My son has in recent months (after several ear infections) become very fearful of doctors and dentists however it ended up being a really positive, FUN experience for him, his dad & i. they had a “child life specialist” who provided our son with toys to play with during the visit and had amazing techniques to distract him while he received his immunizations (the nurse who administered the immunizations also had great techniques!!) We flew in from Miami, Florida. Our over all experience with the hospital was really good. The doctors are excellent. The nurses here are great! In particular he had two nurses that were like angels to him. I feel so bad that I cant remember their names but I’ll never forget the kindness and the care they showed to him. After hours at his primary doctor’s office trying multiple treatments without improvement, we were sent to Boston Children’s Hospital ER. Yes, the ER was busy and the wait was long, which is understandable. But once we got into a room, the care we received was beyond exceptional. The nurses, and providers worked nonstop throughout the night to help my son. Their professionalism, confidence, compassion, and kindness immediately gave me peace during one of the scariest moments as a mother. I am also a healthcare provider myself, and I can honestly say the level of care and compassion we experienced was outstanding. You could truly feel that this is not just a job for them — it is a calling. Thank you to the entire ER team for taking such amazing care of my son and for treating us with so much kindness and respect. We are blessed to have healthcare professionals like you. There is always a clincian available to speak with in a break out room. They check in with you individually at least 1 a week if needed. Adrianna the Director is amazing, highly intelligent, empathetic, and supportive. She carries that down with her team. Meg and Rachel are so kind and easy to talk to and work with. Interns were excellent as well. I highly recommend for someone needing to rebuild their toolbox if going through a difficult time. There is no better time than now to care for your mental health than now. I could not speak more highly of the staff at this site. They are professional, empathetic, friendly, and always willing to help and teach. The opportunities I was given to expand my knowledge and skills were abundant, with a healthy balance of support and independence to build my own confidence and ability. The director Arianna Guiseppone and her entire clinical staff intentionally and collaboratively create a wonderful work environment for staff, interns, and clients alike. Specifically, I have my hearing tests and hearing aids provided by the VA. Everything from scheduling exams, to acquiring my hearing aids, to getting them repaired by the VA is spot on great. Fantastic results , could see perfect in one day. I had pretty bad cataracts and should of had them done a lot sooner. The only issue is have is I get rides here througha transportation company and they have to drop me off in the back of the building. This is a mild problem for me but for veterans who aren't as mobile as me this could be a bog problem for them. From what a driver told me the campus police want the veterans drones off in the back. I may not have known it at the time but I realize now that the Hope House and Brian helped lay down the groundwork for me to get off heroin which was the hardest thing I ever had to do in my entire life. Things are far from perfect my health is bad I still need to take care of some things in my life but I am so grateful to not have to die with a needle in my arm today. The nurses were incredibly kind, gentle, and attentive from start to finish. Everything went smoothly, and they made sure she was comfortable the entire time, even giving her a heated blanket after the procedure, which was such a thoughtful touch. A special shoutout to Nurse Rachel Rose, she was amazing. Super kind, cool, and really made both of us feel at ease. She truly stood out. The team was also very thorough when explaining aftercare and checking on how my daughter was feeling. I really appreciated how patient and informative they were it made the whole experience much less stressful. There’s also a Dunkin’ Donuts nearby, which was convenient while waiting. Overall, I felt very comfortable and confident in their care, and I would definitely recommend this place to any parent looking for a dental provider for their child. I would like to write a sincere review about my experience with Dr. Sacheti and her entire dental care team. Which includes Dr. Kendrick Skye - Anesthesia Team, Brianna - pre op nurse, Eddie - OR nurse, Leslie - Recovery nurse, Gademia - Dental Assistant, Julia and Natalia - Child lite specialists. I was anxious about Scubi going under anesthesia because he is young and never had any major surgery before. But both Dr Sacheti and Dr Kendrick talk me through the whole process and answer all my questions. I felt reassured and comfortable that my son is in good hands. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating to me and my son. We had an amazing experience with all the nurses!! They provided stickers and toys for Scubi which he loved and had his arms covered with stickers. They also provided popsicles for Scubi after surgery and he was able to eat and drink apple juice. The surgery went very well!! I would give it a 5 stars and beyond!!! Thank you Dr. Sacheti for scheduling to us right away for surgery and taking care of Scubi teeth !! Thank you Dr. Kendrick Skye!! For your wonderful work with Anesthesia. Thank you Brianna, Eddie, Gademia for your welcoming smile and answering any questions we had.
