place that truly cares about the patient and they gave up on themselves.Again if you really do want to get better come to this place because I cannot think of another program that is well structured, professional, and as caring as Bayview.

This place offers super quick and convenient service! Even though my son was born in a different county, the staff confirmed over the phone that they handle birth certificates for all of Washington state. I was able to pick up the certificate and was finished within five minutes.

Security took one look at me with my frantic demeanor, said “you need your birth certificate miss?” I shook my head, he said “the kiosks are to your right when you walk in, grab a ticket and they’ll call you”, I had no wait time and the young lady upheld such professionalism, was also very kind. Very clean environment and I like how it’s been a little renovated.

I had an expiring options contract, and I needed to move. Time was of the essence. I called the Robinhood support number help and was called back within seconds. The options specialist on the Robinhood customer service phone number was calm and efficient. They explained my options—selling, exercising, or letting it expire—and what would happen to the underlying hood stock. Their common sense in a stressful situation was simply amazing.

Tacoma Treatment Solutions has the most pleasant staff, the processes they use to treat patients are very efficient. The customer service is very useful, the waiting times are very short, the compassion and understanding is wonderful, they made me feel very comfortable. If you decide to visit them do not hesitate, you will get the help you need.

From day one, Larry (office mgr) made me feel right at home. The road to sobriety isn't an easy one and it can become discouraging if you're not surrounded by the right team. Larry and the rest of the Lakewood ctc team, has made this journey one that I now know I can accomplish and also will not fail at. He has been key to my new beginning and I'm forever grateful for that. Thanks Larry!!

I would like to add that larry got us back on track with transportation with paratransit thank you again Larry !!!! Larry has always gone above and beyond with the clients needs.He has always been very respectful and greets me with a smile . He's never been one to react negatively even when a client is angry,yelling, or being rude. He's just a all around good person who does his job well.

Seamar is definitely what you make it but but the staff there is so accommodating and they truly care about the people that come there and will work with you if you truly want to get clean and better your life! Honestly if anyone has something bad to say about the place it's just because they weren't ready to change their life! SeaMar set you up for complete success leaving their doors from housing to legal stuff to doctor and mental health appointments. They let you smoke cigarettes and take you on outings every other week and genuinely understand what their clients are going through. I couldn't recommend a better place! Just remember if you want the help it's definitely there!

This place is great! The staff is amazing and they genuinely care about their clients. The food is amazing and the management is efficient and fair. I was there for a month in May of 2024 and I can't think of one negative thing to write. If you're struggling and you want to change your life, this place is for you. Next week I will have 8 months clean and I couldn't have imagined how my life would change! Don't hesitate, if you're thinking about going just do it, if I can do it you can too! Thier front office is great use but living on their tacoma campus is dirty and covered in trash across the street be careful homeless go through your trash and spread it out on my balcony The workers there are always trying to rush me out always to take a smoker's break and very pushy and harass. Chase me down the halls yell talk down The security guard followed me everywhere. So he helped Demanded me to follow him around and took me to the wrong building, but demanded that I would talk to a front desk staff first before going into my apartments building was of no use and followed me everywhere. I would go. Her you can get shower kitchen stove toilet windos door keys door and mailbox 10$ to replace. Had to replace very old blinds and have roach and spinders everywhere have to work and get your own supplies supplied me with bed and kitchen tools I believe they put cameras in room like hotels

I went here for a suicide awareness training not facilitated by MDC. I can't give the training 5 stars but, I will give 5 stars to MDC. They do good work there and the staff is wonderful.

I really felt welcomed and cared for, a real home for me after I never had one. They met all of my needs and guided me towards the path of light. Counselors put themselves in your shoes!
