I have good experiences there, my doctor and nurse are very nice (Dr.Baskaran &Nurse Janice) they’re very respectful and continue to provide me great care despite my indescisiveness and constant use of WebMd😆. They communicate well and respond quickly to me on MyChart aswell.

Let me say one thing if you have to wait for you dose people it's not the end of your life you will receive it. It pathetic how people still carry such addictive behaviors.

I forget the names of the others but the ER front desk on 11/24/25 was a wonderful person and JJ the imaging tech was superb and Chris the X Ray lady was fast! PA Abigail Chang was great! And Dr Schiells was equally superb! Much appreciated!! No complaints from us please note this hospital is one of the best in the world. I’m so thankful for Spring City Corner Clubhouse. Clubhouse has never failed me. I never had a problem getting help. I have learned so much in the 14 years I’ve been a member. Clubhouse helps me with structure and isolation. Clubhouse has helped me to increase my computer skills, culinary skills and so many other tasks. I highly recommend Spring City to anyone who lives with mental health.
Remember, when you ask for help you have to be willing to listen and follow through. I don’t understand why there are 2 negative reviews? Spring City saved my life and the staff has always been there for me and others.

From my PC Dr. Bridget Halenda to my oncologist Dr. McGartland, to Dr. Demos and Dr. Bellini, who performed my cancer surgery they are all top-notch doctors I've never been very trusting of doctors but I had a great team behind me and I just feel very blessed that I had all of them having my best interests and in my corner, I felt very safe and confident in every one of their professions!!! My father was unexpectedly hospitalized for a serious condition that needed emergency surgery while we were visiting from out of town. We are so grateful for the support of the staff (from physician to nurses to ancillary). Everyone involved during his SICU and Step-Down was amazing! Included us in his care consistently even though we (his family) were hundreds of miles away from him!
We cannot say thank you enough! Being one of the main factors why he was able to make it back home to Michigan!!

State agencies are not going to be ideal, but at least here the clinicians seem to really care and were helpful when I asked for alternative options when I needed help. The secretaries are always polite too!

My husband had kidney surgery yesterday, and we cannot say enough about the incredible care we received. Urologists Dr. Mark Ehlers, MD, and Dr. Adam Kadlec, MD (Urology, Surgical Services), along with all the nurses and staff members on 4 Center, 4th floor, were absolutely exceptional. They went above and beyond not only for my husband but for me as well.
Their compassion, professionalism, and dedication were truly unmatched. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, treated us with kindness and respect, and made an overwhelming situation feel manageable. Even while short-staffed and managing a full unit, they never let the quality of care slip.
This team clearly takes tremendous pride in their work, ensuring every patient receives the highest level of attention, comfort, and support. We have never experienced a group so committed, attentive, and genuinely caring. Words cannot express our gratitude. They made a stressful and emotional time so much easier, and we will forever be thankful for the extraordinary care they provided.
If I could give them a million stars, I would give Dr. Ehler and the 4 Center Team" is truly the best of the best.

I recommend Dr. Arassi to anyone who truly needs and wants help. He helped me to transform my life and I will forever be grateful for him and his staff for going out of their way at times, as well as their sincerity and willingness to help me when I was at the lowest of my low. I have made so many accomplishments that I use to think I would never be able to attain (going to college, maintaining important relationships and just being able to live a "normal" life again... to name a few). Dr. Arassi is extremely caring, knowledgeable and experienced and I never felt judged; I know this because I have tried quite a few places prior to Healing Corner and none of them compare!!

I have been coming here for about 3+ years. My life has changed so much so, that I can’t be thankful enough!!! The respect shown to me along with compassion & understanding that I’m sure was hard & challenging at times to give, was what I needed to live life again..Addictive behavior has it’s own demons filled with shame & denial, control issues & pride that most can relate to, as we all have our own story. I had a new set of challenges that came with my health diminishing right before my very eyes that made it seem impossible on a lot of days to get through. That started about 9months in. I couldn’t drive anymore and was using a walker at one point & cried a lot! .... None of us are above addiction & at that point I needed help more than ever, as I was so vulnerable just in my physical pain alone...I can tell you that I fought a lot of what needed to be done and tried bullying and controlling the areas I thought I should be in control of. I can promise you that you are in the right place. Whether court ordered, legal troubles, or like me, just wanted help and was tired of the struggle day in and day out, you can change. You WILL change!!! Dr Arassi, the counselors & all of the staff are here to help you. They want you to be here and feel good again. Trust them! Listen! Let your guard down and be broken. This program works. Don’t give up. There’s no shame in needing help. This world is hard enough without addictions. You will get through this. I promise you!!! Good luck!!!
