I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Ashwood Recovery. I came into the program during a time when I really needed structure, accountability, and support, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything I gained from being there. The staff and counselors genuinely care and create an environment where you can be honest about your struggles without feeling judged. The program gave me valuable tools for recovery, helped me build healthier habits, and connected me with other people who understood what I was going through. Recovery is ultimately up to the individual, but having a supportive place and the right people around you can make a huge difference. I’m leaving Ashwood with a stronger foundation, meaningful friendships, and a lot of gratitude for the progress I’ve made. I graduated from Ashwood Recovery on 8/20/2026 with a huge tool box FULL of tools that will help me to continue my sobriety. Knowledge about myself and who I am and the goals I strive for! Stephanie has been my counselor since day one. Not only has she been professional and ethical, but I also feel like I have a friend in her. I needed the exact kind of person she is from the moment I walked through that door and signed up. The nursing staff and front desk girls have been amazing since day one as well! It's hard to but together just what to say to accurately describe just how great Brick house is. If you are really looking to be done with the life that the drug world creates, then this is where you need to go. It is not like any other treatment programs. It's structured in just the right way to help you begin to see yourself differently, and the staff support is like any other. They genuinely care about every single person that comes through. You begin as strangers but leave with a whole new group of REAL friends. This environment has been curated and it shows the heart of the owner Jason who isn't just a CEO in an office somewhere, but comes through all the time, building relationships with not just the staff, but clients too. I can not say enough good things, but I will say this. I was homeless on the streets of Spokane with nothing left but a long term addiction to Fentanyl and Meth. Brickhouse has changed my life and that of my families too. All it takes is the willingness to listen when you get there, and keep going back. If your looking for help, I hope you find it here too.

It has taken me a while to write this review, but there isn't a day that goes by that I am not thankful for this place and its incredible staff. Before coming here, I was struggling with severe alcoholism. It had reached the point where I could barely function without alcohol, and even with it, I was barely getting by. I was losing everything—my husband, my job, my family, and my closest friends. Making the decision to go to detox was one of the scariest choices I've ever made, but it was also one of the best. Allumbaugh House took me in and changed my life forever. This was my first experience in a treatment program, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. They supported me through every step of my stay with compassion, kindness, and encouragement. Thank you to every staff member who helped me during that difficult time. I was released on September 16, 2025, and I have been sober ever since. I can never fully express how grateful I am. Thank you for helping save my life. You were the answer to a very loud prayer.

After a terrible experience with another provider here in Boise who nuked his practice and got arrested, 988 hooked me up with Access Behavioral Health, who moved heaven & earth to get me in for an appointment with a prescribing physician inside of 3 business days. Every appointment with Susan/every interaction with the rest of the team at Access has been next-level fantastic. Their systems are great, their people are the best, and they have an excellent in-house pharmacy, to boot. Can’t say enough great stuff about these guys!

So it's been over 7 years since I quit drinking alcohol. It was the worst addiction and problem I faced and my family and friends knew I needed help. I've been here a few times,it wasn't till I wanted to quit totally and get help here. This place saved my life. It's not a vacation, it's very strict for the patient and staff. My program was New Start and thank God I came here. When you're completely read to quit drugs and alcohol, please come here and give the program a chance. It isn't easy but with God and this place, you can really beat any addiction. I don't know if Tiffany and her mother Carla still work here,but special thanks to them. I was court ordered to attend groups here and was not happy at first. I graduate next week and this program has changed my life forever. I can't be thankful enough for the genuine care and compassion I received by all involved. Had I known this type of help existed, I would have signed up years ago. But I believe things happened how they did for a reason. If you need real help, and you're ready for real change, please give Ascent a chance. They will go above and beyond. It's almost unbelievable. Thank you guys for everything.

The councilors that I've had here, where great. I currently seeing Natalie she's very awesome. She helps me a lot with perspective. Even though she is part of the older generation, She is kind and open minded. She really makes my week better when we have our appointment. She is really helping with life right now. From the beginning of where I was when I first started doing counciling to know I'm in a much better place. I'm still struggling with life. But she helps me see it differently and see myself more positively. The other councilors I have had were awesome. And helped me grow a lot. I hope the company is treating them fairly . Because people like natilie deserve to live comfortably and be happy at work. Counciling isn't easy for both ends. It's hard on patients and the counselors. I'm glad she helping me through life right now. I appreciate what the councilors here have done for me.

When I came to Lifeways hospital I was in very deep crisis and I cannot stress enough that the amazing workers there saved my life. I had a much better experience there than either of the 2 other inpatients I've been in. Cannot recommend them enough!

Human supports of Idaho is a great place with very kind and professional staff. The providers here are extremely caring and knowledgeable, who also happen to bring a sense of character and friendliness into situations in order to foster a sense of belonging. The psychiatrist, Dr. Koontz, is exceedingly knowledgeable and always has the sense that he knows how to tackle a situation with effectiveness and with the best intentions at heart, caring about your needs. I can’t say enough how wonderful the environment and the people within it are and I will always sing their praises.

So from the beginning of entering the program I was a complete I mean a complete different person my life was so out of control when thinking the whole time it wasn't so bad looking back know without the tools and counseling I would not be the debbie I am today it has changed my dramatically if anyone goes into this program I pray they get the right counseling that I had Carl prints has helped me more than anyone with the counseling and structure I love who I am today for the first time in my life Juanita always helping me threw all my difficulties the people there are so amazing I had my ups n downs in the program but I went threw allot of traumatic things sam being there when I lost my son with his big bear hug they showed me the right care and ways to work the tools when I graduated I was scared to death I had the structure then just let loose but I found myself a whole different person today I've advised people to go to the program it changes l8fes if people really want to take it seriouc just everyone molly always willing to go the extra mile and Stephanie Pamela rose so man6 people there have changed and taught me the right direction n path the knowledge I know have today I will carry on to anyone who wants to hear my story hands down thank you human support of Idaho I love n rock the deborah sampson I am today thank you all from the bottom of my heart

Really wonderful experience here especially with Matthew who my son got to work with. Very accommodating and for such a busy place, so warm and helpful. My son overcame some phobias keeping him from attending school everyday. I just read the reviews on this place. Some were not good at all and I think it is the individuals who left bad reviews might need to take a good look at themselves… I’ve been going there for a few years now and I can’t imagine the staff being rude or unprofessional, I’ve never had a doctor actually listen to me and spend the time to get to know me and really act like they care… Sammy rocks and I hope she doesn’t go anywhere any time soon and if she does, I hope she lets me know where!!! Absolutely love this place and will continue going as long as the doors are still open!!!
