Having been through the WisHope Step-Down Housing Program and Wis Hope Treatment Program, I can tell you first hand, that this is a program that can change your entire life, if getting sober and improving your life is truly what you are ready for and willing to do. I struggled with the use of heroin/fentanyl/pain pills for 20 years. It wasn't WisHope that made me stop using. It was "Me" that made "Me" stop using. And it is Wis Hope that co-signed every single step I took to NOT get high every day or give in to the cravings that made me doubt everything that I was doing. Wis Hope offered me the support I needed from day to day to make sure I reached the only goal I wanted to achieve. And that was to make sure I hit my pillow every single night sober! I didn't give a damn if I didn't get one thing done on my "To-do-Lists". And then when I was ready to take the next step, Wis Hope was ALWAYS and still is right there behind me supporting me and giving me the strength I need to realize that I am worth way more than I ever gave myself credit for. They helped me find my purpose again. I have so much to be grateful and thankful for every single day. Instead of chasing that next high and wasting my time degrading and de-facing myself, I amhappy and eager in accomplishing my goals to become the best version of myself. So much that because of my determination and focus, I am now an employee for WisHope helping other people reach their goals and helping them to get past the pain and suffering I once knew all to well. This was not my first treatment, but it was definitely the best! WisHope offered me a different type of treatment using DBT that taught me skills to use in everyday life and on my sober journey. The staff members were compassionate, empathetic and also knowledgeable. Most are in recovery themselves which made their experiences more valuable to the program that helped nurture clients’ recovery process. The one on one therapy was like none I ever had, getting to the root of some of the contributors to my substance abuse. The recovery community is amazing here! I always felt heard, supported and encouraged every step of the way!

Some of the classes were great! The art therapy was amazing. Some of the staff was great. Juliana deserves a raise!! That girl handled some very difficult people over the weekend. Some of the aids were so kind and fun and helpful. Definitely some not so nice or invested staff. They did great with my food allergies. Overall was a helpful stay for mental health but a few employees that may need to be let go.

Dr. Sheedy is seriously one of those doctors I wish there were more of. He is so down to earth, so easy to talk to, and just one of those people who makes you feel comfortable the second you walk in. My daughter is almost 13 and absolutely adores him, and my son is 8 and loves him too.And honestly it is crazy to me that we have been with him for EIGHT YEARS now. He literally came into our lives when my son was born. Hendrix was considered high risk because of the Rh factor issue and there was concern he could possibly need a blood transfusion. Our pediatrician at the time took a last-minute vacation, and Dr. Sheedy was the doctor who came to Waukesha Memorial Hospital and took care of him.That was pretty much it for me. We left our old pediatrician after that and have been with Dr. Sheedy ever since.He has watched my son grow from a tiny high-risk newborn into this wild 8-year-old boy, and he has watched my daughter grow into almost a teenager. He knows my kids, he talks TO them and not just over them, and he makes them feel safe. As a mom, that means everything to me. He is family friendly, honest, kind, funny, and just real. He never makes you feel dumb for asking questions and never makes you feel rushed. I truly trust him with my kids, and after 8 years I can say that with my whole heart. I really wish they made more doctors like Dr. Sheedy. We are so lucky he walked into our lives when he did!

Came in with alot of pain, but was greeted by many friendly faces. Good bed-side manner by all employees. Kept me informed frequently on my progress, and kept comfortable as best that they could. I left with the medications I needed and full instructions what to do when I get home. Follow up appt was scheduled the next day. Great care here if you need help when you to see a doctor.

I have good experiences there, my doctor and nurse are very nice (Dr.Baskaran &Nurse Janice) they’re very respectful and continue to provide me great care despite my indescisiveness and constant use of WebMd😆. They communicate well and respond quickly to me on MyChart aswell. Everything is always clean and organized and is done in a orderly fashion.

I’m so thankful for Spring City Corner Clubhouse. Clubhouse has never failed me. I never had a problem getting help. I have learned so much in the 14 years I’ve been a member. Clubhouse helps me with structure and isolation. Clubhouse has helped me to increase my computer skills, culinary skills and so many other tasks. I see Carol and it has been life changing. I have had several therapists over the years and none that have helped me get to the core issues like Carol has. Talk therapy is good and all, but in my experience it can only take me so far. EMDR has been what I've been missing. I went in to see her looking to HEAL. It's been a process, and it's been hard. But I've addressed issues that have been within me since childhood and there's still so much to uncover. Facing my past with Carol has given me hope. I guide my sessions and it all depends on the level of honesty I want to face. I've referred her to co-workers and family members. I wish everyone the type of freedom that comes from working on yourself and healing. And I wish everyone a therapist that's as experienced as Carol is.

Used to go here until my provider left this company. My provider is great and I continue to see that provider. The Red Oak staff were wonderful. I started seeing Meredith about 9 months ago. She helped me with a treatment plan and has been very helpful and my life is better as a result. I’ve also seen significant improvement in my teen daughter, who has been seeing Leslie for about 7 months. Our relationship has blossomed since we have both been working on ourselves. The DBT parent group (which goes alongside the teen DBT group) was very educational and the group counselor, Lisa, did a great job teaching the skills. Overall, my experience has been life changing and I would highly recommend.
