This place is amazing!!! It doesn’t even feel like a facility, they helped me so much and you become family with the other clients. The staff are amazing at what they do and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to start my journey of recovery! Wyoming recovery is they best place to go by far and I think it’s so amazing that they let you still interact with the community and not feel like your locked down all the time and they give you the chance to get away for a few hours on the weekend! This is the best place to go to take a step towards staying clean!!!

Staff was excellent in providing me assistance in my treatment and always was welcoming. Tim always was supportive and is a great friend to have during this challenging period. As a military veteran footprints was able to assist in the challenges that military personnel face during their time serving and have served.

This is Worst experience of my life. All Health Network Bridge House is not concerned about your mental state at all They are rude in so many ways, They over medicate you and make you feel less than a human being. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The level of continuity was horrible the floor stuff was really pretty good if they had an MD after their name they were excellent, the nursing staff it was really pretty obvious that they had their benefits and pay cut they hated their job and they were going to let us clients know they were going to take it out on us like a drunken father who had no power at work would come home and let his children have the hammer and whip. It's really pretty bad when the nurse practitioner who fills in for the psychiatrist introduces herself as Doctor and want you to think that she is a psychiatrist I understand that she worked hard for her PhD but she is a nurse practitioner with a PhD not a medical doctor not a medical doctor she is a nurse practitioner she tries to pass herself off as a medical doctor that is really wrong she should make it clear that she is a doctor nurse and that she is a nurse not an MD the nurses hate their job and they take it out on the clients kitchen staff was great

There is no recovery at this place. They put you in a bubble like environment. Keep you away from reality. Once you leave life is real. Dont waste your money on this place. I here cult like. All counseling is fellow members. They dont hore outside. No real degrees.

This program changed my life. It was one hell of a journey and a struggle for me in sobriety for a long time in the program for over a year. I was angry, hopeless, and full of fear but the counselors and the others around me and the people at cornerstone saw something me that I didn’t see in myself, hope. They never gave up on me, had SO much love and patience for me even after the many times I took everything for granted and should have been told to leave and never to come back. They continued to have my back and without all my peers and the counselors continuous support I would have never made it to where I am now In my recovery. I’ve found comfort in my own skin, I’m okay with feeling my emotions, I longer feel like I’m surviving but instead I feel alive, I’ve gained a lot of confidence within, I am happy, and I love my life again and I never thought I would ever gain what I’ve gained through recovery without using drugs. I’m so grateful for what cornerstone has done for me and continue to do so.

This is the best place for whatever you have going on in your life. I am on supervision and use them for my classes, one on ones, and testing. The staff is super nice and helpful. They go above and beyond with extra case management services and even helped with my resume. They will know you by first name and stay in touch when it counts. They have a bunch of online sessions available too if you can’t drive or need to meet with someone remotely. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.

This year I celebrated 6 years clean after over a decade of drug use. Whenever I talk about my recovery, Mary, the woman who runs this rehab and sober living will always come into that conversation. I was so scared to go into rehab for the first time and I knew my family was too. I’m so happy I chose New Beginnings. In July 2025, I started IOP at DWR which was the best decision I ever made. Their staff are supportive and extremely knowledgeable; special shoutout to Rachel, Amanda, and Crystal for all of their endless support! During IOP, I relapsed more than once and was never treated differently because of it. Instead of criticizing my decisions, DWR provided me with the support and safe space to work through my relapses while still holding me accountable. I have now been sober just over one year and even though I am the one who makes the decision to continue my sobriety everyday, I owe DWR for giving me the tools and confidence to do so. Thank you DWR for saving my life when I had almost given up and helping me create a life worth living.

I’ve read some other comments on here and I sincerely don’t at all share in the same experience with staff. All the staff I have encountered old and new staff, have always been kind, helpful, and encouraging. I’ve had a sick kiddo since 2019 and there hasn’t been a time that I’ve come to dose that they don’t ask how my child is with genuine concern for his well being and the well being of my family. I had Julie as a counselor for years and the clinic helped me get tell-counseling just to ensure I could meet all my expectations and still be there for my son and be able to work full time. I’ve been clean since the day I started and so I’ve never had an issue and they’ve never given me issue, even when I repeatedly have missed quarterly assessments because I’m stuck at work, they just laugh a bit, give me a hard time every so often and reschedule me, nothing but love and holding me accountable in a kind and respectful manner. Some people say MAT is just trading one addiction for another. I will always disagree, it’s trading a costly addiction (not just financially) for the freedom to get your life back together, to be of sound and sober thought, and go back to be a contributor to society rather than a burden and staying in a victim mentality. I believe in you, if you’re reading this. Treatment saved my life, so if you’re reading these comments trying to find out if it’s right for you, here’s what I will say. With MAT, you know it’s safe and where it’s coming from. You’ll be sober and not running from an inevitable withdrawal that you know is coming and leads you to do unimaginable things to avoid it even if it hurts people you love. Try it, if you try it and it’s still not right for you, then at least you made the attempt, but don’t let a couple bad comments about this clinic stop you from getting the help you need. The stigma around addiction needs to stop. No one is immune to it, NO ONE! I’ll repeat again, my experience with all of the staff from the UA man who is the sweetest most helpful guy, to the nurses had been nothing but positive and supportive. The only time I’ve seen an issue is with those not truly caring about getting sober and STAYING SOBER. You can’t come in and expect to just get a quick fix in between highs. That’s not what this is for and they will not enable you, that’s because I truly believe they genuinely want to see people get better. That’s my two cents, take it or leave it. I owe my life to New Seasons and I am thankful I took that first step, as hard as it was, I found a group of people within the clinic so kind and we all support eachother, listen to eachother and encourage one another, those of us who are truly trying. I hit 7 years sober on July 18th, 2025. And I am damn proud of that. I lost my brother to fentanyl in 2022, so again, even if you believe it’s trading one thing for another, the trade off is still knowing where it came from. My brother didn’t, and he died for it because he was too embarrassed to get help. Please, try it! All good vibes and love to anyone reading this trying to decide what to do next…I’ve been there. You CAN DO THIS!

I have been going to this clinic for awhile now. You get out of it what you put Into it. I personally don't have any support system or family to help me with anything but Tara at New Season's has been amazing. You can tell she really really cares about her clients and definitely goes above and beyond to try to help in anyway she can. I don't think I'd still be going if it wasn't for her and now I don't feel so lost and alone either. They have made alot of changes there I believe people should give this place a try now if they've gone there before and had a negative experience.

My wife and I decided to get clean and sober together ❤️ we have been sober and coming to the clinic for almost 4yrs now! New Seasons may have saved our lives, couldn't have done it without the MAT program that they provide. And of course each other 😀
