I started at raise the bottom about a month ago & I'm super lucky I had Amanda doing my intake. She made sure I did not feel one bit uncomfortable from the moment I walked through the door that morning. The way we connected was perfect, she made it so easy for me to come forward and be honest about my addiction, and that is never easy! Also my counselor Stephanie is amazing! I can open up to her and talk to her about anything and she always knows what to say. When i came in 2 different times for my assesment with Stephanie & Orientation with Amanda, they both offered me coffee before the appointments and let me make myself some! Just always so welcoming and i love that because as an addict going into places like that its hard because we're basically going in asking for help and thats never easy for someone going through an addiction. Dosing nurses! Those ladies do a great job. The hardest thing is getting stable on a dose while detoxing off a drug like fentynal. The way they care and walk you thru what to do while going through the symptoms is so touching. Ive never felt anyone care that much that i was in pain then my mother. I can say that if it wasn't for the staff at raise the bottom. I would not be off fentynal, and I wouldn't be wanting to go in everyday and dose..But I do because of them, because they made it to where I was comfortable to go in. Comfortable to be honest and open with them. Thank you all. ❤️ Everything I said was pure honesty & from the heart. You all are amazing & keep doing what your doing. First off I have to thank Jason Coombs, the owner of Brick House. A good friend of mine that went through this program set up a time to meet with him. Assuming the busy man that he is, he took time out of his day to meet me and hear my story. He is genuine, authentic, and truly cared about me and my recovery to sobriety. Both him and Archie were there with me through my initial detox. Through text and phone calls they were there with me every step of the way and luckily they were able to get me into the program very shortly after. Having this be my first treatment center I can honestly say that God put me here for a reason. Having first and foremost it being a faith base treatment center. It has reestablised my relationship with my higher power in such a way that has been infectious not only to me, but also to those around me. The curriculum and knowledge that the coaches, counselors, and staff have, has monumental in my strides towards my life long recovery. The program has been thought out in such a methodical and purposeful way. Not only for the people in treatment, but for their families too. They have programs set up for them to have a better understanding and gain on addiction. Everyone at Brick house recovery truly cares about every single person in treatment. Being an addict for 27 years. This is the first time I’ve been completely sober in 35 days. Yes I’m still early into my recovery, but I can honestly say that I could not have done this without this program. The physical part is one thing, but when you start digging into your emotional sobriety, that’s when the true work begins, and every person that works at Brick house knows what it takes to help you succeed. I’m gaining so much from this program and I’m learning so much about myself. More than I ever could have thought. Top notch care to the fullest!!

Brickhouse has been absolutely incredible. I've been going through the roughest time of my life for these past few years, and Brickhouse has really helped me see that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. The counsellors are amazing and so are all the people. It's filled with a bunch of people trying to better themselves and it's easy to relate to so many people and their experiences. I'm so incredibly grateful for everyone at Brickhouse!

Personally I’ve been going to Trivium through my struggles and even after! They are beyond awesome! The care team and everyone who works here is amazing! Open minded people very understanding and they work with you and your schedule! (As long as you communicate with them) I always enjoy coming in for class it’s always insightful.

A great and safe environment. The Classes I've taken have changed my life. The therapist's are wonderful. There is many to choose from. It's important to find one that fits you.

Whatever your view of detox centers, drug addiction or mental health, I would be remiss if i didn't thank the staff at Allumbaugh House for being a contributing factor in my survival. The specifics aren't important, except for the staff truly does care. Although I have been back several times, they truly do what they can to assist you in not only detox, but resources to continue sobriety upon leaving. Too many names to mention, but you all are saints.

I’m sadly a frequent flyer for detox centers, I’ve probably been to about 10, both in and outside of the Ada County area. This is the best detox center I’ve ever been to. The staff is kind and doesn’t judge you. This is a great safe place to detox and the case workers will work with you for next steps. They’ve saved my life and changed it.

My name is Arthur and recently stayed at the facility. It was the most supportive and positive place I could have picked to deal with my addiction. Besides the atmosphere there, the staff was always on there toes, and never missed a beat. If you have a serious problem and need around the clock attention this is the place you need to go. Been goin here for years, since they were Center for Behavioral Health. Staff has always been nice and professional. The director, Alisha, has been great in accommodating my issues. The Doc is friendly and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable. I have NO complaints about the facility or staff.

Overall my experience was good. Ican only think of a couple instances that causes me worry. The first instance happened while I was in patient in the hospital. On my 2nd full day I was given meds that I was not prescribed. The meds nurse gave me only 2 pills. Neither pill was one i was prescribed. When I questioned her about them she said that she had given me the same meds the day before. I again questioned her, telling her that they were not right. She rechecked her paperwork and then admitted I was right. At that time I was given the right meds. The second issue i had was when Jay prescribed my with a low dose of another med for my depression. I started taking it on Saturday. He was suppose to check back with me on Monday to see how I was coping with. It actually took nearly 2weeks before I saw him again. Within 2 days I was experiencing confusion and trouble concentrating. Jay had told me I should actually be able to concentrate better. On the third day on the

The New Start Rehab program was great and changed my life! Especially because they didn't make me go to AA and instead do Recovery Dharma 💟 The Social Workers didn't help with insurance problems or setting up appointments after discharge, so that was a bummer. Someone with mental health issues needs help with those things. But otherwise everyone was great and I learned a lot! I'm almost to day 60 of sobriety and I'm not turning back.

St Alphonsus behavioral health has been a godsend for me. I have been a OCD patient since 2014. When I first started requesting OCD medicine at St Lukes, I was referred to sage health care. What I did not know at the time is St Lukes behavioral health is based in Twin Falls and St. Alphonsus behavioral health is based in Boise. At sage health care I started with a nurse practitioner who later retired and then I upgrade to a Physician assistant who left the practice and moved. In 2024 after 10 years at Sage Health care I decided if they were short on providers and realizing I drive by the St Alphonsus behavioral health In patient office, I would try to transfer to St Alphonsus behavioral health out patient. At St. Alphonsus instead of getting a Nurse practitioner or Physician assistant I started seeing a Physiatrist. I am very pleased with the treatment at St. Alphonsus and I would definitely recommend their behavioral health and Dr. Ken Squires to anyone needing treatment for mood disorders.

They truly care about the whole person here. Both physical and mental health are emphasized.

Really wonderful experience here especially with Matthew who my son got to work with. Very accommodating and for such a busy place, so warm and helpful. My son overcame some phobias keeping him from attending school everyday. I highly recommend this place and if you get a chance to work with Matthew who is very genuine and highly experienced, I'd consider you to be lucky!

Been going here off and on since my son was four,we absolutely love all the staff and the counselors too.Very welcoming and helpful. Would never go to another counseling center,very happy with the services they offer
