I absolutely love the this Recovery Treatment center the staff, nurses , and the Counselors especially my Counselor who indeed cares for my recovery and couldn't asked for more. The staff are professional have a good sense of humor and honestly express themselves. Im always greatful to all the staff who work in one of the best facilities in Corpus Christi. I recommend anyone who is struggling with opioid-opiate addiction to start their recovery on CARS Counseling & Recovery Services where the Journey of Recovery begins.

Had emergency and went to ER. Was seen in matter on minutes . Had x-ray, CT, MRI, blood work. Everything done.would go back in a. Heartbeat

Friendly staff and helpful

Nurse Heather Hull saved my life last night. I believe I was have a severe panic attack and exhaustion from lack of sleep n food poisoning please forgive me for being dishonest about voices I was afraid of being turned away someone told to do that a long time ago to get admitted for psyche help. The medicines you prescribed saved my life. Im well rested and perfectly fine now. Atavant is a miracle drug for me. Please forgive me for lying out of fear 😭

I attend this meeting on Zoom, and it's a perfect way to start my day at 6:30 each morning, 7 on weekends.

I came to MHID for help and they were understanding and cared souch and still to do to this about my health the worst time in my life feeling alone they were there to comfort me help me and show me how to live better ..to love myself and know that I wasn't alone in this world ..they helped me get back on track with my life .helped with Drs appointments.. groceries clothing . especially housing I have a one bedroom apt because of them wanting me to betteryself and get the proper care of it wasn't for them I don't think I would be alive rn and that the honest truth

Great place for a recovering addict, i currently stay here, and although i been here 16 days at the time writing this, this is the longest ive ever stayed at a place like this, i have relapsed 5 times and i feel this place is going to help keep me on my feet… thanks Ms. Laurane and everyone else

When I lost all hope in my addiction this place help me find myself again. Mr. Reed, Loraine, and Rodger actually care and you can tell by their actions, not just spoken words. I only wish I would have listened and stayed longer. I love you guys thank you

A year ago, I was going through alot, when I picked Jose's place of business because that yellow arrow would not let me pick or choose anyone else, and who could resist that smile. Lol. I learned alot through him and not only that but the uplifting talk and strong words to overcome fears I had. It was a great session and uplifting class. Almost a year later, no prescriptions I even take. I meant to do this a year ago but since I'm here I want to also say that even I ran into a problem today due to some DOT issues. Jose was the first person come to mind and was the first phone call I made to ask. Maybe he didn't have to or could of blew me off but surprisingly the way some things are these days, Jose helped me more on this day than I've had help with any issue in a year. Jose went to bat, made phone calls and completely went out of his way while still maintaining his work at hand. Even at the end of the day and so many thanks from me regardless the outcome of my situation, the helping hand he put forward a year later for me will go along with me forever. Then to tell me if anyone ever else needed this send em my way, he said!! What a true help he us to seriously do what he has done for me in 1 day. Genuinely thank you Jose for all you have done and im sure all you have helped besides me. If only there were more support in this world like you, this would be a much better place. Ok so I have to say that I was at first skeptical of the services that are being offered here, and I put alot of value on my peace of mind over most everything else. Well there is no other place that can offer you ample amount of time for sleep and relaxation. The classes they offer are sure to have you asleep and fully rested before you leave this fine educational institution. I can literally lose out on sleep at my house, come to class, and take a load off and go right to sleep like nobodies business, this program works if your looking for a creative way to get a few extra hours of restful sleep say if you have a partner who snores and keeps you up 💁🏻‍♂️ They sometimes have punch and donuts which at first come off sort of Jonestown'ish but no complaints I mean I'm still here unfortunately. The ladies are extremely nice at least to me..I would have given it a 5 star review but they don't have any fitness center available for us, no weight systems and we can't control the TV ever. We never get to talk about the significance of the teachings of Jesus Christ ever but I think would be of great importance if we did thats just my personal opinion. ..

I've been to over a dozen different treatment facilities in my lifetime. They all had similar approaches. Treatment associates has an unorthodox style that only a small sliver of the population would actually benefit from. If you don't benefit from treatment there, then YOU are the problem, not the drugs or alcohol.

Everyone was nice and helpful, they do have rules.. but only because if they didn’t it would be a wild house. The RAs are all amazing, no complaints. They treated me very nice, and solved problems very quickly! I will say, stay to yourself, and you won’t have annnny issues at all! The counselors are great, and they help you with everything you need.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Shoreline Inc. They gave our family hope when we felt like we had nothing left. My daughter, Madisyn, didn’t need to be fixed. She needed a safe place to heal from trauma, learn healthy coping skills, and find herself again. Addiction was tearing our relationship apart, and as a mother, I felt helpless, confused, and heartbroken. I was embarrassed. I questioned why I had to take my daughter to rehab, and I worried about being judged. I wondered where I had gone wrong as a mother and what people would think of our family. But then I realized that asking for help wasn’t something to be ashamed of. It was one of the most loving things I could do for my daughter. I also learned so much about addiction, enabling, boundaries, and the understanding that recovery may take one, two, or even several tries before things finally begin to click. And that’s okay. We have been to Shoreline twice, and both times, the support, guidance, compassion, and resources have made a tremendous difference in our lives. With the help of the counselors, we are rebuilding our relationship, learning to communicate, and finding our way back to each other. Today, my daughter is thriving. She is working toward graduating high school, learning to love herself again, recognizing her worth, and understanding that she doesn’t have to surround herself with the wrong crowd just to feel accepted. We still have a long road ahead of us, and I know healing doesn’t happen overnight, but I believe in my daughter, and I believe she can have a successful, fulfilling, drug-free life. To every parent reading this review who feels scared, uncertain, embarrassed, or unsure about Shoreline, I want you to know that I have been in your shoes. I know how hard it is to admit that your child needs help. I know the fear, the guilt, the questions, and the heartbreak. Please don’t let embarrassment or fear of being judged stop you from reaching out for support. You are not a bad parent because your child is struggling, and asking for help does not mean you have failed. Sometimes loving our children means accepting that we cannot do the healing for them and allowing others to help them find their way. To every counselor, staff member, behavioral technician, and everyone who has played a part in Madisyn’s village, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for seeing my daughter beyond her addiction, for giving her hope, for helping her learn to cope, and for helping our family begin to heal. We will forever be grateful for Shoreline Inc. They didn’t just help my daughter; they helped our family find hope when we felt we had nothing left. We still have work to do, but we are no longer walking this journey without hope. And as a mother, seeing my daughter begin to find herself again is something I will never take for granted.

We couldn’t be more grateful to Shoreline for the transformation that they accomplished with our daughter, Gracie. When we dropped her off she was screaming and raging at us for bringing her there. However, when we picked her up she was sad to leave. She even called the staff a few days later after leaving to check in and see how everyone was doing. She worked her five levels program quickly and diligently because the staff provided encouragement and a points system that kept her motivated. We are forever in their debt!!

I’m grateful for Shoreline. They really helped my child understand boundaries and opened up communication for us. The family meetings were great. The counselor was intelligent and supportive. He was attentive and resourceful with how to help our family. I appreciated the straightforward approach and communication. Also I am thankful for the staff that were compassionate. They made an positive impression on my child.

We were treated very well at the Aransas Pass hospital ER. There was a bit of a wait but everyone was very friendly and helpful when my husband was recently stung by a stingray. They knew just what to do and how to treat it.

Nurses are awesome very professional I am very glad they were all there for myself, family and community, hero's to all when needed med surge nurses rock
