I was very satisfied with my experience at Bradford. I received excellent care from my treatment team and did an amazing amount of healing during my stay. My mental and physical health are better than they've been in years. My only regret is not coming to Bradford sooner.

The Lovelady Center is awesome! I have learned to love my self again, how to love other and most importantly how to love God again. stayed for one week on two separate occasions on the adolescent psych ward. kind nurses, nice activities, and good food. some older nurses were rude and the dress code is a little strict. i left feeling better than i did when i arrived!

They have a wonderful Patient Care Tech!! He’s a cute white guy, They called him J.B. He was on night shift. I think his name was James. But this guy was an awesome PCT. He was very nice and polite to all the patients and he was very uplifting to me and Everyone around him and he also kept everyone laughing. He also cleaned up after us where other pct’s just sat in the area where the Nurses were and some even were so rude and would even provoke patients. 🙄
The Nursing Staff for the most part was kind and caring. Of course you have a few that are A holes but that’s to be expected anywhere you go! The Doctors were also nice and came around once a day.

I had a family member in the geriatric unit, and there are not enough thank you’s that I could give to our family member’s social worker, nurses, doctors, and all staff.
They are extremely open to working with you as a family, and take great care of your loved one. They show care, kindness, patience, and professionalism.

Most of the people who work in this center are nice to me, my counselors were very friendly and comprehensive, they provide the greatest family counseling services, the love that they show to help children is sincere. I recommend all kind of people to visit them, really worth it.

I called to make an appointment to see Drew. The receptionist was so rude. She said he didn't work there. Then asked me for my zip code. Very rude lady. She did transfer me to his VM, though.

Update 8/2023...I got a call from Drew several months ago and he was very helpful and nice.
JBS has helped a friend of mine that was homeless.
They helped her get her own apartment, furnished. Without them, she would still be on the streets.
JBS helped her get all types of medical care and they pay for her all of her medicines.
They provide their clients with transportation to any grocery store to shop, twice a month. They have excellent therapists and counselors.
Jbs has many resources for their clients.
I should not have posted a review based on the receptionist. Maybe she was having a bad day.
I would definitely recommend anyone to JBS. They are very caring and helpful.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this agency. I suppose it's due to the fact that they do work with a lot of children and families that were referred because of involvement with the law, DHR, or because they are indigent and in need of mental health services. We have been working with project FIND and children's services It has been amazing. My son has turned back into the gentleman he was before adolescence set in. I cannot sing the therapists praises enough.

As many other reviews here say, going to treatment was the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make. I knew I needed help, but I was terrified of the process of getting it, especially because I had never known anyone who had done intensive mental health treatment like the kind Magnolia Creek offers. But after completing my treatment at MC, I can honestly say that it is the best and most important thing I have ever done for myself. Magnolia Creek taught me not just about how to recover but also about what led me to my ED in the first place—and why that origin matters.
The group therapies stand out as some of the best conversations I’ve ever had about mental health—all the clinicians at MC contributed to making these talks so meaningful, but especially Sam and Madison! My individual team changed my life with such personal, passionate, empathetic, recovery-focused care. Anna, my therapist, helped me do things in the weeks I was in treatment that I never thought would be possible for me. Because of her and my dietitian, Emma’s, expert care, I am now able to not only handle my ED but also start living a life full of love and care for myself. Anna and her loving spirit and unmatched emotional intelligence challenged me when I needed it and nurtured me when I couldn’t do it for myself. She has left a handprint on my heart I will carry with me in my recovery forever. I also am so thankful for Dylan’s leadership in the nutrition space at MC; his dedication and passion for what MC is doing and for the clients’ recoveries made so much possible for me while I was there.
The rest of the staff at MC was also key to making my experience what it was. I was so scared of what treatment would be, but the RCSes and facility staff made me feel so looked after and safe that I was able to really focus on the hard work of recovery and to let the other worries fade. I’m so grateful for the kindness and care that the staff of MC showed me in my time there.
My life is forever changed by the wonderful programming and people of Magnolia Creek. I can never say thank you enough to everyone there for allowing me the space to imagine and create a better life for myself. I cannot recommend MC—and treatment—more.

Magnolia Creek truly helped me in ways that I didn’t know were possible. Going back to treatment and having to put my life on pause was a difficult and scary decision, but I was welcomed with open arms into a safe place to heal. Over my time at MC, I learned a lot about myself with the help of my amazing team and many other staff/clients. My team was truly the best, they met me where I was at, while also challenging me. I felt genuinely supported, cared for, and seen throughout my experience here. I am forever grateful for all the people I met at Magnolia Creek and how they changed my life and recovery for the better!

***Disclaimer: My review is concerning a delivery experience to the facility.***
This facility placed a very large order of 99 items at Sam's. I accepted the order, and saw that there was no tip attached to it, but assumed since it was such a large order, the customer probably wanted to wait until after everything was delivered before tipping, which is understandable, so I proceeded with shopping for the order.
Things didn't exactly go the way I thought they would, but I've since been tipped (and tipped fairly) for the amount of effort required to complete their order. I really appreciate their willingness to address and rectify this ordeal. It says a lot about the level of importance they place on the people they encounter in the day to day operations of the center, which inadvertently also says a lot about the quality of treatment I'm sure they also give to their patients.

Tremaine and the man with him were the most pleasant and professional people I have dealt with in a long time. My brother is in Freedom Hall healthcare. The Drs, nurses, cna’s, PT, housekeeping and kitchen staff are all very caring. They go above and beyond for Charles and the family sitting with him. My son did alcohol detox here. He was very pleased. Hospital setting with nice room and nurses were helpful. He came down with flu and was treated for it. Being a hospital they do not allow smoking and that was difficult. If you need alcohol detox would definitely recommend contacting them.

I had a thyroid biopsy done at DeKalb regional by Dr. Phillips. The procedure went smoothly with only a local anesthetic. Dr. Phillips and his staff were both friendly, professional, and informative during the procedure. I would highly recommend them

I'm a bit late posting due to being very busy with a newborn.
I gave birth here on Monday November 17th with the assistance of Dr. Weemes and staff. I had a good experience here during my stay, and most of the staff were very personable and friendly. There was one nurse in particular for the night shift on Monday that I was a tad uneasy with because her demeanor seemed annoyed and cold towards me. I didn't ask for much assistance once I was transferred to my room after delivery. The staff did not bombard me while being there and it was pleasant. I greatly appreciate you guys at DRMC for the love and care you gave me and my lil family. When things settle more on my end I'll be back up there to give ya'll a thank you gift.
I do hope more people provide positive reviews on this hospital because the staff were awesome, and so was my care.
