my youngest son who is 20 months old saw Dr. Semmes and her amazing team yesterday for his first well child appt at this office and wow we had such an amazing experience! we booked it a few months ago when we first moved back to MA and it was definitely worth the wait! My son has in recent months (after several ear infections) become very fearful of doctors and dentists however it ended up being a really positive, FUN experience for him, his dad & i. they had a “child life specialist” who provided our son with toys to play with during the visit and had amazing techniques to distract him while he received his immunizations (the nurse who administered the immunizations also had great techniques!!) They both were so sweet and understanding. great communication from everyone, clean office and friendly front desk staff! very grateful and relieved! i definitely plan on bringing my next baby here who i am having in feb 🤍 thank you!

I travel 1.5 hours to this clinic (when I could just go to one 20 min from me) bcoz they treat you with such care, ZERO. judgement, support & compassion. From the front desk clerks to the nurses to the bomb upper level staff. They deal w/ tough stuff daily within this industry & their hearts are still wide open. HCRC bradston is so busy but treats u like ur their only client - Kiewon remembered my full name & # after meeting me once! I love it there & dont have enough space to write all my top notch experiences they've just been a huge support in my journey (the most important journey of my life tbh) so ill gladly travel the 3hour round trip! I will never have enough words to express my gratitude to Boston Children’s Hospital and the incredible team who took care of my son. My 6-month-old baby was suffering from intussusception, and the situation was extremely frightening. The team acted quickly, carefully, and with so much compassion. From the moment we arrived until the very end, we were treated with kindness, respect, and genuine care. Watching my baby so sick and helpless was one of the most terrifying experiences of my life. But the doctors, nurses, and entire team moved quickly and did everything they could to save his life and make sure he was safe. I also want to give a very special thank you to the nurses who cared for my son with so much love, tenderness, and compassion. They not only took such wonderful care of him, but they also took care of me. They knew how scared and overwhelmed I was, and they comforted me with kind words, reassurance, and even simple gestures of affection that meant more to me than they will ever know. As a mother, seeing your baby going through something so serious is heartbreaking and terrifying. Having nurses who were not only incredibly skilled, but also compassionate and understanding, made one of the most difficult moments of my life a little easier to endure. Today, I can hold my baby in my arms and thank God for giving us another day together. First and foremost, I thank God for protecting my son, and I am endlessly grateful to every person at Boston Children’s Hospital who played a part in saving his life. He is only 6 months old, and they treated him with the care and tenderness he deserved while also acting with the urgency his condition required. I will never forget what they did for my family. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to every doctor, nurse, technician, and member of the team who cared for my son and for us. You saved my baby’s life, gave us comfort when we were terrified, and treated us with so much humanity. We will forever be grateful. ❤️

Maysonet he was very kind to me and he was funny and of course hes from my beautiful island Puerto Rico🇵🇷, there was another DR. but i forgot his name he was hispano too he was very nice too! other then that the other staff was there to be there.

Went to the dentist out here and they are fantastic. Treat you with respect do not talk down to you. They take care of you. Get your appointments all set x-ray your teeth and don’t laugh at you. I will be coming here from now on thank God I’m 100% the one in Manchester laughed at me, treated me with no respect at all. I will not be using their dental and haven’t for sometime. They are A1 in my book here at this facility and I use them for my orthopedic for my hip and will continue to do so and we’ll see about moving everything up here. You guys are great. Can’t say enough keep up the wonderful job.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Dr Mary Ghattas for the excellent care she provided to my 4 years old son , yesterday during his dental surgery.two molars removed , 2 silver crowns , deep cleaning, filling all in 1h & 10 min . Having a child undergo a procedure can be stressful for any parent, and I truly appreciated the professionalism, kindness, and the time dr took to make us feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. I had a really great experience bringing my daughter in for her dental procedure today 4/28. The nurses were incredibly kind, gentle, and attentive from start to finish. Everything went smoothly, and they made sure she was comfortable the entire time, even giving her a heated blanket after the procedure, which was such a thoughtful touch. A special shoutout to Nurse Rachel Rose, she was amazing. Super kind, cool, and really made both of us feel at ease. She truly stood out. The team was also very thorough when explaining aftercare and checking on how my daughter was feeling. I really appreciated how patient and informative they were it made the whole experience much less stressful. There’s also a Dunkin’ Donuts nearby, which was convenient while waiting. Overall, I felt very comfortable and confident in their care, and I would definitely recommend this place to any parent looking for a dental provider for their child.

My name is Sally Baldeh and my 8year old son Scubi had dental surgery today at Franciscan Children Hospital. I would like to write a sincere review about my experience with Dr. Sacheti and her entire dental care team. Which includes Dr. Kendrick Skye - Anesthesia Team, Brianna - pre op nurse, Eddie - OR nurse, Leslie - Recovery nurse, Gademia - Dental Assistant, Julia and Natalia - Child lite specialists. I was anxious about Scubi going under anesthesia because he is young and never had any major surgery before. But both Dr Sacheti and Dr Kendrick talk me through the whole process and answer all my questions. I felt reassured and comfortable that my son is in good hands. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating to me and my son. We had an amazing experience with all the nurses!! They provided stickers and toys for Scubi which he loved and had his arms covered with stickers. They also provided popsicles for Scubi after surgery and he was able to eat and drink apple juice. The surgery went very well!! I would give it a 5 stars and beyond!!! Thank you Dr. Sacheti for scheduling to us right away for surgery and taking care of Scubi teeth !! Thank you Dr. Kendrick Skye!! For your wonderful work with Anesthesia. Thank you Brianna, Eddie, Gademia for your welcoming smile and answering any questions we had. Thank you Julia and Natalia for providing the mask and stickers for Scubi to play with. Thank you Leslie for taking care of Scubi when he woke up and for pushing Scubi wheelchair all the way to the parking lot. I would like to say thank you for the security guard who helped us find the right floor when we got the hospital but through the wrong entrance!!

My nurse practitioner that took care of me was amazing, her name is Emily Restrepo. She was phenomenal. She never cut me off. She wasn’t rude. She never made me feel like I was asking for too much or taking up too much of her time even when I lost my train of thought, she never interrupted. She was just great. She listened to all my concerns made recommendation and she prescribed me the right meds. That’s going to actually help me. If you bring your kids here ask for her she was just so caring and memorable.

I got clean in 2006 this place really helped me. The rooms were nice and dark and relaxed there was no pressure to get out of bed when I didn't feel good. The staff helped me get into inpatient after care . Really great place for community I'm grateful for this place and

For youth daily, and virtual IOP for adults. There evening virtual IOP was wonderful, super informative and engaging. There is always a clincian available to speak with in a break out room. They check in with you individually at least 1 a week if needed. Adrianna the Director is amazing, highly intelligent, empathetic, and supportive. She carries that down with her team. Meg and Rachel are so kind and easy to talk to and work with. Interns were excellent as well. I highly recommend for someone needing to rebuild their toolbox if going through a difficult time. There is no better time than now to care for your mental health than now.

I just completed a year of my graduate internship at The Boston Center, which is Arbour Counseling Services' PHP and IOP program center. I could not speak more highly of the staff at this site. They are professional, empathetic, friendly, and always willing to help and teach. The opportunities I was given to expand my knowledge and skills were abundant, with a healthy balance of support and independence to build my own confidence and ability. The director Arianna Guiseppone and her entire clinical staff intentionally and collaboratively create a wonderful work environment for staff, interns, and clients alike. I am extraordinarily grateful for this experience and would highly encourage others to work here if given the chance.

The sad truth is that most people do not work on their behavioral health. Arbour Hospital is one of the best hospitals that I have been to in the country and trust me, I have been to plenty. What makes this sanctuary so special is the people. From maintenance workers to the Nurse practitioners everyone there moves with purpose. I don't plan on ever going back, but willing to if I ever need to again with a smile on my face. It's a tight knit family that welcomes everyone no matter what you are going through. Special shout out to: Kurt, Sylvester, Valarie Smith, Karma, and the entire staff on South 1 & 2.

I was able to get into the original hope house in the south end over 20 years ago through a friend Alex and Brian Tullos who i just recently found out is amazingly still helping people at the hope house to this day. I may not have known it at the time but I realize now that the Hope House and Brian helped lay down the groundwork for me to get off heroin which was the hardest thing I ever had to do in my entire life. Things are far from perfect my health is bad I still need to take care of some things in my life but I am so grateful to not have to die with a needle in my arm today. I am grateful for the Hope House

It's an amazing house with great staff and food the atmosphere is out of this world and that helps SO much with recovery. Not one staff member can I say anything bad about and that is absolutely unheard of!!! Love that program, they really take the time to screen clients before entry and the groups are ran in a personalized way to try and help each individual with the different needs they need to be met. 10 out of 5 stars!!!
